Meyra knew it wasn't the other woman's fault. Nor was she really involved in this whole saga. Her only claim to Meyra's distress was the fact that she was sisters with Elizabeth, and Meyra was trying to avoid Elizabeth until she tried to speak to her family and Oliver first. That was if any of them would even talk to her. Nodding as the other finally spoke, Meyra kept her gaze on her and tried to calm herself. To get rid of the feeling of her stomach dropping. "Right, I appreciate it." She gave a small smile to the woman who while owing her nothing for her strange behavior, was showing her a kindness by agreeing to not mention anything to her sister. "I appreciate it... she just won't be happy to hear I'm back. She will learn soon, I just... need to do something first." It wouldn't be long before it went around that she was back.

It wasn't hard to see the distress that this was causing the woman, and Teagan felt a little bad about that. She tried to remember who the woman was, or what she'd done, but honestly, had probably all happened when Teagan was in the midst of her addiction, and so her recollection from that period is hazy at best. When the woman asked if this could stay between them, it sounded like a pretty desperate plea, and while Teagan didn't like the idea of lying to her sister, this interaction hardly warranted talking to Ellie about. "Look, I don't even know your name." She offered a shrug. "You're just a random brunette who mistook me for a waitress... Hardly seems like something to mention to anyone." Which was the truth. And it wasn't exactly lying not to recount a random encounter you had at the coffee shop. @meyraxbinici

He nodded as he took the road towards the bistro. It would be a relatively short ride, which was fine by him, that was, after all, one of the perks of living in a town and not a big city. He had to laugh a bit when she asked her question. It wasn't that he was surprised she was asking questions, as he knew they had to get to know each other a little bit at some point, no matter where this was going to lead, but he did find the question amusing. "Bold you to assume I happen to not be busy with work," he replied. "I like climbing, maybe a game of tennis or golf if I can find the time. And I’ll admit, there’s something about long drives that helps clear my head." It was nothing really personal, and Simon did tend to keep people at the certain distance until he was more comfortable. Once the two were settled in the car, Teagan placed her phone in her bag, deciding to use this time to get to know the man she was on a date with. It may have been a 'set up' but she'd volunteered; might as well use this time to really get to know the other. She thanked him, taking a seat in the passengers seat and waited for him to start backing out before he asked where they were going. Offering him a smile she cleared her throat before instructing him to go to Nourish Bistro. She only hoped he had been serious when he said it wasn't bad. "What are some things you like to do when you're not busy with work?" she asked, doing her best to make small talk. @thesimonhawthorne

Celine knew as well as any other woman, that it was hard to tell with other women if you had a chance to flirt or not. She felt like it was harder to tell if a girl she spoke to at the bar was actually interested in something sexual or just being friendly and was actually straight. So, when she felt someone flirt with her, Celine was happy to let the blonde know that she was not barking up the wrong tree. "Thank you, Teagan is pretty too. Like the band Tegan and Sara." She thought back to the band she had listened to sometimes in middle school.

"Long day and looking for some company." Celine answered with a slow smirk on her lips. "What about you? What brought someone pretty like you here?" She didn't say that she always tried to look for company most nights, that she hated the empty feeling of going to bed alone. But, Teagan didn't need to know any of that. They could just have a good time.

If the other had somehow indicated that she wasn't okay with the flirting, Teagan wouldn't have taken it to heart. She would have let the other woman have the drink, shared a polite conversation and left it at that. But the brunette leaned in, a smile flashed at Teagan, and she couldn't help but reciprocate it as the bartender slid the drink across the counter. "Nice to meet you, Celine. Pretty name. I'm Teagan."

Pausing, the blonde took a sip of her own drink, before humming. "So, Celine. What brings you to the bar tonight? Long day?" Head tilted, genuinely interested in hearing from the other woman. @celineediz
