Raph is glaring at his brother’s shell. The effect is lost on the fact that Leo hasn’t turned around since he slinked up next to the alternate version of Donnie, but if none of his brothers are going to do it, someone certainly has to.

It figures that their two dimensions would have to intercept again some time. After all, with the Leonardo’s situation, at some point they would have tried to at the very least get in proper contact, because for some reason the Leonardos are insistent that they don’t just shut the whole switching thing down outright.

But it’s different this time, because this isn’t their universe, and the guy in Leo’s body isn’t their Leo. He’s the impostor, the turtle local to this dimension, and Raph is choosing to ignore the way he’s shuffling nervously beside him, because seriously, he could tell the truth to the alternate versions of them at any point. They’re doing this entirely to themselves.

Leo taps something on Other Donnie’s phone, and the purple-clad turtle swipes his phone away abruptly, glaring. Leo raises both brow muscles and quirks the corners of his lips up. Other Mikey turns around and rolls his eyes as though this is an every day sort of thing, and Raph tries and fails to relate this to the dynamic between Donnie and Leo.

“Raph,” Leo actually whines, completely throwing Raph off. It’s so childish and unlike the way Leo tends to present himself. Other Raph spins around, face crafted into something neutral as he walks backward. Other Mikey is not subtly leaning against him to keep him from tripping. “Donnie’s being territorial with his phone again.”

Other Raph sighs, spinning back around, and creating distance between he and Other Mikey with the use of his absurdly large tail. Like, seriously, he might be a bit smaller than Leatherhead, but he still has the guy’s proportions, and it's weird. Other Raph scolds, “Leo, stop trying to steal things from your twin.”

Leo huffs, and Other Donnie shoots a victorious smile over at Leo before going back to tapping at his phone. Leo waits a few beats for him to offer the phone back out, and then sighs and retreats to the back of the group, where Raph and his brothers are sticking together.

“So,” he says, and the shit has the gaul to smile right now. “It’s been a few months since we’ve seen you guys, hasn’t it? Has anything interesting happened since the last time we spoke?”

“Is this seriously necessary?” Donnie asks, sounding similarly confused and peeved with Leo’s current behaviour.

Leo elbows him. “C’mon, Other Dee, throw me a bone here. Dontron is obsessed with all this parallel universe crap, I need something to hang over his head for a little.”

“Mondo got the rest of his stuff out of his parents apartment,” Leon pipes up, not seeming even a little phased by Leo’s intentional rudeness. Then again, Leo seems to be pretending to be Leon, so that sort of checks out. “Other than that, it’s been a pretty calm week.”

“Gee, thank god someone was picking up what I was putting down,” Leo sighs, and while it starts off with that same cocky attitude, it trails off quickly into what seems to be genuine anger. “So, anyways, I didn’t finish clearing out April’s spare room for the week, so I could set you guys up in there. But after that I’m gonna turn in early, I haven’t gotten a good full sleep in a while.”

“You are terrible at subtlety,” Leon hisses angrily.

The attitude drops, and Raph is thrown off by how unreadable the tone is when Leo says, “I’ve been the top player in charades for years, haven’t I?”

“Maybe it’s time to stop playing,” Donnie says seriously.

Raph’s brain isn’t going fast enough for all of these metaphors, but unfortunately he’s not quite rude enough to call the Leonardos out on it. Their decisions, at the end of the day, are their stupid decisions.

“We’ll think about it,” Leo says. “But, y’know. Maybe I’ll wait ‘till it stops pissing my twin off so much when I stop. I’ve asked him if we could stop before, but he got all angry and uptight about it, because he wasn’t ready for things to change.”

And then he winks right at Raph.

Raph purposefully increases the energy behind his glare, but Leo only sighs before dashing forward towards their counterparts from what seems like a random burst of energy.

“Whoever wakes up first tomorrow,” Leon says quietly, with a similar unreadable tone to the one that Leo had just used. “We’ll deal with it, okay? And just like last time, it’ll probably be for a few days, so there’s plenty of chances for things to get a bit more normal.”

“Stop speaking in riddles,” Mikey requests. “This is making my brain hurt.”

“Okay,” Leon says, and then he loudly asks, “What time is it here, by the way?”

“Past dinner,” comes the near synchronous reply. Other Mikey spins around, skipping backwards while holding eye contact with Leon. He asks, “Have you guys eaten yet? I can probably whip up something if you haven’t already.”

“No, we’re fine,” Leon responds, suddenly all politeness, posture and cadence nearly a perfect match to Leo’s.

Raph can’t help but be even more bothered.

When they’re lead into the spare room they’ll be sharing for the next few days, Leon almost immediately flops onto the singular mattress in the room as though he belongs there, even though Raph tries and fails to make that a fact in his head.

It’s not Leo, yeah. But it’s still his body, and sometimes that distinction escapes him. Part of why the whole thing irritates him so much.

“Laying it on a little thick there, weren’t you?” Leon asks, and there’s the usual impostor in Leo’s body. The snark machine with little to no filter.

Leo shrugs, and with just the dropping of his smirk, suddenly he looks so much more tired. It doesn’t suit the body quite right, and Raph wishes that he could say the same about his brother in general. “Yeah, well, I needed to make a point, didn’t I? And Raph, I know you’re mad at me, you can stop glaring now.”

Raph does not stop.

Leo sighs, and sits down on one of the actual seats in the repurposed subway car. He doesn’t meet any of their eyes, instead picking at the wrappings on his leg, which Raph doesn’t think he’s seen his brother do ever while in his own body. “Can we try not to have any close calls this time around? I don’t want these guys to be mad at us, too.”

“We’re not mad at you,” Mikey says.

Raph opens his mouth to agree, then hesitates. He’s not mad, but he’s not sure what he actually feels about the whole thing, either. It’s hard to find the right word for it, even though it’s on the tip of his tongue.

“We should all head to bed,” Leon suggests. “I can help you go get the spare mattresses to speed things up. The longer we’re both asleep, the longer we’ll have for a switch to happen.”

“Oh, like that’s so easy,” Leo says, sarcasm dripping back into his tone, though it’s not followed by the usual smile of Leon’s. “But I’ll try.”

“Heck does that mean?” Raph asks.

He doesn’t get a response from either Leo. They both sit up, and take off out the door and into the same direction.

“I feel like they were trying to talk without us there, dudes,” Mikey states.

Raph crosses his arms. “I don’t care.”

Depends how you define what “scary” is. You can look at Seasons 3 villains of 2012 since the start of the season, the enemies were pretty horrific and nightmare fuel. Or all kinds of bugs in the show.

Or the scary being how intimidating or threatening the villains are. Krang ROTTMNT is quite scary if that the definition your going for.

It sure as hell isn't a contest but I'd they were competing over scariest enemies than tbe Rise turtles would win hands down and their prize would be multiple sets of older turtles being overprotective. 2012 however would have to deal with trauma that's 1000% designed to hit them in a more personal level what with Leo's coma, April killing Donnie, the entire Space Arc, Mikey being trapped in Dimensikn X for ninth possibly years, the mess with watching SPLINTER DIE, watching Splinter die a SECIND TIME, THE ENTIRE MESS WITH THE RAT KING... just to name a few

Honestly I have to disagree because like. 2012 has some pretty horrific villains when you think about it, rottmnt doesn't even compare in terms of how dangerous and violent they are. rottmnt definitely has some villains who would kill the turtles w/o hesitation, but the show is almost never played straight so the characters aren't as brutal or threatening. 2012 was intentionally going for a darker tone with its villains so we would actually be worried when, say, Splinter faced off with Rat King of Tiger Claw because it was possible he would actually die.

And that's not like a criticism or anything. I appreciate what both shows do and I can't even say I have a favorite because it depends on my mood. But 2012 definitely has the more threatening villain line up with Shredder, Tiger Claw, Rahzar, Fish Face, Bebop and Rocksteady alone because they would absolutely kill these teenagers if they could. Of course rottmnt's Kraang are scary in their own right, but we didn't get introduced to them until the movie, so I don't think they out weigh 2012 on their own.

I just had a thought okay so whenever we pick up a turtle at work and end up holding it like this:

we'll talk in a baby voice and call the turtle some type of sandwich ("hi hamburger" "oh arent you just a little meatball sub!") before pretending we're gonna eat them because its funny

So the thought is Splinter picking up the boys when they were little like this, and pretending he's gonna eat them just to mess with them. Theyd wiggle and squeal and call it the hamburger game. One day April randomly hands Casey Jr a baby and he starts playing the hamburger game to entertain the kid, because thats how his turtle uncles played with him until he got too big to pick up 🥹

The fact Shadow and Eggman are somehow related is hilarious to me. Whether its through Maria by choice (making them cousins), through Gerald by choice, by creation, or by guardianship (making him Eggman's uncle). Like you spend all year fighting this annoying blue hedgehog and his friends only to show up at Thanksgiving and have a black hedgehog judge you from the other side of the mashed potatoes. You're doing your normal terrorizing when all a sudden you find out your nemesis has managed to wrangle your uncle into publicly kicking your ass. Every year you send a birthday card to a artificial lifeform. You wake up in the hospital to see the Shadow the Hedgehog sitting in the plastic seats drinking horrible hospital coffee because technically he's your next-of-kin and was thus rudely interrupted from his nap by a call from the hospital asking him for your medical history

Finally got some internet to actually post this!

Fare warning this chapter is not pretty. There is blood and depictions of experimentation so if that bugs you then by all means avoid it. I will tag it as best as I can for those who don’t handle this sort of thing well but if you notice something you think it should be tagged for then tell me I will add the tag. (be aware that I think simply for these things and I may tag something as an overarching deal and forget to add in the smaller things)

Now for those that would rather read it here click it will be under the read more ~

Pain, darkness, and white are all he knows. Curled in a corner of this very dark, very little room he counted the hard stitching on his chest. 1…3…10… How long had he been here? It was hard to tell through the pain and darkness. 20…34…39… He recalled coming in here with a broken arm and it was long since healed. With no infection it had to have been at least 4 months, after all reptile bones take longer to heal. 52…66…71…It was hard to remember through all the pain even now every little movement sent fire through his veins. But, he had gotten used to that. 121…138…157…

             How long ago was it that they moved him to this room with nothing? It was at least after his fifth near escape using the light bulbs and plastic cover. 183…189…212. A woosh and light assaulted his senses, interrupting his counting. Hands gently grabbed his arms and hoisted him up and onto a cart. His arms and legs swiftly bound. He had long stopped caring what the humans looked like all he saw were the white coats anymore.

               They pushed him down the hall bright white lights passed over head. He remembered talking, fighting against the scientists. Their hands used to leave bruises on his arms and he would leave them with scars. It wasn’t worth what little energy he had left anymore. The sound of the wheels and footsteps were like thunder in the silence of the facility. It had been so long since the sound of laughter and yelling were common. Was his family even looking for him? Surly they must be. But, it had to have been several months possibly even a year right?

Did they even know he was still alive?

             Another woosh of a door and he was pushed into a cell with a bright red light. The surgery room. He never did understand why the red light.

             “Thank you, please wait outside while I conduct the experiment.” More foot steps and the sound of the door closing followed by a cart rolling up to his right side. A white coat entered his vision a brown clip board covering the humans’ face.

             “Hmmm, still not eating I see. Understandable reptiles tend to go off feed during winter.”

Winter was it? He remembered being brought in late spring. He hadn’t eaten anything since he had arrived besides what they had forced down his throat, and even then, he threw it up more times than he kept it down. How much weight had he lost since he came here?

             “Well.” The click of the plastic board pounded in his ears when set down.

             “I have something new for you. You see we recently received a little mosquito filled with a strange liquid.” The scrape of a blade being lifted off the tray. “Tests on mice and rats proved that it caused drastic mutations in living matter. We have broken it down to its base components. Added in DNA samples. I want to see how far I can take this.”

             He closed his eyes and shuttered at the feeling of a pen making marks where his jaw met his skull.

             “The rats and mice proved to be too fragile, none of them made it. You however, are much stronger.” The cold blade pressed against his skin. “So, let’s try something new.”

Pain erupted across his jaw as the cold steel dug in, each millimeter pure agony. He wanted to scream but couldn’t find his voice. The white coat kept him from jerking his head away. Why couldn’t they put him under for this agony? Why were they so unwilling to put him under or give him pain killers among all the other things they had subjected him to?

             He didn’t know how long he lay there under the mercy of the white coat’s blade only that it was too long, far too long.  His vision blurred weather from the pain or tears he did not know only that at each slice of the knife shot lightning down his body.

             Finally, the steel made its last cut. He wanted to throw up but there was nothing left he tilted his head as far as he could toward the man in white. His head felt wrong, it was far, far too light. A strangled gurgle erupted from his throat. All he could see was blood, his jaw held away from his body, and white. Darkness crept across his vision and he welcomed its protective embrace.

             He was starting to forget, he could hardly remember what the sun, the trees, the sky looked like. They were little more than just blurs of washed out color in his mind. He didn’t want to forget. If he forgot he would lose everything. His family? He couldn’t remember their faces. Sharp claws dug into his skull as if he could physically hold what was left of his mind in, but it was just so… hard. He clung to what little he remembered.

             Orange a happy smile and a helping hand, Red with strong hugs and protective presence, blue with a cool confidence, yellow always running into trouble, pink a comfort a warrior, brown a caretaker a teacher. They all danced just out of reach.

             He couldn’t forget. Don’t forget.

             DoN’t forGet.

It was dark, darkness was safety, darkness protected. But even it could not chase away the light. It always came and the dark hid from it. Many times, he wished he could follow to hide away in its embrace until the light went away. The light brought with it White Coat and the monster brought pain.

             A woosh startled him, and he tried to tuck as far into the corner as he could to hide from the inevitable light. Only, it never came. Darkness ruled and spread. There was an opening in the wall. Dull red eyes peaked over his tail expecting something to come though the opening, to drag him out and hurt. Nothing did. Slowly ever so slowly he dragged his body toward the opening. One paw in front of the other. Nothing happened.

             For the first time since he could remember he stepped out of the too small cage by his own choice. He only remembered darkness, these walls, and white. His body tight as a spring he inched down the empty corridor. A bang and he was running. He had not heard a sound like that before, loud and sharp. Long limbs tripped over one another not used to moving so freely, so quick.

             BANG! BANG! BANG! The noises kept repeating behind him spurring him on ever quicker. Risking a glance behind he watched a piece of the ceiling slam down to the ground. BANG! The hall was collapsing! A woosh in front of him and light forced the darkness away. For the first time, he vaulted himself into the blinding white.

Rather than hard stone his paws were met with something that shifted beneath his claws. His paws slid out from under him and he fell head over tail. His spine collided with a wall but it was rough and moved slightly, it was unlike anything he had ever felt. Taking in labored breaths he found himself assaulted with smells he had never smelled. Something soft tickled his face and he reared back from it. Tail and limbs in a tangle all he did was stumble again.

             Finally, his eyes adjusted to the blinding light and he was met with something he had never seen. Brown and green instead of white. No metal in sight. Towering walls of rough separated brown stood in light tan sprinkled with occasional tufts of green. This was new. This was all so new… and so very bright.

             All around there was new beauty, dusty dirt with patches of vibrant green. Towering wood walls only broken by the light grey of the cavern that he had just left. Blue stretched above as far as he could see. A bright yellow white light shown from above bathing his dull green scales with a welcoming warmth. The sun a voice in his head whispered.

             Standing up nervously he was prepared to jump at any notice but he wanted to explore this larger cage. His world had just gotten bigger after all. Hunched over and his tail between his legs he started smelling the tufts of green. Grass he decided. It smelled wonderful and so much less harsh than the chemicals that clung to him and the building.

A sound from above startled him and he immediately turned his vision upwards only to freeze at the sight. Standing upon the walls of wood was White Coat. Watching him with his clipboard in hand.                The pain he was expecting never came. Instead Whitecoat seemed to be content with just watching from afar. It took a while for him to decide that for once Whitecoat was not going to harm him. He went back to exploring only now he kept an eye on every little move the human made.

2k3ラフは俊敏さを誇る戦闘狂タイプで, 戦い全体に気を配ってたら たまたまドンがもたついてたのを発見して.. っていうのを繰り返していただけかもしれないが, そんなことはどうでもいいのです (帰結主義)

ドニーちゃんの腕時計, 一見 DAISO で売ってそうな代物だが, ジャンクヤードから獲ってきたのを改造したんであろうことは容易に想像できる. かわいい!

308：レオとラフが家まで競争してたけど, mirage '84 ではラフとドニーが似たようなことやってた：ラフがドンを驚かして「ビビったなー! 一週間お前が家事当番だ  家まで競争しよーぜ!」, そして走り去るラフを見ながら「あいつマジでアホだな」とドン.... 

113：ラフ => ミケの「この変人が！」は「この甘えん坊め♡」と訳されてた。

ドニーから s3 "the christmas aliens" ではクッキー生地の余りもの, ff "race for glory" ではおもちゃ与えられて大喜びライドしてるラフ かわいい

2k3 111 "the shredder strikes part 2" 久々に観て確信的なラフドン台詞に和んだ. thank you sm michale ryan-sama

しかしどういう意図でドニーが "isn't that what you're for" って言ったのか気になるのよね. それもニヤケながら.. 戦闘中に皮肉言ったり世間話したりするのって animated 忍者亀の伝統的な演出なので, まあ仮に thanks の代用的なものだとしても, 私の raphdon brain はﾋﾞﾝﾋﾞﾝ反応して

Mirage 版 TMNT vol.1 #12 と TMNT 2003 319 “H.A.T.E.”

2k3 "H.A.T.E." 元ネタの tmnt vol.1 #12 "survivalists", ラフがそれはもう楽しそうに tоrture るし主犯の兄ちゃんは自爆, 最後はドニーが悲しげに「テロリズムに悩まされ, nuclеar аrmageddon の危機に瀕してるこの世界で, who doesn't want to survive?」なんて締め括って ref. どころではなかった

最後, 皆は nuclеar bоmb のプルトニウムコア引き抜いて爆発の規模抑えたことについてドニーを称賛したが, ドニー自身は過激派の主犯が自爆してしんでしまったことについて悔やんでた という

この過激派グループの目的/略称は 2k3 本編と違ってて, mirage 版は米国の過激な patriоt/ anti-cоmmunist の組織で, その略称は "C.R.A.P." (笑). CCCP と個人的にやり合うために nuclеar bоmb 持ってた. 時代感じるとともに Peter Laird のセンスなに

新亀の方のエンディング忘れてたからちらっと見てきたけど, こっちはラフが主犯助けてたんだった えらい *空を撫で回す*

このイシューは1987年 9月に出版されてた. その 3か月後に米ソ間で INF 締結されたとか なんかおもしろいな

2k3 s3 "worlds collide 1" と fast forward の何話かでもラフミケがバイクの二人乗りしてたな. i love being a ninja -high three- やってる暖色で癒される

2k3 s3 “touch and go” スプリンター先生がミケに「お前はマーシャルアーツの才能はあるが, 自制心に欠けてて落ち着きがないでちゅ」と説教すると、「だってティーンエイジだから仕方ないでしょ~?」って言い返す。

2k3 s4 "aliens among us" ビショップがドニーに "you're a fascinating specimen" (お前は素晴らしい/魅力的な標本だ) ってビショ流 flatter or humour or 本音を投げ掛ける。

その後の一連の流れもおかしい：ドンに蹴り入れられてクソデカ叫び声あげながら換気孔に堕ちていくビショップ、その断末魔の悲鳴に耳をすませるラフドン.. やっぱり joke episode じゃないか

2k3 s4 の, レオちゃんが なんかすごい瞑想パワーで兄弟と先生を見つけ出すお話とかドニーと再会したシーンやばかったよね. お互いに喜び合うも, 抱き締め合わずに握手! 前傾姿勢で! 君らはビジネスマンか?

weeb のレオちゃんのことなので, "公私関係無くスキンシップはあまりしない classic japanese" 像を貫いていた可能性が? ないですよね. 

2k3 s4 なにかとマイキーがレオのこと気遣ってるような場面/会話が随所に散りばめられててほんわか レオちゃんぴりぴりしてるから和ませようみたいな 

2k3 s4 "a wing and a prayer" 作画が妙に力入ってて, ミケの可愛さ倍増してるわドニーの sass ass 爆裂してるわレオちゃんはいつもより華麗に動くしラフは腰が低い. ラプターさん達��翼の動きもめちゃ滑らか。

マイキーに「テストしたんだよね, ドニー?」って聞かれて, uuh って詰まってゆっくり *blink* しながら困った笑顔にシフトチェンジしてから落ち着いた声で "not exactly". 少し怯えるミケ.... この一連の流れ妙に丁寧で好き。

2k3 417 "outbreak" の開幕ビショストじゃなかった開幕ラフドン苛々小競り合い何度見てもかわいすぎるやで

2k3 s4 "outbreak" のご機嫌なナナメなドニーと, それを煽るラフの喧嘩一歩手前のシーン大好きですよ. ラフドンの喧嘩? はなんか特殊というかリアルというか

2k3 s4 "grudge match" 一貫して厳しい表情だったレオが、最後「ありがとうって言わせて」って話しかけてきたマイキーに肩ポンして「お前はよくやったよ、よくやった」って少し穏やかな声で健闘を称えるとこ泣く..

レオの顔のアップは出さず、ミケが微笑み返してズームアウトするのもいい 

2k3 426 マイキー和やかムード作りのために「俺の脚 食われるとこだったもん~」っつったら, ドン目を伏せてマジトーンで謝るの 泣きそう

Peter Laird の blog で, 2k3 s5 の script/draft の段階であまりにも dark すぎて制作されなかった話について読んだけど sainw も十分 dark だったじゃないですか~ ドニーとエイプリル以外全滅ですよ 

2k3 寒色兄弟の VA兄貴 (Sam Riegel と Michael Sinterniklaas) ギャハギャハやり取りしてたの, ほんといつまでも愛す. VA は暖色兄弟の方が落ち着きあるとか

2k3 のケイシー大好きなラフかわいすぎる。クソ真面目と変人ギークだけじゃなくてああいう筋肉バカでノリがいいお兄ちゃんも必要だよな

2k3 ff でミケにバックドロップかましてたなラフさん さすがレスラー忍者

fast forward のレオちゃん, 他の 3人に比べて脚短い & ちょっとふとましく描かれてる? ドンかラフの隣に立つとよく目立つんですけど

2k3 ffドニーちゃんは胴短め/脚長いから, 世が世ならドンは reptiles 界の No.1 モデルになってる

btts のドンからそこはかとなく s4 レオちゃんの香りが 一方で, 幸か不幸かラフとミケは年齢遡ってるように見えました

btts のレオちゃん，more 爽やか笑顔好青年になってるし顔芸もするし天然ボケがヒートアップしてるけどかわいいから永眠回避です

btts の忍装束的なコスプレイ, レオちゃん全身真っ黒な一方で ラフとミケが sleeveless という名采配なので btts も godsend. ヴァーチャルとか hypno 時の装束も良すぎた。

2k3ドニーちゃんシリーズ経るごとになんだか痩せていってるように見えるっていうのキャラデザのせいだと思うけど (夢がない), btts でシリアス路線進みかけてた?のを考えると泣けるので取り敢えずミカン食べさせたい

2k3 btts finale ラフがドニーの頭撫で回す他に, RD が鉢巻をお揃いの色にするサプライズ演出もある (配色ミス)

2k3 で第四の壁破る担当はミケちゃんだったな. fast forward "bad blood" の画面に向かって shh! と, btts finale の「大抵の作品には wedding episode があるもんだよ!」 

"2k12亀より 2k3亀の方が背丈が小さい" というセオリーは turtles forever 理論で覆されます

2k7 レオのプライドクソ高くて妙に高飛車な面も, honor? 知るかハゲ! みたいな面もふつうに好きやな.. それと James Arnold Taylor の可愛げある声とのギャップもいい

2k7 ドニーの VA: Michell Whitfield, 監督から 1990 の Corey Feldman みたいに面白ナードっぽく演じるよう指示されてたようだが, どう聞いても 'nerdy' ではなく feminine or sumn to me....

2k7 ラフの, 渋いようでユーモアと可愛げ溢れてるとこが好き. ただ, レオ不在の間のドニーに対する彼の態度は少し引っ掛かった.

team のサブリーダー的な存在 (ドン) に対して, 心配/不安/苛立ちをいっそう煽るような態度を取っていた点, 彼はまだまだ未熟だったな

レオ不在でチームが荒んでる & 平常心装ってるものの内心焦ってるラフの様子を, あの短い上映時間の中で描くとなると ああならざるを得ないことは理解してる上で..

IT tech サポートのおしごともだけど, 金銭/設備の管理から家族の健康管理までやりこなしてた点, レオ不在でもドニーはとても健気でえらかった

2k12 亀たち, 12歳みたいな幼い雰囲気なのに深みあるハスキーボイスなのがめっちゃ良かった

あの可愛らしいビジュアルで dark やってのけたのほんと良かったと思うこのごろ

チョンピーのパパさんしてるラフのやさしい表情と声で my heart melt したし apocalypse の再会と思い出すとこなんか涙濺ぎっぱなしだった，tysm Sean Astin 

ラフのマイキーへの slap, 2k3 は後頭部軽く叩くくらいだったのが 2k12 はぶっ飛ばす勢いで顔面パンチ喰らわすことあって内心ひやひやする 2k12 は smol なので余計

2k12 series finale は happy mood というか淡泊な感じで締め括られたけど, きっと s6 続いてたらレオちゃん moody になってたやろなあと思う台詞があった。

"もう街は俺たちを必要としてないんだ" とか回収されてない。

2k12 モナラフのお鼻キッスは Voyager のゴールデンレコードに記録して全宇宙に知らしめたくなるよな

408：レオちゃんが負傷したビショップに肩貸してやって退避するとことか もろ 2k3 ff 622 やんな

2k12 のアンタイファンは "s4+ は fаnfics が過ぎる" と言うが, tmnt って元々パロディ同人誌で設定自体ナンセンスだからもうなんでもありな展開が面白かったりしない?

mutant apocalypse のラフな，聖母みたいな笑顔振り撒く小さくて愛らしい子がこんな giant mop になるのおもしろすぎる．non-canon episodes やけどな

だいたいどのドニーちゃんも合理主義者気質で自他共に厳しい感じだけど, 2k3ドニーちゃんは幾分か柔和なとこあって何かと他者に甘い雰囲気あったよね 

vulnerable と sassy がうまく噛み合わされた 2k3ドニー愛しい 

2k3ミケちゃんは, イラズラっ子らしくずる賢く目聡い一方で, 洞察力と直観がすば抜けて優れてたんじゃないかな. s4 での役回りも良かったよね. ミケの exuberance & 先に挙げた能力が, 皆の緊張を和らげる働きしてた

animated tmnt の歴代レオちゃんって physical contact 苦手そうだったけど, rotレオくんは素直なもんよな. 2k3 だとミケちゃんから抱き着かれても応じること少なかったので (e.g.: 113, 406)

tmnt univ, 初っ端から守護天使ラフ & 彼のドニー愛 (よく怪我する為) 満載で, 軽い気持ちで読み進めてたら, #03 ラフが自身の孤独を告白し始めて切なくなった. にしてもマイキーは無邪気な分, 芯が強いよね

10頁の間, ドニーがピンチになるとすぐ 𝘿𝙊𝙉𝙉𝙄𝙀! って叫んで彼の側に駆け寄るラフ, という moments が三度もある

亀たちの武器を比較考察してみても面白いよね。実際、武器と性格/能力がフィットしてるように思う。

最も攻撃的な武器はレオの刀。

それと同等の威力を誇り、且つ扱いが難しいのはマイキーのヌンチャク。

最も防御的で用途が広く, 投げて使用することも意図されてる唯一の武器はラフの釵。

最も歴史が古くて (mother of weapons)、殺傷にはあまり向いてないが致命傷は十分に与えられるのはドンの棒。

Michael Sinterniklaas が 2011 アニコンで 2k3 のこと語る時, 最初「彼[レオ] は~」って語ってたのに, 途中からレオと一体化して "I" になってるのめちゃいい。

Doesn’t Jason Biggs know that Twitchy is forever?

Earlier this week, we called attention to the American Idiot’s knock on Christians and his vile, sexually degrading tweets about Paul Ryan, Janna Ryan and Ann Romney. We also highlighted the mounting pressure on Nickelodeon to fire the actor from his “Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles” voice gig.

Biggs dismissed his critics by tweeting, “You know I put my dick in a pie, right?” And completely misreading the First Amendment, his wife, Jenny Mollen tweeted, “How weird would it be if we all had freedom of speech?

But today all of the disgusting tweets are gone from Bigg’s Twitter account and his wife’s tweet has disappeared into the ether as well. No apologies, no acknowledgements of the sickening sexist attacks — just quiet, weaselly deletion.

Nickelodeon has not responded publicly to calls for the misogynist pastry-raper to lose his job. But Biggs cravenly deleting the evidence is unlikely to be enough for parents of young viewers. Many don’t want their kids watching anything associated with Biggs’ filth. And they find Nickelodeon’s continued silence appalling.
