"Celestial Tree" Talon Abraxas
So, there are 12 Great Orders of Spiritual Beings or Entities and these are in some way connected with and represented by the 12 Signs of the Zodiac, namely Aries, Taurus, Gemini, Cancer, Leo, Virgo, Libra, Scorpio, Sagittarius, Capricorn, Aquarius, and Pisces.
And within the 12 Great Orders is the 7-fold “Hierarchy of Creative Powers” and these seven are connected in some way with the Seven Sacred Planets, which are Venus, Mercury, Mars, Jupiter, Saturn, and two others, which are exoterically said to be the Sun and the Moon, but which are in fact the mysterious planet Vulcan and another planet which has not been specifically named in the Theosophical teachings but which is described by HPB in “Transactions of the Blavatsky Lodge” as “a planet with a retrograde motion, sometimes visible at a certain hour of night and apparently near the moon. The occult influence of this planet is transmitted by the moon.”
This is what is said about the Seven Hierarchies . . .
1 – “The highest group is composed of the divine Flames, so-called, also spoken of as the “Fiery Lions” and the “Lions of Life,” whose esotericism is securely hidden in the Zodiacal sign of Leo. It is the nucleole of the superior divine World. They are the formless Fiery Breaths, identical in one aspect with the upper Sephirothal TRIAD, which is placed by the Kabalists in the “Archetypal World.””
2 – “The second Order of Celestial Beings, those of Fire and AEther (corresponding to Spirit and Soul, or the Atma-Buddhi) whose names are legion, are still formless, but more definitely “substantial.” . . . As the name shows, they are the prototypes of the incarnating Jivas or Monads, and are composed of the Fiery Spirit of Life. It is through these that passes like a pure solar beam, the ray which is furnished by them with its future vehicle, the Divine Soul, Buddhi. These are directly concerned with the Hosts of the higher world of our system. From these twofold Units emanate the threefold.”
3 – “The Third order corresponds to the Atma-Buddhi-Manas: Spirit, Soul and Intellect, and is called the “Triads.””
4 – “The Fourth are substantial Entities. This is the highest group among the Rupas (Atomic Forms). It is the nursery of the human, conscious, spiritual Souls. They are called the “Imperishable Jivas,” and constitute, through the order below their own, the first group of the first septenary host – the great mystery of human conscious and intellectual Being.”
5 – “The Fifth group is a very mysterious one, as it is connected with the Microcosmic Pentagon, the five-pointed star representing man. In India and Egypt these Dhyanis were connected with the Crocodile, and their abode is in Capricornus. These are convertible terms in Indian astrology, as this (tenth) sign of the Zodiac is called Makara, loosely translated “crocodile.” … The fifth group of the celestial Beings is supposed to contain it itself the dual attributes of both the spiritual and physical aspects of the Universe; the two poles, so to say, of Mahat the Universal Intelligence, and the dual nature of man, the spiritual and the physical. Hence its number Five, multiplied and made into ten, connecting it with Makara, the 10th sign of Zodiac. . . . It becomes the task of the fifth Hierarchy – the mysterious beings that preside over the constellation Capricornus, Makara, or “Crocodile” in India as in Egypt – to inform the empty and ethereal animal form [i.e. in the early period of humanity’s evolution on this globe in this Fourth Round] and make of it the Rational Man. This is one of those subjects upon which very little may be said to the general public. It is a MYSTERY, truly but only to him who is prepared to reject the existence of intellectual and conscious spiritual Beings in the Universe, limiting full Consciousness to man alone, and that only as a “function of the Brain.” Many are those among the Spiritual Entities, who have incarnated bodily in man, since the beginning of his appearance, and who, for all that, still exist as independently as they did before, in the infinitudes of Space. . . . To put it more clearly: the invisible Entity may be bodily present on earth without abandoning, however, its status and functions in the supersensuous regions.”
6 & 7 – “The sixth and seventh groups partake of the lower qualities of the Quaternary. They are conscious, ethereal Entities, as invisible as Ether . . . as it is the Sixth – on the downward scale of Spirituality – the last and seventh being the terrestrial Spirits (elementals) which gradually form, build, and condense his physical body – this Sixth group evolves no more than the future man’s shadowy form, a filmy, hardly visible transparent copy of themselves. . . . This sixth group, moreover, remains almost inseparable from man, who draws from it all but his highest and lowest principles, or his spirit and body, the five middle human principles being the very essence of those Dhyanis. Alone, the Divine Ray (the Atman) proceeds directly from the One.”

Weekly Rounup: 10th February - 16th February 2025
Look at me fibnally catching up lol. Hope you all had a great week!
I only managed 968 words out of my 15,000 weekly word goal this week. And 4 drabbles (oh no!)
So we are at 8,194 words of my 60,000 word monthy goal 😭
So, first, recs for you all:
Forget the World - amberlink - Harry Potter - J. K. Rowling [Archive of Our Own] (Sirius/Remus, Muggle au)

Bridegrooms and Bouquets - haleofStilesheart, roughentumble - Wiedźmin | The Witcher - All Media Types [Archive of Our Own] (Geralt/Jaskier, fake dating/marriage au)
Summary: Jaskier gets a letter one day along with an armed guard that drags him back home, informing him he's in an arranged marriage with his cousin Ferrant de Lettenhove to "strengthen to Pankratz name" and also "get him in line", and Geralt has to save him. Of course, the first thing that comes to Geralt's mind is claiming Jaskier cannot be married because he's already married-- to Geralt. Jaskier and Geralt will have to maintain the ruse as they travel with Jaskier's father to get as proof a copy of their marriage certificate... which doesn't exist.
Break the ice. - Ammarettu - Wiedźmin | The Witcher - All Media Types [Archive of Our Own] (Geralt/Jaskier, Aiden/Lambert, Modern au and one of my fav Geralt/Jaksier writers)

Eurovision 2023: #04 & #03.
Tumblr media
04. BELGIUM Gustaph - "Because of you" 7th place
youtube
Decade Ranking: 11/116 [Above Måneskin, below Monika Liu]
HOED BEZIG DADDY!1!!1!1!!
Another wonderful example of 2023 gaslighting doing its work - I decided around April last year that Gustaph could get a top 10 and because of the, um, reception he got online, I gaslit myself into thinking 10th was his absolute ceiling. Maybe, maybe on the cusp of left side?, I thought.
In reality:
Tumblr media
Remember when they tried to break him? Well look at him now :-)
I love a good underdog arc and the best arcs are served with casual Surprise (not rly) Top Tens, defeating the underwhelming fanfave beasts along the way. There WERE murmurs by certain fans about how PUZZLING it was Gustaph got a SEVENTH PLACE (often lumping him in with Alika, Vesna and Voyager) over TeyaLena and Blanca and (mild cringe) LaZarra and (megacringe) Iru. WHY IS IT A TOP TEN SONG? Here's a question babe. Why was it not a top six song? This is what finished ahead of Gustaph:
Tumblr media
Let's see: A boring default winner, Käärijä, evil nepobaby with the worst song ever, italian himbot with a some song, pulpy tiktok nonsense, miserable ukrainian song about the war. What A Wonderful Top Six, how could anyone like Belgium enough for top ten.
Fortunately as the months ticked by, the sensibles concluded that yes, "Because of you"' slaps and is iconique. Which is ofc, the conclusion I reached before the liveshows😘 Yeah okay that's supercilious of me, but I'm living the moment, let me have it, okay! Seeing the light took less time for me because granted, I am Belgian (and worse, Flemish) so I always have to convince myself our entries work if I like them (lmao tough luck Mustii!!), and when they work, they work, you know. "Because of you" IS Eurovision to its very core:
A CHARISMATIC LEAD WITH A GREAT VOICE AND A MEMORABLE STYLE
Tumblr media Tumblr media
AN UPBEAT BOUNCY TUNE CELEBRATING A POSITIVE NURTURING TOPIC
Tumblr media Tumblr media
A GREATLY STAGED, VISIONARY ACT (which is mandatory nowadays)
Tumblr media
ADD SOME ░P░ U░S░S░ Y░I░ N░B░I░O ░
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
(and the not unimportant accolade of being the new jingle for misja eurovision...x)
Tumblr media
It came together better than Imagined. The live was a meteor shower of slays and serves. Daddy slayed, his hubby that made the graphics served, the girls slayed, PussyServeCunt slayed AND the jury rightfully served up three twelves (including the Greek one lmaooo - pwnt Andrew!!) to commemorate this beautiful triumph over prejudice, pettiness and internalised homophobicuntitude. His hecklers can touch grass by faceplanting into it.
Tumblr media
This was the best Belgian entry in a long time. Easily the best one since the terminally underrated Blanche (who is still the best winner we've never had) and that is good grief, already six years ago? Seven after the current contest? We were overdue for a good result.
Anyway, this was an erratic write-up, but honestly, I don't feel like I need to explain much anyway. Gustaph rose from an act most people pretended to dislike from an entrant that is universally well-regarded and beloved by both the fandom and critics. If that is not a satisfying growth arc, then I don't know what is. SERVE, HAT KING, SERVE.
Tumblr media
in sum, see you in Antwerp for ESC2026 after we win it with a GUSTAPH x MEROL collab...x:

03. SLOVENIA Joker Out - "Carpe Diem" 20th place
youtube
Decade ranking: 7/116 [Above Barbara, below Daði]
:GASP: Only third?! Boris how could you - shush shush bish calm ur teats, my opinion on Joker Out has remained completely unchanged. Maybe that's the point? "Carpe Diem" is still probably my favourite 2023 track. On-curved indie rock with on-trend styling, what is this? Almost too good for the contest, that's what.
Tumblr media
MI BOMO CELO NOC PLESALI LUBILI SE IN SE IGRALI KOT DA NAS JURTI VEC NE BO
And well, let's also be very clear here - Joker Out lived up to exactly what I wanted from them. It's one of those entries that does exactly what it says on the tin (see also: Pasha). The older I get, the more I appreciate the Actual Songs in Eurovision for their reliability and "Carpe Diem" was a really good song. Three minutes of unbridled indierock fun, that quickly turns addictive if you're not careful - it does get better than that, but it's a high bar that not many other entries pass. Besides, the live was you know, living up to my expectations and that's worth a lot in 2023, where most acts let me down. It was a joy to watch. Bojan devoured that live -
Tumblr media
but it still felt like a group effort, as and the rest of the gang more than pulled their weight. Jan and Kris as the silly foils to Bojan's seductive self -
Tumblr media
and Nace and Jure (who can both so get it 👉👈) as the two who would whip up the crowd making "Carpe Diem" well and truly feel like the concert that it was.
Tumblr media
THEY WERE FUN
Tumblr media
THEY HAD "RIZZ" (i really hate this word btw - or rather i hate how ESC.tv used this word to appear "cool" 🤢)
Tumblr media
AND THEY HAD A TRUE EUROVISION LOVE STORY
Tumblr media
(it is still wildly amusing to me that my two preshow favourites entered a bromance so electrified by reciprocal, yet unfulfilled sexual tension it felt like watching a Basement Yard Podcast 😍 Bojan x Käärijä 5ever💚)
So yeah, this was just all sorts of excellent, really. Ofc, 20th place is um... really disgusting and outrageous, specifically for an entry that brings me so much joy, but hey that's democracy for you. Results are being decided way ahead of time so the people with godawful taste that lead happy lives feel like they are relevant, or summat.
Tumblr media
However, Joker Out didn't lose Eurovision 2023, they won it. Out of everyone, it was their fanbase that grew the most after the contest ended, so much that they're now considered a welcome staple at ESC preparties, alongside the likes of Daði Freyr, Go_A, Senhit and Anna Bergendahl, which is not a bad line-up to be a part of. They'll be back as Slovene reps in a few years, hopefully with a more immediate song and will do significantly better. 😁
Tumblr media
Finally, yes, Slovenia went from first to third on my ranking, but eh. I figured out quasi immediately after the finale that my top 3 would be Czechia, Finland and Slovenia, and figured out just as fast that Slovenia were third in that equation. I hope it's been made clear that my feelings on Joker Out just stayed the same, while Vesna and Käärijä were subject to positive morphs, and the novelty of those arcs is worth a splitscreen ending.
WILL IT BE THE GREEN FIN OR THE PINK SISTERS?
Tumblr media
it was actually... a very, very close call. 😲
THE RANKING

Surah Al Kahf holds a great importance to us. The Pophet Muhammad (saw) encouraged to take heed and implement this Surah into our lives.
1 Surah Al Kahf is a Makkan Surah, revealed somewhere between the 8th and 10th year of Prophethood.
It was revealed to Prophet Muhammad (saw) before the Hijrah/Migration to Madinah when the persecution of Muslims and Islam was at a peak.
2 Surah Al Kahf has 110 Ayahs and is the 18th Surah in the Quran
3 The Surah talks about 4 major themes:
The People of the Cave
‘(Remember) when the young men fled for refuge (from their disbelieving folk) to the Cave, they said: Our Lord! Bestow on us mercy from Yourself, and facilitate for us our affair in the right way.’
Quran 18:10
The story about the rich and poor
‘And (O Prophet) coin for them a parable: Two men, We made for one of them two gardens of vines and We surrounded them with date-palms and We placed between them tillage.’
Quran 18:32
The story of Musa (as) and Khidr
‘There they found a servant of Ours, to whom We had granted mercy from Us and enlightened with knowledge of Our Own.’
Quran 18:65
Dhul Qurnayn with Yajuj and Majuj
‘They said, O Dhul Qurnayn, indeed Gog and Magog are (great) corrupters in the land. So may we assign for you an expenditure that you might make between us and them a barrier?’
Quran 18:94
4 Reading Surah Al Kahf on a Friday will illuminate the reciter from one Friday to the next.
5 The Surah consists of 1557 words, 6360 letters and contains 12 Rukuhs.
6 Al Kahf means ‘The Cave’ and thus named after the story about the People of the Cave
7 Surah Al Kahf is a protection from Dajjal
‘One who memorised the first ten verses of Surah al Kahf will be secure against the Dajjal (Anti-Christ).’
Muslim
May Allah help us make Surah Al Kahf a regular part of our Friday routine insha’Allah.
May Allah protect all of us from the Fitnah of Dajjal and forgive all of our sins. Ameen

July 27, 2024 - REGARDING THE MOCKERY OF THE LAST SUPPER OF JESUS CHRIST
Most Rev. Andrew H. Cozzens, S.T.D., D.D.
Bishop of Crookston
Chairman of the Board of the National Eucharistic Congress
“If then my people, upon whom my name has been pronounced, humble themselves and pray, and seek my face and turn from their evil ways, I will hear them from heaven and pardon their sins and heal their land.” (2 Chr 7:14)
Dear Brothers and Sisters in Christ,
At the opening Holy Hour of the 10th National Eucharistic Congress, on Wednesday July, 17, 2024, I prayed these very words, inviting tens of thousands in the stadium and thousands more watching virtually to join me in asking the Lord to pardon our sins and heal our land.
Then on Friday evening, July 19th, we all united around Our Eucharistic Lord again in Lucas Oil Stadium in Indianapolis to make reparation for our sins. We humbled ourselves in the presence of Jesus, Our Lord and Savior. Recognizing that if one member of the Body of Christ suffers, we all suffer, we prayed together for healing and forgiveness. We were lead through a litany of healing and repentance in the Eucharist by Fr. Boniface Hicks, O.S.B. Many people told me that this moment of communal penance and reparation was a moment of great healing for them. It was amongst the most powerful experiences of grace for me personally during those holy days.
Just one week later, on July 26th in Paris, where the newly restored Cathedral of Notre Dame stands as an iconic reminder to our belief in the importance of the Mass, which makes spiritually present to us the Last Supper, nearly 1 billion men, women and children, in person and through live telecast, witnessed the public mockery of the Mass, the “source and summit of the Christian life” (LG, 11). During the opening ceremonies of the Summer Olympics, the famous DaVinci Masterpiece The Last Supper was depicted in heinous fashion, leaving us in such shock, sorrow and righteous anger that words cannot describe it.
Brothers and sisters, we know that what the enemy intends for evil, God uses for good. We know that “where sin increased, grace overflowed all the more” (Rom 5:20).
Throughout salvation history, the Lord and his prophets have called us—the people of God—to respond to the darkness of evil with the light that comes from the Lord. At the heart of this call are prayer and fasting. Jesus told us that some demons “can only come out through prayer [and through fasting]” (Mk 29:9). He modeled this for us when he spent 40 days in the desert before beginning his public ministry, praying and fasting, begging God the Father to prepare him for all that lay ahead—including his perfect gift of self through his death on the Cross.
We believe that the Last Supper is united with the death of Christ on the Cross and, together with the Resurrection, these events are all one in the Paschal Mystery. This passover, which begins at the Last Supper, is the most sacred moment in the life of Jesus. This is when Jesus offered his life for us so that we could share in his divine life forever.
Jesus experienced his Passion anew Friday night in Paris when his Last Supper was publicly defamed. As his living body, we are invited to enter into this moment of passion with him, this moment of public shame, mockery, and persecution. We do this through prayer and fasting. And our greatest prayer—in season and out of season—is the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass.
As the Church throughout the world gathers tomorrow at the Lord’s Altar, let us do so with renewed zeal. Let us pray for healing and forgiveness for all those who participated in this mockery. Let us commit ourselves this week to greater prayer and fasting in reparation for this sin. Perhaps you could attend Mass once more this week or do an extra holy hour?
We may also be called upon to speak about this evil. Let us do so with love and charity, but also with firmness. France and the entire world are saved by the love poured out through the Mass, which came to us through the Last Supper. Inspired by the many martyrs who shed their blood to witness to the truth of the Mass, we will not stand aside and quietly abide as the world mocks our greatest gift from the Lord Jesus. Rather, through our prayer and fasting, we will ask the Holy Spirit to strengthen us with the virtue of fortitude so that we may preach Christ—our Lord and Savior, truly present in the Eucharist—for the Glory of God and the Salvation of Souls.
Let us, strengthened by Christ, be the Eucharistic Missionaries we are called to be.
+In Christ Jesus,
Most Rev. Andrew H. Cozzens, S.T.D., D.D.
Bishop of Crookston
Chairman of the Board of the National Eucharistic Congress

The Pilgrim’s Progress: Part 13
Listen to: The 10th Stage, at Renaissance Classics Podcast.
Tumblr media
Pilgrim's Progress: Pilgrim's Progress: Part One, Section 10.
Then Christian addressed thus himself to his fellow:
Christian:  Well, come, my good Hopeful, I perceive that thou and I must walk by ourselves again.
So I saw in my dream that they went on apace before, and Ignorance he came hobbling after. Then said Christian to his companion, It pities me much for this poor man, it will certainly go ill with him at last.
Hopeful: Alas! there are abundance in our town in his condition, whole families, yea, whole streets, and that of pilgrims too; and if there be so many in our parts, how many, think you, must there be in the place where he was born?
Christian:  Indeed the Word saith, "He hath blinded their eyes, lest they should see", &c. But now we are by ourselves, what do you think of such men? Have they at no time, think you, convictions of sin, and so consequently fears that their state is dangerous?
Hopeful: Nay, do you answer that question yourself, for you are the elder man.
Christian:  Then I say, sometimes (as I think) they may; but they being naturally ignorant, understand not that such convictions tend to their good; and therefore they do desperately seek to stifle them, and presumptuously continue to flatter themselves in the way of their own hearts.
Hopeful: I do believe, as you say, that fear tends much to men's good, and to make them right, at their beginning to go on pilgrimage.
Christian:  Without all doubt it doth, if it be right; for so says the Word, "The fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom." [Prov. 1:7, 9:10, Job 28:28, Ps. 111:10]
Hopeful: How will you describe right fear?
Christian:  True or right fear is discovered by three things:
By its rise; it is caused by saving convictions for sin.
It driveth the soul to lay fast hold of Christ for salvation.
It begetteth and continueth in the soul a great reverence of God, his Word, and ways, keeping it tender, and making it afraid to turn from them, to the right hand or to the left, to anything that may dishonour God, break its peace, grieve the Spirit, or cause the enemy to speak reproachfully.
Hopeful: Well said; I believe you have said the truth. Are we now almost got past the Enchanted Ground?
Christian:  Why, art thou weary of this discourse?
Hopeful: No, verily, but that I would know where we are.
Christian:  We have not now above two miles further to go thereon. But let us return to our matter. Now the ignorant know not that such convictions as tend to put them in fear are for their good, and therefore they seek to stifle them.
Hopeful: How do they seek to stifle them?
Christian:  1. They think that those fears are wrought by the devil, (though indeed they are wrought of God); and, thinking so, they resist them as things that directly tend to their overthrow.
2. They also think that these fears tend to the spoiling of their faith, when, alas, for them, poor men that they are, they have none at all! and therefore they harden their hearts against them.
3. They presume they ought not to fear; and, therefore, in despite of them, wax presumptuously confident.
4. They see that those fears tend to take away from them their pitiful old self-holiness, and therefore they resist them with all their might.
Hopeful: I know something of this myself; for, before I knew myself, it was so with me.
Christian:  Well, we will leave, at this time, our neighbour Ignorance by himself, and fall upon another profitable question.
Hopeful: With all my heart, but you shall still begin.
Christian:  Well then, did you not know, about ten years ago, one Temporary in your parts, who was a forward man in religion then?
Hopeful: Know him! yes, he dwelt in Graceless, a town about two miles off of Honesty, and he dwelt next door to one Turnback.
Christian:  Right, he dwelt under the same roof with him. Well, that man was much awakened once; I believe that then he had some sight of his sins, and of the wages that were due thereto.
Hopeful: I am of your mind, for, my house not being above three miles from him, he would ofttimes come to me, and that with many tears. Truly I pitied the man, and was not altogether without hope of him; but one may see, it is not every one that cries, Lord, Lord.
Christian:  He told me once that he was resolved to go on pilgrimage, as we do now; but all of a sudden he grew acquainted with one Save-self, and then he became a stranger to me.
Hopeful: Now, since we are talking about him, let us a little inquire into the reason of the sudden backsliding of him and such others.
Christian:  It may be very profitable, but do you begin.
Hopeful: Well, then, there are in my judgment four reasons for it:
1. Though the consciences of such men are awakened, yet their minds are not changed; therefore, when the power of guilt weareth away, that which provoked them to be religious ceaseth, wherefore they naturally turn to their own course again, even as we see the dog that is sick of what he has eaten, so long as his sickness prevails he vomits and casts up all; not that he doth this of a free mind (if we may say a dog has a mind), but because it troubleth his stomach; but now, when his sickness is over, and so his stomach eased, his desire being not at all alienate from his vomit, he turns him about and licks up all, and so it is true which is written, "The dog is turned to his own vomit again." [2 Pet. 2:22] Thus I say, being hot for heaven, by virtue only of the sense and fear of the torments of hell, as their sense of hell and the fears of damnation chills and cools, so their desires for heaven and salvation cool also. So then it comes to pass, that when their guilt and fear is gone, their desires for heaven and happiness die, and they return to their course again.
2. Another reason is, they have slavish fears that do overmaster them; I speak now of the fears that they have of men, for "the fear of man bringeth a snare". [Prov. 29:25] So then, though they seem to be hot for heaven, so long as the flames of hell are about their ears, yet when that terror is a little over, they betake themselves to second thoughts; namely, that it is good to be wise, and not to run (for they know not what) the hazard of losing all, or, at least, of bringing themselves into unavoidable and unnecessary troubles, and so they fall in with the world again.
3. The shame that attends religion lies also as a block in their way; they are proud and haughty; and religion in their eye is low and contemptible, therefore, when they have lost their sense of hell and wrath to come, they return again to their former course.
4. Guilt, and to meditate terror, are grievous to them. They like not to see their misery before they come into it; though perhaps the sight of it first, if they loved that sight, might make them fly whither the righteous fly and are safe. But because they do, as I hinted before, even shun the thoughts of guilt and terror, therefore, when once they are rid of their awakenings about the terrors and wrath of God, they harden their hearts gladly, and choose such ways as will harden them more and more.
Christian:  You are pretty near the business, for the bottom of all is for want of a change in their mind and will. And therefore they are but like the felon that standeth before the judge, he quakes and trembles, and seems to repent most heartily, but the bottom of all is the fear of the halter; not that he hath any detestation of the offence, as is evident, because, let but this man have his liberty, and he will be a thief, and so a rogue still, whereas, if his mind was changed, he would be otherwise.
Hopeful: Now I have showed you the reasons of their going back, do you show me the manner thereof.
Christian:  So I will willingly.
1. They draw off their thoughts, all that they may, from the remembrance of God, death, and judgment to come.
2. Then they cast off by degrees private duties, as closet prayer, curbing their lusts, watching, sorrow for sin, and the like.
3. Then they shun the company of lively and warm Christians.
4. After that they grow cold to public duty, as hearing, reading, godly conference, and the like.
5. Then they begin to pick holes, as we say, in the coats of some of the godly; and that devilishly, that they may have a seeming colour to throw religion (for the sake of some infirmity they have espied in them) behind their backs.
6. Then they begin to adhere to, and associate themselves with, carnal, loose, and wanton men.
7. Then they give way to carnal and wanton discourses in secret; and glad are they if they can see such things in any that are counted honest, that they may the more boldly do it through their example.
8. After this they begin to play with little sins openly.
9. And then, being hardened, they show themselves as they are. Thus, being launched again into the gulf of misery, unless a miracle of grace prevent it, they everlastingly perish in their own deceivings.
Now I saw in my dream, that by this time the Pilgrims were got over the Enchanted Ground, and entering into the country of Beulah, whose air was very sweet and pleasant, the way lying directly through it, they solaced themselves there for a season. Yea, here they heard continually the singing of birds, and saw every day the flowers appear on the earth, and heard the voice of the turtle in the land. [Isa. 62:4, Song of Solomon 2:10-12] In this country the sun shineth night and day; wherefore this was beyond the Valley of the Shadow of Death, and also out of the reach of Giant Despair, neither could they from this place so much as see Doubting Castle. Here they were within sight of the city they were going to, also here met them some of the inhabitants thereof; for in this land the Shining Ones commonly walked, because it was upon the borders of heaven. In this land also, the contract between the bride and the bridegroom was renewed; yea, here, "As the bridegroom rejoiceth over the bride, so did their God rejoice over them." [Isa. 62:5] Here they had no want of corn and wine; for in this place they met with abundance of what they had sought for in all their pilgrimage. [Isa. 62:8] Here they heard voices from out of the city, loud voices, saying, "'Say ye to the daughter of Zion, Behold, thy salvation cometh! Behold, his reward is with him!' Here all the inhabitants of the country called them, 'The holy people, The redeemed of the Lord, Sought out'", etc. [Isa. 62:11,12]
Now as they walked in this land, they had more rejoicing than in parts more remote from the kingdom to which they were bound; and drawing near to the city, they had yet a more perfect view thereof. It was builded of pearls and precious stones, also the street thereof was paved with gold; so that by reason of the natural glory of the city, and the reflection of the sunbeams upon it, Christian with desire fell sick; Hopeful also had a fit or two of the same disease. Wherefore, here they lay by it a while, crying out, because of their pangs, If ye find my beloved, tell him that I am sick of love.
But, being a little strengthened, and better able to bear their sickness, they walked on their way, and came yet nearer and nearer, where were orchards, vineyards, and gardens, and their gates opened into the highway. Now, as they came up to these places, behold the gardener stood in the way, to whom the Pilgrims said, Whose goodly vineyards and gardens are these? He answered, They are the King's, and are planted here for his own delight, and also for the solace of pilgrims. So the gardener had them into the vineyards, and bid them refresh themselves with the dainties. [Deut. 23:24] He also showed them there the King's walks, and the arbours where he delighted to be; and here they tarried and slept.
Now I beheld in my dream that they talked more in their sleep at this time than ever they did in all their journey; and being in a muse thereabout, the gardener said even to me, Wherefore musest thou at the matter? It is the nature of the fruit of the grapes of these vineyards to go down so sweetly as to cause the lips of them that are asleep to speak.
So I saw that when they awoke, they addressed themselves to go up to the city; but, as I said, the reflection of the sun upon the city (for the city was pure gold) was so extremely glorious that they could not, as yet, with open face behold it, but through an instrument made for that purpose. So I saw, that as I went on, there met them two men, in raiment that shone like gold; also their faces shone as the light. [Rev. 21:18, 2 Cor. 3:18]
These men asked the Pilgrims whence they came; and they told them. They also asked them where they had lodged, what difficulties and dangers, what comforts and pleasures they had met in the way; and they told them. Then said the men that met them, You have but two difficulties more to meet with, and then you are in the city.
Christian then, and his companion, asked the men to go along with them; so they told them they would. But, said they, you must obtain it by your own Faithful: So I saw in my dream that they went on together, until they came in sight of the gate.
Now, I further saw, that betwixt them and the gate was a river, but there was no bridge to go over: the river was very deep. At the sight, therefore, of this river, the Pilgrims were much stunned; but the men that went in with them said, You must go through, or you cannot come at the gate.
The Pilgrims then began to inquire if there was no other way to the gate; to which they answered, Yes; but there hath not any, save two, to wit, Enoch and Elijah, been permitted to tread that path since the foundation of the world, nor shall, until the last trumpet shall sound. [1 Cor. 15:51,52] The Pilgrims then, especially Christian, began to despond in their minds, and looked this way and that, but no way could be found by them by which they might escape the river. Then they asked the men if the waters were all of a depth. They said: No; yet they could not help them in that case; for, said they, you shall find it deeper or shallower as you believe in the King of the place.
*In the Resurrection of the Righteous. [Rev. 20:4-6]
They then addressed themselves to the water and, entering, Christian began to sink, and crying out to his good friend Hopeful, he said, I sink in deep waters; the billows go over my head, all his waves go over me! Selah.
Christian's conflict at the hour of death
Then said the other, Be of good cheer, my brother, I feel the bottom, and it is good. Then said Christian, Ah! my friend, the sorrows of death hath compassed me about; I shall not see the land that flows with milk and honey; and with that a great darkness and horror fell upon Christian, so that he could not see before him. Also here he in great measure lost his senses, so that he could neither remember nor orderly talk of any of those sweet refreshments that he had met with in the way of his pilgrimage. But all the words that he spake still tended to discover that he had horror of mind, and heart fears that he should die in that river, and never obtain entrance in at the gate. Here also, as they that stood by perceived, he was much in the troublesome thoughts of the sins that he had committed, both since and before he began to be a pilgrim. It was also observed that he was troubled with apparitions of hobgoblins and evil spirits, for ever and anon he would intimate so much by words. Hopeful, therefore, here had much ado to keep his brother's head above water; yea, sometimes he would be quite gone down, and then, ere a while, he would rise up again half dead. Hopeful also would endeavour to comfort him, saying, Brother, I see the gate, and men standing by to receive us: but Christian would answer, It is you, it is you they wait for; you have been Hopeful ever since I knew you. And so have you, said he to Christian. Ah! brother! said he, surely if I was right he would now arise to help me; but for my sins he hath brought me into the snare, and hath left me. Then said Hopeful, My brother, you have quite forgot the text, where it is said of the wicked, "There are no bands in their death, but their strength is firm. They are not in trouble as other men, neither are they plagued like other men. [Ps. 73:4,5] These troubles and distresses that you go through in these waters are no sign that God hath forsaken you; but are sent to try you, whether you will call to mind that which heretofore you have received of his goodness, and live upon him in your distresses.
Then I saw in my dream, that Christian was as in a muse a while. To whom also Hopeful added this word, Be of good cheer, Jesus Christ maketh thee whole; and with that Christian brake out with a loud voice, Oh, I see him again! and he tells me, "When thou passest through the waters, I will be with thee, and through the rivers, they shall not overflow thee." [Isa. 43:2] Then they both took courage, and the enemy was after that as still as a stone, until they were gone over. Christian therefore presently found ground to stand upon, and so it followed that the rest of the river was but shallow. Thus they got over. Now, upon the bank of the river, on the other side, they saw the two shining men again, who there waited for them; wherefore, being come out of the river, they saluted them, saying, We are ministering spirits, sent forth to minister for those that shall be heirs of salvation. Thus they went along towards the gate.
Now you must note that the city stood upon a mighty hill, but the Pilgrims went up that hill with ease, because they had these two men to lead them up by the arms; also, they had left their mortal garments behind them in the river, for though they went in with them, they came out without them. They, therefore, went up here with much agility and speed, though the foundation upon which the city was framed was higher than the clouds. They therefore went up through the regions of the air, sweetly talking as they went, being comforted, because they safely got over the river, and had such glorious companions to attend them.
Now, now, look how the holy pilgrims ride, Clouds are their chariots, angels are their guide: Who would not here for him all hazards run, That thus provides for his when this world's done?
The talk they had with the Shining Ones was about the glory of the place; who told them that the beauty and glory of it was inexpressible. There, said they, is the Mount Zion, the heavenly Jerusalem, the innumerable company of angels, and the spirits of just men made perfect. [Heb. 12:22-24] You are going now, said they, to the paradise of God, wherein you shall see the tree of life, and eat of the never-fading fruits thereof; and when you come there, you shall have white robes given you, and your walk and talk shall be every day with the King, even all the days of eternity. [Rev. 2:7, 3:4, 21:4,5] There you shall not see again such things as you saw when you were in the lower region upon the earth, to wit, sorrow, sickness, affliction, and death, for the former things are passed away. You are now going to Abraham, to Isaac, and Jacob, and to the prophets men that God hath taken away from the evil to come, and that are now resting upon their beds, each one walking in his righteousness. [Isa. 57:1,2, 65:17] The men then asked, What must we do in the holy place? To whom it was answered, You must there receive the comforts of all your toil, and have joy for all your sorrow; you must reap what you have sown, even the fruit of all your prayers, and tears, and sufferings for the King by the way. [Gal. 6:7] In that place you must wear crowns of gold, and enjoy the perpetual sight and vision of the Holy One, for there you shall see him as he is. [1 John 3:2] There also you shall serve him continually with praise, with shouting, and thanksgiving, whom you desired to serve in the world, though with much difficulty, because of the infirmity of your flesh. There your eyes shall be delighted with seeing, and your ears with hearing the pleasant voice of the Mighty One. There you shall enjoy your friends again that are gone thither before you; and there you shall with joy receive, even every one that follows into the holy place after you. There also shall you be clothed with glory and majesty, and put into an equipage fit to ride out with the King of Glory. When he shall come with sound of trumpet in the clouds, as upon the wings of the wind, you shall come with him; and when he shall sit upon the throne of judgment; you shall sit by him; yea, and when he shall pass sentence upon all the workers of iniquity, let them be angels or men, you also shall have a voice in that judgment, because they were his and your enemies. [1 Thes. 4:13-16, Jude 1:14, Dan. 7:9,10, 1 Cor. 6:2,3] Also, when he shall again return to the city, you shall go too, with sound of trumpet, and be ever with him.
Now while they were thus drawing towards the gate, behold a company of the heavenly host came out to meet them; to whom it was said, by the other two Shining Ones, These are the men that have loved our Lord when they were in the world, and that have left all for his holy name; and he hath sent us to fetch them, and we have brought them thus far on their desired journey, that they may go in and look their Redeemer in the face with joy. Then the heavenly host gave a great shout, saying, "Blessed are they which are called unto the marriage supper of the Lamb." [Rev. 19:9] There came out also at this time to meet them, several of the King's trumpeters, clothed in white and shining raiment, who, with melodious noises, and loud, made even the heavens to echo with their sound. These trumpeters saluted Christian and his fellow with ten thousand welcomes from the world; and this they did with shouting, and sound of trumpet.
This done, they compassed them round on every side; some went before, some behind, and some on the right hand, some on the left, (as it were to guard them through the upper regions), continually sounding as they went, with melodious noise, in notes on high: so that the very sight was, to them that could behold it, as if heaven itself was come down to meet them. Thus, therefore, they walked on together; and as they walked, ever and anon these trumpeters, even with joyful sound, would, by mixing their music with looks and gestures, still signify to Christian and his brother, how welcome they were into their company, and with what gladness they came to meet them; and now were these two men, as it were, in heaven, before they came at it, being swallowed up with the sight of angels, and with hearing of their melodious notes. Here also they had the city itself in view, and they thought they heard all the bells therein to ring, to welcome them thereto. But above all, the warm and joyful thoughts that they had about their own dwelling there, with such company, and that for ever and ever. Oh, by what tongue or pen can their glorious joy be expressed! And thus they came up to the gate.
Now, when they were come up to the gate, there was written over it in letters of gold, "Blessed are they that do his commandments, that they may have right to the tree of life, and may enter in through the gates into the city." [Rev. 22:14]
Then I saw in my dream that the Shining Men bid them call at the gate; the which, when they did, some looked from above over the gate, to wit, Enoch, Moses, and Elijah, &c., to whom it was said, These pilgrims are come from the City of Destruction, for the love that they bear to the King of this place; and then the Pilgrims gave in unto them each man his certificate, which they had received in the beginning; those, therefore, were carried in to the King, who, when he had read them, said, Where are the men? To whom it was answered, They are standing without the gate. The King then commanded to open the gate, "That the righteous nation," said he, "which keepeth the truth, may enter in." [Isa. 26:2]
Now I saw in my dream that these two men went in at the gate: and lo, as they entered, they were transfigured, and they had raiment put on that shone like gold. There was also that met them with harps and crowns, and gave them to them the harps to praise withal, and the crowns in token of honour. Then I heard in my dream that all the bells in the city rang again for joy, and that it was said unto them, "ENTER YE INTO THE JOY OF YOUR LORD." I also heard the men themselves, that they sang with a loud voice, saying, "BLESSING AND HONOUR, AND GLORY, AND POWER, BE UNTO HIM THAT SITTETH UPON THE THRONE, AND UNTO THE LAMB, FOR EVER AND EVER." [Rev. 5:13]
Now, just as the gates were opened to let in the men, I looked in after them, and, behold, the City shone like the sun; the streets also were paved with gold, and in them walked many men, with crowns on their heads, palms in their hands, and golden harps to sing praises withal.
There were also of them that had wings, and they answered one another without intermission, saying, "Holy, holy, holy is the Lord." [Rev. 4:8] And after that they shut up the gates; which, when I had seen, I wished myself among them.
Now while I was gazing upon all these things, I turned my head to look back, and saw Ignorance come up to the river side; but he soon got over, and that without half that difficulty which the other two men met with. For it happened that there was then in that place, one Vain-hope, a ferryman, that with his boat helped him over; so he, as the other I saw, did ascend the hill, to come up to the gate, only he came alone; neither did any man meet him with the least encouragement. When he was come up to the gate, he looked up to the writing that was above, and then began to knock, supposing that entrance should have been quickly administered to him; but he was asked by the men that looked over the top of the gate, Whence came you, and what would you have? He answered, I have eat and drank in the presence of the King, and he has taught in our streets. Then they asked him for his certificate, that they might go in and show it to the King; so he fumbled in his bosom for one, and found none. Then said they, Have you none? But the man answered never a word. So they told the King, but he would not come down to see him, but commanded the two Shining Ones that conducted Christian and Hopeful to the City, to go out and take Ignorance, and bind him hand and foot, and have him away. Then they took him up, and carried him through the air to the door that I saw in the side of the hill, and put him in there. Then I saw that there was a way to hell, even from the gates of heaven, as well as from the City of Destruction. So I awoke, and behold it was a dream.
The Conclusion.
Now, Reader, I have told my dream to thee; See if thou canst interpret it to me, Or to thyself, or neighbour; but take heed Of misinterpreting; for that, instead Of doing good, will but thyself abuse: By misinterpreting, evil ensues.
Take heed, also, that thou be not extreme, In playing with the outside of my dream: Nor let my figure or similitude Put thee into a laughter or a feud. Leave this for boys and fools; but as for thee, Do thou the substance of my matter see.
Put by the curtains, look within my veil, Turn up my metaphors, and do not fail, There, if thou seekest them, such things to find, As will be helpful to an honest mind.
What of my dross thou findest there, be bold To throw away, but yet preserve the gold; What if my gold be wrapped up in ore? None throws away the apple for the core. But if thou shalt cast all away as vain, I know not but 'twill make me dream again.

Grandfather Clock - Sam Sedgman — Fevered Sleep
“For years, French clocks showed a 10 at the top instead of a 12. It didn’t catch on. It seems silly, now – but it’s no sillier than the way we measure time today, splitting hours into sixty minutes just because the Babylonians did, 4000 years ago. Why sixty? Why twelve? Many ancient civilizations divided the daylight hours into ten: one for each finger and thumb. No number is correct. There’s no right or wrong way to measure time.”
*her use of clocks everywhere, in all of her videos, in how her eggs make us go backwards and forwards in time she is the mastermind because she has taught her fandom how to manifest and how to learn that there is no right time, there is no time but now. Or as a wise man once wrote “there is no day but today.”
“Time is messy. When Big Ben was built, it was the most accurate mechanical clock in the world, precise to within two seconds a week. Today, atomic clocks measure the vibration of frozen caesium atoms, precise to one second in a hundred million years. But still these clocks need adjustment, because the earth does not keep time as cleanly as an atomic clock. It doesn’t spin at a constant speed, and its path round the sun doesn’t divide cleanly into a number of whole days. So we try to keep up, adding leap days and leap seconds and daylight savings time, like putting pennies on the pendulum to speed up and slow down the earth.”

*2024 is a leap year. Leap years in the years that Taylor Swift has been active are… 2004, 2006, 2008 (Fearless), 2012 (Red), 2016, 2020 (Folklore), and 2024 (TTPD)
*1944 was mentioned in Timeless 1944 was also a leap year.
So if this were the case in the Karma coffee cup… then the fingers being at 8 and 2 would = 10. And then there is the 10 that would be in place of the 12 on the clock its self. 2 numbers would be missing. And it’s on the 10th album.
14 years ago…. (Track 14 is Wonderland):
10/10/10 Taylor Swift tweeted “I like getting lost in the woods, my security team does not.”
10/10/2010 - 12/8/2024 = 5173 days

“You know I adore you, I’m crazier for you than I was at 16, lost in a film scene. Waving homecoming queens, marching band playing” - Miss Americana and The Heartbreak Prince.
— she tenchically opens Lover with “Cruel Summer” or so she says…. But it’s actually Miss Americana, thats the 1st song played on the tour.
— The Hannah Montana Movie came out on 4/10/2009 and TS was 19 years old, she wrote “Crazier” for this movie. But also her “You Belong With Me” music video features TS in a marching band with the same male lead.
The HM movie (4/10/09) and the YBWM music video (6/10/09) were released 61 days or exactly 2 months apart or 8 weeks and 5 days which = 13.
Also track 16 on 1989 is New Romantics… which now that I am breaking it down I think this is her “we don’t give a fuck era”
“Cause I could build a castle out of all the bricks they threw at me” - “Castles Crumbling”, “Me”
“Heartbreak is the national anthem”- Funny this was the title of a book that was just released.
“Waiting on trains that just aren’t coming” - in the man music video she is peeing on the subway wall, the YBWM live performance was in the subway.
“Scarlet letters” - in the book it was A for adultery, A is also the 1st letter of the alphabet…. Like “ The 1”
“Mine is better” - “Mine”, “Soon You’ll Get Better”
“We’re so young”- “Slut”
“Honey life is just a class room” - all the school hall references.
“Everyday is like a battle”- “The Great War”
“Too busy dancing to get knocked off our feet” - “Shake It Off”
Out Of The Woods is track 4 on 1989/1989 Deluxe and the T.V’s as well.
The release between 1989 and 1989 TV is 9 years.

I think this article I read about Big Ben answers the Pittsburgh question I had about why so many hints towards that city… besides the Rust. During the Roethlisberger sexual assault case the deputy police chiefs last name was Malone…. Like Post Malone was the male voice on Fortnight? Oh and the Steeler spokesman’s name was Dave Lockett…. Like the necklace/locket she has sung about in 3 songs. The girl that made the claim said the incident happened on 5/5/2010…. 158 days before 10/10/2010.

SEVENTH MONTH, TENTH DAY, SABBATH, CODED MYSTERY OF CHRIST’S SECOND COMING, REVEALED! May 15, 2026
Seven (7) and ten (10) are prominent numbers employed by the enemies, which can also be used in identifying their allies, especially in the great conspiracy that will happen in these last days.
REVELATION 17:3, 7, 9, 12
(3) …I saw a woman sit upon a scarlet coloured beast… having SEVEN HEADS and TEN HORNS.
(7) …I will TELL thee the MYSTERY of the woman, and of the beast… which hath the SEVEN HEADS and TEN HORNS.
(9) And here is the mind which hath WISDOM. The SEVEN HEADS are SEVEN MOUNTAINS…
(12) And the TEN HORNS which thou sawest are TEN KINGS… receive POWER as kings one hour with the beast.
7 – SEVEN heads (mountains), 10 – TEN horns (kingdoms)
The 7 heads refer to the 7 hills of Rome, and the 10 horns (kingdoms) are the 10 major religions, including Judaism, who will conspire to deceive the world.
The boast of the Jewish church to be the chosen people of God, whereby many will exalt and unite with them in these last days, are all lies and hypocrisy, for they are among those who adhere with the papacy.
ZECHARIAH 8:23 …TEN MEN shall TAKE HOLD… of the SKIRT of him that is a JEW, saying, We will go with you: for we have heard that GOD IS WITH YOU.
ISAIAH 4:1 And in that day SEVEN women shall TAKE HOLD of one man… let us be called by thy name…
7 – SEVEN women, 10 – TEN men
All who will join in this great conspiracy, prompting war against the people of God (Revelation 17:13–14), will all be burned with the fire of God’s vengeance.
EZEKIEL 5:3-4
(3) Thou shalt also take thereof a few in number, and BIND them in thy SKIRTS.
(4) …and BURN them in the fire; for thereof shall a fire come forth into ALL the house of ISRAEL.
God employs the numbers of the enemies in accordance with His principle in Obadiah 15, which is to return their ways to their own heads.
The Day of Atonement, being inclusive in the year of Jubilee, is celebrated on the 10th day of the 7th month, which is on a Sabbath day (Leviticus 16:4, 23, 29-31).
This directly foretells the coming of Christ, which will likewise happen on a Sabbath day.
LEVITICUS 23:27-28, 32
(27) Also on the TENTH day of this SEVENTH month there shall be a day of ATONEMENT…
(28) And ye shall do no work in that same day: for it is a day of ATONEMENT…
(32) It shall be unto you a SABBATH of REST… from EVEN unto EVEN, shall ye CELEBRATE your SABBATH.
7 – SEVENTH month, 10 – TENTH day
LEVITICUS 25:9-10
(9) …cause the TRUMPET of the JUBILE to sound on the TENTH day of the SEVENTH month, in the day of ATONEMENT…
(10) …and proclaim LIBERTY throughout all the land… ye shall RETURN every man unto his family.
Christ commissioned His people to preach the Sabbath (burial) until He returns, just as His death has been continuously commemorated through the ordinance of the Lord’s Supper, for it will always be binding upon men.
1 CORINTHIANS 11:24-26
(24) …Take, eat: this is my BODY, which is broken for you: this do in REMEMBRANCE OF ME.
(25) …This CUP is the new testament in my BLOOD: this do ye, as oft as ye drink it, in REMEMBRANCE OF ME.
(26) For as often as ye eat this BREAD, and drink this CUP, ye do shew the LORD'S DEATH TILL HE COME.
Herewith, the disciples in the past maintained to keep the Sabbath even after the death of Christ (John 19:30-31).
God placed His appointed time on the dates of the First and Second Destructions of Jerusalem, which are the 7th day (2 Kings 25:8) and 10th day (Jeremiah 52:12) of the fifth month.
The triangular number of 7 is 28.
2 + 8 =10
Taking the cube of numbers 1-10 as per digit will give a sum of 2026, the exact year of Christ’s return.
Another Computation:
586 BCE – FIRST Destruction, 70 CE – SECOND Destruction
BY USING CONCATENATION:
586 + 7 = 5867 (flipped figure of 5786)
The Hebrew year 5786 precisely corresponds to the year 2026 in the Gregorian calendar.
TO GOD BE THE GLORY!

2024 republican platform
Tumblr media
YES, THIS IS IN FACT THE OFFICIAL 2024 RNC GOP PLATFORM, LIKE WHAT THEY HAVE ON THEIR PDF...
look at this shit, an actual child wrote this what the fuck. lets go over this one after the other shall we
1: "SEAL THE BORDER, AND STOP THE MIGRANT INVASION"
they want to stop central and south american refugees and migrants from coming to america through mexico/ the carribean. who would have thought that the country which was founded on, and has only and will continue to only grow because of immigration would be so against people coming into the country. i wont go into too much detail but its just ridiculous
2: "CARRY OUT THE LARGEST DEPORTATION OPERATION IN AMERICAN HISTORY"
nazi shit, straight up nazi shit. what they mean by that is deporting anyone without citizenship. its just evil. thats tens of millions of people right there
3: "END INFLATION, AND MAKE AMERICA AFFORDABLE AGAIN"
inflation is already ended? its at 3% which is a normal amount for a country. and for that affordable part, raising wages is what will make america affordable. which republicans have shown time and time again they are against doing
4: "MAKE AMERICA THE DOMINANT ENERGY PRODUCER IN THE WORLD, BY FAR!"
odd punctuation aside, this one is like... okay? i mean that would require much investment into green energy and nuclear energy which the fossil fuel lobbying republicans dont want but theres nothing inherently wrong with that ig
5: "STOP OUTSOURCING, AND TURN THE UNITED STATES INTO A MANUFACTURING SUPERPOWER"
the trump campaign outsourced production of biker shirts to an offshore copany bc they knew that republicans would be unwilling to pay that much more for specialized trump clothing. but i mean yeah outsourcing is bad but also im not an isolationist so idk
6: "LARGE TAX CUTS FOR WORKERS, AND NO TAX ON TIPS!"
how do these people think the government gets funded... tariffs? this isnt 1790 anymore you need more than just that to run a government and bureaucracy as large as the united states. but yeah this one is whatever
7: "DEFEND OUR CONSTITUTION, OUR BILL OF RIGHTS, AND OUR FUNDAMENTAL FREEDOMS, INCLUDING FREEDOM OF SPEECH, FREEDOM OF RELIGION, AND THE RIGHT TO KEEP AND BEAR ARMS"
from who? the constitution is already there... all the amendments are already encoded into law...? but yeah the only threat to the constitution is the republicans. reminder, it is now legally mandated you have to put the 10 commandments up in school classrooms in louisiana. also project 2025 literally goes against the 10th amendment in every way but... whatever ig
8: "PREVENT WORLD WAR THREE, RESTORE PEACE IN EUROPE AND IN THE MIDDLE EAST, AND BUILD A GREAT IRON DOME MISSILE DEFENSE SHIELD OVER OUR ENTIRE COUNTRY -- ALL MADE IN AMERICA"
.... no words. this is such an arrogant mindset its insane from top to bottom. yeah lets just bring peace to the middle east bc that worked so well before hasnt it. also yes lets just bring peace to europe, im sure putin is deeply concerned what america has to say on this and yknow... less on the actual battlefield
the "great iron dome missile defense shield" is the icing on the cake. pure gold. sounds like some shit a child would say. we have THAAD, use real terminology ffs
also not to play devils advocate bc i like taiwan but, if you want to avoid ww3 wouldnt that mean not going to war over taiwan? like if thats what it takes to avoid ww3 than that would be what you would do... right? again i like taiwan but im just using their logic
9: "END THE WEAPONIZATION OF GOVERNMENT AGAINST THE AMERICAN PEOPLE"
saying this while also saying you want to deport tens of millions of people using the government as your method of doing so is deeply ironic, tho ig it makes sense considering the republicans dont see those being deported as human
also this means they're gonna defund the police... erm based department? not actually ofc just having a bit of fun.
10: "STOP THE MIGRANT CRIME EPIDEMIC, DEMOLISH THE FOREIGN DRUG CARTELS, CRUSH GANG VIOLENCE, AND LOCK UP VIOLENT OFFENDERS"
there is no migrant crime epidemic btw. migrants per capita commit less crimes than american citizens. also for the other stuff its just useless key jingling. it doesnt mean anything its just saying shit
11: "REBUILD OUR CITIES, INCLUDING WASHINGTON DC, MAKING THEM SAFE, CLEAN, AND BEAUTIFUL AGAIN."
when they say this they are speaking through the mouth of car and gas companies, more roads! more cars! also why dc specifically? dc is literally one of the nicest cities in the country why tf you signaling it out specifically? dont you think other cities could use it a bit more like detroit, chicago, san francisco, portland, new orleans, jacksonville, etc..?
12: "STRENGTHEN AND MODERNIZE OUR MILITARY, MAKING IT, WITHOUT QUESTION, THE STRONGEST AND MOST POWERFUL IN THE WORLD"
more key jingling, it already is the strongest. next question
13: "KEEP THE U.S. DOLLAR AS THE WORLD’S RESERVE CURRENCY"
no comment idk that much abt economics
14: "FIGHT FOR AND PROTECT SOCIAL SECURITY AND MEDICARE WITH NO CUTS, INCLUDING NO CHANGES TO THE RETIREMENT AGE"
tell your republican senators that before preaching to the choir. republicans constantly vote against these social spendings
15: "CANCEL THE ELECTRIC VEHICLE MANDATE AND CUT COSTLY AND BURDENSOME REGULATIONS"
like i said earlier, thats the car and oil companies speaking. cars cost us so much money every year that just banning them altogether would save us so much money in the long run. ofc i wouldnt ever advocate for a complete ban, america is too big for that, but even just more restrictions on cars in and around cities and the construction actual public transit would help so much
16: "CUT FEDERAL FUNDING FOR ANY SCHOOL PUSHING CRITICAL RACE THEORY, RADICAL GENDER IDEOLOGY, AND OTHER INAPPROPRIATE RACIAL, SEXUAL, OR POLITICAL CONTENT ON OUR CHILDREN"
yawn im getting tired of this. so much for muh freedom of speech right? why are you tryna stop kids from learning stuff? what are you some kind of authoritarian (yes)
i dont have to explain why this is bad, this is fucking tumblr we all know why its bad
17: "KEEP MEN OUT OF WOMEN’S SPORTS"
my favorite i love being singled out as a target of discrimination. joyous. not that i am big into sports anyway but still. its incredible how much they're leaning into the transphobia angle when its been proven before this isnt a winning electoral position? like 70% of americans just do not care... why tf they making such a big deal about it. oh wait! culture war bullshit why of course
i shouldnt have to say what they mean by 'men' here but i will anyway, they're referring to trans women obviously
18: "DEPORT PRO-HAMAS RADICALS AND MAKE OUR COLLEGE CAMPUSES SAFE AND PATRIOTIC AGAIN"
so much for freedom of speech huh... i could have sworn they were just yelling about that a few bullet points ago. im not pro hamas in any sense from an ideological standpoint however i would be considered a hamas supporter because that just means in opposition to israel committing genocide.
19: "SECURE OUR ELECTIONS, INCLUDING SAME DAY VOTING, VOTER IDENTIFICATION, PAPER BALLOTS, AND PROOF OF CITIZENSHIP"
this topic is long and very complicated, far too much to condense into a few sentences but know this, they are saying this so that poor and older people as well as immigrants cant vote. thats all its about
20: "UNITE OUR COUNTRY BY BRINGING IT TO NEW AND RECORD LEVELS OF SUCCESS"
more key jingling, its meaningless.
this whole republican platform document reads like a twitter user wrote it its embarrassing that these are the people most likely to win the election. again i cant get into too much here because this is already way too long but the fact that we're even at this point is just insane to me

Chapter Seven: Timmy’s Decisive Duel
Tumblr media
Timmy Rayman sat down and looked at the board. Sure, he was dreaming of becoming a professional checkers player, but he wasn’t sure if he was going to beat Penny, the jokester of the gang.
Then, he made the move. And surely enough- he got enough points to beat Penny! “That’s my good friend!” She congratulated Timmy as the two of them high fived.
“Oh! Time for lunch, it seems!” Timmy said. “We’re coming!” Penny said as she and the others hurried towards the cafeteria.
At the lunchroom table, Timmy unboxed his lunch for the day: A baguette sandwich with ham and cheese, a thermos of lemonade, some fresh fruit, and some macaron cookies.
“Ah, nothing like the fresh meal your mere makes for you.” Timmy said as he enjoyed his lunch with his friends. But Timmy wasn’t the only one enjoying his time in the lunchroom.
Tumblr media
“I’ve got him!” Yugi Muto said as he scanned the Jump Pad onto Timmy’s face. The Pad responded with a Beep! Saying that the photo that Yugi took was a match.
“You have twelve hours to make a bond. The rest is up to you!” said the woman’s voice, as Yugi teleported away. That afternoon, after a quick trip to Misako’s, Timmy led the gang to his classroom, where the Chess Club often took place.
“We play chess and some other board games if we feel like it.” Timmy explained. “Nice.” Aaron said. Just then, they met the other members of the Prisma High Chess Club, including its president, a Senior by the name of Flynn Thomas.
“Timmy Rayman... We need to talk.” Flynn said in a serious voice. “Flynn isn’t like this!” Thought Timmy. “Yeah!” Xavier exclaimed.
“You. Broke. My. Winning. Streak!!!” Flynn screamed. “Look! It was a good game. You’re waaaay too stuck in the past.” Timmy explained. “It doesn’t matter! I’m telling my parents on you!” Flynn threatened.
Tumblr media
“But playing a game is about having fun!” Aaron replied. “It’s about being in the moment.” Max said. Lily, Bruce, Isabella, Xavier, Penny, Jake, and Emily agreed.
In anger, Flynn ran out of the room, all the way into the theater. “What’s the deal with you?” Timmy asked. But Flynn didn’t say a word. “We’ll get the school psychologist!” Penny replied as she ran off to get Dr. Laila, the school psychologist, while Jake and Emily bounded behind.
At the moment the trio left, Flynn was changed into a giant King piece Despairius called Chessatron, with the symbol on his forehead. Beside him, Pawns, Knights, bishops, rooks, and a queen surrounded him. “This is gonna be a bigger problem than I thought.” Timmy said.
The moment Penny, Jake, and Emily returned, Flynn had been transformed into the ferocious Chessatron! Dr. Laila fainted immediately, with Emily and Jake catching her in time before she hit the floor.
“Watch out!” Timmy said as he and his friends hid behind some chairs, while some knights hurtled themselves at the gang. “That was close!” Timmy said.
“Go, Dark Magician Girl!” said a voice. It was Yugi Moto! Dark Magician Girl was right next to him, holding up her wand with pride. “No way!” Timmy exclaimed.
“So, ready to duel against this overgrown game piece?”  Yugi asked, holding out a card and watch. “Checkmate, buddy.” Timmy said. The others held up their watches, too.
Tumblr media
“Power Linkage! Activation!” The gang cried out, causing a flash of light to fill the theater. In moments,  Timmy was wearing an outfit very similar to Yugi’s, while the others were wearing their hero outfits.
“Ready to duel?” Yugi asked. “Absolutely!” Timmy said with a wink. “Let’s do this!” Aaron shouted with enthusiasm.
Soon, the battle was on. Aaron and Goku punched their way to victory, knocking down row after row of pawns. Max and Luffy attempted to strike down the Knights, making them fall to the ground like dominoes. Lily and Naruto worked together to confuse the Rooks, eventually speeding around them before they fell down.
“This is more like it!” Ichigo said as he and Bruce confused the bishops, making them collide into each other. Isabella, Gon, Xavier, and Jotaro were helping take down the Queen, making her fall down to the stage with a mighty crash. “The weak spot is the forehead. Go!” Aaron said.
“Activate Fusion Move!” Timmy said. “We call upon Exodia, The Forbidden One!” Timmy said as he made a large circle which contained a giant named Exodia, who stepped out of the portal. At that moment, Exodia let out a giant laser, disintegrating Chessatron and releasing Flynn.
At that moment, everything went back to the way it was, even if it was for a few minutes. “Looks like your friend is safe.” Jotaro said. “Thanks.” Xavier said, blushing.
“And it looks like your Bond Blossom has bloomed.” Yugi said, pointing to a beautiful Egyptian lotus that had appeared on Timmy’s watch. “Thanks.” Timmy blushed.
“Looks like it’s time to head to base.” Naruto said. “Call us when you need us most.” Goku replied, and everything went back to the way it once was.
Tumblr media
Flynn woke up on the stage, with his ice blue bangs being pushed to the side. “Are you okay?” said Dr. Laila, as she touched Flynn’s cheek.
“We saved his life.” Timmy said, trying not to give away any of the events that had happened moments earlier. “I just want to say that I’m sorry.” Flynn said, coming over to Timmy.
“I knew that my winning streak never mattered. And don’t worry. I won’t tell my parents on you.”  Flynn said, shaking Timmy’s hand. “Thanks, Flynn.” Timmy said as he retied his long auburn hair, which was getting everywhere.
For the rest of the afternoon until dinner, Flynn and Timmy did a game the right way, with each of them cheering each other on. “That was quite the game, if I do say so myself.” Flynn said as he packed up his chessboard to take home.
“See ya tomorrow, buddy.” Timmy replied. “You too.” Flynn said. It had been quite the exchange that day- and the Great Ten was almost nearing unity!

Out of context things my Global Perspectives teacher has said:
Information: This was a 10th grade zoom class for the academy program at my public high school
“I know you’re all fans of K-pop, right?”
“You are not allowed to record. If I find out you are recording, I will find you, and I will destroy you.”
“Please ask a question, I’m so bored of talking.”
“I don't like listening to myself talk. My wife disagrees but-“
“It’s basically a “do you know how to read” quiz. so if you don’t know how to read, I don’t know how you got here.”
“Be prepared for a lot of dead jokes. Cause they’re fun. Cancer jokes are fun too. My dad died of cancer, so I guess I have the right to make them.”
“I have very little sympathy. If your grandma dies.. we’ll talk. If your grandma keeps dying, I’ll have to ask some questions.”
“I don’t text and drive, but I email and drive.”
“Do not copy me, I am not a lawyer.”
“I almost got killed so many times. I should've got killed, like legally. I still have both my hands which is surprising. so, I have so many stories of Saudi Arabia.”
“My most favorite child of mine, my dog.” (he has three human children)
[internet fluctuates] “Play the dinosaur game? What’s the dinosaur game?” (he learns to play the dinosaur game)
“Let me know if anything is going on. If your dad is currently dying of cancer, and you want more cancer jokes, please tell me.”
“I will drive to their house and cough on them and give them coronavirus.” “I will threaten you with biological abuse.”
“Have I told you my suicide Christian joke yet? No? Can I tell you guys my suicide Christian joke?”
“I don’t know my mom’s phone number. I don’t know my dad’s either.. but that’s for different reasons :)”
“Not the dirt on your shoes, the coronavirus in your lungs.”
“Speaking of addiction... nevermind I can’t tell you that yet.”
[to me] “You should not lie to yourself, I’m sorry that you do.”
“This is why you guys are so depressed, you guys don’t sleep.”
“You guys did great, give yourselves a pat on the back.... wow, only a few of us did that. The rest of you guys are losers.”
“I’m so white, I can’t roll my r’s, I’m sorry-“
“I just wanna get off the camera and go cry again.”
“Teah, Canadians, boring! Stop apologizing all the time! We get it, you like hockey!”
“Welch? Nobody cares about the Welch. They’re just smaller english people.”
“Don’t be stupid like me.”
“All of your teachers used to be stupid. Now some of them are less stupid”
“l don’t recommend making out with people with aids.” “Here’s a better suggestion, stop making out with people.” “You know who you should be making out with? Your spouse. Get married and then make out.” “You should not be making out with Jesus. That’s gross.”
“You know what else is dumb? The speed limit. Speed limits are dumb, yeah- you know what else? Tires! You don’t need them! They’re dumb! You don’t need oil changes! Yeah, that’s dumb! You know what else is dumb? Taxes! Screw the man!”
“No, the holy spirit will not get rid of aids” [pause] “Well—-“
“We can talk about pedophilia another day.”
“No wonder you all are addicts.”
“If you’ve been eating the same breakfast for the past 7 years, you might have a mental disorder.”
“If I’m ever on the show Naked and Afraid, please don’t watch, cause I'll be naked and afraid.”
“I know you’re not used to a grown man caring about you, cause you haven’t seen your dad in five years. It's okay. I wish he was around more often.”
“I got hit on at Busch Gardens and it was amazing.” “I haven’t been hit on in ten years.”
“If I ever get killed by the government, man, I want it to be a firing squad. That’s a badass way to go.”
“Do you guys wanna see me, in high school, as a Dr. Pepper can?”
“We might not learn anything in this class but at least we have fun.”
“It is possible that I might have made some Dr. Pepper commercials. And it is possible that I might have made some Dr. Pepper music videos.” “Who says I'm not a Dr. Pepper shareholder? I have never made that claim.”
“Did I tell you about that time I waterboarded a kid? No? Ah, well that’s a story for later.”
“Yes, I do believe in Santa. I believe he is Satan.”
“I'm just trying to give you legal advice.. I am not a lawyer though, so don’t take my legal advice.”
“You didn’t go to sleep until 3am? I've been up since 3am! We swapped!”
“Murders have experience, I wouldn’t let them near my children.”
“Is anyone here a flat earther? I promise I won't make fun of you. Unless you’re {Con}.”
“I wouldn't let any of you near my children. The only one of you I would let watch my daughter is {Con}.” [Me, in chat: ‘why me??’] “Why? Because I feel like she could put you in your place. She's three and a half and has no filter. She would insult you to your face.”
“Welcome to my bedroom. I tried to say that as creepy as possible, I hope it worked.”
“[Con] have you killed anyone this morning?”
“Guys, I’m gonna announce my bias right now. I’m a round earther/”
(the class he says he’s quitting) [Me, in the chat: ‘who’s gonna call me out in the middle of class for no reason now :/’] “Who’s gonna call you out in the middle of class? uh... Molly! Your new job is to call {Con} out and tell them what a terrible person they are.”
“So yeah, I was almost possessed in Sri Lanka.”
“{Con}, stop. Just because you’re possessed now does not mean you can roll your eyes when I say I was almost possessed.”
“No, Kaine didn’t come into school. Kaine hasn’t left his room, in like, eight months.”

wickymicky’s Top Ten Kpop Songs of 2021
10: Weeekly - After School
Okay. So. Let me explain. I know this is bound to be a really hot take... though I don’t mean for it to be. This is a song I expect many people will have a lot higher than this, and when I made my top 10 list for the first half of the year, at the end of June, I put this song at number 3. So... why has it fallen to number 10? Well, to be honest, my initial first impression was mixed. I warmed up to it quickly, and I do think the song is good, but the things I liked the most were all of the other moving parts and memorable events and things like that. I liked the music video, I liked the choreography, I liked the stages and outfits, I liked the aesthetic and the lyrics, I liked the bsides and the fact that Jiyoon (who has become one of my most prominent ult biases) drew the album art, I liked how much everyone seemed to like the song, etc. This was such a huge moment for Weeekly. It’s their most successful song so far, and their most viewed music video (it’s over 100 million, which is kind of insane). It’s fun, it’s catchy, it’s got a great concept and vibe. This was a really fun era to be a part of as a fan, because they really were on top of the world.
But... the song itself is something that I still feel fairly mixed on. All in all, I don’t think it’s as catchy as a song like Tag Me, which is still my favorite song of theirs, and it was my 2nd favorite song of last year. It’s not as energetic either, and I think it has a lot more parts that don’t add a lot to the song for me. Nothing that takes away from it in any major way, but a lot of little nitpicks, like the “yo yo yo zigzag chumeul chwo yo yo yo yo tag me tag me tag me” lmao. I love Jiyoon, but I really am not sure why that part is in this song haha. In a way, it’s kind of endearing, I suppose. There is a lot that I like about the song too, of course. It’s a really lighthearted, carefree kind of song. It’s what Weeekly seems to do best!
I’m really glad it seemed to catch on with people. It’s a little unfortunate that Holiday Party, their next comeback after After School, didn’t seem to catch on in that same way, though. Holiday Party was kind of a weird era... with a member (Jiyoon, who I’m mentioning for the third time in this review because seriously, she’s absolutely one of my ults at this point lol) absent from promotions because she was on hiatus for mental health reasons, as well as music shows getting cancelled because of the Olympics and because of covid scares, and Holiday Party itself just not drawing in as many new people as After School did. I liked Holiday Party, but it seemed kind of like a lot of people just forgot about it after it happened, or didn’t notice it in the first place. That’s kind of what it seemed like with Zig Zag too, with the hype from Tag Me not necessarily translating over to it. Oh well, it happens.
In any case, After School really was a breath of fresh air in kpop, even though it only landed as number 10 on my list. Still, I’m very happy with it, and I’m excited to see more from Weeekly in 2022! I fully expect them to put out something that I like way more, I just feel it in the air lol. They put out my 2nd favorite song of last year and my 10th favorite song of this year, but I really think they’re one of the prime candidates to put out a number 1 next year, haha. I hope they do!
links to the rest of the list: 10 - After School (Weeekly) 9 - Love So Sweet (Cherry Bullet) 8 - Odd Eye (Dreamcatcher) 7 - Eleven (IVE) 6 - Rub-a-Dum (TRI.BE) 5 - Holiday Party (Weeekly) (surprise! didnt see that one coming huh?) 4 - Ring x Ring (Billlie) 3 - Zombie (Purple Kiss) 2 - ASAP (STAYC) 1 - First (Everglow)

The Pilgrims Progress: Part 13
The Pilgrim’s Progress: Part 13

MASTERLIST
Title: Midnight Birthday
Word Count: ~2.4k
Warnings: None (they joke around about poop and farts, which makes me sound immature, but I promise it’s funny and not like serious)
Context needed: Y/N
I deviated slightly from the prompt on accident, but I hope you enjoy it :)
Your phone rang loudly for the third time, prompting you to finally pick up. Normally, you would ignore everyone’s phone calls, but you realized that Peter was the one calling you. You had set a special ringtone for him, just so this wouldn’t happen, yet he still had to call multiple times just to get your attention.
“Hey, Peter! Sorry I didn’t pick up before… You know how it is, right?”
Peter chuckled on the other end of the line, “Yeah, I know. We should really come up with a better system for you. I don’t even want to imagine what would happen if there was an emergency and they had to call you. I know you can’t see me right now, but just the thought gave me goosebumps.”
You heard him shudder, “I’m sure you’re very goosebumpy, Spider-Kid.”
“Hey!” He asserted jokingly, “You know that I prefer ‘Spider-Man’, you know that. And don’t be mean to me! I’m over here calling to invite you out to dinner and this is what I get? I am beyond hurt. I will never recover.” Peter emphasized each word as sarcastically as he possibly could.
“Oh, get over yourself drama queen. Spider-Boy, Spider-Kid, Spider-Man, it’s all the same thiiinnggggg. Just take the compliment, hun. In thirty years– when you’re all old, wrinkly, and a Spider-Senior –you’ll be missing the days when people called you Spider-Kid. Now, what were you saying about dinner?”
“I said I wanted to invite you out to dinner! Were you not listening?”
You rolled your eyes and wished he could see your face right now. “I got that part, genius. I meant like what kind of dinner… Y’know, Where? When? The details, Pete, the details.”
“Oohhhh, that would make sense.” He laughed quietly, shaking his head at his own stupidity. “I was thinking that we could go to that restaurant you love, you know the one you were talking about the other day… Ummmm I think it was called Sveleka? Right? So we could go there around 7…”
Peter’s voice trailed off as he tried to remember the details of his plan and you cut in. “It’s Veselka, but that would be great, Pete. I’ll see you there at 7, love you.”
You hung up the phone before Peter even got a chance to reply. Your phone skills were rudimentary, to say the least, and it always got you into trouble. Luckily, Peter understood your bizarre hatred of phones and phone calls, allowing you to talk to him without worrying too much.
You knew that his birthday was tomorrow and you had developed a plan of your own. It was supposed to be a surprise, and the last thing you were expecting was for him to ask you out to dinner the night before his own birthday. In a way, it made you appreciate him even more, knowing that he loved you enough to randomly call you and ask you out to dinner. But now, thanks to his unexpected decision, you only had two hours to rearrange everything before meeting up with him for dinner. You stared at the giant teddy bear sitting on your bed and sighed. Even though your plan was technically easier to carry out now, you felt a twinge of annoyance about having to modify your schedule.
Originally, you wanted to sneak into Peter’s apartment, along with May’s help, and surprise him with a giant teddy bear that said “I love you” when you hugged it. Ideally, you would get there right at midnight, as the night turned from August 9th to 10th, and show him that you cared. That you cared about his birthday, his happiness, and his wellbeing.
You shook away the thought and positioned the teddy bear so that it looked like it wanted to give you a hug. In between its warm, fluffy arms, you placed a small box. This box was technically Peter’s real present. It contained a small, circular locket with one half of a glass spider and a key. In the very same box, you included a long handwritten note telling Peter how much you loved him and how proud you were of him. Once you rearranged the box and bear to your liking, you began to get ready.
The closet of your apartment was minuscule, as was the whole place, and the limited space had led you to develop a very limited wardrobe. Your outfits only consisting of basic black pieces, one dark green jacket, and three pairs of shoes. Peter always joked that he loved how your closet all looked the same, claiming that it made it easier to find you if you ever got lost in a crowd. You both knew that was far from true since everyone in Manhattan loves wearing black, but you appreciated that he was so kind about your unconventional fashion decision.
You grabbed a simple, long black skirt and a silky black tank top, changing out of your pajamas. It might have been five o’clock in the afternoon, but pajamas stayed on until you left the house. That was just the rule. While you fixed your hair and makeup, you began to worry that Peter would figure out your plan. It was a slightly irrational thought, especially since he was socially inept and on multiple occasions forgot when his birthday was. Still, the thought plagued your mind until the moment you were ready to leave.
As you walked to Grand Central station, you texted Aunt May, letting her know that the plan had changed. May had been the biggest supporter of you and Peter’s relationship from the start. Honestly, she was the only one you could trust because she was the only one who could keep both your and Peter’s identities a secret. You hopped onto the Six heading downtown, hoping that she would reply before your service completely cut out.
You: Hi, May. Peter invited me out for dinner at the last minute so we might have to rearrange a bit.
May: This is why I told you to make plans with him ahead of time, so we wouldn’t run into any bumps like this.
You: I know, sorry. I wasn’t expecting him to do this.
May: I was kind of expecting it… I made a bet with myself that he would do this and it looks like I won!
You: You bet on us?? Is this like a reoccurring thing???
May: Definitely not. That would be immature. I’d never do that.
You shook your head at your phone, laughing at how obvious it was that May bet on your and Peter’s relationship. To you, May was like a second mother, or just a really cool aunt. She seemed to understand how to be just serious enough, but not stiff. Not to mention that she was ten times nicer and more supportive of you than your actual mom.
You: I’m gonna pretend that the last part of the conversation never happened. But what I wanted to tell you was that I’m going to meet Peter for dinner around 7 at Veselka so I won’t be able to go back to my apartment and then to Peter’s in time. I just left the bear at my apartment and I’m thinking of asking Peter to go home with me after we eat, what do you think?
May: Sounds like a solid plan, kiddo. Good luck, and please don’t let Peter eat too many of those sauerkraut pierogies this time, he was gassy for two days. It wasn’t fun.
You: Thanks for the gross heads-up, May. Byeeee
You got off at Astor Place and walked in silence towards the restaurant. You were looking at the ground, head hanging low, when Peter called out to you from across the street.
“Y/N, hi!”
You looked up at him and smiled at the goofy boy waving at you. “Hi, Peter!”
Jogging across the street, you made eye contact with him. He held out a hand towards you, helping you onto the sidewalk, and embraced you. Peter kissed the top of your head softly and gave you one last squeeze before letting go.
“So, I guess we’re both early then. I gotta say that I’m shocked, Parker. I wasn’t expecting you to get here before me.”
“What can I say, I’m full of surprises.” Peter winked at you.
---
The two of you merrily ate your dinner, with Peter threatening to instigate a food fight more than once. You talked about anything and everything, by the time you two were ready to pay the bill, it was almost 11 and you were stuffed.
Peter rubbed his hand on his stomach, poking at it, “I think it would be physically impossible for me to eat any more. Like I would just spchwoooo,” he mimicked an explosion with his hands, “explode.”
“I’m just glad we didn’t order any of those sauerkraut pierogies, May said they made you all gassy last time. I don’t even want to know what would have happened if you ate those and the stuffed cabbage.”
“What?! May said that? I never get gassy. Ever.” Peter lowered his voice, “I’m literally superhuman, it takes more than some sauerkraut and cabbage to mess with this iron stomach.”
“That’s not even close to being true. You had explosive diarrhea after that burrito two weeks ago, and don’t blame the food, you were the only one out of the three of us who got sick. Did you forget that May and I had to take you to the hospital? Because I don’t think that counts as an ‘iron stomach’.”
The two of you argued about stomachs, diarrhea, and food the rest of the way to your apartment, stopping every few minutes to point out airplanes flying overhead. You insisted on walking home so you could arrive almost exactly at midnight. Plus having Spider-Man by your side was basically a guarantee of safety, even in Manhattan. Peter held your hand the whole time, swinging it like a smitten teenager. After walking nearly fifty blocks, you arrived at your apartment. You noticed that Peter seemed hesitant, only lightly resting his foot on the first step leading up the building.
“C’mon, let’s watch a movie or something. I don’t want you to leave yet.” You pouted and tugged on Peter’s hand, pulling him up into the doorway.
“Well then, I guess I’m not leaving.”
---
The two of you were cuddled on your small couch watching Buzzfeed Unsolved, Peter’s favorite show, but you weren’t paying attention. Every few seconds your eyes would dart up at the clock, waiting for the hour hand to strike 12. Peter was entranced, never letting his attention deviate from the screen, and he didn’t even notice that you weren’t looking at the TV. The minutes went by slowly and you were counting down the seconds until midnight, gripping onto Peter’s arm. He thought that you were just scared by the prospect of unsolved murders, not that you were anxiously waiting for his birthday.
The last second passed and the clock struck 12, you immediately jumped out of Peter’s embrace and turned to him. Peter sat up in shock, confused by your sudden movement. You took the opportunity to straddle him and grab his face.
“Happy birthday, My Love.”
You peppered his face with sweet kisses and his eyes widened. His body softened under your touch as a feeling of love and happiness filled his heart. Peter snaked his hands up your thighs, letting them rest on your hips, and squeezed softly. You gave him one last kiss on the lips and rested your forhead against his.
“I have a surprise for you, Birthday Boy.” You lifted yourself off of his lap and held your hand out to him.
Peter took your hand and followed you obediently, curious to see what his surprise was. You opened the door to your room, revealing the large stuffed bear and its matching box. Peter let go of your hand and excitedly ran towards your bed.
Before he could say anything, you began speaking, “I know it’s not much, and I know you probably thought that I’d have like a trail of rose petals in here or something like that. But I wanted to show you that my love for you isn’t just about our physical relationship, my love for you i-is emotional and wholesome. I love you, Peter Parker. I truly love you and I’m so happy that you’re mine. I mean, every morning I wake up, I remember that I’m dating you, and that makes me the happiest person in the world.” You reached over to the box in Peter’s hands, “So, Peter Parker, will you accept this key?”
You opened the box and Peter’s cheeks glowed red. His eyes sparkled with excitement as he nodded his head.
“Yes! I love you so much too. I- Thank you,” He paused, “Oh no. Wait, I don’t have a key for yo–”
“Pete, this is your birthday present. I wouldn’t expect you to give me a gift on your birthday, silly.”
He rambled energetically, “You’re right… I’m still going to get you a copy though. Oh my gosh. I love this so much, and is this a spider because I’m Spider-Man?! Where’s the other half? This is so cool!”
You held up your matching locket, opening it to reveal the other half. “Yep, it is because you’re Spider-Boy. The best superhero in town. And, don’t throw away the little note at the bottom. Well, don’t open it now, but if you ever need a reminder of how much I love you, just read that note.”
Peter held your hands in his and pulled you down, both of you crashing into the giant teddy bear. The second you fell onto it, it blurted a freakish, distorted “I love you”, scaring both of you. You jumped up and looked at a wide-eyed Peter.
“Y’know, maybe we don’t need the bear. I don’t really want to be on the next episode of Unsolved.”
You laughed at Peter’s joke, pushing the bear onto the ground and kissed him. His soft lips tasted like the blueberry dessert you shared and his skin was as soft as butter.
You pulled away, foreheads resting together once more. Peter whispered, “Thank you for giving me the happiest midnight birthday, darling.”

Nari felt like she could hibernate after these few weeks. Mr.Park, or his real name Seonghwa which she learned from the workers, has been pushing her to her limits in the past week.
She was working on a PPT and then at the last minute before she had to hand it to him, he made her start all over again, making her want to hit her head on the wall for hours. Her appearance even shows that she was exhausted too.
“Did you just roll out of bed just to come here?” Dani remarked as she laughed at Nari appearance. Nari had very noticeable eye bags, even with makeup on.
“I’m not in the fucking mood Dani” she said as she glared at Dani and sat down at her desk.
“Ooh! A temper I see” Dani said in a snarky tone and then sat down at her desk.
“How many hours of sleep have you been getting, Nari?” Sunji asked as she looked at Nari concerned.
“About an hour or two, but the day he made me redo the ppt, I only got 30 minutes. So I’ve been functioning off coffee” she answered.
“Nari you’ll hurt yourself doing all those things! You looked stress...” Sunji trailed off as she looked and saw Dani glaring at her to be quiet.
“I know that I’ll have to stay up and finish the other things too, plus the stuff I have to do towards school to” she said as yawned sleepily.
“Moon Nari! As your friend I declare that once you get off work, you take a nice long shower to relax and sleep in until you can no more tomorrow! Because me and you are going out somewhere to distress!” Yunho declared as he stood up and that caused everyone to look at him. “And he’s at least nice enough to get us Fridays off.”
“Yunho you know I-“
“Nari we’re going tomorrow, no complaints or excuses!”
Nari laid back into her chair and rubbed her eyes. Taking a nice long shower and sleeping in sounds like heaven right now. She decided it would be best to with Yunho and she mostly can’t say no when he gets like that. She nodded sleepily at home and went back to working at her desk.
Tumblr media
She was currently eating lunch and the same guy who made coffee came up and sat down in front of her.
“Are you sleeping okay?” He asked as he looked at her.
“I am” she said, not really wanting to make a conversation right at that moment.
“I can tell that you’re lying. Your eye bags or messy hair doesn’t help” he said. “Oh I’m sorry, my name is Hongjoong.”
Nari looked at him, “it’s fine. I’m Nari.”
“Aren’t you like close friends with Mr.Park?” She asked.
“Yeah I am. I never really see him work anyone as hard as he’s doing to you. Did you happen to piss him off or something?” He asked.
“Yeah, I sort of threw my coffee at home one morning” she admitted.
“You’re that coffee girl he’s always been complaining about?!” He asked shocked as she nodded.
“Yeah, now I wish I could go back in time and stop myself from doing that” she said as continued eating. She heard the clicking of shoes and looked up to see Mr.Park staring down at her coldly.
“Yah intern! I need these copied right now!” He said as he slammed a stack of papers right in front of her.
“Yah Mr.Park! Can she at least finish her lunch first and if she doesn’t have them to you ten minutes after her lunch, you can scold me alright?” Hongjoong suggested ad Mr.Park clenched his jaw and then sighed.
“You better be lucky that Hongjoong saved your ass” he said and then walked away.
“Thank you!” She said with a tired smile.
“You’re welcome and you better eat quickly, because even though we’re friends, he won’t hesitate to scold me harsh.”
Tumblr media
It was now the end of the day and Nari, for the first time, she left with the other interns instead of staying over.
“You guys aren’t leaving yet” Mr.Park said as he came out his office. “Ms.Lee hand them the papers.”
“What are these papers for?” Dani asked as she looked at it.
“These papers are what rank you’re in” he said. “I’m also ranking you guys on your time management, workmanship, and how hard you’ve been working.”
“You’re ranking us?” San, a classmate that’s also going for the internship asked
“Of course, that’s how I’ll choose you guys in the end.”
Nari looked down at her paper to see her rank, but was angry at her rank. She was 10th, the last rank. How much time she put in while doing the work she was asked even overdoing it, the nights she stayed up to fix things up for him and other workers, and even staying a few hours over after everyone left. She crumpled the paper which made everyone turn their attention over to her.
“Aw, are you mad that you didn’t get the rank you wanted?” Dani asked in a mocking tone as Nari glared at her and saw the smirk Mr.Park was wearing.
She stormed away, despite hearing Yunho calling after here and made her way back to her apartment.
“How could he do that?! Ordering me around and stressing me out and giving me that last rank?! THE LAST RANK?!” She thought angrily as she walked inside her apartment building.
She followed Yunho’s advice and went inside the shower. The hot water felt so refreshing on her tense muscles, she swore she could fall asleep right then and there.
Once she got out the shower and into her pajamas, she felt relaxed and calm, but that feeling went away once she saw the balled up paper that fell from her coat pocket. She took it and threw it in the trash.
“Fuck you Mr.Park” she said angrily and then got into her bed. After a long time, she was going to get a full nights rest.

Nari was enjoying the amount of sleep she was getting, until her phone kept blowing up. She whined when she had to get up and go get her phone. She saw many text from Yunho
From Yunho [2:46 P.M.]: r u awake yet?
From Yunho [2:48 P.M.]: i see ur actually sleeping in
To Yunho [2:49 P.M.]: yeah i just woke up not to long ago. what do you need?
From Yunho [2:51 P.M.]: we’re going tonight like i planned yesterday.
To Yunho [2:52 P.M.]: like on a date??
From Yunho [2:53 P.M.]: of course not! we’re going to a dance club!
To Yunho [2:55 P.M.]: yunho, you do know I don’t do clubs or dance right?
From Yunho [2:57 P.M.]: well you better be ready at 7 because that’s the time I’m picking you up at.
The conversation soon ended and Nari thought she could spare a few more hours of sleep, she definitely deserves it by how hard she works.
Tumblr media
It was now a couple of hours before Yunho came to get Nari. She decided to put on a simple dark red dress, that wasn’t too tight fitting on her. As she finishing getting ready, she saw Yunho’s car outside her apartment.
She grabbed her purse that had all her things that had her information on it just in case she was too drunk to respond to them, or they just find her asleep outside on the convenience store table. That has happened before. She walked outside and got into Yunho’s car.
“Still can’t believe I convinced you to go out” he said as he turned towards her.
“Most likely forced me too” she said as she crossed her arms. “I need it though”
Tumblr media
The two soon arrived at a club. Nari could already smell the alcohol from the outside, she knew that the smell would be even stronger when they walk in and she was right. People were already drunk and were drunkily dancing on the dance floor.
“I don’t really want to dance, so I’m just going to sit at the bar” she told Yunho as he nodded.
“Once you’re ready to go, just send me a text or find me” he said and then disappeared on the dance floor.
She sighed and sat on one of the barstools as she looked over everyone getting drunk off their minds. She played with her hands nervously and turned towards the bartender. “Can I just have something random?”
The bartender nodded and went to go make the drink.
“Aah, classic Nari. Always doing this randomly” a voice said beside her. She turned to see her ex, Minhyuck, staring at her.
“What are you doing here? Aren’t you supposed to be with that girl you cheated on me with?” She asked as she sipped on the drink that was brought to her.
“Come on! It was a misunderstanding” he said as he leaned his body towards her.
“So seeing you deep inside another girl is a misunderstanding?” She asked in a state of shock. “Wow you’re ridiculous!”
He smirked at her. “And besides, I broke up with her.”
Nari watched him down his drink and intrigued on why he broke up with her. Minhyuck wasn’t the type of person to break up with a girl, he most likely cheats on them. “What did she do?”
“She was very distant and I honestly got very bored of her” he said as he swirled his second drink. “And I’ve miss you.”
Nari scoffed and rolled her eyes as she drunk the last of drink. “I haven’t missed you.”
She stared at her empty glass and decided to order another one, but Minhyuck stopped her. “Just put it on my tab.”
The bartender nodded and went back to their job. Nari turned to him. “So I guess you’re a regular here?”
“Yeah and I’m friends with the bartenders here. They owe me for the things I did for them” he said as he drink his new drink.
The two chatted for awhile. Nari hated to admit it, but Minhyuck was great person to conversation with, despite his personality and the things he’s done in the past.
As the minutes go on, Nari felt herself get more intoxicated. She felt Minhyuck hands on her thighs, but she didn’t due to her being intoxicated. He then leaned in and kissed her on the lips and she returned the kiss. If Nari was sober, she would’ve slapped him right then and there. But her drunken state told her to continue. Soon the kiss turned into a heated make out session, Minhyuck’s hand was creeping closer and closer to her core.
She felt dizzy and like she would faint any second, but that didn’t stop Minhyuck from kissing her neck.
“Min...Minhyuck can you please stop. I feel dizzy.” But once when she said that, her vision started getting blurry and she felt someone carry her.
The person who was carrying here suddenly dropped her and soon dropped to the ground right beside her.
“I’m glad I was keeping my eye on you bastard!” The voice said as they punched the person on the ground and then pick Nari up, she soon fainted after that.
Tumblr media
Nari then woke up in a different setting that wasn’t her bedroom. She looked up and saw a more fancy bedroom, with a super huge window that showed Seoul. She looked down and saw she was wearing a shirt that was very large on her and saw black sweat pants. She can hear the shower coming from the bathroom and a note on the bedside table.
Take this medicine and eat this granola bar. You can see yourself out.
She took the pain medicine for her hangover and ate the granola bar and walked into the living room. It was bigger than her whole apartment and she made her way to door. It wasn’t hard to find her shoes, since hers were the only female shoes in the pile of men shoes, and walked out the apartment. She mentally told herself to run away if she sees Minhyuck in a place.
She was going to take the rest of the days to find out who that mystery man was and thank him for saving her.
