i crocheted these recently! funnily enough, i started to crochet beginning with mayday's beanie from spider-verse back in june of 2023. only now, over a year and a half later, i'm making some of my first amigurumi. you can find the amazing patterns here: 🐢 & 🐇

Mkay so a few weeks ago I saw that today was the 2 year anniversary of the rise movie so I was like, “aha! I’ll definitely prepare something and not miss this anniversary!”

Suffice to say I found out today was the 2 year anniversary a few hours ago but I couldn’t let it go uncelebrated so I watched the rise movie again (<3 most uncomforting comfort movie) and lots of season one while I made Leo!

I absolutely love him and now he and Frida can be buddies- Frida? What are you doing? FRIDA NO-

Idk apparently there can only be one or something give her grace she still needs to go through her character development

Oh and I can make him (or a different turtle, canon or oc) for you over at my etsyyyyy ^^

As much as I’m fond of these guys, I am opening an auction for each of them. The auctions BEGIN TODAY and END AUGUST 2. Please use the forms below to fill out your bids.

Additional Information:

— Leo, Donnie, and Mikey are all 12 inches tall and 5 inches wide. Raph is chonkier: 14 inches tall and 7 inches wide.

size comparison:

— Raph’s helmet and Leo’s armband are removable. Clothes were made separately but are not easy to remove.

— Donnie and Mikey have functional hoods and Mikey has a hoodie pocket.

— They are filled with polyester/ cotton blend filling and are VERY huggable :3

— Donnie’s glasses are made of black pipe cleaners and medical tape.

— Bids are starting at 60 for Mikey, Donnie, and Leo, and 70 for Raph.

— Shipping will be charged separately after the auction is over. I will be shipping from Los Angeles, CA.

I cannot stress enough that becoming a pattern tester means you are testing the written pattern for inconsistencies and flaws so that I may sell it later. Your only compensation will be a free pattern for the turtle tot of your choosing! You do not have the right to circulate said pattern, or to profit off of what you make from it. You are also responsible for buying your own supplies. The loose deadline to have the pattern completed is by the end of September (subject to change).

(yes, the others are coming soon, this one took me like 3hrs to make (honestly tho this is very approximate because I posted on FB that I was starting it 6hrs ago (this is a scheduled post, i originally wrote at 2 AM (yes i should be asleep)), and I finished it 30 mins ago, but there was a lot of "non-actively crocheting" moments because i am unable to not do 90 different things at the same time. So yea no idea how much it took me but I can say one thing for sure "less than 6 hours" lmao

Completed a set of custom TMNT pals!

I’ve made this set a couple times before but I always sent them out and forgot to take pictures of them. 🥲 I just get so excited to send out my little babies to their forever homes!

So here’s my take on the Rise of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles!

I love all my TMNT babies but this rendition definitely has the most variety between brothers, which I love!
