COMMENTARY: I chose this song because I want for Buck and Tommy to experience a strain in their relationship and come back stronger because of it. I know it can’t stay a feel good love story forever and I’m curious to see if they can take it that direction, but if they do I just hope they’re still together. I want this couple to be resilient. This is one of Buck’s first relationships where the foundation is so solid, because it’s a relationship he found for himself. Tommy is wiser now, so that’s a trait that I can only see benefiting them. This is Buck’s strongest relationship so far, and I’d like to see the writer’s prove that if they wish to.
