I've had this concept stuck in my head since I watched Poppy Playtime chapter 3 gameplay when it came out.

The moment all the critters climb inside Dogday and start controlling his body to chase the player, I was 100% expecting to see all their tiny eyes shining through Dogday eyesockets and was a bit disappointed when he looked normal (no hate to the official design, I just wanted to push the horror a step further).

The bit ears and chewed marks around his body were just an extra thought I had while drawing this, I feel it gives it an extra of "this poor guy has been nibbled and slowly eaten over time by the smiling critters" environmental storytelling.
