Okay, I just learnt that a single tag has a limit of 140 characters, so I guess this is being reblogged.

Something about Eddie/Ryan having to look up at Buck/Oliver when they are in close quarters like when they eventually kiss gets to me and I keep trying to think of why?

So, if you are someone like Eddie/Ryan who has allegedly only ever been in heterosexual relationships reliably your partners would be shorter than you which means that you have only ever had to bend down to kiss someone but the thing is this is not true. Even in just my head, I can think of a million (<- okay maybe not a million) scenarios where you would have to look up to kiss someone shorter than you in height like if you are sitting and they are straddling you and they are on their knees, if you are standing and they are sitting on top of a counter or something, if they are standing on a step above you and you are standing below, etc. etc. So, no way is this only happening for the first time now but there is something delicious about someone having to establish a new normal of looking up to kiss someone when you have almost always bent down to kiss someone! It must really mess with your head and I think it gets to me even more because at least to some extent, this isn't only happening to Eddie, this is also happening to Ryan! Like, this would definitely be interesting for the character but also for the actor, trapped in this situation, because of his character.

I have way too many unhinged thoughts about this and meanwhile, it's status quo for Buck/Oliver. Imagine being in a scene where even your scene partner can't empathize.

Also, just talking about the above screenshot, Eddie tends to come off as big, in the sense that he is a tall person and he almost has never been physically intimidated by someone's size and Buck for some reason comes across like a puppy but putting them next to each other has your brain scrambling to reprocess that this big dude isn't all that big but Buck/Oliver goddamnit is.

Kristen referring to Wanda Childa as a “freakin’ turncoat” without providing or being ask to provide even a little bit of context as to what she could possibly mean.

I haven't seen enough people talking about the steel mill scene that shit was pure chaos. Like, let's run through the order of events:

Kristen is giving a speech to steel workers despite the fact that she's running for student government.

Ally just launching into their speech without any context.

Kristen isnt even in the place where the workers are.

Fig asking if she can "shake down" the receptionist.

Kristen refuses to give a clear answer to the receptionist and doesnt say she's running for student body president, just "president"

Campaign manager Riz rushing in, having been completely unaware they were doing this.

Fig fucking tackling the receptionist because her "attitude is harming the president".

Kristen with all 4 Dexterity runs into the steel mill and cuts her head on an active buzzsaw.

Agent Clark walks in, everybody stops silent, and calmly asks as to Wanda Childa's whereabouts. Fig (still grappling the receptionist) and Kristen (still on the floor and bleeding from her head wound) tell him she bought a train ticket to the Red Waste and he just leaves without even reacting to anything.

The receptionist thanking them for saving the world while screaming at them to leave.
