Well, turns out someone leaked some of the upcoming TBD update's costume, which revealed an NPC is becoming playable with Schneeball.

So, some people might become very happy with this update not just for Schneeball.

The next levels will be unlocked in a later date, they never release Story Mode chapters in full. Since some updates ago, they've been bringing back old stories as Story Mode chapters to allow newer players to get the stories.
