Silver recorded his Clock Town friends' voices as an alarm tone and naturally that also includes Yuu. 😭 This would either make Malleus extremely ANGRY that Yuu is, for some reason, in Silver's room or he steals the alarm clock for himself. Or both in that order.

Then he returns it once the alarm cycles and Grim's voice wakes him up the next day LOL.

Pets I think Squad 312 would have, but it's very specific

Tyler - The obvious choice is a golden retriever, but I think he would love and own a pitbull/staffy. Her name is Luna, (he's not a creative guy) and even though she looks scary, she's an absolute baby who loves being cradled. She sits on his chest as much as she can, and even though Tyler originally wanted to train her to do tricks, the best she's got is sit and shake. Has the biggest baby eyes that can make Ty do anything 🥺 It's not uncommon to hear Tyler say; "Luna, jump. Luna, Lu- that's not - naw, you can have a treat for being cute :("

Scarlett - she's really not much of an animal gal, but she found the tiiiniest little kitten on the street one day that latched onto her, and she never let her go. Y'know the type, the little ones that put their whole body into meowing and it's just a tiny squeak. Its a little white cat, and she named it Bae <3 absolutely pampers the little thing with treats and a massive cat climbing thing in her room that the lil thing can't even get up 💕 she combs Bae's hair often, and both of them love it. Especially when Scarlett is gossiping with Auri or Fin while doing so. She carries Bae in her purse everywhere she goes, like a scifi equivalent of the 2000's poodle.

Cat - a bird, (obviously) but specifically a parrot. She probably got it through some drunk deal at a pub one night, and figured, eh, it has wings, may as well keep it. She named him Raptor (she was sixteen and edgy), and Raptor is a MENACE. Bites fingers until they bleed, screams as loud as possible at the most inconvenient times and pisses on your shoulder. But it's worth it in Cat's eyes, because he listens to her and she taught him to say cuss words. She says that he calls everyone a motherfucker because of whoever owned him last, but everyone knows the truth.

Finian - He's a frog guy. He is SUCH a frog guy. Dariel has fish, Fin has frogs. Like Scarlett, he's not one for animals, but mainly because he doesn't like animals that are less....animal. Anything with fur, for example. (Cuz Gremps, etc) If it can learn to open a door, that's already a bit weird for him. However, little slimy things are ok with him. He has five little frogs named Ian, Keith, Andrew, Graham, and David. (He thought it was funny) They're all small and adorable, and quite frankly have very little behind the eyes. Anything more high- maintenance is very inconvenient for him, so his little office things are perfect. However, Bae has a very soft spot in his heart.

Aurora - Rabbit!!!! She has the cutest little bunny that Kal gave her for her birthday after discovering how much she loves them, and she ADORES her little fluffball. His name is Merlin, a little white ball of poof who Auri squeals over almost every day. He has a massive cage, decorated to the nine, but he's almost never in there because Auri is holding him so often. So often, in fact, she forgets he's there sometimes, going to pick something else up on instinct, where Kal will immediately pick up Merlin in replacement. It's a system. She has a pale purple leash for him and everything 😭 (shes so cute djsjsjsnskanajxfja

Zila - Every animal shes ever had is a science experiment 💀 however, Nari has a little sausage dog named Diddles, and since Nari loves Diddles, Zila ....tolerates Diddles. He gives her a MEAN stink eye, and she will respond fully conversationally. Nari will be like, "Yay you're both getting along! :D" and as soon as she leaves, Diddles will look Zila dead in the eye until she starts yapping about the tax bracket to him, silent passive-aggressive energy being thrown between the two.

Kal - Listen, Aurora is so infatuated with Merlin, there's no room for any more animals between them. However, Kal really likes animals in general, and there's a farm of Yeins near their house on New Syldra - they're the equivalent of Horses, but more dragon-like. He loves spending days there when Auri is busy, and volunteers there often when he can. There's one particular Yein named Kirai who is his favorite, and she's a gentle thing who likes to play cheeky tricks on him, like hiding the buckets 🥺 I can see him taking care of most animals, honestly, and is more than happy to babysit any of the Squad's pets when needed. He also has plenty of plants :)

The scholar shot him a curious glance, but luckily, the light in the tavern was dim, and he couldn’t see how red Mo Ran’s face was. He dipped his brush in the ink again and asked, “Usual attire?”

“He likes to wear white, with his hair pulled up with a jade crown, or else in a high ponytail.” Mo Ran considered, then added, “He also wears his hair down sometimes, and when he does, he looks really…”

“Don’t say beautiful again!” The scholar was at the end of his rope.

“Okay. Handsome then.” The scholar had no words.

With that painful ordeal behind them, the drawing was finally complete. Mo Ran blew the ink dry and lifted the paper to examine the work. It wasn’t as handsome or beautiful as Chu Wanning, and didn’t really look completely like him, but for his purposes, it was passable.

He smiled. “Many thanks, Professor. It’s great.”

“I’ve just about drawn Pan An, Fan Li, Xi Zi, and Diao Chan. Any other legendary beauties I should add?”

Though your ice quirk keeps you immune from the frigid temperatures associated with winter, that doesn’t always mean you’re impervious to its effects. Though you’ve spent most of the holiday season cheerfully encouraging your children to go play outside while the snow still sticks to the ground, you’ve pushed yourself a little too far. 

Okay, fine, may you’ve pushed yourself way too far. 

In your defense, you didn’t assume a few hours walking in the brisk temperatures to look at Christmas lights would be that bad; after all, with a walking space heater on your arm and a resistance to cold, it should have been impossible.

Yet, here you are.

“Enji, I’m not that sick.” You bemoan, nostrils fighting to suck in air past mucus-filled passageways. “I’m fine. No need to keep me bedridden.”

You’re grateful he calls you out on your bluff, because damn it feels good to be doted on. Especially when your head is pounding like hammers in Santa’s workshop.

“You need to rest. If you hadn’t insisted on letting Fuyumi use your coat, maybe I’d be able to let you get up.” He grouses, placing a warm palm on your forehead. “As it is, you’re burning up. And that’s supposed to be my specialty.”

“That’s nothing. I’ve just decided to go into the fire quirk business.” You taunt.

“Is that so?” He scoffs, but you catch the faint smile he tries to hide. “Best leave that to me, then, because your body certainly isn’t a fan.”

“It’s trying to ruin my dreams.”

A fever reducer and several blankets later has you in a pleasant, sleep-induced coma. Movies portray dreams around Christmas time as filled with sugar plums and candy canes, but the only thing you dream about is Enji’s face full of concern.

“Mommy?” Shoto’s voice pulls you out of unconsciousness. “I made you something to feel better.”

Once your eyes crack open, you see little Shoto’s hands holding out a steaming mug of tea. With ginger movements you take the mug and blow a little frost into the cup to cool it for a pleasant sip that wraps you up in reminders of the love your family showers upon you.

“Thank you, Shoto.” You set your mug on the bedside table and squeeze his hand. “That makes me feel much better.”

“I got something for you, too!” Tenko shouts down the hall, rushing in with an extra little pillow to set behind your neck. “And Fuyumi’s coming with something to help too.”

“It’s a few word puzzles for when you’re awake. That way you have something to do and don’t get tempted to get up and overexert yourself.” She explains, resting three small word books on the table beside your mug.

“And I figured you would want cuddles.” Natsuo offers, holding out his most cherished little panda stuffie. “Just make sure you take good care of General Bamboo.”

“Aww, my sweet babies.” Tears glitter in your eyes as you caress each of their faces in turn. “I’ll be sure to get better quickly just for you. Make sure you all take care of each other so you don’t get sick either.” You attempt to usher them out with a dismissive wave of your hand.

But it’s Enji who corrals them out of the room. 

“I know you all love your mother very much, but you need to give her space to rest. I’m sure she appreciates everything you’ve done for her, as I do.” He pats each of them on the head as they leave.

When it’s just the two of you, he sits on the edge of the bed.

“I hate when you’re sick.” He murmurs.

“I know. I’m so useless when I’m down and out like this.” You agree.

“You’re not useless.” He hisses, glaring at your self-depreciation. “What I meant was…it’s not like you. Normally, you’re so lively and full of vigor. Seeing you sick and restless in bed makes me wish I were the one stuck there instead.”

“Ah, but if you were stuck,” A cough interrupts you, rattling your frame until you sip the tea Shoto made and settle back against the extra pillow from Tenko. “If you were stuck, I’d feel much the same way.”

“You mean you’d rather I be well enough so I could keep being grouchy and irritating?” He teases.

“You’re not irritating and grouchy.” You hum, a smile tickling your lips. “More like passionate and exhausted. It takes a lot to do what you do every day, Enchan.”

“Hey, you’re the one who’s sick in bed, and you’re trying to raise my spirits?” His fingers thread through your silky locks as he sighs. “Get some rest, okay? Take care of my reason for existence.” He winks.

“Take care of mine and we have a deal.”

FINALLY THE RATATATA BEHIND THE SCENES

Chinhands. But transfem Sanji and Kaya actually meeting tough and Kaya just being AGASP this poor sweet gal not only had such a rough life up till recently but also missed out on SO much girly stuff she may have wanted to do in the past but was to anxious to ever do. Kaya just gives off the vibes of someone who would gladly organize a girls day out just for the chance to invite her along and make her feel included. Sanji probably objects a little, not because she doesn’t want to but because she FEELS Like it’s silly for her to want that but she can see right trough her.

For some reason I’m Imagining like… modern au setting, just Vivi, Nami, Kaya and Sanji all hanging out and watching cheesy movies and talking and laughing and already being so tipsy on red wine at 3 pm that when Usopp enters the room to get something there’s just this bunch of grownass women giggling and pelting him with pillows because “ITS GIRLS NIGHTT! GET OUT OF HERE NO GUYS ALLOWED.” And he just squawks and ducks like “Okayokayokay I’m going just let me get-“ “GIRLS NIGHT!” “GIRLSSS NIGHT!!”

This is SO good. Especially since Kaya has never had a normal childhood either!!! She doesn't seem to have many friends and she spent a lot of time depressed and sick because of their parents' deaths. I'm sure she'd be extremely excited to meet Sanji and be able to spend some girl time with her! Not to mention that it's also bonding time with her boyfriend's girlfriend (if they become girlfriends later is up to you but I love sapphics so I'm gonna say yes. Just give them some time together and they'll end up kissing).

Kaya would be so so so sweet to Sanji,,, and Usopp would be both excited and scared because they both know his deepest fears and shit and: "what if they decide to leave me now that they have each other??????" and Franky is all like "dude, you managed to pull two hot blondies stop ruining it with your low self-esteem. You'll be fine!!".

AND THE GIRLS NIGHT????? That's so so real!!! Ngl I imagine Sanji and Kaya sneaking out for a while from the girls night with the excuse to grab some snacks only to go see Usopp and give him a few gentle kisses before going back with the girls <33
