A ideia era fazer um drink com este vinho de sobremesa… mas estava tão gostoso que foi puro mesmo!! 😋😋 Este “Late Harvest 2020” da @Vinos_Morande é um Sauvignon Blanc de colheita tardia, com uvas do frio Vale de Casablanca (no Chile 🇨🇱), fermentado (e maturado 9 meses) em barricas de carvalho francês. 🍷 Tem coloração dourada na taça. Aromas de maracujá e abacaxi bem maduros e um toque de doce de marmelo. Na boca tem bom dulçor, acidez média+, corpo leve e sabores intensos e de persistência moderada. 📝 Uma delicia!
