OKAY I'm midway through Dipper and Mabel v.s the Future on my rewatch and I still think Dipper should take the apprenticeship with Ford with the exception that Mabel also stays in Gravity Falls and just goes to the normal Gravity Falls middle/highschool. Why does she need to go back to California? It doesn't really make sense to separate them. The public schools in Gravity Falls are probably equivalent to the public schools in California.

I took two photos at the wedding 🥲 This was one of them, after the wedding, after everyone had left, and there were some flowers left over from the arch floral thingy. The other was my place card at the wedding, which has since disappeared. I also don't know where the flowers are, I threw them somewhere in my car and refuse to unpack my car without A&D (my key to their house doesn't work because their door is broken.) 3. Long pointless walk to the mall today, because this city is hostile to pedestrians, but still there are the delights. (Saw a snail, and Ozzy graffiti.)

i’m gonna be away for a bit because i currently live in la and we’re getting fucking torched rn. no power or service because they’re only allowing cell service for emergency calls and eas alerts. feeling very retro, got a radio with an antenna and everything.

i was also in la during the woolsey fire in 2018 and i was trapped in the middle of it, this is bringing back memories lol. natural disasters are just a part of la life, but my poor irish heart was reared in a land of rain and i’m never gonna get used to it.

i’ve seen a few people laughing about it because they think that only rich celebrities are being affected but i promise you los angeles is a beautiful and vibrant place with so many cultures and communities rooted in poor groups and people of colour and immigrant backgrounds and the number of people whose lives and family legacies are being wiped off the face of the earth is not funny in the least.

i’m getting a few minutes of wifi from a shelter but it’s gonna get cut off again soon.

Sometimes I wish I could take better pictures, but at least last week I saw the northern lights, and my first shooting star, and a nebula with the naked eye all at once. Lying on cold dew soaked grass in the middle of my uni campus, listening to take me back to Eden.
