I adore how Reload adopted things from the P3 movies, like 10/4. But I wish they took this one tiny detail from the movie where Akihiko looks absolutely destroyed while holding Shinji's hand after he died.

Compare it to reload where he still looks... mildly sad (i think the other characters look sadder tbh) But like...ough maaan I want him to look BROKEN

Though, I guess Shinji letting go of Aki's hand as he dies hurts as well (certainly had me bawling)..and Aki not breaking down in front of everyone does suit his character.

but idk I think I just like seeing Akihiko suffer and wanted more of it in this scene. Perhaps they could've added those 3d tears in his eyes in the other cutscenes with characters crying. I know I would've ate that uppppp 😋

tbh i used to be meh about ships because im more of a character focused person. and whilst im still more focused on individual characters i am a LOT more understanding of shippers after coming to enjoy ratiorine 😭😭 some of u are so passionate and make such beautiful fan content and i just get it a lot more now

I’ve been reading B&R for a year or two and it’s just fantastic. I gave it the “concepts” tag because the whole premise of summoning a demon to avoid dealing with your ex is just *chef’s kiss* and it’s so well-executed, just such a fun story. It might be because I haven’t read it all the way through in a while, but the ending felt a little rushed, which is too bad, because I absolutely adore Bea and Laz’s relationship growth (but maybe I’m just in denial about the story being over). They have such satisfying chemistry together and it is soooo fun to see how their relationship and trust in each other develops over time. I also love it when the dynamic is the most flawless woman you’ve ever seen and her loserboy partner. I just think it’s cute. (Also sidenote shoutout to one of the only!!! comics on my entire list with a fat main character?? And she’s incredible?? I would like more of this, please)

The only points this one missed for me were 3) the backgrounds are drawn by an artist (no hate, no shade, I get it, but it does detract from the appeal a bit, personally) and 19-20. I ended up going half and half for “made me think a lot” and “made me feel a lot,” because, as I say, it’s been a minute since I’ve read it all start-to-finish, but it had point 18) excitement, because I was always soo excited when it updated, so I know that at least counts for a bit of point 20. Also this is the first one in a while with point 16: extra gorgeous tasty art. It’s freaking scrumptious. Decadent. Five-course meal. Highly recommend.
