THIS JUST IN: Ash Ketchum will continue in Generation 9 and was in the works possibly for Season 26, says the President of TXN Network
TOKYO, JAPAN -- His own journey from the start, out of Pallet Town in Kanto Region as Ash Ketchum will soon to end in Anime for Pokémon: The Series in Japan, which is nearly close to the finale of Season 25 known as "Ultimate Journeys".
This was after 2 individual champions between the League Conference per Regional Champion in Sun & Moon and a new Galarnian Masters Tournament Champion of Pokémon World Coronation Series (PWCS) in Ultimate Journeys.
In an exclusive press conference held by JOTX-TV 7's TV Tokyo as Toshiyuki Hiroaka, general manager of the animation business division of the said Japanese TV station and Ichiro Ishikawa, who was a president of TXN Network (a flagship station of TV Tokyo) talks about Ash Ketchum becoming the Pokémon world champion after 25 years of the Anime airing.
Ishikawa was a little bit shy to comment about an Anime character at first, but later congratulated Ketchum on becoming both the said champion: "I heard that fans from all over the world congratulated Ash Ketchum (Satoshi) for winning the championship this time. We are very happy to see Satoshi’s achievement, and we would like to congratulate him as well", he said in a translative Japanese dialect.
Hiroaka on the other hand, talked about what the future holds for Ketchum and where he will go from this point. Talking at the press conference, he said that Ketchum’s adventure will continue in Generation 9 and the future will unfold in the upcoming episodes of Season 26 the said Anime: "It has taken 25 years for Satoshi to become the World Champion, so it will be interesting to see what the future holds for him. The adventures will continue, and we will be providing information on how Satoshi’s future story will unfold in the upcoming TV anime, so I hope you will enjoy it".
Hiroaka said in a press conference, time-skipping is possible for Season 26 in connection for a video game franchise of Pokémon Scarlet and Violet. It is a total risky decision that The Pokémon Company could do is they could introduce a brand-new Anime character into the said series. Radyo Bandera cannot independently verify its said report.
Ketchum's Pokémon starters have not been announced yet since the 26th Season of the Anime is currently in the works sometime in 2023 onwards. With just 2 episodes left in Ultimate Journeys and Ketchum now finally succeeding, it looks like that might change a bit sooner than quicker before the year-end of 2022.

If Ketchum grows up in the hypothetical timeskip per later episodes in Season 26... Generation 9 will continue somewhere in Paldea Region with some countless battles in history. Reuniting with friends like Serena and Lillie for example, is mostly optional if needed to.
However, if Goh replaces to Ketchum and exits the Anime character permanently in concluding rotation, he is in part ways to bid farewell and focusing to catch a Mew Pokémon in a toughest future project. Ketchum is more likely to be retired and getting married to Serena afterwards in chemistry of love for AmourShipping.
Ketchum finally achieved his goal of becoming the world’s greatest Pokémon trainer in a recent episode of "Ultimate Journeys" which premiered in Japan in mid-November 2022 ahead of the production of English Dubbed via Netflix airing in the United States of America (U.S.A.).
Pokémon anime was first premiered in Season 1 via JOTX-TV 7's TV Tokyo in April 1997, part all of the affiliates nationwide on the TXN Network. The anime franchise has 7 sequential series, all based on an installation of the said video game. Ultimate Journeys' is the 25th and current season of the Pokémon anime series, and the 3rd and final season of Pokémon Journeys.
Tumblr media
Nonetheless, the management and staff of TXN Network continues more to air in Pokémon anime by preserving the next generation of youths, teens and mostly adults to watch. Pokémon fans are about to see by bidding farewell or to stay with Ketchum in later episodes of Season 26. The 25th season finale of Pokémon: The Series - Ultimate Journeys airs every Friday night at 6:55pm in Japan / 5:55pm in Manila / 4:55am Eastern / 3:55am Central (in the U.S.A.) only on JOTX-TV 7's TV Tokyo. Netflix bought its rights to cover and to stream the latest season of English Dub in America.

Paring: Barista Bakugou Katsuku x Fm Reader
Summary: You fall in in love with a Barista at first sight and you build up the courage to talk to him but it's bumpy, he's not easily persuade.
Content: fluff, no smut just fluff, characters aged up, bakugo is a grump in this and reader is down bad for him (aren't we all though) sunshine x grumpy, mention of death.
A/n: this took wayyy longer than I expected. I wrote this when it was raining outside and suddenly I just had the idea to write it. It's a tad bit longer then usually too and I struggled a bit writing this.
Tumblr media
You walked down the bustling streets of Tokyo, the crisp autumn air wrapped around you like a warm hug. Leaves crunched beneath your feet, releasing their earthy scent into the air. You couldn't help but feel a sense of nostalgia wash over you – it was your favorite time of year.
You had been walking for hours, lost in thought, when stumbled upon a small café tucked away in a quiet alley. The sign above the door read "Café Aurora," and the aroma wafting out was intoxicating – rich, bold, and inviting. Your stomach growled in response, reminding you that you hadn't eaten since breakfast and you could use something to warm your hands up.
You pushed open the door, and a bell above it rang out, announcing your arrival. The interior was cozy and intimate, with warm lighting and plush armchairs arranged around small tables. A barista with spiky blonde hair and piercing red eyes looked up from behind the counter, his gaze meeting yours for a brief moment before returning to his work.
You felt a flutter in your chest as you took in his rugged features – sharp jawline, prominent cheekbones, and a nose that seemed to have been broken at least once. His expression was stern, as if he'd rather be anywhere else than serving coffee. Yet, there was something about him that drew you in.
The barista's name tag read "B.Katsuki" in bold letters. He must've seen you looking at his name tag because he grunted and you felt a shiver run down your spine as you took a step forward, your eyes fixed on him.
"Hi," you said, trying to sound casual despite your racing heart, you didn't know why your heart was beating this fast and why your stomach was getting all fuzzy. "I'll have a coffee, please. I want it to go"
His gaze snapped back to yours, his eyes narrowing slightly before he nodded curtly. "Black coffee?"
You nodded, feeling a sense of disappointment wash over you that the interaction was so brief. As he shoved the pen and notebook down in the apron he was wearing after taking down the order, he got the working on your drink. you took in the details of the café – the vintage posters on the walls, the old-fashioned cash register, and the eclectic mix of chairs and tables. It looked cozy, like it was his style.
You waited by the pickup where your coffee should be arriving in it's to go cup. You watched as he poured the black coffee in a cup and put a top on the cup making sure it's nicely secured before handing you the coffee. Your fingers touched briefly as he passed it over. You felt a jolt of electricity run through you at the contact.
"Thanks," you said, trying to sound normal despite the sudden chaos in your mind.
Bakugou mumbled a "whatever." in response turning back to his work. You took a sip of the coffee, feeling the rich flavors dance on your tongue as you watched him expertly craft drinks for other customers. There was something captivating about him – something that made you want to come back to this cozy corner of Café Aurora again and again.
You spared him one last glance and left the café, that same bell ringing as you stepped back into the crisp autumn air, you couldn't shake the feeling that something had shifted within you. It was as if the warmth of the café had seeped into your bones, leaving you with a sense of hope and possibility that you hadn't felt in a long time.
You didn't know it yet, but you're life was about to change forever – all thanks to a chance encounter with a certain Barista named Bakugo.
---
Two weeks had passed since your chance encounter with katsuki at Café Aurora. You thought you'd shaken off the lingering feelings, but they only seemed to grow stronger with each passing day. His piercing red eyes haunted your dreams, and his gruff demeanor had become a constant topic of conversation with your friends.
You found myself wondering what he was like outside of the café – was he just as intense and brooding? Did he have any hobbies or interests beyond brewing coffee? And, most importantly, was he still as handsome as you remembered?
You sat at your desk, staring blankly at the computer screen, you couldn't shake the feeling that you was going crazy. Your mind kept wandering back to that moment when your fingers touched, and you felt that spark of electricity. It was as if your brain was trying to tell you something – that you needed to see him again.
You sighed, pushing aside your work and made a spontaneous decision. You would go back to Café Aurora, just to see if you could catch a glimpse of him again. Maybe we could have a proper conversation this time. Maybe...?
As you walked back to the café, your heart racing with excitement and nerves, you felt like a high school student on a first date. You took a deep breath and pushed open the door, hoping against hope that Bakugo would be working.
He was. And, as if fate had conspired against you, he looked up from behind the counter the moment you walked in. Your eyes met, and for a moment, you just stared at each other.
You felt like an idiot for coming back here better yet a stalker, but your legs seemed rooted to the spot. Bakugo's expression didn't change – still stern, still uninviting – but you sensed a glimmer of curiosity in those piercing eyes.
"Hey," you said, trying to sound casual despite your racing heart. "I'm back."
Bakugou raised an eyebrow. "You're...regular now?"
You shrugged, feeling your brain get all fuzzy. "Just needed another coffee fix."
He nodded and began preparing the drink. As he worked, you couldn't help but notice the way his eyes seemed to bore into yours – as if trying to read you like a book.
When he handed you the coffee, your fingers touched again, and I felt that jolt of electricity return. This time, however, it was accompanied by a sense of awareness – as if we both knew that something more was brewing between us.
"Thanks," you said, trying to sound nonchalant despite the turmoil inside me.
Bakugou grunted in response and turned back to his work. For a moment, we just stood there, the tension between us palpable.
And then, without another word, he disappeared into the back room.
You took a sip of the coffee and sat down at a table by the window, feeling like you'd been punched in the gut. What had just happened? Had you really just been rejected?
You gazed out the window at the autumn leaves dancing in the wind, you realized that you had no idea what lay ahead – only that you was hooked on this enigmatic Barista and his unyielding intensity.
---
You sat at the table, lost in thought, as the sounds of the café faded into the background. Bakugou's gruff demeanor had always intrigued you, but now it seemed to mask a deeper complexity. What was behind those piercing eyes? Was he as tough as he seemed, or was there a soft spot beneath his rough exterior?
You thought about this, as you noticed a group of friends walking into the café, chatting and laughing. They caught sight of you and waved, and you waved back, feeling a pang of envy. Why couldn't you be as carefree and outgoing as they were? Why did you always feel like an outsider, stuck in your own head?
The doorbell above the entrance jingled again, and this time it was a solo customer – a young woman with bright pink hair and a bright smile. She scanned the café, her eyes landing on you before darting away. You felt a twinge of recognition, but before you could place her, she was gone out of your sight, ordering her drink from Bakugou.
You watched as she ordered her drink and he wrote it down on the little note pad he had with his lips formed in a thin line. He looked like he knew the girl from the way she was chatting with him, you couldn't hear them from where you were sitting but her body language said it all.
she waited for her coffee but she caught your eye and smiled. "Hey," she said, sauntering over to the table. "Mind if I join you?, I'm solelil"
"Oh, uh hi," you replied, taking her hand in a firm handshake.
Her eyes sparkled with mischief. "So, what brings you to Café Aurora?"
You shrugged, looking at her with a tilt of your head. "Just needed another coffee fix."
Solelil raised an eyebrow. "Ah, but there's more to it than that, isn't there?"
You scrunched your eyebrows in confusion as you glanced around the café, making sure Bakugou wasn't listening in. But he was engrossed in his work, his back to y'all.
"It's just...I had a weird encounter here last time," you admitted, feeling a sense of liberation at sharing with someone new
Solelil eyes lit up with excitement. "Ooh, tell me more!"
And so you spilled your guts to Solelil – about Bakugou's gruff demeanor, your awkward encounters, and your growing obsession with him. She listened intently, her pink hair bobbing up and down as she nodded along.
When you finished talking, Solelil leaned in conspiratorial. "You know what you need?"
You raised an eyebrow. "What?"
"A plan," Solelil said with a grin. "Let's get you closer to Bakugou Katsuki."
You felt a thrill run through you at the prospect. Could Solelil really help you get past your walls and into Bakugo's heart? Or would you just end up getting yourselves into trouble?. You're mind screamed "hell no!" at you but you dismissed it.
You raised an eyebrow at Solelil suggestion. "A plan? You think you can help me get closer to him?"
Solelil nodded enthusiastically. "Oh, totally! I know Bakugou, you see. He's a bit of a loner, but deep down, he's a softie. We can use that to our advantage."
You found that hard to believe. "You know him that well?"
She shrugged. "Well, not like that. But I've seen the way he looks at you when he thinks no one is watching. It's... intense."
You roll your eyes at the thought. "You're just messing with me, aren't you?"
She grinned mischievously. "Maybe a little. But trust me, I'm serious about helping you get your hands on Bakugou. So, here's what we're going to do.
She pulled out a notebook and began scribbling notes furiously.
you laughed, feeling a sense of relief at finally sharing your not so secret with someone. "I'm all ears."
solielil grinned mischievously. "Well, first things first, we need to get you out of your shell. You're way too reserved for a guy like Bakugou – he needs someone who can keep up with him."
Solelil leaned in, her voice taking on a conspiratorial tone. "We've had our differences, but...he's a good guy deep down."
You raised an eyebrow. "Someone like you?"
You felt a surge of hope. Maybe she could help you get closer to Bakugou after all.
"So, what's your plan?" You asked, curiosity getting the better of you.
"First, we need to get you to relax around him. I can teach you some of my signature flirting techniques – nothing too intense, just enough to make him notice you."
You're faced scrunched up, Bakugou doesn't look like the type to like getting flirted with "But what if it backfires?" You asked.
Solelil waved her hand dismissively. "Don't worry about it. I've seen him with girls before – he's not exactly...friendly to strangers. But if you're genuinely interested in him, I think he'll come around."
"Okay," You said finally. "Let's do it."
She grinned, her eyes sparkling with excitement. "That's the spirit"
You chatted on, nodding eagerly as solelil continued to spill her expert advice and guidance. She was like a one-woman crash course in charming men, and you was soaking it all up like a sponge.
the afternoon wore on, the café began to clear out, and the atmosphere grew quieter. Bakugou, still engrossed in his work, didn't seem to notice. Solelil glanced at her watch and sighed.
"Time for me to bounce," she said, gathering her things. "But don't worry, I'll be back to check in on you soon."
You felt a pang of disappointment as she stood up, but her grin reassured you. "You're doing great. Just remember: confidence is key."
With a wink, she slipped out of the café, leaving you alone with Bakugou. The silence was almost palpable, and you felt your heart begin to race realizing you was facing him once again.
You looked around the emptying café and spotted Bakugou, who was busy wiping down the counter with a rag. The lights began to dim, signaling closing time. Bakugo finished his cleaning and came over to you, his expression stern as usual.
"Time to go, get out" he said curtly.
You gathered your things and stood up, feeling a sense of anticipation. Would he say something to you before you left? Would he even notice you?
As y'all walked out of the café together, the cool night air hit yall like a slap in the face. You shivered and rubbed your arms, feeling a sense of trepidation.
"So...thanks for the coffee," you said finally, trying to break the silence.
Bakugou grunted in response, his eyes flicking towards you before looking away again, shoving his hands into his pockets. You felt a pang of disappointment - was that really all he had to say?
You walked off into the darkness, a different direction than him. You couldn't help but wonder what lay ahead. Would you ever be able to get through to him? And what did he think about you now?
The streets were quiet and deserted as you walked away from Café Aurora.
You walked back to your apartment, your mind racing with the plan solelil had laid out for you. You was determined to make it work, no matter how ridiculous it seemed. You were a nervous wreck thinking about the plan tomorrow that once you hit you're bed you were out like a light.
The next morning you decided to head to the cafe and try out the plan you and solelil came up with.
You walked into the café, feeling a mix of nerves and excitement. Solelil had given you a crash course on flirting, and you was determined to put her techniques into practice. You spotted
Bakugou already there, looking as gruff as ever as he expertly crafted drinks behind the counter.
You took a deep breath and made your way over to him, his eyes was fixed on his phone as he typed away.
"Hey," you said, trying to sound casual. "How's it going?"
Bakugou looked up at you, his expression stern. "What do you want?"
You launched into a clumsy attempt at flirting, trying to make small talk and laugh in all the right places. But Bakugou was having none of it. He listened to with a skeptical expression, his eyes never leaving yours. It was like trying to flirt with a brick wall - Bakugo didn't even flinch.
after what felt like an eternity of awkward silence, Bakugo stood up and took out that same note pad and pen, putting his phone down. "Look, can you just get on with it?" he said gruffly.
You laughed nervously. "Just...just trying to get to know you better."
Bakugo snorted. "You're wasting your time."
You felt slightly embarrassed. This was not going well.
"I'm not sure what game you're playing," he said finally, his tone dripping with disdain. "But you're not doing it very well."
You hesitated for a moment before taking the plunge. "Bakugo?"
He looked up at me, his eyes skeptical.
"What?"
You took a deep breath. "Would you...like to go out on a date with me?" You couldn't believe you were standing here asking him this.
Bakugou's expression didn't change, but his tone did - it turned icy cold. "Why would I do that? You're really that desperate?"
You felt your heart sink. Was this really going to be a no?. You let the silence surround you as you couldn't find an answer back
But then, something unexpected happened. Bakugou's gaze flicked towards you, and for a moment, you see something there - something almost like...amusement?
"I suppose it couldn't hurt," he said finally his voice coming out rough and raspy
You're heart leapt with excitement. He said yes!
As you exchanged numbers and made plans for the date, Bakugou's expression remained stoic - but I could sense a hint of satisfaction lurking beneath the surface.
The bell ringed behind you, announcing someone just came in. It was early morning and it was barely anyone in the cafe just like you hoped, you was slightly surprised when solelil poked her head out from behind the cafe door. "Hey, how's it going?" she asked innocently and cheerfully.
Bakugou gaze flicked towards where the voice came from and sucked his teeth as he rolled his eyes. "Great, just my luck you come back"
Solelil rolled her eyes and made her way over to you both, her back leaning against the counter "you know you miss you're favorite customer, I just want a Americano"
Bakugou nodded curtly, turning his back to us as he began making her drink. "Definitely not my favorite, your just another extra"
You couldn't help but laugh at his comment and watch as solelil glared at him. You looked at the clock on one of the dark brown walls of the cafe and noticed it was getting closer to the time you had to work so you bid you're goodbye and made your way away from the café, feeling like you were was floating on cloud nine.
You spent the entire day in a daze, replaying the conversation with Bakugou in your head. Could it be true?
You finally emerged from your apartment, dressed in a casual outfit. Solelil had given you a subtle makeup look, emphasizing your natural features without overdoing it.
Bakugou arrived at your doorstep looking...well, as gruff as ever. He was wearing a black denim jacket over a plain white T-shirt and dark jeans, his hair messy and his eyes narrowed.
"Let's go," he said curtly, not even bothering to look at you.
You felt a flutter in my chest as we walked out of your apartment complex and into the crisp fall evening. The air was cool and damp, carrying the scent of leaves and damp earth. We made our way to the nearby park, the lake shimmering in the fading light.
You strolled along the path, the sound of leaves crunching beneath our feet was almost surreal. The trees were ablaze with color, their branches like nature's own work of art. I felt like I was walking through a dream.
Bakugou walked beside you in silence, his eyes fixed on some point ahead. You tried to break the silence, asking him about his favorite things – music, movies, books. He answered briefly, his responses terse but not uninterested.
You walked, the sun dipped below the horizon, casting a warm orange glow over the park. The lake sparkled like diamonds scattered across the water.
He stopped at a bench overlooking the lake, and Bakugou sat down without invitation. You followed suit, trying to make sense of this strange new dynamic between.
"I never thought you'd be this...persistent," he said finally, his voice low and gravelly.
You shrugged. "I guess I'm just desperate."
He chuckled a raspy chuckle while tilting his head back. "You're not desperate enough."
You leaned against the bench and turned your head to look at him. "What do you mean?"
Bakugou gaze flicked towards yours before returning to the lake. "You're still trying to play games. You're still trying to prove something to me."
You felt a sting from his words, but tried to brush it off. "Maybe I just want to get to know you better," You said softly.
He turned back to you, his eyes piercing in the fading light. "And maybe I just want to get to know you better too or whatever.
The tension between you was palpable as you sat there, the only sound the rustling of leaves and the distant chirping of crickets.
You started to feel like you was going crazy, trying to keep up with his silence. But just when you thought things couldn't get any more awkward, he spoke up.
"So," he said gruffly. "What do you like about work research?"
You hesitated, unsure of how much to reveal. But something about Bakugou's intense gaze made you open up.
"I don't know if it's just me," You said slowly. "But there's something about understanding how people work that really fascinates me. Like, what makes them tick."
Bakugou raised an eyebrow. "You think you can understand people that easily?"
You hum. "Maybe not people as a whole...but individuals. Like, why someone might choose one career over another."
Bakugou scoffed. "You're not going to be able to understand me."
You felt a sting from his words, but before you could respond, he continued.
"But I suppose that's what makes life interesting - trying to figure out what makes others tick."
The conversation continued in this vein for a while longer, with Bakugou opening up slightly as we talked about our shared interests in research. It was far from romantic or charming, but somehow it worked.
The silence between you stretched out once again and you felt like you are drowning in the depths of Bakugou's gaze. It was as if he was trying to see right through you, to the very heart of you.
You broke the silence, trying to sound casual despite the racing of your heart. "So, what do you like to do for fun?"
Bakugou's expression didn't change, but a small smirk played on his lips. "I like to fight," he said, his voice low and husky.
You tilted your head curiously "Just fighting?"
He shrugged as he sat up against the bench. "It's what I'm good at."
You felt a shiver run down your spine as he looked at you, his eyes glinting with a mixture of challenge and amusement. "And what about you?" he asked, his tone dripping with curiosity.
You hesitated, unsure how much to reveal. But something about Bakugou intensity made you feel like you could trust him. "I like to draw," You said finally.
Bakugo's eyebrows shot up. "You draw?"
You nodded, feeling a sense of pride. "Yeah, I'm not bad at it either."
He snorted. "Yeah right, I'll have to see it for myself."
The tension between you was still there, but it was no longer oppressive. It was as if we had both let our guards down, just a little.
You we sat there, the stars beginning to twinkle overhead, You realized that this was what you had been missing – someone who understood you, who pushed you to be the best of yourself.
But as the night wore on, You knew that this was just the beginning of your journey together. And you wasn't sure if we would make it out unscathed.
The night air grew cooler, Bakugou's gaze lingered on you for a moment before he stood up. "You're cold," he said abruptly.
You rubbed your arms, feeling the chill. "Yeah, it's getting a bit nippy."
He nodded curtly and sighed. Getting standing up from the bench his movements economical. "Come on," he said, not looking back.
You followed him, curiosity piqued. What was he doing?
He stopped in front of the cafe. The sign above the door read "Café Aurora " in messy, bold letters.
He pushed open the door with a creak.
You hesitated for a moment before stepping inside. The scent of freshly brewed coffee wafted through the air, making your stomach growl with hunger.
Bakugou led you to a table near the window and gestured for you to sit down. "I'll get you something hot to drink," he said, disappearing into the kitchen.
You took a seat, feeling a little at ease. Bakugo reappeared with two steaming cups of coffee and set them down in front of you.
As you sipped the coffee, you couldn't help but wonder why Bakugou had chosen to work at Café Aurora. He was a brilliant and he had passion, it didn't seen like something he would do.
You leaned in, curiosity getting the better of you. "What made you decide to work here?"
Bakugou scoffed. "You mean, what made me stoop to working at a cafe?"
You laughed. "Well, you don't exactly seem like the type to be serving coffee to school kids."
He raised an eyebrow. "You think I'm too good for this place?"
You shook your head. "No, I just thought you'd have more...ambitious plans."
Bakugou leaned back in his chair, his expression thoughtful. "You know, I used to be on track to be one of the top engineers in the country. But...life had other plans."
You tilted your head, intrigued. "What happened?"
Bakugou's eyes turned cold, his voice dropping to a low growl. "It's because of my friend," He said mumble. "Her name is Kaori Yamagata. She's a genius in her own right."
You felt a pang of surprise. You had never heard about Bakugou having a close friend, let alone someone he loved.
"What happened?" You asked, voice barely above a whisper.
His expression turned somber. "Kaori was involved in an accident a few years ago. She suffered severe injuries and was hospitalized for months. I was devastated - i barely left her side during that time."
Your heart went out to Bakugou. No wonder he was so dedicated to his work - it was a way for him to cope with his emotions.
"After she recovered, Kaori decided to open this café," he continued. "She wanted a place where people could come together and share stories, just like we did when she was in the hospital. I joined her as a way to be close to her again."
I felt a sense of understanding wash over you. That explained why Bakugo was always so gruff and aloof - he was still grieving for his lost friend.
You winced, feeling a pang of sympathy for him.
Bakugou's gaze drifted off, lost in thought for a moment before refocusing on me.
Bakugo took a sip of his coffee and mumbles. "Now drink your coffee before it gets cold."
You nodded, taking a sip of the rich, bold brew. It was incredible.
As you sipped your coffee in silence, you couldn't help but notice the way Bakugo seemed to be...watching you. His eyes were narrowed, his expression gruff as ever, but there was something beneath the surface that made you feel seen.
"You're talented" You mumbled, after taking the sip of your now lukewarm coffee "
Bakugo raised an eyebrow. "Talented? You mean with coffee?"
You shook your head. "With art. You have an eye for design." You said.
"It's just a hobby."
You leaned forward, your eyes meeting his. "But it's not just a hobby, is it? You put your heart into it."
Bakugou expression softened ever so slightly before he looked away, clearing his throat . "Just enjoy your coffee." He scoffed
You smiled to yourself as you sipped the coffee, feeling a sense of connection to this gruff, difficult man that you couldn't quite explain.
As you finished your drinks and left the cafe, you knew that this was just the beginning of our journey together – one filled with laughter and challenges and maybe even a little bit of love..
"Thanks for listening today," Bakugou said, his voice a little softer than usual.
You smiled. "Anytime. You don't have to bottle it all up, you know."
Bakugo snorted. "I'm not exactly known for my emotional depth."
You chuckled. "Maybe not, but sometimes people just need to talk."
You both walked in silence for a bit, the only sound being the distant hum of the city.
"So, what do you say we grab some dinner?" You asked, breaking the silence.
Bakugou shoved his hands into his pockets and grunted. "You're buying?"
You laughed. "Maybe."
He grinned, a small, tentative smile. "Whatever, don't think I'm going to stay long it, got it?!."
You ended up at a small ramen shop nearby, slurping down steaming bowls of noodles and talking about everything and nothing for at least a couple of hours.
You finished up your meals, Bakugo looked at you with a curious expression. "I've got a question?"
"Shoot."
"What's with you? You're always so... calm. You never seem to get flustered or upset.. You're A weirdo
You didn't know how to answer that so you shrugged. "Just learned to deal with things, I guess."
You smiled up at him. "Anytime, Bakugo."
Bakugou nodded thoughtfully. "I think that's part of what I like about you."
Your heart skipped a beat at his words, you even thought you misheard him.
He looked away quickly, clearing his throat. "Anyway, thanks for dinner. I should probably get going."
You nodded, feeling a pang of disappointment. "Yeah, sure thing."
You parted ways outside the shop and Bakugo turned back to you. "Hey?"
"Yeah?"
"Thanks for listening today or whatever It meant a lot"
You smiled up at him. "Anytime, Bakugo."
For a moment, your eyes locked, and you felt a spark of connection between you just like the first day you talked. He then turned and walked away, leaving you to wonder if maybe – just maybe – there was more to him than met the eye. It began to fall wet icy snowflakes that dropped on your head and you looked up at the sky with your hand out.
It wasn't fall anymore but winter and with that you're little chapter closed. The silhouette of bakugou going out of your view. You couldn't help but let a smile come across your face.
