Re Tree backtracking post, are you talking about Matty as the beard dropping Easter eggs? I find this PR stuff so confusing. I know everyone does it, and I guess on some level they feel they have to maintain their career or at least the level of their career. It just all seems so ridiculous. Thank you! I always try to not only focus on one thing, when it comes to PR.

For example: First, they were pushing toe articles about him supporting taylor because fans were upset he was not there at the tour. Then something weird happened: The split articles came up. And for all i can say, it was not Taylors team who leaked it.

So this was something, they had to find a quick solution for, since in case you have watched the tour, its pretty queer coded. But a backup plan was needed.

It would absolutely not make any sense for Taylor Swift the brand to date at this point again. It will upset Swifties, since they thought toe was endgame, and it will also upset gaylors, since they thought she will come out soon.

So they threw Matty into the pot. I dont know a thing about him but he seems like the guy who doesn’t care much. He also has a story with taylor (although i dont think they ever hooked up) and he is friends with Jack.

They are testing the water because they could spin every story like they want. Swiftgron: they could have easily come around and release an article where they shut down all the rumors (like she did in the past with the engagement), but instead she chooses to kinda give us those friends with benefit vibes.

Now take a look at the other team (KK).

if ur not a kaylor, please ignore. But if you are: tbh I ve never been a big fan of jerk ir that whole shenanigans (which is another long story). What happened tho is that he all of a sudden posted a picture with a purple heart and wore a green carnation pin at the met. It was the first time i didn’t have the need to 🤮 when I saw his face.

The Swiftgron Timeline Remastered

Hey Guys!  It’s Cam from @whatiwillsay

It’s high time the Swiftgron Masterpost was updated with more content and a cross reference of the Achele timeline and other newly learned information.

Now if you’re just looking to prove that Swiftgron is real to your friends click here for a more succinct summation of proof.  But if you want to read the sad, beautiful, tragic (no that’s not a Swiftgron song) story of Swiftgron, to go through the ups and downs, from the Hunger Games to SNL this is the place for you!

I was inspired to do this partially by this conversation.  TL;DR is there was some lively discourse in the fandom about who the breakup songs on Red are about.  

Personally, it doesn’t make sense to me for them to be about Dianna when the falling in love songs are obviously about her (mentions of green eyes, her name in the 22 liner notes, ect.)  For one quick example: the songs The Last Time and Come Back...Be Here were written and recorded right around the same time.

I’m sorry but I just cannot fathom those two songs being about the same person.  One is about the softest start to a relationship you’ve ever imagined - pining away and missing someone you barely know but are already infatuated with and the other is a gut wrenching heartbreak song about someone you’ve been on and off with for a long time.

Furthermore the Swiftgron masterpost and timeline was laid out by either Kaylors or general Gaylors, but no one who seems to have an in depth knowledge of Achele or even of Taylor’s relationships before Dianna, other than Emily which by all accounts ended in 2008.  

So I wanted to fill in all the blanks left open on the original Swiftgron masterpost to see if it’s possible that it missed anything.

Plenty of this data will still come from the original Swiftgron masterpost and shoutout to them for building such an amazing document!  It’s a great primer but it does gloss over a lot of events such as the Glee tour in the summer of 2011, the circumstances around all the early Swiftgron meetings, and the obvious Achele interactions through early winter 2012, and of course it’s missing all the weird late stage Swiftgron social media shenanigans.

I wanted to make this masterpost to be able to stand alone so I ripped some gif sets and other info (mostly on Achele) that I didn’t personally build because I don’t ever want anyone running into dead links.  If you see an edit or content you made that I haven’t credited please let me know and I will credit you or remove it if you really want me to.

The other reason I made this was I wanted to have one succinct and chronological place to store every single Swiftgron photo, video, or media of any other type.  If it’s Swiftgron related I will find it and add it here.  If I missed something you can let me know by reaching out to me on my usual blog @swiftgron-get-married. 

For those of you that are new to Gaylor here’s a few notes:

1.  If Taylor seems fruity to you it’s cause she does to everyone else.  Welcome.

2.  Swiftgron is the pairing of Taylor Swift and Dianna Agron.

3.  Achele is the pairing of Dianna Agron and Lea Michele.  It happened before Swiftgron (I think summer 2009 - Early 2012).  Achele was real 100%.  Go to Achele References on Tumblr for more info but just know I have reason to believe Achele actually dated beyond public information.  Take that with a grain of salt of course and look at the evidence for yourself.

4.  At some points in this document I reference a forum called The L Chat - that place is a wasteland of biphobia, transphobia, and other gross things but they did closely track Swiftgron and Achele.  I don’t recommend going there as it can be very triggering to some.  I have gone and pulled out relevant data so you don’t have to go there.

5.  There is a notion in the Gaylor fandom that Dianna was toxic, a serial cheater, and I’ve even heard the word “abusive” thrown around due to the fact that the breakup songs on Red do seem to be about a toxic relationship - Taylor has said as much.  

Given what I’ve heard about DIanna from people who have actually had contact with her - this would be incredibly out of character.  She does have the reputation of being a bit of a player but is literally famous for how kind, giving, compassionate, and amiable she is to fans, coworkers, and friends alike.

I believe that this document proves that due to events on the timeline that although Swiftgron definitely had their ups and downs (Babe definitely suggests at least one instance of a lack of faithfulness, and I’ve clocked at least two obvious breakups before Taylor commits to Karlie and the Swiftgron romance is over for good) however the idea that it was a completely toxic mess is just not supported by actual public data, gathered evidence, and Taylor’s own music and words.

timeline shenanigans

“reputation in my mind, is an album that is very linear in its timeline. Meaning that it kind of starts out where I was when I first started making the record. The album ends more where I am now in my life.”  - Taylor

I’ve been fascinated by this statement ever since I first read it.  mostly because it makes absolutely ZERO sense.

the only way it could possibly, POSSIBLY make sense with the bearding timeline is if: - Ready For It and End Game are about Harris (??????) [March 2015 - June 2016] - I Did Something Bad and Don’t Blame Me are about Taylor leaving Harris for Hiddleston [June 2016] - Delicate is about burgeoning Hiddleswift [June - September 2016] - LWYMMD can’t be about the “Famous” drama, but we knew that already [February 2017] - So It Goes... is about Hiddleston? I guess? - Gorgeous is about Met Gala 2016, where Tay a) was officially dating Harris, b) first met Hiddleston, and c) supposedly first laid eyes on Alwyn. [May 2016] - Getaway Car is about Tay dumping Harris for Hiddleston, then dumping Hiddleston (for Alwyn?) in turn [June vs September 2016] - King of My Heart is the first song on the record that can POSSIBLY be about Alwyn given her “timeline” comment, and the fact that Gorgeous/Getaway Car are very clear as to the events they supposedly point to. - Dancing With Our Hands Tied and Dress are about Alwyn [September 2016 - ??] - This Is Why We Can’t Have Nice Things could potentially be about the “Famous” drama, I guess?  Certainly I think the second verse is.  [February 2017] - Call It What You Want and New Year’s Day are where Taylor’s at now.

Surely I don’t have to go into detail about why this is ridiculous? For Gorgeous to so distinctly point to Met Gala 2016, combined with her statement about linearity, none of the preceding songs can possibly be about Alwyn, despite RFI’s “younger than my exes” or End Game/Don’t Blame Me/Delicate’s repeated assertions that this is It, guys, Tay’s found the One.

and the thought that any of the songs on the album barring I Did Something Bad and the “I got a boyfriend” line from Gorgeous are seriously about Harris.......... no.

ALSO. even THIS doesn’t make any sense, since Gorgeous can be specifically narrowed down to the date that Tay met both Hiddleston AND Alwyn, so how can any songs prior to that be about Hiddleston if she’s telling the truth about the linear timeline of the album?

here’s the cool thing, though, the reason why I’m so fascinated with the linear statement: it doesn’t make any Kaylor sense, either!

many of the songs are about the general state of their relationship/general love songs for Karlie - Ready For It, End Game, Don’t Blame Me, So It Goes..., Dress, New Year’s Day

then there are the songs that discuss the beginning of their relationship, Tay’s emotional state at the time, and the idea of falling fast and hard - Delicate, Gorgeous, King of My Heart, Call It What You Want

and then there’s the other assorted songs on the album, which: - I Did Something Bad: basically namedrops both Harris and Hiddleston, all about Tay decrying her beards/the entire concept of bearding - LWYMMD: is about Tay’s relationship with the media/the public (it’s been a while since I thought about this one in depth lol) - Getaway Car: Swiftgron (I will one day do a full analysis of it, I swear, I’m getting there) - DWOHT: KissGate.

but like. none of it fits into any sort of linear timeline.  even if I looked at it based on the feel of the music matching Tay’s (perceived) emotional state at the time? it doesn’t WORK. 

(this kind of thing is really important to take notice of - Taylor makes statements like that on purpose, bc she knows her fans are hanging on her every word, and she WANTS you to recognise the inconsistencies and figure her out yourselves.)

Feels like she wants people to understand she thought D was the 1, they were almost forever, but it became clear they weren’t meant to be. Why she’s singing this now, no idea but of course some kaylors came up with the idea maybe if things get loud 🌈 she wants people to understand her love is Karlie🤪 yet i don't get it the connection 🙄

You have to recalibrate their bat-shit crazy, passionate-ass timeline to lesbian ex-girlfriend twin flame data output.

Even when Kaylor were “sooo in love”, Dianna was allegedly “around”, either via inappropriate texts, mutual friends, or events.

As I mentioned before, 10 months was probably the longest they’ve ever went No Contact, and it nearly killed Taylor/them.

Also, Dianna just did “the thing” that they do last week, so of course Taylor responded!!!

My 🔥 Hot Taek 🔥:

1.) It’s not queerbaiting if the person is LGBQ

2.) Karlie isn’t “required”, nor should she be (5 Legged Table Theory) to “prove” Taylor’s “Not Straight” status. Taylor’s Gaylor shenanigans on their own should be enough. Looking back prior to 2014 should be enough.

3.) Taylor has soft outed herself enough times since she exploded on the scene (2009 was when the rumors caught fire in the wlw/lesbian community), that even I had to acknowledged she was dating a woman in early 2012, and then again in early 2013.

4.) The media has soft outed her several times (Viacom/Pop Up Video, 2013 Dating a Woman article that went Viral, The deleted Living Together article, the tongue in cheek mentions of Taylor being a power beard for men, and her “gal pals”.

5.) Taylor using explicitly lesbian coded language and symbolism for several years.

6.) I’m of the opinion that she’s going to push the gay hints to maximum saturation, then subtle allude to not being straight. She won’t formally come out (currently) as a lesbian, or bi. Or she’ll get ripped out of the closet again.

7.) Taylor’s alleged gayness is more than her relationships. While I don’t think we’ll ever get the blatantcy that was 2014 Kaylor, I do think that if she’s dating a woman, she’ll treat it like Swiftgron 4.0.

8.) The alleged rumors that 1989 and RED are HEAVILY influenced by a woman, not to mention the unreleased lyrics.

TL; DR - Remove Taylor from Kaylor, and just focus on Gaylor? It’s all there (if you’re a wlw/lesbian, we know our people).

so like. i know this is a sensitive subject for most gaylors. but i want to discuss it:

what are we going to do if taylor really is straight, and this has been a massive queerbaiting campaign?

i know you don’t want to believe it. but it’s not so crazy, is it? there are “koincidences” in this fandom that people believe to be completely intentional signals, (most of the eye theory, every mention of a daisy or sunflower, when people TANGENTIAL to taylor or karlie seem to reference kaylor fandom inside jokes) but what if they really are coincidences- in the traditional sense of the word?

and the more intentional, on-the-nose signs: taylor inserting herself into the gaylor park in YNTCD, Me! being released on lesbian visibility day, taylor’s hair being the colors of the bi flag in YNTCD...what if those are the queerbaiting?

the lyrics, the music videos, it’s all subjective. taylor’s a master POP lyricist, meaning that its not hard to impose ANY meaning onto her music, regardless of what she meant when she wrote it (there was quite the humorous playlist on spotify called I Think Taylor and Harry Killed Someone as an example).

so. i know we don’t want to believe it, but suspend your disbelief for a second. how do we reconcile with this? does it really count as queerbaiting? what are we going to do?
