idk why people get super pedantic about the movie logic in Home Alone and start and try to pick it apart, because like, its a Christmas movie about a child accidentally being left home alone, the premise isn't exactly asking us to suspend our disbelief that much, and yet nearly every single "gotcha" question I see people bring up about this film is literally answered within the first 15 minutes :/

As an aside, I loved how the heroes in D&D were always underpowered compared to the forces they faced, and how they would squeak through using what they had in ingenious ways. Like in the game, and unlike so many recent adventure films that constantly seem to need to depower the god-like protagonists in order to threaten them.

Bless the Dungeons and Dragons movie for having their male and female leads be best friends with zero romantic interest in each other. They're both attracted to the opposite sex and they're both unattached, and yet they don't have any interest in each other beyond being best friends who are practically siblings that raise a child together. Absolute giga-chad move from the writers.
