Her and Karlie were VERY public, so were her and Calvin, and Tom. I’ve mentioned this several times before, but if Taylor is casually dating? She’s going to keep that private, same for if she’s exclusively dating a new girl. The toothpaste was already out with Kaylor in 2014, and despite Taylor’s best efforts to “Kopy Kaylor” throughout the Tayvin Stuntery, they reignited Kaylor in the 2nd half of 2016, to the point where I really thought Kaylor would rise to 2014 Era levels. That didn’t happen. If Taylor has a new GF (because I think Kaylor broke up a couple of years ago, despite what appeared to be a Hail Mary attempt in 2016 to reintroduce Karlie and the concept of Kaylor to the masses), she’s going to keep her private.

TL;DR: it’s pretty obvious that Gaylor discussion about Swiftgron in the present isn’t received well by OKKs/Kaylors because “reasons”, so that would explain the angry and negative anon messages.

The overall theme screams Swiftgron. It sounds like Taylor is reflecting back on how things ended and seeing things from a more mature perspective. She regrets it and realizes she might have lost the love of her life by trying to find her dark side, which didn’t exist. She listened to the people around her and broke up with Dianna even though she loved her. Is she ready for combat because she’s ready to fight for her?

My hot taek that she has/had regrets about how things ended has never really sat well with the Only Karlie Kaylor side of the fandom, but I have yet to see a counter theory that makes sense.

April 2013: Taylor was shook to the core when that sham article went viral about Taylor and Dianna dating (It’s alleged that they were VERY serious around this time, possibly secretly engaged, or threatening to.  Per the Bops & Flops podcast tea, Dianna did want to marry Taylor, which lines up with the rumor that she was willing to give up her career/lose out on film roles).

Taylor listened to her team instead of trusting Dianna, whom was finally ready to settle down.

Late Autumn 2013: They were attempting to reconcile in September. Taylor gets a little emo in October. Taylor formally meets Karlie in November. Taylor flies to London, where Dianna is, either breaks things off, or discloses that something happened with Karlie. Karlie let it slip that they had hung out prior to December 11th, and Taylor leaving for the Oceania leg of her tour.  Dianna’s now deleted IG posts indicate she was blind sided and upset.

January 2014: Taylor is seen house hunting in NYC. Taylor and Karlie allegedly celebrate Andrea’s birthday, per fan witness accounts of a pic of them holding a birthday cake in winter for Andrea.

February 2014: Taylor goes to London, and completes 1989 with Style being one of the final songs.  

Style is not a fantasy in the sense that it was inspired both by ‘certain feelings’ and by a certain individual (implicitly, within the canon of Taylor’s own romantic history) with whom her relationship was ‘like a trend that keeps coming back in style and never fully fades away’ (and who she once imagined would interrupt her wedding.)  (X)

Taylor sings “...and SHE never loved me..” at iHeart.  Kaylor go to the AMAs and are acting like Meltie (lesbians) post honeymoon sex on main.  They up the gay at the VSFS. All things seem well, until Taylor gets hammered, likes a bunch of wlw posts and goes out in public and doesn’t know who personal space is.  Everything falls apart, but Kaylor are maintaining every thing is fine for a few months until March. Tayvin starts and it’s back to bearding.

TL;DR - Taylor has regrets with how the Swiftgron Kaylor Overlap break up was handled, and acknowledges that Dianna will always be her “person”, the one who got away, if not, her soul mate (not in the romantic sense, per se).

As for why she dropped Babe (and other songs that are being battled over)? My Hot Taek is that that’s Taylor acknowledging she messed up. She made a choice. By the time Swiftgron 4.0 was in full swing, Taylor’s team was NOT having it. Allegedly.

However! You’ve got Paula and Dianna battling (allegedly) it out. Di wanting to marry her. Paula saying “fuck no”.

Taylor didn’t want a repeat of losing Di happening, and the Aaron Rodgers rumors did not help. So what’s one to do? Dive head first into a new relationship, as lesbians are wont to do. Allegedly.

I’m not sure what the gloat is about, she is singing old songs...of course some of them are going to come from that time period. She also sang breath and some even older songs. Not being argumentative but I don’t see the significance esp since she is still being seen with Karlie

Im gloating because i tend to be right. Also, if you don’t recall, I got harassed by anons/Kaylors due to my “Hot Taeks” about Swiftgron this past weekend, which shouldn’t be new, if you’ve read the masterposts. 

GUESS WHAT?!?!? We have a lot of newbies and bandwagoners who don’t know anything prior to 2017! CAN YOU BELIEVE?!?! I’m sipping my tea in lesbian, waiting for them to make Begin Again be about Karlie, because that’s what our fandom has become.

Yeah, she’s singing alot of old songs, but a large portion of those old songs are EXPLICIT Swifgron songs. Why is that?
