just get tor, yeah just get Tor.

(and like 5+ VPN's and like cybersecurity things you don't go in blind unless you wanna get hacked LOL)

that's the search engine for the dark web, technically the dark web is an abandoned navy thing LOL they opened up to help conceal their stuff, but at some point people poured in from who the fuck knows where and took it over, now the dark web exists.

the dark web just houses weird mildly illegal to illegal shit, if you wondering CSEM and CSA, SA, and more shit is on there? it's just hidden. but it's a whole other thing for another day, it's not out in the open like in the dark grey web.

things you can do on the dark web!

gnome people. (hire a guy to vandalise someones house with hundreds of garden gnomes.)

watch pirated shows, play pirated games, and watch porn.

money laundering

buying peoples personal information, including your own!!! (yes this is a thing, go buy your personal info back.)

buying animals illegally, like threatened and endangered animals.

and talk in secret chatrooms of Uber creepiness

I still have never been on the dark web, because why would I???

it's like the most sketchy night flea market you can go to, I do suggest you to learn more about the dark web tho.
