I think it would be funny if in season 2 it becomes a running gag of Vox sending spies to the hotel who just end up captured into the net of found family and friendship and become part of the clientele and Vox doesn’t get why he keeps losing contact with them (and assumes Alastor probably killed them) until one day Charlie comes to personally thank him for bringing her so many souls for rehabilitation and for believing in her cause and Vox just. Doesn’t know what is happening. And short circuits.

#I love how the vees are like #so bad at being antagonists that they loop around to actually helping the plot #then charlie offers vox a spot at the hotel if he ever feels he needs #and it takes all of his self-control not to laugh in her face #but #this is an opening #maybe he can see for himself what alastor is up to #(and then my self-indulgent unrealistic brain goes to and then he also gets sucked into the clientele without realizing)#he would die without access to his gamer room of screens tho #and alastor keeps trying to ban his technology from the hotel #but vox just sends charlie one of his pathetic expressions #‘but it reminds me of home’#and charlie folds immediately #allows him some installation of his screens in his own room #yeah I know this is unrealistic but shh #hazbin hotel #hazbin vox

Rolan and/or Gale each wanting to show off for Tav with a display of magic but, instead of just doing it Tav in front of Tav, he puts on a little show of his magic for a group of people (the boy is nervous); he makes sure Tav gets the best spot in the audience, up towards the front and closer to him. However, when he inevitably glances over to gauge Tav's reaction, he catches Tav not looking admiringly around his display but instead admiringly at him.

I do see Rolan easily getting startled by Tav's admiring gaze... Tips of his ears get a lil hot maybe ✨. Also, did he do all this work to impress them for nothing?? At least they seem impressed...

The nail in the coffin of being down bad for Tav, would be them coming up to him afterwards and hugging him, before showering him in compliments. He boasts about his techniques, enough to have Cal and Lia roll their eyes, but you listen💕🌻. Catch the two of you ending the night later than anyone else, under the star light he shows you magic that's only meant for your eyes;;

figured out how to edit the game files and combine some mods so i could try out different things with gale's earring because i have a lot of thoughts... also gale's earring should really be positioned lower but i'm having an issue with one of the mods, oh well

i am hoping to never have to get another colonoscopy again (until i’m old enough to need to get them etc etc) but tbh i would very much like to experience the relief and comfort i felt when i woke up, was able to eat a warm meal (meatloaf + mashed potatoes, perfect comfort food (and it being soft was great bc i had had a endoscopy and broncoscopy done too so my throat was SORE)) for the first time in over 24 hours, got to wear super comfy anti-blood-clot compression boots, was on regular doses of IV tylenol and therefore the most pain free i had been in ages, and then got to sleep for the rest of the day. AND there was the joy of being told i didn’t have crohn’s. it was solid

#marzi speaks #the colonoscopy prep SUCKED and i never wanna do that shit again #4 liters of shit yourself juice that tastes like saltwater #(plus a couple extra cups of miralax bc i had been on a muscle relaxer specifically meant to get my intestines to move slower)#plus all the walking back and forth to the bathroom ended up causing so much blood to leak into the soles of my feet #that not only was i basically walking on bruises that were only getting worse #but my swollen blood vessels had started to pinch my nerves which put me in the worst pain i have ever been in in my LIFE #genuinely i was getting delirious from the amount of pain i was in. brain entered full panic mode it hurt so fucking bad #thankfully my dad was there and got them to get me a dose of morphine. which was VERY pleasant #and made me immediately understand the dangers of opiates #bc i had one dose months ago and if i was offered another. i wouldn’t take it but i would lowkey want to #morphine felt Great . killed the nerve pain and while my feet were still sore i no longer cared. it was beautiful #ANYWAYS i don’t miss being hospitalized and scared but i do miss the sheer level of comfort i felt right after that operation #i was so tired and i knew the worst of it was over now so it was just. pure relief. i melted. fell asleep and stayed asleep mostly

I've always wanted to wake up from a dream laughing and I just did but I realized after I woke up that I have missed a million social cues :((((((((((((((((( it wasn't even funny idk why I couldn't stop giggling. I dont even giggle irl.

#this also may have been a separate dream #i was in this big aquarium swimming and walking around. it was like. you could swim in a lot of the exhibit and interact with the animals #i had some sort of mission and i also found a baby seal who i picked up and was carrying around as i wandered around #eventually i ended up in this little nook that had one of the adult seals/walrusess? so i let the baby go but the adult was not into it and #i heard someone day something like “aw he still has hope”#theres this kid that works at the aquarium and i tell him to come with me for some reason. its around this time i realize this is some movie #the kids boss is like “next time you leave your post you gotta dive out”#and im worried a bit allready sbout him leavin his post with the adult walrus up there.#then suddenly the glass starts breaking everywhere. like one crack then the whole aquarium starts falling apart #and the kid seems a bit worried.#as were all evacuating i decide that its my fault. because the walrus must have been ramming the glass while the kid wasnt watching.#i remember thinking about how this was a movie or something and feeling really dumv #then yhe dream was over snd there was s recap??? in like drawing form and it showed the main character (me) putting a bomb in the center of #the aquarium in some sort of well or something. so. i guess it really was completely my fault in a different way than i thought #then later im at some sort of party or something and then i leave the party for another party or something? and i feel really bad sn #and socially innept the entire time. the person who i think i reconize we start talking and theyre like the first person whos nice to me #and were talking about following eachother on Instagram? or somth #while their scrolling i see a video eith one of my old friends and shes on the news? the headline is like “me and cathy snd the murder #victim...“ or something. and im like ”hey thats my friend“ and the person just shuts their phone off.#any ways so this person lets me hitch a ride with them back to the original party. they get out of the uber super early but its the right #house and the tell the driver that hes lost and the DRIVER gets out. so im like oh i guess this is their car??#and so they drive up to the drive way and three more people start getting in the car and theyre like putting stuff in the trunk #and talking about where to sit and i just start giggling.#and im still trying to participate like i offer to sit in the middle. theres already someone sitting at the front but he gets out and #everytime someone says anything i start giggling??? and like its sunny and everyone is very attractive in a way that o just found so funny #and then eventually two of then run over to this like panel dash board yhing that on a wall outside and like messing with it opening the #glove box and stuff and i just wake up #and immediately upon waking. well first i was like “teehee. i woke up from giggling” then i thought about it and i was like “oh. i was #take the front seat :(#dream log

realizing I'm very sensitive to pacing, actually

#thoughts #I think it's why I love OoT to that degree the pacing is just wildly on point you're never really dragging your feet #and also why I loved ALBW --pacing is great the game takes the perfect amount of time #wind waker starts STRONG pacing-wise it just jumps at you with everything it has to offer at its best...#...and then kind of loses that steam a little bit imo #tp is kind of the opposite to me the beginning is... sure a beginning!!#I don't mind slow burns but a good quarter of it if not a third should have been cut or condensed I think #but then I think things pick up quite a lot after the first dungeons and settle in a nice rythm #skyward sword has a weird pacing. haven't finished it yet and it's partially because the game loops stales itself a lot imo #majora's rythm is really interesting --but not always perfect I think especially in the first days #alttp's pace is pretty good too honestly! so is link's awakening same style for unexplainable reasons #can't remember enough about oracles and seasons to assess #zelda 1 is zelda 1 #zelda 2 I haven't played #phantom hourglass does drag but it's not too bad in some areas #spirit tracks I haven't played #minish cap's pacing is also pretty good #botw has amazing initial pacing that loses steam but understand its own rythm so it's fine #and totk has a great immediate game loop rythm and imo horrendous pacing otherwise that doesn't value its tension #anyway!! sorry you got a tag-post about my thoughts on zelda games and pacing!!!
