How Izzy and Noah help Eva deal with her anger

Izzy: She gets Eva a bunch of pencils. Some are colored pencils, some are just regular pencils. She names each and every one of them, and comes up with different backstories for them. Then, she tells Eva that whenever she gets mad, she can murder one of the pencils instead. Just snap it like a twig. They've all committed crimes worthy of the death penalty. Eva can be their executioner!

This actually does help since it allows Eva to be destructive without hurting anyone. Noah points out the backstories are unnecessary, but Izzy still insists on them.

Noah: He coins the phrase "Space or company?". If he sees Eva taking her anger out on something, or if she looks like she's on the edge of getting overwhelmed by rage, he asks whether she wants space or company. If she says space, then he just leaves her be and tells her to text when she's feeling better. If she says company, he'll stick around and listen to her vent about whatever's upsetting her.

If she's nonverbal, or can only scream, he texts Izzy for back up. They'll watch over her while keeping their distance. Noah's goal becomes making sure that nobody else approaches Eva and risks getting hurt when she's unable to control herself. Izzy's goal is to step in if Eva starts hurting herself terribly and stopping her if she is.

Eva and Noah rely on each other to act as anchors against the crazy of their surroundings. Not just Izzy's shenanigans, but the daily chaos of Total Drama as a whole.

They help each other through overstimulation or social burnout frequently, especially during the later days on the Playa, since they're both relatively quiet and happy to share silent company. With the other around, they can trust someone else to play straightman to the others' over-the-top energies.

(They're both different flavours of autistic btw.)

As such, Noah can often be seen reading quietly in the Gym as Eva works out.

Btw I decided that since Izzy is Izzy, the kaleidoscope was probably altered into some kind of spy gadget or communication device, specifically for when she needs a sarcastic nerd and an angry jock to help her outrun the government

I’ve been thinking and I came up with the best idea ever so when Eva is yelling and Noah Izzy (and sometimes Owen) Noah or Izzy will stare at the other until they start laughing. That’s all

Hiii. Here are some of my team E-scope headcanons bc I have no self control

Izzy:

-She takes polaroids of people when they think they’re alone and hides them under their pillows/around their belongings and houses until they notice

-She used to have braces, and the orthodontist filed her teeth down because her parents told them she kept biting people. Her teeth grew even sharper

-She really likes Spiderman. Idk how to explain this one

-Back to the polaroid thing, she’ll take pictures of whatever and show them to people like “these are my prettiest ones :)” but its like, a curb. Its a crack in the ground. Its a broken fence

-100% was the kid who bit the foam balls at school. I feel like this is canon

-Probably makes jewelry out of shiny things she finds on the ground (I promise this isn’t self projection I promise I swearrr). She also definitely makes clunky bead bracelets, and honestly any kind of bracelet craft

Noah:

-He’s canonically allergic to most things known to man, and I like to think half those things are something super specific. “Noah look its a butterfly!!” “I’m allergic to butterfly scales, get it away from me”

-His taste in music is either some extremely basic “vibe/lofi” music or the most insane shit you’ve ever heard. You could tell me he listens to 100gecs and it would still make sense in my brain

-I pretty much believe anything Persephones Garden/courtney-deserved-better says. Oh, they think that Noah would kill people and probably has? Cool thats canon now sorry I don’t make the rules

-Was probably super into Pokémon cards as a kid (and still is). You ask him about ONE card and he can go into a lecture about the trade and stock value of every iteration of that specific pokemon

-He likes the noise of beaded bracelets clinking against each other and Izzy makes a lot of them, so he’s wearing new ones basically every day. They say shit like “speed” or “chair”

Eva:

-I like to imagine she probably got super into working out through someone close to her and it’s her favorite way to bond. She invites Noah out on her runs so he can “build some mass” but obviously thats not happening

-LOVES friendship bracelets. Might act all stoic about it when people give them to her but she adores them. Her favorites are loom band bracelets and the ones made of woven(?) strings. Her, Izzy, Noah, and Owen have like 12 different sets of matching bracelets
