Any opinion on the Pokemon Gigaleak or nah?
I think seeing some of the WIP assets from when gen 3 was in development is kinda neat, because Game Freak is normally so secretive about that kind of thing. But beyond that I mostly just find this whole situation tiring.
Fans have a tendency to almost treat scrapped material as "more canon" than whatever actually made it into the finished product, in a way. It's treated as this pure, unfiltered insight into the creators' true vision. In reality, most of the time this stuff gets cut for a reason. Sometimes they very quickly realize it was a bad idea that was never gonna work, and they don't go very far with it. Sometimes it's a pitch from just one guy on the team that was never gonna get accepted. Sometimes they're just spitballing. Experimentation and iteration and knowing when to cut things are integral parts of the artistic process.
And hell, a lot of the time creators will just mess around with an idea purely as a creative exercise, or to get an idea out of their system, or to explore a crazy what-if scenario, or even just as a joke, with no intention of ever actually using those ideas. We recently saw this same thing happened with those leaked Rebecca Sugar sketches, where people were like "OMG Rebecca ships this, this is what they REALLY wanted to do with the show, this is canon, this was happening off-screen!!" And it's like, y'all have no idea how much crazy shit your favorite artists draw with their characters just to amuse themselves. The crew on Clarence had a not-so-secret Tumblr where they redrew scenes from Evangelion with Clarence characters. That doesn't mean they wanted to turn Clarence into Eva. They were just screwing around. This happens all the time, and with way more extreme examples than these. Lord knows how many Disney animators have drawn Mickey Mouse with his dick out over the years. That doesn't mean they ever actually wanted to make an official Mickey Mouse porno.
And, of course, there's the response to those myths that were never supposed to see the light of day. Anyone who's even passingly familiar with mythology from just about any part of the world shouldn't be surprised to hear fables about humans and animals having babies or whatever. But now people are responding to those unused stories and going "OMG Game Freak is a bunch of gooners who want humans and Pokemon to have sex!! This is canon!!!" It's so fucking tiring. So much of the modern internet, particularly Twitter, is driven by people who just want an excuse to whip out their favorite shocked/disgusted reaction image and ham up their reaction to something that isn't actually all that shocking. Everyone just wants to get their funny dunks in and feign moral superiority. It's childish. And it's because of reactions like this that this stuff was never supposed to see the light of day in the first place. But fans feel like they're owed every single shred of info from the development of their favorite franchises, so these leaks happen and people run wild with them.
(It also doesn't help that this is all just sourced back to a 4chan thread, so people were posting fake shit between the real leaks and muddying the waters. And also most of it is in Japanese, so people are just sticking documents through Google Translate and going "whooooaaaa this is canon")

Have Fandoms Become Ungrateful?
It's not exactly a surprise that not every fandom is healthy, especially the ones towards popular media. However, even small fandoms can just be if not more unhealthy, mainly because the media they're a fan of is just a version that exist in their heads.
There's this issue within fandoms where they want more of the things they want over appreciating the things that were already made. Unless you're in the Miraculous fandom. However, instead of dropping media they don't like and watch something else different that suits their tastes, they want to change the already existing one to cater to said tastes.
And what better fandom to use as an example than the Wish fandom, or rather the fans of a version of Wish that doesn't exist, where they didn't like the movie for scrapping unused and cut concepts like a villain couple and Star having a human form to which they misunderstood as being Asha's love interest. These fans make numerous fan material based on these unused drafts and that's what most of the Wish fandom is while the fans of the film that appreciated it as it is are rare.
Honestly, I am not against making fan content based on unused ideas. I do encourage making content based on early ideas. I just don't like encouraging this behavior of treating a content that has a thing you're like is better than the one that doesn't.
I do in fact agree the an unused draft of Ruby Gillman is kept where Chelsea is indeed Nerissa's daughter and not a fake identity is better than in the completed film. Some fans say so because they like Ruby and Chelsea's friendship or because they shipped them, but for me and several people is because of the film's plot point about prejudices between the Krakens and the Mermaids. So having the "good mermaid" actually being evil all this time sets of a bad example for a plot point about prejudices.
Another example for unused concepts is Emperor's New Groove. During development, it was originally intended to be an adaptation of the Prince and the Pauper called Kingdom of the Sun with love interests for the two main leads and songs. However, production issues cause the film to change into the one we all got and love. And as much as I wanted KotS to the one that was completed and released , I am fine with ENG being the one released because I don't really need to see KotS. In fact the reason why I liked the KotS draft because it was more in line with classical Disney. And that's sort of why I have a soft spot for Wish, because of the classical tropes.
I'm not bothered with the vocal minority of people who don't like the film, it is Disney in 2023 after but the ones that do over the dumbest reasons like the aforementioned unused concepts do. Like, you can just watch a completely different film that has a romance with a human and a star or one that has a villain couple.
Controversial examples are the Steven Universe and The Owl House fandom. And I wrote controversial because I'm aware that the fandoms of these shows disagree and would witch hunt me but here me out first.
Despite already ending and getting a movie AND a sequel miniseries, SU fans still wanted more of this show. Now, I don't like Steven Universe, as in I am neutral towards it, but I do genuinely hate the writing and the implications about its themes. So seeing how fans wanted more of it is like "what else is there for you to WANT more"?
Same thing can be said with TOH fandom, which also ended but fans want more. Which is partially justified since the series was planned to have three seasons but was cut into two with the last three specials being made to serve as a finale. However, as much as I understand that this show deserved its story told through three seasons, I genuinely think that it should have cut several things out.
Now, I like The Owl House, but I would be lying if I say it doesn't have any issues. Said issues being that it has the need to spread its lore like puzzle pieces around for fans to put together when all that lore is just a backstory for the villain and it serves very little purpose to the story currently, that is Luz's journey to stop Belos.
TOH and similar shows like Star Vs and Amphibia all share this problem where they want to do what Gravity Falls did, leaving in clues and lore tidbits for the fans to piece together but all that secret lore stuff feels like an imitation just to get fans invested when they should be invested are the characters, not some information about the villains' backstory.
This extends to shows after the Owl House where fans of it skipped Hailey's On It because "it wasn't becoming the next Owl House". That's it. That's the reason why they didn't wanna watch this show, and that's what this whole thing is. They just want Owl House again.
In Ghost and Molly McGee, fans wanted Andrea to be the next Amity Blight and I find that baffling because we already have Amity Blight, why do you want her to be like her?
Same thing with Zuko from Avatar and how every show after it, there will always be that one character who is like Zuko, but without the charm that made us all love Zuko in the first place. His "clones" are just there for the trope of "recurring villain turning to the good guy's side" and the satisfaction it gives the audience who are into that over the genuine redemption they deservedly earn.
This is the real issue with fandoms. Their media diet are so rigid that they want the same show, just with a different skin. They say they want a sequel series or a prequel series, but they actually don't like the ideas of prequel and sequels in general but still want to, because it's more of the media they like.
Fans want more of Steven Universe and Owl House because they think they were unfairly canceled despite they were finished over the actual shows that were indeed canceled.
Being mad at a movie because it didn't have a trope you like isn't the fault the creators, that's just you being upset about your specific tastes not being fulfilled. You want an original 2D animated film, yet you are too lazy to find one to watch.
Instead of watching and praising existing 2D animated films, you complain more about Hollywood's over reliance on sequels and reboots.
If Potterheads need to read a different book, then fans of any show need to watch a different show.

Blood Will Out ch 1/30: Catalysis
Summary: When Agatha Sannikova learns she is, in fact, Agatha Heterodyne, she inadvertently kicks off a series of events that reopens old wounds, drags secrets into the light, and brings war to the doorstep of the all but defenseless Mechanicsburg. Saturnus struggles to crush his enemies with a town almost as broken as his body; Agatha, determined to undo the chaos she's unleashed, plunges into the depths of Castle Heterodyne.
Raised by a literal saint and the devil incarnate, Agatha - with an unleashed mind, a burning spark, and a band of very unexpected allies - will fight to do the unthinkable: be a good Heterodyne and a good person.
[The long awaited (by me) sequel to Relatively Speaking, This Will Probably be Fine and NOT a prequel to Helpful, in a Heterodyne Sort of Way, due to plot reasons.]
AO3 link | Next >
The Heterodyne Valley was peaceful in the night. If one did not know its history, it would be easy to think of it as an oasis of fertile farmland and forest amidst the hardscrabble farms clinging to the unforgiving rock on the other side of the mountains. Cupped by the gentle hands of the valley, Mechanicsburg sat still and quiet in the darkness.
At an hour so late it was early, when the bars had closed but the bakers had not woken, Mechanicsburg was visible only as winding rivers of dim lamp light twining through pools of darkness. As they moved away from the tourist attractions and towards the Tumbles, the rivers split into tributaries: smaller streets lined with houses and more reasonably priced shops. One such shop was Muller’s Miscellaneous, where machinists could buy parts and sell scrap.
To the left of the building was a dingy alleyway. During the day it was used to haul materials and merchandise in and out. This late at night, the only occupants were a two-headed rat and the frantic tabby cat it was chasing. The alley led around to the back of the shop, providing access to the door and window.
The door was locked tight. The window was open. Fresh scratches marred the wood around the latch, which now hung slightly loose, forced out of place by a hand unused to breaking, let alone entering. Through the open window was the storeroom. It was filled with stacked metal sheets of varying compositions and sizes, buckets of gears, boxes of screws and nails, Gordian knots of copper wires. In the very center of it all, surrounded by a mandala of half-built parts and materials…
…was a girl.
She was approximately fifteen, splayed legs showing the gangliness of an unfinished teenage growth spurt, her long blonde hair breaking free of its ponytail to press sweaty strands against her ashen cheeks. Behind thick round glasses, her eyes were glazed. Her mouth hung open as she panted for air, unable to breathe past the blood that trickled from her nose.
Agatha’s headaches were usually like a vice or a bear trap, a sharp pressure that faded quickly when she let it drive her away from whatever had brought on the attack. But she had not let it drive her away this time, and after an hour, it had become spikes of white hot metal in her brain, pulsing with her heartbeat.
She had never been in so much pain in her life.
She did not let it stop her.
Agatha had been trying to build this for five years, and for five years she had been driven to tears of frustration as the pain chased her away. But not this time.
She wasn’t sure what had made that specific headache different, why this time the pain had filled her with a spiteful, stubborn contrariness, but it had. Agatha had decided she was far too old – almost an adult, as far as she was concerned – to allow her own misfiring neurons to hold her back. She was sick of it. Sick of the feeling of things being just out of reach, sick of knowing she could do things and not being able to.
Sick of failure.
‘I’m impressed at your recovery,’ Doctor Sun had said, the immovable calm to Saturnus’ unstoppable stubborn indignation. ‘But the damage is not all from your heart or the muscle atrophy.”
In a strange way, though, it had gotten easier to think. The constant, endless agony was so consistent, she could almost let it fade into background noise.
Agatha’s trembling fingers hovered over a pile of neatly sorted screws, trying to remember what she’d been doing. Right. The joints in the legs. She tried to imagine the chair climbing up the stairs that connected to the road outside the bakery.
‘No, you can’t just give yourself a new pair of legs. The problem is in your brain. The part of it that connects with the muscles is damaged, and that is not something I can repair – and neither can you.’
He kept trying, though. The memory of Saturnus on the floor, face covered in blood from hitting the nightstand on the way down, haunted her still.
Like a spider. Second and fourth sets would operate as counterbalances – hold it steady while the first set reached and the third set pushed forward. Carefully she checked her blood-spattered notes, reminding herself of what kind of joint she was trying to build. What did it look like again?
‘A chair? Oh yes, being pushed around by some minder, that sounds perfect, letting the whole world know I can’t even turn a wheel with my own strength. I leave this house on working legs or in a box!’
A chair that could walk and climb, propelled by clockwork. The idea had flown in on wings of pain.
Blatantly evil Lord Saturnus may be, but Agatha loved him dearly, just as much as she did the virtuous Teodora. In her head, Grandfather came as easily as Lord Saturnus – easier, even . Grandm — Teodora was a bulwark against the world, protector and defender, and within the stronghold of her home, there was Saturnus to understand.
He never told her she wasn’t broken, or that there was nothing wrong with her. Neither did he let her succumb to self-loathing. Broken is not the same as useless. Though she was just some orphan that a friend of his estranged son had dumped on him, he loved her like flesh and blood.
It was getting hard to see. White light was chewing at the edges of her vision, and she had to squint to see past the colored halos dancing in front of her. She hadn’t even turned anything on yet, but she was sure she smelled something burning.
Hands clamped down on her shoulders, and the screws tumbled from her fingers. She had to blink several times to focus on the face in front of her, and it took another few seconds to recognize Herr Müller, whose shop she had chosen to…patronize.
“Miss Sannikova!” He was shouting, but he wasn’t angry – he looked scared, actually. Perhaps he was just making sure he could hear her. His voice was so far away from her ears. “Agatha!”
“I can pay for the pieces,” she said, and heard only a strange gurgling sound. “I wasn’t sure how many I’d need so I thought I would pay for what I used, after.”
“Get a doctor!” Müller bellowed over his shoulder. “Agatha, can you hear me?”
His mouth kept moving but the pain in her head was audible now, roaring in her ears, making it impossible to even hear herself think. She began to hum, a cracked and broken sound that had no melody.
Saturnus, seated in the hated wheelchair beside the hospital bed of the girl who did not know she was his granddaughter, found himself distracted by the thought of what an excellent tableau they all made. Agatha lying between them, drawn and pale. On either side, her grandparents, perfect visual and moral opposites.
Saturnus had been an intimidating figure, once upon a time, built in size and shape much like a particularly clean-shaven bear. Even when middle age had come to call, thinning his copper hair and softening his middle, he had maintained his strength.
Not any more. Not ever again, as a point of fact. Spending just under a decade half-dead and immobile, bedridden and insensate, took its toll. Even after Agatha had drawn him back into the waking world, even with wife and granddaughter ensuring he stuck with the tortures Sun had the nerve to call ‘physical therapy’, he’d never regain more than a fraction of his old strength. He was an old man now, and he looked every inch of it, right down to sitting in a wheelchair with a blanket over the useless sticks of his legs.
In contrast, his wife, whom time had touched with a much gentler hand.
Teodora Vodenicharova was tall and slender, with bright brown eyes and a long, elegant face. Their frantic race to get dressed and to the hospital had not left her time to put herself together in her usual impeccable appearance. Her long gray hair was still in a braid, not wound up in its usual complex bun, and her dress did not match the sash around her waist.
Despite all her time in Mechanicsburg, she maintained the fashions of her homeland, and wore simple dresses of muted colors, given shape by embroidered sashes and brightened by flashes of color at the hems and buttons. It rankled Saturnus that she dressed like a peasant, and often he wished she would let him deck her in the jewels and finery befitting the Lady of Mechanicsburg.
Not that she required fine clothing to be distinguished from the common folk. Even now as she stood braced for the explosion of fury and outrage she knew would be coming, she held herself tall and proud, regal as any queen, just as always.
Saturnus turned his head away from her, and his gaze fell on Agatha’s locket on the bedside table, wound up in its chain. Saturnus reached out and picked it up, but did not open it. He could feel the effect of the locket, but he was a grown man and a strong Spark, so it was nothing but a faint tingling in the base of his skull. Nothing he could not ignore. He doubted he would even notice if he didn’t know it would be there.
“How did you ever manage it?” he asked, turning the locket over in his hands. “All those years, watching her suffer, listening to her talk about herself like that? Knowing what it was. Knowing you could stop it.”
Teodora said nothing. He laughed briefly, soft and humorless.
“Funny. I’m pretty sure I was meant to be the evil one in this relationship.”
He heard Teodora’s sharp inhale. In a few quick strides she rounded the bed to stand beside him. When she spoke, it was with a rage that trembled with the effort of keeping quiet.
“Is that supposed to wound me? As if your good opinion was ever anything but a curse? As if I never prayed that you would grow bored and send me away again? Don’t you dare fool yourself into thinking that my heart has gone soft with time, Lord Heterodyne.”
But all he did was let out a soft, amused hum, and give her a condescending smile.
“So that’s it, then. The great, noble Teodora Vodenicharova played dutiful wife by her husband’s side, not for love, not for duty…but because you enjoyed seeing me brought low. Seems you fit into this family quite well.”
“How dare you—!” Teodora, white with rage, actually tried to slap him. He caught her arm easily and dragged her in, meeting her furious glare with his own hard, cold stare.
“You certainly seem wounded by my poor opinion,” he said.
“That is not why I did it, and this has nothing to do with you. I did what I thought was necessary,” Teodora hissed, her voice hoarse. “I did what I thought was best to keep. Her. Safe.”
“And if I think this is a cruel and terrible thing, what does that say about you?” He released her and sat back in the wheelchair. He’d consented to it only to get to the Great Hospital to see Agatha, far too terrified to even feel the sting to his pride.
“Barry said she started breaking through when she was five— ”
“If he’d done it to anyone but flesh and blood,” Saturnus interrupted. “I’d be downright proud of him.”
Saturnus saw the words hit Teodora, saw her flinch, and bore down.
“But as it is, I am having trouble understanding why you were willing to go along with your son putting our granddaughter’s mind on a choke-chain leash without having the decency to tell her WHY!”
For the first time in all their years of marriage, Teodora took a step back – but Teodora was Teodora. She had stood up to the Lord of Mechanicsburg, again and again and again, and had not just lived but won. Teodora was kind and gentle and would come down like a hammer on any threat to those she loved as fiercely as any Heterodyne. When Saturnus had declared her sons ruined, told her that he planned to kill them and start over, Teodora had stopped him. Not just stopped him, forced him to stand down, forced him to hand his beloved town to his “ruined” son, permanently, and let him rule and ruin as he pleased.
And Saturnus loved her still, with all his heart.
“What would you have done, in his place?” she challenged. “You think a five-year-old has the capability of understanding such an abstract danger? She would have had that thing off in seconds. Even now, I don’t think she’s old enough. She’ll get frustrated or want the pain to stop—”
“She thinks she is broken!”
“We cannot keep her safe.”
The words were like a hammer blow.
“Those headaches are half the reason no one thinks she could possibly be who she is!” Teodora said. “If anyone ever so much as doubted that? They would come for her, and there is no guarantee this town could protect her. Your pride was nearly the death of you, but I will not let you put her in mortal danger simply because you don’t want to admit that you are not the man you were, and this town cannot do what it is meant to do.”
“She—”
“Am I wrong?”
“She needs—”
“Am. I. Wrong.”
Saturnus couldn’t look at her. Yes, he was furious on Agatha’s behalf. Yes, it was a horrific thing to do to a girl, to keep doing to her. But it was no small part of him that did not want to admit that this device was better protection than he could provide. That this pain might be the best thing they could do for her.
He could not protect his grandchild.
Again.
Agatha stirred, her eyelids fluttering open. Her brow furrowed.
“Ow,” she whispered. Her gaze fell on Saturnus and Teodora. Her hazy expression grew puzzled. She looked around at the hospital room, and down at herself, and realized where she was. “Am I in trouble?”
“No,” Teodora said gently, reaching out and squeezing her hand. “No, darling, you’re not in trouble.”
“Important life lesson,” Saturnus said, attempting to sound jovial. “If you scare everyone badly enough, you can get away with anything.”
“Saturnus,” Teodora scolded, but Agatha giggled weakly. Her smile faded when Saturnus reached out and stroked her hair.
“What the hell were you doing?” he asked, gently.
“I was building you a chair,” she said softly. “Something you wouldn’t have to push. I thought maybe if you didn’t need help, you wouldn’t mind being seen in it. But every time I tried to build it, I got the headache and I just…”
Her eyes filled with tears.
“I was just so tired of being broken.” She began to cry, and Saturnus felt his heart break in ways he didn’t know it could. He took Agatha’s hand in both of his, squeezing tightly.
“Don’t do it again,” he said, nearly begging. “Broken or not, yours is a marvelous mind, and I would not have you cauterize it for anything – but especially not for me.”
“I wanted to help .”
“I know, I know. Here. When you’re well enough to leave, we’ll go back home and build it together. And go nice and slow, so neither of our bodies has reason to try and kill us, hmm?”
Her smile was weak, and he knew it wouldn’t be satisfying. She was a teenager, a Spark, a Heterodyne , and Saturnus knew that there was no feeling like watching your first big project cut a swath of destruction across the land and being able to think I did that, all on my own.
“Oh,” Agatha said. “You’ve got my locket.”
She reached for it, but Saturnus pulled away.
“No jewelry in the hospital,” he lied. “Put it on when you go home.”
“The doctor wants to keep you overnight, just in case,” Teodora said, putting a gentle hand on Agatha’s knee. “We’ll see how you feel in the morning.”
Agatha nodded and closed her eyes. Neither Saturnus or Teodora spoke until Agatha’s breathing was the slow, steady rhythm of sleep.
“You didn’t tell her,” Teodora said, not voicing the question.
“I thought it would be best to wait ‘til we get home. The locket, her parents – when we tell her, she’ll be angry, and I’d rather she not shout at us where half of Mechanicsburg could hear.”
“We’re not telling her.”
“Like hell we’re not—”
“ No. She’s too young, and she’s a terrible liar.”
“After all that, you still want her to wear it,” Saturnus said, amazed. “After what we just saw, what she just said, you still —”
“Do you think I’m enjoying this?” Teodora demanded. “I hate this just as much as you do, but we do not have a choice, Saturnus.”
“If you don’t tell her, I will.”
“No. You won’t.”
“And how exactly will you stop me? Kill me?”
The expression on Teodora’s face was very like the one she’d worn the day she’d told him he would not be killing their sons. When she spoke, her voice was ice and steel.
“I do not need to kill you.”
Saturnus tried to glare at her, but it was like trying to stare down the sun. And still, he loved her. More, really. When she got like this, he couldn’t help but think if she’d been a little less compassionate, she could have rivaled the Skull Queen herself.
He looked away.
“I can’t do it again,” Teodora said, in a much gentler voice. “I can’t. Klaus Barry was bad enough – for both of us. I won’t lose another grandchild.”
Agatha inhaled sharply, and they both froze. But she simply sighed in her sleep and rolled over.
They watched over her in silence until visiting hours ended, both too lost in their own thoughts, feeling no less trapped and miserable for worries shared.
They did not speak again until the next morning, when a breathless, terrified nurse appeared at their door to tell them that Agatha was gone.

Hi I want to talk about this scrapped DmC reboot demon concept that seems to have an angel inside of it.
That’s it, that’s the whole post.
But like seriously, if this were implemented I’m interested on the ramifications of the lore here. Like, how is it using the angel? Is it a machine or is it organic or is it both? Why does it have the angel? Is that blood from this demon the angel?
The DmC reboot demons are really interesting to me because they mix the organic with the mechanical in an intriguing way. In the reboot, Limbo is like a body. Everything about it works like a body. However it is a body full of these inorganic materials that it treats as organic, as its defense systems against you (essentially a virus in it’s body system). The demons themselves reflect this, mixing bodies and goo and ooze with porcelain dolls and chain saws and all the metal bits built into their bodies. It isn’t traditionally biomechanical and how that has a mixture of inorganic and organic. It’s more like Limbo has Frakensteined little dolls out of this material that it then fills with some semblance of life.
I’d argue a lot of the designs reflect this. Many of them are intentionally modeled after porcelain dolls as stated above. More still have pseudo faces where faces should be, like masks. Even this unused concept art we can see a fashioned face where the demon has none. It’s face is more a door that traps the demon inside. Mask motifs themselves are also reoccurring with stuff like the Dreamrunners.
Onto the angel in the design, it’s fascinating for a number of reasons. Firstly because this is like...really the only angel we see tied to the reboot at all. I love that it’s nothing but just light energy, that’s fun. But secondly, it’s interesting because we don’t know why the demon has it. Does it trap it there? Does it kill it that way?
I personally like to think that it needs it to live, it needs the angels energy to operate. Like a car battery more or less. A lot is vaguely said in the game about how the demons need human energy to do things. Mundus is farming that energy in some way for a reason, after all. Which leaves one to wonder what happens when something saps on a much stronger energy source, like an angel like in this concept art.
Long story short: this concept art is cool I wish this thing was in game it’d have been fun to punch.

Hello helloo!! last post i said i was gonna talk about hcs for my Zigotons and all,, so here im bringing one!
Raretons = Rare Zigotons!
When i played the first game i was reallyy interested about the Zigoton empire and their equipment related to insects and bugs..Thinking how Patapons, mostly Rare ones are animals! Why cant the Zigotons have their own? We have Insect inspired Generals, a Queen with insects traits..There must be Rare Zigotons!!
My first idea was that only generals (except Gong,, i'll explain later..hehe) and the queen were gonna be the only raretons,, but tooooo boringggg, lets make a whole hierachy on Rare Zigotons! To the common and to the Royalty!
Unlike Rarepons that can be make and created through materials, Raretons have to be born with these traits! And they have been qualified by the hierachy of the empire
I tried my best to take inspiration from material on the game, real insects, bugs and even scrapped content! Like the Zigotons that werent used! ->
Common
Forbicina: Earwig
Tininae: Spiderbeetle
Rare - Elite
Pavone: Peacock Spider
Foglia: Leaf Bug
Larve: Larvae
Pandinus: Emperor Scorpion -> Soulless Zigotons
Generals
Vedovanera: Black Widow -> Spiderton
Leiurus: Deathstalker Scorpion -> Scorpiton
Lucanidae: Stag Beetle -> Beetleton
Nobility
Mantide: Prayer Mantis -> Unused Zigoton "Mantiton"
Falso: False Scorpion -> Unused Zigoton "???"
Rino: Rhinocero Beetle -> Unused Zigoton "Staggton"
Corydali: Dobsonfly -> Unused Zigoton "???"
Royalty
Meganeura: Meganeura
Cinabro: Cinnabar Moth -> Queen Kharma
Ala: Birdwing Butterfly
The reason why they ""lack"" of insect traits, its because their traits are more reflected in their respective armors!!
Probably later will do proper drawing of them, but for now just the references!! :3
Next Topic about my hcs will be for the Zigotons Generals

Do you prefer the Forerunners as ancient humans or their own species?
I'll confess, the “Forerunners were ancient humans” issue was always one I was kinda indifferent about.
Having spent as long following Halo hijinks as I have, and knowing the scraps of unused material from the original trilogy that have surfaced, I do think it's pretty safe to say this was the idea originally and is probably where Bungie would've gone with it if Microsoft added a second boot to their neck and told them to canonize something on the spot. And it's a fun idea. It's not exactly original, but the truth is Before Guys aliens are not the most original idea in the first place whether they're aliens or humans so either direction you go with them isn't exactly a shocking twist to your audience if they're interested in science fiction and older than 13. But fun really is good enough, and Halo was always this curated greatest hits compilation of various scifi ideas the people at Bungie had liked.
I might be susceptible to Bungie favoritism about this, if it hadn't been for how much I actually really like the work 343 and particularly Greg Bear put in on the Forerunners. I really enjoyed the world building done around them, and I liked their opposition to ancient humanity. It's a very have-cake-and-eat answer to me because humanity is still there! I'm not as sanguine about the gene geas stuff as much and particularly have not liked whenever they angled towards there being “special” humans for ~genes~ reasons because that shit is uh. Not very comfortable to establish as part of how a world actually works, but that's so infrequently mentioned you can ignore it usually. (I ignore it usually.)
I understand why some people are disappointed with the Forerunners being another species. But ultimately, I'm a Halo fan and I always want to see (and get riled up about) more Halo no matter how it turns out. I would've been cool with ancient space humanity. I also turned out to be cool with alien Forerunners. It's just one side got the actual content (much of which I thought very good) and the other side exists only in the realm of people sighing wistfully and saying “wouldn't it be cool if-”.
It's kind of like how I still hate that they killed Cortana, but in order to engage with Halo's ongoing story (and have the fun it offers) I have had to make peace with it. And, well. I was way way way more mad about that than I was about Forerunner lore that wasn't very detailed yet.

Little Nightmares unused 2017 comic content master post (WILL BE UPDATED)
Okay, so disclaimer/info: None of these have been "leaked" by me, nor are they leaks in the first place; I just found them because I'm a HUGE LN comic fan, and I cannot keep the silliness contained. They either came from posts/portfolios made by the original comic creators or official announcements (with a few exceptions.) All of these are real. Obviously, don't take my word for it, but all of these have come from official sources that can be found online (if you want me to, I can prove it). Also, I know I might get people asking me about this/asking me to add it, but the supposed "leaked" comic pages of the Runaway Kid and Six interacting are fake. As far as I'm aware, these were either made to push sevix as canon or to troll. Either way, they were presented as being real leaks. Any other leak posted by this person was, while convicting, faked. (I don't want to start drama, and this happened years ago, so obviously, I'm not going to mention who made these posts.) Also, I will be updating this post with new content once I find it. I am currently looking for a couple of early sketches I saw a while ago. LAST THING: not all of these are unused content. Some are unused covers that didn't make it into the display at the end of the comics or inked and uncolored versions of existing pages.
Taken from Aaron Alexovich's website. This is an alternate version of an existing panel. The North Wind seems to have shape-shifted itself or created the visage of a wolf to blow at the barn. This is probably a reference to The Three Little Pigs, which fits, considering that The Tale Of The North Wind has many references to the fairytale "The North Wind And The Sun" and some other stories that involve the north wind as a character. One other minor difference is that the crows, which are implied to be skeletons in the original panel, are shown to be fully skeletal. Looking at the original panel, it seems like this version came first. Not sure why it was changed.
This is an unused cover. I found it on the twitter of one of the people who worked on it.
This is an unused/alternate version of the hunchback girl destroying the music box. Found (If I remember correctly) on the colorist's ArtStation.
WIP version of an unused cover
This one is an alternate cover version, so not really unused. As far as I'm aware, they don't sell selling physical copies with this cover anymore, but they do exist. Also, this can be seen in the cover display on the last pages of the comics, so if you've read them you've probably seen this. Might be a bit of a copout but it feels right to add it hear for some reason
I wasn't sure if I was going to include this one because, honestly, I don't really know what's going on with this cover. While this cover is used, for some reason, the colors in this version are super warm. It might be a reprint error, but it may also be an issue on the side of whoever took the photo. This may be a specific issue with the physical version as well. Really not sure what's up. (original below for comparison)
Unused alternate page where Six hauls in the music box. Also found on the colorist's art station
This is also an alternate cover that was used. I put it in here because a lot of people haven't seen it, but it isn't necessarily unused content.
These two pages seem to go hand in hand. They were used on the steam announcement for the LN comics. The top page looks like two panels oddly edited together. The children in the top panel seem like an early scrapped design for the campfire kids. These two pages honestly feel more like promotional material/concept art or something because of the sketchiness and scrapped designs. I believe these were specifically created for the announcement. This is just my speculation, though.
All the photos below are uncolored, inked versions of pages from book 2. These were found on a deviant art page which seems to be owned by one of the artists involved, probably the inker. Nothing super out of the ordinary until we get to the last of these inked pages.
This is an alternate uncolored, and unused version of the mirror monster first appearing.
I hope you guys enjoy this post, and I do plan to update it when I find those sketches. (sorry if the grammar is a bit messed up I'm tired and a bit out of it)
ONE SKETCH HAS BEEN FOUND
I found this on my camera roll and if I’m remembering correctly it came from one of the artists’ twitter accounts or one of their Deviant Art accounts. (Because I can’t remember exactly where it came from, please take this one with a grain of salt.)

ellegaard x soft fem! reader
blue's note: it's been a while since I've made one of these lol
She's unused to your softness. Her personality is hard and analytical. There is no reason why she should be attracted to your sweet personality and gentle touch, yet she is.
She tries to be … gentler, around you. She twists her honest criticism into something nicer. It's still there, of course, but the harsh barbs are no longer present.
She appreciates every gift you give her. From a dandelion to a pet cat (named Rufus), she treasures them all.
She's not a big nickname person. Despite this, she calls you many nicknames like "my sweet", "my treasure", or "my beloved."
She relies on you more than you could ever know. You're one of the only things holding her together after Magnus's death.
She recedes from the public's eye after his death. Your presence holds her together; you prevent her from falling apart.
She makes sure to let you know how important you are to her. She has many regrets in her life, but you are not one of them.
She creates a machine that can take any scrap material and turns it into a flower. Not only is it efficient and economical, it also fills her with pride to see your eyes light up at her gifts.

CTB Scrap - Minish!Four Hangs Out With Warriors
This is also from chapter 16, where a captured Warriors was being transported to the Royal Guard.
As previously mentioned, Four was originally going to hang out with Warriors as he traveled. But I had to cut this to fill up a plot hole.
A lot of this material got reused, but I know a lot of people were interested in knowing what this would have looked like in-story.
TW: this contains graphic depictions of injury
Note: this is an unedited scrap, so the writing may not be up to snuff. Also, everything include was deleted for a reason, so please do not take it as canon to CTB.
---
But the fever was also the only thing affected by the watered-down potions. With his empty hours, he wondered if that was all the diluted potion was strong enough to treat. The rest of his ailments had to struggle to cure themselves naturally.
But even as his condition worsen, it wasn’t all that bad.
The Minish came back the next night. When he heard the buzzing, he cried pitiful tears until he felt the Minish pat a soft paw on his outstretched hand. “I’m so sorry,” he babbled. “I didn’t mean to scare you. Don’t leave again. Please don’t leave.”
The Minish couldn’t respond in a way he could understand, but it didn’t rebuke him either. Yes, it disappeared once the sun came up, but it was always back again when the wagon dipped into nightly darkness. Warriors changed his sleep scheduled accordingly, sleeping while the floor rumbled in movement and waking once the guards have gone to bed at night.
The companionship the Minish offered was invaluable. When Warriors writhed in his chains, cursing the hand that caused him agony, he at least had the comfort of not suffering alone. The Minish would be his witness, smoothing a paw on his leg as he fought through the waves of pain.
Warriors took to talking to the Minish, though he was certain none of it made any sense to the poor creature.
“I remember reading a book once about the Pirate King,” he said once, apropos of nothing. “I know him, you know. He’s still just a kid. But he’s supposed to die young. I don’t believe it half the time, not when he’s just, you know, a kid.”
And another night, he’d say in equal measure, “Holy fuck. Ayane still owes me five rupees.”
He talked about his home, how he wished he plastered flowery wallpaper to the bare walls. He talked about growing up in Castle Town, how the cobblestone streets were now unfamiliar under his feet when they were once his playground. He painted pictures of batting for childhood games of Octoball, running away when the ball shattered the window of a laundress’s shop.
He fiddled with the earring on his ear, tugging on his lobe, imaging it was someone else’s hoop, and he told that to the Minish too. He said, “I wish he’d let me pierce the other.”
In a low voice, he talked about how Kat had once dominated conversations, how Anders made fun of him for flirting with anything that could walk. He described the blue-blooded girl he kissed against a window, and how Zelda had once straddled his lap and called him nice. He talked about the women he loved, how he never got to date or tussle with nearly as much men as he wanted. He bemoaned how being the captain meant all areas of his life were something to be regulated, how he couldn’t kiss another man without risking a fraternization charge.
Every night, his voice would grow so soft, and he’d talk about his friends. He said Sky was clever and impulsive, but unused to things going awry. He said that Legend was too savvy to just be another follower, while Hyrule’s round cheeks belied his necessary ruthlessness. Four was always suspicious, Wild was naturally personable, and Twilight was just lonely.
“And the old man’s scared,” he muttered to the Minish as it tore off hunks of stale bread to press into his mouth. He chewed on whatever he could, but his tongue was dry and each piece was a rock in his gut. “He always is. I make him so scared. Maybe he’s a coward. Maybe I’m just that bad.”
When he ran out of memories, he sang. The wood walls echoed his voice—strained and tired, quivering at the high notes and scratching at the low—as he cycled through every song he knew. Some were marching tunes, other drunken ballads. But the ones his voice ululated to the most were the tiny tunes from his fairy.
Years ago, when he was on medical leave, there was a time his voice had left him. Proxi was his constant companion. She nestled in the collar of his shirt, acting as his voice as she left behind trails of glittery dust. She regaled him with stories of being a tiny creature of Farore, of working under the tutelage of her Great Fairy. Her laugh was a wind chime, and she sang silly songs into his ear.
They were never sacred or rare, but the kinds he would hear in bars and parlors. Where she learned them, he never knew. But she had sang all the time—when he cleaned the dishes, practiced his swordsmanship, or stared blankly at walls. Always, her tiny voice wrapped around him like ribbons, binding his soul in place.
And now, whenever he had nothing more to say to the Minish, Warriors tilted his neck back and sang into the darkness those same songs:
“What if the world shall end?
Will you love me? Still love me?
Darling just be my friend
If it kills me. Oh, love me.”
He had no talent. He wasn’t Lincoln. But he kept at it until a guard banged on his wall and threaten him to stay silent. And he would hush, only to sing again the next night.
And his silent specter, the Minish, was there to listen to it all. It squeaked and chirped a few times, but was mainly silent as Warriors’s voice whittled the time down to dust. But the Minish didn’t have to say anything. It just had to be there. And for that, he would kiss the Minish’s feet and give it all the gold in the world if he only could be unchained.
Warriors had stopped counting the days, not that he ever started to begin with. All he knew was that his stubble had turned into real, coarse facial hair that scratched his arm whenever he laid on it. He had never let it grow this full before, having always feared looking like his father.
A lifetime seemed to have passed before the monotony was broken. Warriors woke up in the middle of the day, but not from the pain in his hand. Instead, there were new noises outside the wagon.
He crawled to the wall and pressed his ear to a crack. Yes, there were far more voices outside, mainly male but never staying long. The wagon wheels still creaked with motion, and whenever he pin-pointed one voice, it faded back into the din as the wagon rolled past it. Where was he?
Abruptly, the wagon stopped.
A new, unfamiliar voice shouted, “State your purpose!”
And Warriors knew where he was—the base camp. He was finally back with the Royal Guard.

Why Selling Scrap Silver is a Smart Financial Move
The allure of precious metals has captivated humans for centuries, and among these, silver holds a unique position. It has been revered not only for its aesthetic appeal but also for its intrinsic value. As economic landscapes shift, many individuals are discovering the benefits of liquidating their unwanted or unused silver items. In this exploration of the reasons behind selling scrap silver, readers will uncover how this decision can significantly enhance their financial health.
The Rising Value of Silver
Historically, silver has been a reliable store of value, often serving as a hedge against inflation and economic instability. In recent years, the price of silver has seen a noticeable increase, driven by various factors, including industrial demand, investment interest, and geopolitical tensions. This upward trend has made silver more appealing than ever, prompting individuals to consider their options for selling scrap silver.
When examining the reasons to sell, one must note that silver is not merely a relic of the past. Its applications in technology, medicine, and various industries contribute to its ongoing demand. For example, the rise of electric vehicles and renewable energy technologies has driven manufacturers to seek silver for its conductivity and durability. Consequently, as demand fluctuates, so does the potential for profit when one decides to sell their scrap silver.
Clearing Clutter and Making Space
In the hustle and bustle of daily life, many people accumulate items they no longer need or use. Silver jewelry, old cutlery, and forgotten coins often find themselves relegated to the back of drawers or tucked away in forgotten boxes. While these items may hold sentimental value, their presence can also create clutter and take up valuable space in one’s home.
Selling scrap silver not only provides an opportunity to declutter but also transforms unwanted items into cash. This process can be cathartic, allowing individuals to reevaluate their possessions and their significance. Furthermore, the approach of minimalism, which encourages individuals to keep only what they truly need or love, underscores the practicality of this financial move. By selling scrap silver, one can embrace a cleaner, more organized living space while simultaneously boosting their financial resources.
The Environmental Impact of Recycling Silver
In an era where environmental consciousness is paramount, the act of selling scrap silver aligns with sustainable practices. Recycling silver reduces the need for new mining, which can be detrimental to ecosystems and local communities. The mining process is energy-intensive and can lead to significant environmental degradation, including habitat destruction and water pollution.
By choosing to sell scrap silver, individuals contribute to a circular economy that prioritizes reuse and recycling. This not only mitigates the harmful effects of mining but also promotes responsible consumption. Silver that is recycled can be refashioned into new products, reducing the overall environmental footprint associated with the extraction of raw materials.
Financial Flexibility and Opportunity
Selling scrap silver can provide individuals with financial flexibility that may not have been available otherwise. The funds generated from selling unwanted silver can be redirected towards various important aspects of life, such as paying off debts, funding a vacation, or investing in education. This newfound liquidity can lead to increased financial security and a sense of empowerment.
Moreover, the act of selling scrap silver presents an opportunity to educate oneself about the market dynamics of precious metals. Understanding the factors that influence silver prices, such as supply and demand, global economic trends, and currency fluctuations, can provide invaluable insights. This knowledge can serve as a stepping stone for future investments, allowing individuals to make informed decisions regarding their financial futures.
Finding the Right Place to Sell Scrap Silver
Deciding to sell scrap silver is only the first step in the process. Finding a reputable buyer is crucial to ensure that one receives a fair price for their items. Various options are available, ranging from local jewelers and pawn shops to online platforms specializing in precious metals. Each method has its pros and cons, and it is essential to conduct thorough research to determine the best fit.
Local jewelers may offer personalized service and immediate payment, but they might not always provide the best prices. Pawn shops can be a quick solution, but they often prioritize their profit margins over the seller’s gain. Conversely, online platforms can provide competitive rates and convenience, allowing sellers to reach a broader audience. Websites like Sell Gold offer streamlined processes for selling scrap silver, ensuring sellers receive a fair assessment and value for their items.
Understanding the Assessment Process
When selling scrap silver, understanding how buyers assess value is critical to ensuring a fair deal. The assessment typically involves evaluating the purity of the silver, which is measured in parts per thousand. Common silver items include sterling silver (92.5% pure) and coin silver (90% pure), and these purity levels significantly influence the price offered by buyers.
Moreover, the weight of the silver is assessed, as buyers will calculate the value based on the current market price per ounce. It is advisable for sellers to stay informed about the current market trends and prices, as this knowledge can empower them during negotiations. Armed with information, individuals can approach the selling process with confidence, ensuring they receive the best possible price for their scrap silver.
The Emotional Aspect of Selling Silver
While the financial benefits of selling scrap silver are significant, it is essential to acknowledge the emotional components that accompany this decision. Many silver items may carry sentimental value, such as heirlooms passed down through generations. Parting with these items can evoke feelings of nostalgia and loss.
Navigating this emotional landscape requires a thoughtful approach. Individuals should take time to reflect on the personal significance of each item. In some cases, it may be worthwhile to keep a piece that holds particular meaning, while selling others that are less significant. This process of evaluation can lead to a balance between financial gain and emotional well-being, ensuring that individuals feel comfortable with their decisions.
Conclusion
In conclusion, the decision to sell scrap silver is not merely a financial transaction; it is a multifaceted opportunity that encompasses financial gain, environmental responsibility, and personal growth. By tapping into the rising value of silver, individuals can clear clutter, enhance their financial situations, and contribute positively to the environment. With various avenues available for selling, including reputable platforms like Sell Gold, individuals can confidently navigate the process and reap the rewards of their decisions. Embracing the act of selling scrap silver can lead to a brighter financial future while promoting sustainable practices.

How Scrap Car Removal Helps Declutter Your Property
Having an old, unused car on your property can be more than just an eyesore—it can take up valuable space, attract pests, and even pose safety hazards. Fortunately, scrap car removal in Toronto offers an efficient and eco-friendly solution. These services help you clear out unwanted vehicles and bring several additional benefits. Here’s how scrap car removal helps declutter your property and improve your surroundings.
1. Freeing Up Valuable Space
An old car parked in your driveway, yard, or garage occupies space that could be used for other purposes. Removing a scrap vehicle creates room for parking, storage, or open space for outdoor activities.
Examples of Space Benefits:
Convert a cluttered garage into a workshop or home gym.
Open up your yard for landscaping or recreational use.
Free driveway space for new vehicles or visitors.
Reclaiming this area can make your property more functional and appealing.
2. Improving Aesthetics
A rusty, broken-down car doesn’t do any favors for the look of your property. Removing it can drastically enhance the overall look and feel of your home.
Visual Benefits:
Clean, uncluttered spaces make your property look well-maintained.
Boosts curb appeal, especially if you’re considering selling your home.
Prevents your property from becoming an eyesore in the neighborhood.
A tidy yard or driveway reflects positively on your property and makes it more inviting.
3. Enhancing Safety
Old vehicles left unused can pose safety risks. Rusted metal, sharp edges, or broken parts can cause injuries, if you have children or pets. Additionally, leaking fluids like oil or antifreeze can contaminate the soil and create hazards.
How Scrap Car Removal Enhances Safety:
Eliminates risks of accidental injuries.
Prevents toxic fluid leaks that could harm the environment and your health.
Reduces the chances of attracting pests or vermin that might make the vehicle their home.
Scrap car removal ensures your property is a safer place for everyone.
4. Reducing Environmental Impact
Leaving a scrap car on your property is inconvenient and can harm the environment. Rust, leaking fluids, and other contaminants can seep into the soil and groundwater causing pollution. Scrap car removal services handle vehicles in an eco-friendly way.
Environmental Benefits:
Recyclers properly dispose of hazardous materials, such as batteries and oils.
Usable parts are salvaged and reused, reducing waste.
Scrap metal is recycled, minimizing the need for new raw materials.
Choosing a professional scrap car removal service helps you contribute to a cleaner, greener environment.
5. Simplifying Maintenance
A neglected car can make your property untidy and disorganized. Grass and weeds may grow around it, pests might nest inside, and debris can accumulate in and around the vehicle. Scrap car removal reduces these maintenance hassles.
Maintenance Advantages:
More accessible lawn care and landscaping without obstacles in the way.
No need to clean up after pests or deal with accumulated debris.
Reduces the spread of rust or other decay to nearby objects or structures.
Simplifying your property’s upkeep is another reason to consider scrap car removal.
6. Financial Benefits
Many people don’t realize that removing a scrap car can be a source of extra cash. Professional scrap car removal services often pay you for the value of your vehicle, even if it’s no longer running.
How It Helps Financially:
Earn money for the car’s metal, parts, or scrap value.
Save on repair or maintenance costs for a vehicle you’re not using.
Avoid potential fines for abandoned vehicles or property code violations.
Instead of losing money on an unused vehicle, you can turn it into an asset.
7. Supporting a Cleaner Neighborhood
Removing scrap cars improves your property and the entire community. A cleaner neighbourhood benefits everyone and can even increase property values.
Community Impact:
Prevents the area from looking run-down.
Reduces potential environmental hazards that could affect neighbours.
Encourages others to declutter and maintain their properties.
Your proactive step can inspire a positive ripple effect in the community.
8. Convenient and Hassle-Free Process
One of the biggest advantages of scrap car removal services is how easy they make the process. Most services handle everything, from car towing to paperwork and recycling.
What You Can Expect:
No need to transport the car yourself—services come to you.
Quick removal, often completed in a single day.
Assistance with transferring ownership or deregistering the vehicle.
This convenience means you can declutter your property without stress or effort.

This service delivers a wide range of benefits, including freeing up space, improving safety, enhancing aesthetics, and even earning some cash. Professional scrap car removal services from TOP CASH 4 SCRAP CARS is the solution. It can clean up your yard, boost property value, or make your home safer and cleaner.
