Wow, I just found out (through report accounts) that Tkkrs are every where, every platform, from Twitter to Tumblr to tiktok to IG to YT... With thousands of followers. And all their accounts are focused on hating Jimin. Spreading narratives like fanservice, Jk is uncomfortable blah blah. I don't know how there are so many of them. It's ridulous now. They are like bed bugs, infestation. I'd never understand how thousands of people believe a lie so easily. Anyone with 2 working brain cells and a pair of working eyes can tell Taekook are not fking e/o.

How is this new information? Of course they are everywhere? What, you thought they do this only on twitter? They have access to other platforms just like everyone else and they do it in order to fulfill their purpose. The usual narratives of JK being uncomfortable and fanservice are not even that bad compared to what else they say. Because it's one thing to not like the person and to really hate when they show up and it's another to make claims without any doubt, of abuse, sexual favors, predatory behavior and the like. Now that's the next level of actual hate which is a constant situation and it will happen again and again. These people won't change their mind, they won't stop, they have a purpose and they will have the platforms to spread all that.

And this type of stuff, particularly having to hear about it almost daily, is one of the reasons why I feel so done with all of it. Nothing changes, we know it's fucked up, we are outraged and we express that here and on twitter and then the next day, it starts again. Like we're all mad people talking about the same thing, over and over again, as if there's ever going to be a different outcome. Radicalized people driven by pure hatred, in large numbers, will have the upper hand. And perhaps one day, something will change. Something that will knock them down. I don't know what, I don't have the answer and I'm tired of it.

Did we watch the same episode? The same episode where jungkook turned into a schoolgirl with a crush the minute Jimin walked into the restaurant, kept spraying water at him clearly trying to provoke him into joining the water fight, stood and stared intensely at him sleeping for the longest time clearly contemplating something, and was the first to notice and got crazy worried when jimin’s lip was bleeding at the climbing place?

jikookers are too spoiled honestly, which is the only reason why a lot of ppl found episode 3 basically devoid of moments between the 2 of them, but to say jungkook doesn’t care about jimin when taehyung is around is just a blatant lie.

Even if taehyung is following jungkook around it it was jungkook who chose to put that picture in his photobook didn't he? I mean he could simply put that clip just in documentary but he kept the picture in his photobook as well so what's with calling out TH that when jungkook doesn't mind including him? Evolution of their narrative

I admit it. I also get confused as to what kind of couple Tae& Koo is supposed to be to their shippers.

When I first joined the fandom they were the “hidden couple”, and jikook was “fan service”, cause is what the masses demanded from BH/Bang PD.

It didn't take me long to realise that the "masses" in this fandom are actually the taek00kers (humaluvre is bigger than the majority of the most famous JK's focus accs) … So I've never really understood who the masses-asking-massively-for-"jikook"-content were 🤷‍♀️

Then, I read them that the big proof that taek00k was real was, precisely, that they couldn’t do all the things that jikook could do so well (you know, travel together only the two of them, stare at each other in rapt attention, sucking ears and necks, treat each other as a married couple, support each other to the fullest, holding hands whenever they have the opportunity…). The reason of them not doing all of these things was South Korea, since it is an homophobic country.

That’s why the company edited the content and didn't let them interact. It was all cuts and so on. Everything they did was private, and that's why there was no evidence, other than some witnesses of people with telescopic sight and facial recognition (maybe they were androids?)

I had more or less understood the narrative, until the LOVEGRAM era started, and that's when it all blew over!

Their insta accounts were no longer professional accounts (like twitter or weverse), but personal… and from then on, their selfies were some short of engagement pics or couple confirmation and their funny comments about boxing hooks were actually whipped messages of love.

Btw it seems South Korea was no longer homophobic at that time.

INSTAGRAM WAS THE LAW

When JK closed his Instagram account (forced by the company 😌) we were already in chapter 2. The lovegram didn't matter anymore…because Jungkook hanging out sometimes with Tae and wooga became the confirmation of what Instagram -in reality- failed to confirm. Never mind that their hanging out concentrated during some months when they both had more free time or that they actually just did what good friends do: having fun at the movies, bowling or skiing together with other friends… but hey, those tiny details don't matter in the great love story that is told.

And from there we move on to the part where the CHAOS really started, when the COMPANION SYSTEM news dropped

And guess what? Korea became homophobic again

Some said that they were forced to part ways (the company, the government, themselves because they wouldn't last a second without f?….). Gays dont enlist together they said.

Another line of argument was that Jimin had asked JK to enlist with him… I guess because he was going to be terrible at the military. LOL

But we all can sense that the most extended opinion was "I can't understand this plot twist for shit".

(Maybe the problem is they never understood their favs but that’s for another post)

And in the midst of CHAOS it was no longer possible to think of a new narrative...that's why the strategy became "attack". If they can't prove that their favourites are a couple, they'll go and debunk the rest.

At this point they don’t seem to care if ta3k00k is real or not… they simply choose not to surrender and ignore some facts. If they freaking ignored Jennie during a year, they will do the same with jikook being glued for 18 months.

So in the next months, we'll probably see part of fandom (solos and tkkers) attacking jikookers, and another part trying to ignore us. I fear the chaos will continue… pretty sure some toxic ones will watch the travel show just to diss jikook..

But we shouldn’t care too much because as we have seen, Jimin and Jungkook will never stop taking their decisions and behaving with authenticity

The boys have chosen their own path this year, not to please the majority of their fandom (jikookers are not the mass), but because they wanted to.

At the end of the day, they care about their fans, but we don’t own their lifes and they have shown us. And I applaud 👏 them

And yes, maybe their country and the careers they have chosen dont allow them to be fully free…. but they dont prevent them to stay one next to the other. They know how to choose the battles worth fighting for.

i was wondering if you could pls explain/translate the snowboarding conversation jikook had in the car? some are saying jimin didn't say "i went with your (jk's) friends" and instead he said "you (jk) went with your (jk's) friends".

Hey! As always, people love spreading misinformation lol but what's new. Jimin was talking about himself!!! It's pretty obvious to me, and I don't even need grammar to explain that because he was saying "I've only done this once/I went with you" and then he remembers it wasn't JK, but one of his friends (probably meant a 97z.) It's a little weird, that's why even JK was like 'what the hell !!' and that's what makes the moment so funny for both of them.

All you need to understand this is a little bit of context, but we all know they love to ignore it and twist their words

I've seen the exposed group chats and making stuff up about Jimin. Reads like bad fanfiction, but it's not the first, or the last. This fandom is the bad place. Accept it. I can't even get angry about it anymore. These people are all fucked in the head.

Ahhhh, I knew that antis and tkkers were going to misconstrue the ham scene, all they can’t be dating see! And to that I say, they’re friends? If we’re under the assumption they’re together, it’s a friends to lovers story? They’d been friends years before anything romantic, you don’t just forget that?

It’s also the double standard for jk that gets me too. We’ve seen jimin do a similar move before (like bwl era GMA), and no one thought anything of it. JK had a more serious (?) expression on so it made it look more aggressive, but they were clearly playing around.

I saw a few k-side tweets that put it into more context, they were commenting that that wouldn’t be something you would normally see from a younger to older friend. Bickering yes, but jk took it further. And I’m always losing it over this dynamic, since it’s not jk taking liberties it’s jimin giving permission. He’s allowing jk to treat him like a same age friend or even a hyung. Like their bond is so so unique and tailored to them without the constraints of age hierarchy.

You know I never really thought about why he asked Jimin but now that you mention it, I can think of a few reasons why he may have asked Jimin.

Maybe he asked Jimin because he knew Jimin was the closest person to Jungkook and might know best how go get him there without raising any suspicions from Jk’s part. I mean if I were in his shoes, I would have gotten the closest person to the one I wanted to have a conversation with.

It is also possible that he asked Jimin because he (Tae) was close to Jimin too and might have even had a conversation with Jimin telling him what he wanted to discuss with Jungkook. The maknae line are really close to each other so it makes sense that he would ask Jimin to help him make things possible for him and Jk to bridge the distance.

I don’t think the explanation that it just happened because Jimin was the first person Tae saw is very plausible because Tae could have asked the staff to get Jungkook for him. I’m sure the staff were around him so he could have easily asked them but he didn’t. I think the decision to get Jimin to do it was intentional on Tae’s part, why, we can only speculate but I think it only happened that way by design and not coincidence.

So for me the two most plausible reasons are that he asked Jimin because he knew that Jimin was the closest person to Jungkook (or his bf) or he asked Jimin because Jimin is close to them both and was the best person to handle the task.

And as for how the fandom and tkkrs perceived him asking Jimin to do it, I think they were too busy throwing tantrums and blaming bighit for making Taekook act a script to spread the narrative that they weren’t close. You needed to be here. Those people went feral throwing all sorts of blames and accusations at the company and poor Jimin who was only trying to help lol.

That's because a lot of Jikookers don't need to falsify reality in order to represent a certain agenda. Jikookers can be the bigger person if they need to be.

As someone who is truthfully OT7, I don't sit here hoping that hate trains form around someone that I see to be a "threat" to my ship. If I'm being completely honest, I think trying to consume Are You Sure?! from purely a shipping point of view is entirely counterproductive and not a good way to enjoy content. I think it's fun to gush over certain moments, but if you're only parked outside Disney+ or whatever streaming you're allegedly pirating it from just to see your ship in action... you're opening yourself to form biases and bitter feelings toward things that might not be directly encompassed within your ship's boundaries.

This is why I made a call out post whenever certain jikookers resorted to bullying Taehyung whenever they saw that he was going to be a guest on the show. Though I already hear people coming, saying "Oh, but taekookers are bullying Jimin to hell and back, so why can't we?"

Well maybe you shouldn't because it shows that you have the representative IQ of a toad. So let me get this straight, people who are NOT Taehyung bully Jimin... your first course of action is to... bully Taehyung? I think reciprocal hate is incredibly stupid and unwarranted. A lot of Taekookers live in another facet of reality, so in order to make half of their agenda true, Jungkook has to dislike Jimin, the company has to be forcing their fanservice, Jungkook's mother had to have been sent a script beforehand to ask about Jimin, Taehyung was lying about only seeing the trip details a few days before departure, Jungkook was holding Taehyung's waist in this screenshot (but don't look at the footage where it shows otherwise!), Jungkook only acts "cold" (if being humorously bratty is considered cold) toward him in certain scenes because the producers want Jikook to appear more real, HYBE has some joint contract with the South Korean military to put Jimin and Jungkook together in order to hide the real gay couple that is Taekook--

The more you dive into their rhetoric, the less it makes sense. Taekookers also argue with LITERAL KOREAN PEOPLE about translations in the show. Also it's super funny to see them shift from the narrative that she show is scripted to suddenly saying -- no, it's not scripted, to then saying this part is scripted, to then saying, no the whole thing is scripted again, to then saying, actually at this time stamp they went off the script and--

I think what I noticed the most about a lot of taekooker's rhetoric is that in order for something to be true, they need to create a lie or insult the intelligence of both Taehyung and Jungkook.

So you're telling me that two grown men have to lie about who they're with and what they're doing in order to make your ship real? You're telling me that Jungkook and Taehyung are not intelligent enough to negotiate their contracts or what type of "fanservice" they have to engage with on the regular? You're telling me that Jungkook lied about who he saw on his birthday in order to protect Taehyung? You're telling me that after ten years of being in the same group, Jungkook is actually uncomfortable with Jimin but still decided to get a matching tattoo with him and all the other members? You're telling me that the homophobic country of South Korea is willing to hide a gay couple by endorsing a manufactured gay couple? In the military? Where gay people are famously treated well?

That's sarcasm, for anyone who might lack reading comprehension.

Taekookers are the literal embodiment of that one post where the person is like "source(s): trust me bro" because half of what they spit out makes no fucking sense and is actually insulting to Taehyung and Jungkook. Like y'all constantly insult their intelligence and their free will and make it seem like they're trapped behind bars and don't have enough money or power to negotiate what THEY want. I've even seen certain taekookers become Jungkook antis after Are You Sure?! came out because they think he's being mean to or bullying Taehyung.
