I had so much fun drawing this, not sure what he needs to go to the doctor for but he considers himself a perfectly adequate medic and doesn't think he needs anyone else for that. Is this grown man still a child and stubborn teenager at heart? Yes, yes he is.

decided i will probably do at least a few of the tmnt 2012 12 year celebration/tmntember prompts!! im not gonna do all of them bc i reaaaaally wanna participate in inktober this year so i dont wanna burn myself out this month so!

heres my day 1, where nobody is surprised to see leo is my favorite 2012 boy. leos always my favorite i think in every iteration but ive probably said it a bunch now that 2012 is extra special to me bc its what got me into tmnt in the first place so this leo has a very special place in my heart <3

also, funny story, i sat down to do this and was like "oh im just gonna do a simple little sketch" and then proceeded to do the most detailed shading ever. it was fun though !!

Happy belated anniversary of the day that Raph met his future wife and almost died (again). I sketched this for one of TMNTember prompts, but was busy that day and didn't have time to finish it, so I thought I would make it a painting experiment. It's messy, but I like it.

DAY 14- Younger Sibling Uncharacteristically Fights Back to Older Sibling - SIW - (Sketch version)

MANNN ALIVEEE This was one of my favorite prompts to draw a comic for! It was a challenge in and of itself to make Mikey, (sunshine, positive, content turtle dude), legitimately ticked off. But I thought making this comic a continuation of when Don tested a sedative on him would connect nicely.

I mean- how happy at your sibling would YOU be if you woke up in a medbay, dizzy as all get out, and can’t remember anything?

Mikey is truly fighting to stay under control of his emotions, but it gets harder and harder as more side effects make themselves known. He feels like crap, he can’t remember why, and he’s stuck in the medbay for the fourteenth time in his life. Positivity can only work so well. And his oh so knowledgeable BROTHER didn’t even APOLOGIZE.

And then Don- his reactions are far more subtle. His concern is evident, but his guilt is really at the forefront here. It’s one thing for the experiment to have been an accident, but in Dons case, it was intentional. And the guilt that he purposefully drugged his little brother, and unknowingly forced him to go through such uncomfortable side effects, really weighs down on him.

I’m really hoping an upcoming prompt will inspire more for this little comic series I’m creating here- this has been so much fun to make! :)

Were they watching a scary movie with a child not old enough? Oh yes. They mistakenly thought it would be fine. They were all tense and on the edge of their seats already so when Ana started screaming without warning, everyone flipped.

Raph did not know this was happening btw, but now he does. And they are getting a stern scolding later.

Their feet fought me so much in this one.

I got lazy and I really didn't know what to draw for today's prompt, so instead of just drawing the other three and April I just used their back profiles from their refsheets and edited them lmfao but I did draw Leo at least!

Hey! Sorry to bother you (love ur stuff btw) . Is it okay if (hypothetically speaking) you draw stuff from upcoming days early than expected during TMNTember?

I am somewhat of a quirky and a creative kid with a lot of ideas, and I saw a few artworks where fans would mix two days in one drawing (which it’s very cool!). I want to do the same, but certain days hadn’t come yet. So that brings me here to you, the host of this event.

Of course! You can skip a few days and post earlier of certain days. Right now it’s Day 15 - Sunset Duo (Leo & Mikey) but you can skip it and go straight to (let’s hypothetically say) Day 24 - Favorite Villain.

The prompt list is for creative ideas but I know some people aren’t gonna be able to post on each specific day (school, work, personal things etc) and that’s ok! You can be late or early on a prompt day, in the end, this is all about celebrating our 2012 Turtles! <3

i started work again and ive been so busy ahhh but here are some a-team doodles (turtles and my human versions) i did last month bc i was struggling to find inspiration to draw :( i used the emotion and palette challenges @abisalli made and i did quite a few so ill probably post the others soon

im also gonna count this as a tmntember post bc i havent had the energy to make any new art for them TTnTT
