First minis of the year painted up, this is the first of two warbands for Osprey Wargames:The Doomed, these are 3D printed minis from Anvil Industry's Daughters of the Burning Rose range.

There are SO many good tabletop miniatures games out there that you could be playing, most of them even let you use your existing collections of GW minis if you want. Stop giving Games Workshop your fucking money.

it’s been a while, but i’ve got a fresh new character from the game of masks i’m currently in! he and his “nemesis” are a set of twins with intertwined powers granted by wish magic, and unless they can reunite after their nasty fight that left them on different planes of existence, the world is doomed to end, and so are they. his backstory and a picture of his twin sister below!

“When we were five, me and my twin, Bay (they/she), wished upon a falling star to always be with each other no matter what. The magic in that star intertwined us inseparably, and as we grew a candle’s flame took hold of my heart, while a curtain’s shadow overtook theirs. We cannot exist without one another, but we no longer are so close as we once were. Without their shadow, the flame threatens to consume me whole, and without my light to define what they are not, they are threatened with the prospect of fading from existence.”

Finished the second of my two warbands for Osprey Wargame's The Doomed, I'm not as happy with this one as I was the first mainly because of how dark they are but it was a rushed job, something positive that did come from this warband is I now wanna paint something with dark metal, purple and Neon Green as it's a cool combo.

Same as before these minis were made using 3D printed Anvil Industry's parts specifically from the Gothic Void Trooper range with some odd parts used from other ranges.
