my mother worked briefly in what later became a ~*Spooky Abandoned Mental Hospital*~
my father knew a woman who turned out to be a black widow murderess
I swear my parents are like. side characters in a horror franchise or something
#personal#actually the hospital thing was just sad. she was there as a special ed teacher in the late 70s-1980#and tried to make things better for the kids in her care but the place was already a hellhole#so there wasn't much she could do#it shut down two years after she got pregnant with my sister and left
