This is a great meditation for when you are bored. This is a part of Zhuan Zhang health stance qigong. I suggest looking into Yiquan/I Chuan and Zhuan Zhang articles and videos for an in depth perspective of the structure. The picture below shows Wuji Posture (Immortal Posture)

1. Standing in place, imagine a string pulling you from the the center of your skull, naturally tucking your chin, the string connected to the sky that goes through the center of your body (called the Taiji Pole).

2. Imagine a hollow in the middle of the bottom of your feet where roots are growing and touching the center of the Earth.

3. Gently allow your pelvis to tuck and straighten your spine. This is done by imagining you are sitting on a high stool, knees gently bent.

4. Take a moment to relax your muscles and only use as much tension as is necessary to hold your skeleton with good structure, allowing your spine to stretch.

5. As you can see in the picture, the center of your skull is aligned with your heels.

6. Get comfortable in this posture before.

Step 2: Walking

1. Keeping the posture in mind (knees do not need to be bent as deeply) keep the Taiji Pole in mind, but instead of utilizing this posture for power you are using it to realize you are just a skeleton walking through space.

2. Think of the Halloween skeleton props, smiling and hanging on display. That is you, an ornament of boney delight in the Halloween store of your existence.

3. Feel your muscles relax and your joints loosen as you walk. Imagining you are a marionette as you move is another great visualization. Instead of a greater being controlling you, it is your subconscious leading your movements. In qigong, this is a way to allow your qi to naturally move through your body. In magic, you are allowing your magical essence to sprout from natural movement.

4. Walk and observe your environment. Let tension go when ever you feel it. Let thoughts and emotions pass as they will. Release all tension and relax.

This is sacred space in action. This is very simple, but not easy. To move without tension takes many years of practice. I practice everyday. This is part of my Consistency.

Tai chi Tui shou (Pushing hands)

Push hands or tuishou (alternately spelled tuei shou or tuei sho) is a two-person training routine practiced in internal Chinese martial arts such as Baguazhang, Xingyiquan, Taijiquan (tài jí quán), and #Yiquan. It is also played as an international sport akin to Judo, Sumo and wrestling, such as in Taiwan, where the biannual Tai Chi World Cup is held.Pushing hands is said by t'ai chi's Chen family to have been created by Chen Wangting (1600–1680), the founder of the Chen-style t'ai chi ch'uan, and was originally known as hitting hands (da shou) or crossing hands (ke shou). Chen was said to have devised pushing hands methods for both empty hands and when armed with a spear. Other Tai Chi schools attribute the invention of pushing hands to mythical Zhang Sanfeng.

This unique virus was eliminated through total depopulation of all poultry markets and chicken farms in December 1997. Other outbreaks of high-pathogenicity avian influenza (HPAI) caused by H5N1 viruses occurred in poultry in 2001 and 2002. These H5N1 viruses isolated had different internal gene constellations to those isolated in 1997. No new cases of infection or disease in man due to these or other H5N1 viruses have been reported. This paper provides an overview and chronology of the events in Hong Kong relating to avian influenza, covering the period from March 1997 to March 2002.

Returning to my late brother’s theory, which I think relates, what if one of the Hong Kong birds got away? What if it flew all the way back home to Canada?

The snow goose, however, migrates a lot further but not really travelling like straight to China. But various populations of snow geese exist throughout the world. Vilin in Hubei Province, northern China, is not far from Yiquan Lake and it has seen a recent outbreak. Are snow geese the culprits?

It has long been assumed bats were and this makes sense because Coronaviruses tend to do well in their small little bodies. And bats migrate but not as far as snow geese.

In addition, bats tested in the Philippines had Coronavirus. Not exactly unexpected, Coronavirus really likes them.

It has mostly been assumed the cute little pangolin, mostly but not always a South American animal, is the intermediary animal. So I am only suggesting it might have been a Siberian snow goose that brought Strain A, also known as Lineage A, to China.

Is it that farfetched that a snow goose travelled to Siberia, Russia, and Strain A mutated into Strain B which what was found in Wuhan, Hubei Province, China.
