Genus Hedychrum ( A type of Cuckoo Wasp )

This wasp is considered a Bee parasite. Like other species called Cuckoo it lays it's eggs in someone else's nest and lets them, in this case ground nesting bees, rase and feed their young. They really look this way, like crinkled green tin foil to my eyes. Super small and super fast it is difficult to get good pictures. She is feeding on Queen Ann's Lace, They don't collect pollen, she is just here for the flower nectar.
