Ok I found a spider in my sink today. Which, you might be able to imagine, is not a place someone who is a) an arachnophobe b) trying to do the dishes would like to encounter a spider!

I'm getting better at handling that phobia though. Like. I could not scoop him and throw him out the door. But I could. Uh. Take care of him in a way that if I described would get a callout post written for me. (I'm a bit sorry but he should have tried. Not being in the sink while I'm trying to do dishes.) Which is not something I would have been capable of two years ago.

Also fun fact! Spiders are a trigger for our psychosis (physically interacting with them is. I'm fine to look at pictures and stuff. I actually think spiders are cool as hell I'm just afflicted with a phobia of them being. On. me.) so now I'm dealing with that! Love visual and tactile hallucinations sm.
