Personally, I liked that Danny shared an eye color with a full ghost (ember), but her eyes did glow red that one time so I sort of understand the color change here. Danny likely has more similarities with ghosts in this au than he did in canon so I think it balances out.

He still shares a hair color with technus, right?

I try to keep green specific to the Portal Danny went into, keeping it color coded for each Halfa. (Ellie being Grey, being her own portal as she can shift between time and space herself) exception being Red, kinda.

Vlad's is a orangey blood color while others will have a cooler red to differenate each other. Red is too common to remove completely, as the show uses it for a short hand for "this character is evil"

So eyecolor/ectoplasm coloring will depend on what section of the ghost zone that ghost imprinted on, so that's how Bernard can have green but his eyes would be red.

I haven't gotten super in depth with my color design choices for all ghosts yet tho. Not even sure what it says if a ghost came from Danny’s green section. Or any section yet. Something I'll need to consider soon tho

As for technus, I doubt I'd change a LOT about him. They both will have white hair at least.

Danny has an electric core but the main focus of his powers are light/darkness based. Not that he can make sentient shadow like Johnny. Rather he can remove/add light in addition to being sparky. Technus' focus is moreso on technology (thus the name) in addition to electricity.

does anybody else like to use pokemon types (excluding the extremely obvious ghost typing of course) when they're thinking about ghosts?

Danny is electric/ice. Vlad is poison/fire. Dan is electric/fire. Ember is fire/dark. Spectra is psychic/dark, Bertrand is psychic/poison. Clockwork is steel/dragon. Frostbite is ice/fighting. Klemper is ice/normal.

Johnny is dark/steel, but reverts to full steel when his Shadow disconnects as a Dark type entity. Kitty is pure fighting type. Undergrowth is grass/dragon.

Youngblood is fairy/normal as a basis, but his secondary type changes when he's playing pretend. (When he was a pirate, he was fairy/water. When he was a cowboy, he was fairy/ground. When he was an astronaut, he was fairy/flying.)

Vortex is flying/dark. Skulker is normal/steel with his suit, but without it, he's just normal. Techus is similar, he's just electric type without any tech but once he armors up, he's an electric/steel type. Pointdexter is pure normal type.

Aragon is dark type when his dragon powers are not active but dark/dragon with his dragon powers. Dorathea is psychic without dragon powers, but psychic/dragon with dragon powers. Pariah Dark was dark/fire.

I could go on even more but you get the idea.

I know I just said it’s getting late but I’m going to explain Techu’s backstory. I live vicariously through her in my head when I’m bored. Her backstory is made up, my grandmother is waaaaaaay more (too) involved in my life. I guess her backstory has aspects that I wish I had. But here’s for the drafts:

Tenchu Tatemoyaku was born to a single mom, Asami a great single mom who always supports her daughter. Asami was disowned by her family for getting pregnant out of wedlock and refusing to reveal who the father is. It was Asami and Tenchu against the world. Asami dated a few people but no one ever really stuck around in the long run. The main reason was Asami being aro/ace without being aware of it. Tenchu always had difficulty making friends do to her social anxiety but she did end up making a few friends throughout her life.

She’s passionate, stubborn, insecure, and a massive dork. She had a fascination with support gear engineers and psychology. Struggling with reading subtle social cues and having a slight temper made her a bit too difficult to stay friends with. She was also pretty clingy due to attachment issues and accidentally saying rude things she didn’t intend to be rude. She could be a bit snippy when you’re annoying her or say something offensive or she’s just having a bad day. She’s a perfectionist and admittedly judgmental (she became less so as she got older).

She managed to date three different people at different stages of her high school years. But she got dumped for being too clingy with the first, dumped them for being neglectful after they accused her of being inconsiderate despite her making an effort to be considerate by the second, and the third ended up using Tenchu as an experiment to discover if she’s queer and she wasn’t.

Her best friend ended up being found in an unlikely place. Them being the child of Tenchu’s childhood hero, Doctor of Engineering Hekima Ikijuni. Tenchu does deeply care for her friend, being their biggest supporter after they come out as nonbinary, being their sounding board, and visiting them in the hospital every afternoon when they fell victim to a villain attack that took their right arm. She doesn’t judge them for having telepathy, actually finding it cool, being the first person to hug them before their own father. They regularly platonically cuddle and bond over nerdy topics.

They ended up both being accepted to UAU’s support course. This resulted in them both being able to find other friends while still maintaining their friendship. Their second year Tenchu ends up developing feelings for a ray of sunshine from the support course, unfortunately he’s already dating a girl from his class with horrible asymmetrical bangs but an endearing personality. Tenchu being fully against stealing others partners, she decides to agree to go on a date with a cute perky pink haired girl from the same hero course. That didn’t last though, due to the other girl realizing she’s cupiosexual and dating really isn’t for her. Tenchu doesn’t mind though, becoming friends with the pink haired girl. This resulted in her befriending the other hero course students. Coincidentally the same guy she was trying to avoid to not break girl code ended up breaking up with his girlfriend. She wanted to confess but immediately decided to get to know him better.

It wasn’t until the middle of third year did she actually developed much stronger feelings for him. Unlike her past friendships there wasn’t really an awkward stage. But their relationship wasn’t without flaws, her insecurities causing her to feel undeserving and undesirable. It took time but he stuck around and they were able to maintain a healthy relationship. Despite almost breaking up over her insecurities and jealousy or his difficulty with boundaries and slight perverted nature, they both made an effort at self improvement. It still surprises her how they’ve always worked out in the end. It wasn’t really until 10 years into marriage that she accepted that she earned his love and he wasn’t going to leave her.

My brain is a little frazzled and slow on processing information at the moment but once again I love how detailed you are when crafting your ocs

This feels exactly how I’d imagine a spin-off about support course to go before spinning off into a drama

SoundHealth Secures $7 Million Seed Funding to Improve Respiratory Health

A California-based medical technology startup, SoundHealth Inc., has secured $7 million in seed funding to support the commercialization and marketing of SONU, an innovative wearable medical device designed to treat moderate to severe nasal congestion caused by an allergic reaction or non-allergic rhinitis.

Recently launched by SoundHealth, SONU is the world’s first AI-enabled medical device of its kind to receive De Novo approval from the US Food and Drug Administration(FDA).
