Why is Women's Health Important?
Women, defined as the epitome of strength, often neglect their health. It is true that the health of men differs a lot from that of women. Especially the reproductive health of a woman needs special attention. Women go through menstruation; some suffer PCOS and PCOD, pregnancy, and so on. Even at a later stage, menopause is something that women have to deal with. Most women don’t bother to go for a checkup, especially in the rural areas. But, thanks to the best hospitals in North Goa, women from all over the state and neighboring states can get their checkup done easily.
Importance of women’s health
A prominent question that arises in everyone’s mind is why is women’s health important. Health, as a matter of fact, is paramount for everyone. But the reason why women need more attention is pretty basic. A woman goes through many changes over the years; sometimes, even though the issues don’t show up physically, internally it may affect them a lot. Some of the best doctors in North Goa say that “this negligence can lead to many severe issues at a later stage, which can make their golden years difficult”.
Tips to maintaining excellent health in women
1.Go for your routine checkups
One of the most important things that women need to keep in mind is routine checkups. You can schedule your check ups monthly, quarterly, or half-yearly, as per your convenience. As a matter of fact, an annual checkup, at least, is quintessential.
2. Visit your gynaecologist
If you are someone who is proceeding towards their menopause, visit the best gynaecology hospital in North Goa. Menopause is a time when women experience hot flushes, making it irritating for them. Hence, visiting a gynecologist will help them know what to know during this time. Adding to this, visiting your gynecologist for routine checkups is always a good idea.
3.Make physical activities a part of your life
Whether you go walking on the road or go to the gym, whether you practice yoga or play some sports, make physical activities a part of your life. As per the best hospitals in North Goa, it is recommended for women to workout at least 30-45 minutes a day to maintain their health. As a matter of fact, exercising releases happy hormones that take away your stress and anxiety.
4.Eat well and eat healthy
Lastly, as the best doctors in North Goa suggest - eat well and eat healthy. This holds true for any person for that matter. There is always a way of replacing a non-tasty food with a tasty one in a healthy way. For example, if you don’t like eating papaya, you can add a pinch of chaat masala powder to it and see how the taste changes for good. Similarly, you can do the same with other foods also to make them healthy and tasty.
All in all, there are a lot of health issues that go undiagnosed in a woman. It is a known fact that women are more prone to heart attacks, urinary tract infections, sexually transmitted diseases, breast cancer, and so on. It is not just the reproductive health issues but also mental health issues like depression, anxiety, and much more. Today, with the inception of Vision Multispecialty hospital in Goa, diagnosis of women related health problems have become much simpler and convenient.

Commonly Ordered Maharashtrian Snacks
Every state has its own set of favorite dishes which are loved by the people across the globe. Whether you belong from West Bengal or Punjab, you are going to love idli and dosa, which is a South Indian compliment. Similarly, today the Snacks Home Delivery Near Me and the Online Snacks Delivery Mumbai, mentions a special list containing the favorites of the Maharashtrian platter. The Online Snacks Delivery Mumbai, have specially chosen the top dishes which are commonly ordered online across the city of Mumbai. They are as follows:
● Vada Pav: Vada Pav has an intriguing history as when a Marathi-Hindu nationalist went ahead to promote his party, he initiated a campaign to satiate the hunger of the hungry labor class and concluded with the idea of serving a dish which was termed as ‘Vada Pav’. This sandwich thus went ahead and became one of the top most preferred snacks on the list where with the help of mashed potatoes with deep-fried chickpea batter deep fried, the patty is then inserted within a pav, as a sandwich which is considered to be very light and tasty.
● Pav Bhaji: Pav Bhaji is a very popular street food in the suburbs of Mumbai, where the curry of Pav Bhaji mainly consists of a mixture of vegetable curry which is then dipped in and eaten with a soft bread roll which is known as Pav. Introduced as a mid-night meal by the local street food vendors, it was mainly created by the leftover vegetables of the day, which was then combined and mashed together with tons of spices and butter. Earlier it was only served to the textile mill workers as a quick meal, however today, it is one of the favorite street food dishes of not only in Maharashtra, but in every Northern household.
● Bhelpuri: Bhelpuri is mainly known to be a savory chaat which is mostly served as a starter snack in the cafe’s and in the street carts across India. Having a lot of debate attached to it, bhelpuri mainly includes puffed rice which is then mixed with onion, chilis, potatoes, fried noodles, ground peanuts and many spices with a pinch of lemon on top. The date and tamarind chutneys are therefore known to provide a spicy flavor to it, where people casually enjoy the mixed light taste on the beaches of Mumbai. However, it is known that Bhelpuri is mainly invented by a Gujarati migrant.
● Misal Pav: Misal Pav is a traditional Indian dish which is mainly originated from the suburbs of Maharashtra, where the dish comprises of two main components which are ‘Misal’, which is a curry made with the sprouted moth beans which is mixed with potatoes, onions, chivda and chilis, where the mixture is then dipped with bread rolls to have the tasty flavor of the curry. Commonly found around malls and office canteens, it is treated as a breakfast joint food and is known to be extremely spicy.

I recently visit Chaat Haus with a friend. Chaat Haus is relatively new and specialises in Chaat (as you would expected) under Chef Anwar Miah.
The menu didn’t allow me to have my standard dishes, and this has impacted on the score.
The welcome was friendly enough, but throughout the service was lacking somewhat. I had to ask for my water a couple of times and I suspect they would have forgotten part of our order without us reminding them.
We ordered poppadom and chutneys and were a little surprised we couldn’t specify the number - they come as they come!
There was no Onion Bhaji on the menu so I had a Cauliflower and Broccoli Bhaji which was actually a side and I was told off for ordering it. There was no Lamb Saagwala on the menu, so I had to order a Lamb Tikka Masala, I asked for spinach to be added but was told that was not possible as they had no spinach (although there was another spinach dish on the menu). I successfully ordered a Peshwari Naan.
The Lassi was nice, it arrived quite quickly and had a paper straw (unlocking the environmental bonus).
The poppadom basket and chuntney was nice. There were three chuntneys, a mango one, a lemon one and a red onion one. The lemon one was a bit tart for me, but the others were nice as were the poppadoms.
The Cauliflower and Broccoli Bhaji was not what I expected and I wasn’t too impressed. My dining partner’s starter was much nicer.
The Lamb Tikka Masala was tasty and the lamb cooked very well - but it wasn’t Lamb Saagwala, again my dining partner’s main was nicer.
The Peshwari Naan was fine..
As I ate with others, the bill was not straight forward and I have no idea how much the Lassi cost. The poppadom basket and chuntney was £2.50. The Cauliflower and Broccoli Bhaji was £4.95, the Lamb Tikka Masala £11.95 and the Peshwari Naan £3.50. The Lassi was £3.75. The total was £26.65, which was a very overpriced compared to what the other Bedford Curry Houses charge.
I gave the Chaat Haus 4.75 out of 10. The poppadom/chutney got 0.75 (out of 1), the not-Onion Bhaji 0.25 (out of 2), the main 1 (out of 3), the naan 0.75 (out of 1), the Lassi 1 (out of 1), the service 0.25 (out of 1) and the price 0.25 (out of 1). They also gained an environmental half-point for the paper straw
The Chaat Haus maybe rank highly, but I would go back and explore the menu more - especially the desserts which looked interesting.
The Chaat Haus is at 32 The Broadway, Bedford, MK40 2TH and their website is at https://chaathaus.co.uk/
