Is it just me or does this scene have the same vibes to the Friends 'They don't know that we know that they know' scene. No? Just me? lol

The funniest thing about this scene is Eric trying to hold Donna, And Jackie is like an angry pinscher.

been thinking a lot about eric and donna lately after watching leia in that 90s show. i really hope we get to learn more about them (and the rest of the gang) as the show goes on.
i like how there is a new group of kids to get to know and love, but it also nice to know more about the other group of teenagers we have loved for the last 25 years!

Here’s Donna and Eric’s endgame in my head (not as specific as JH but at least it’s something):
4 kids: all girls (I totally see Eric being a girl dad lmfao).
Katelyn (nickname: Kate)- named after Kitty. I feel like a lot of people do Kathrine so I thought I’d switch it up and do Katelyn instead
Rose- she was born with a full head of red hair (think Donna’s color). Donna and Eric thought I’d be funny to name her Rose because roses are red lol. She is also the only red headed Forman child
Madison (nickname: Maddie)- named after Madison, WI and where both went to school
Amelia (nickname: Millie)- named after Midge
1 pet: cat named Fernando (after the song Fernando by ABBA). I picked this because of the nightclub episode where they sung Fernando in the Forman driveway
Eric is a high school counselor at Point Place High. His desk is obviously filled with many GIJO figurines and his windowsill in his office is filled with Starwars Lego models
Donna runs a successful music magazine company and works alongside Hyde with scoping out new talents that Hyde takes in for his record label company

Criteria, for the T7S gang getting along with their kids.
Donna: Will probably get along with her kid, as long as her kid isn't overtly manipulative and/or is an asshole. Or somehow is super conservative (politically). She has issues with a kid being a troublemaker without a moral cause/or is straight up self-destructive (or is particularly lazy, for that matter), but she's sort of a hypocrite in that regard. She doesn't want her kid to act out in the same way she did as a teen, since that probably means she did something wrong as a parent. She didn't give them enough stability and boundaries, the latter balanced out with approachability.
Eric: Will get along with his kid, as long as his kid isn't inconsiderate and/or morally bankrupt. He won't cave to a Laurie type like Red does, but he is susceptible to Laurie-seque manipulation. He also tends to have favorites, typically the underdog.
He questions himself as a parent, often, and doesn't think he's good enough. But simultaneously, he can be a bit of a braggart, in varying regards. From his kid's achievements to being the best dad ever (if he says it enough, it must be sort of true, right?).
Fez: Will get along with his kid, as long as the kid doesn't shut him out. He'll struggle with a kid that's the opposite of him, and/or doesn't enjoy similar activities to him. Like if the kid hates theater. Then how will they bond?
Hyde: Will get along with his kid, as long as his kid isn't a pompous asshole. He wants to give his kid a better childhood than he had, but refuses to overcompensate by spoiling them to a point where they're materialistic, selfish jerks. Will be a bit more protective of his daughter than his son.
Jackie: She wants a daughter over a son, but only really gets along with her if said daughter is girly enough. So they can bond over shopping and other girly stuff. She likes a kid, regardless of gender, if they're ambitious like her. She's hesitant if a kid of hers is "too weird," and to a certain extent, she tries to steer them towards a bit of normalcy. With Hyde, she does recognize that "normal" doesn't always mean "good," and knows that her parents did this to her detriment, but old habits die hard, sometimes. In her mind, she's just looking out for them.
She isn't a boy mom, but she tends to be overprotective with her son. She prefers to strongly advise her kids to make the right decisions, according to her, and tries to steer them in the "right direction." Whatever that means. She's a meddler that plays favorites, that's for sure.
Kelso: Will like playing with his kid, and gets along with them, and gets sad when they get older. Then he can't play with them anymore.
