May I present: Leda and the Swan Princess! It's based on this post about a swan princess who refuses to go quietly in obscurity when cursed. (If you liked this one you will probably also like my other comics which you can find on my pinned post).

Another One finished. I did the pink version first, but I had the dark drape as a second option while working on the pink version (midnight navy is one of my favorite colors) I thought it would look lovely as a sky/water detail but then I also really loved the pink color scheme so I decided to do a blueish green with gold version. (I always go back to blue and gold color schemes, they are my happy place)

I present my link click x swan princess AU or what I call, The Swan Princes 😌🦢

(Part 1)

My notes on this AU:

Swan princes AU 

-Ql and CXS are from a neighboring kingdom from LG, QL's parents arranged to start bringing LG over to their kingdom every summer to try and matchmake QL and LG together so they can marry when they are older to unify their kingdoms. Ql and Lg do not have any romantic interest in each other at all right off the bat and end up more like siblings, Lg and Cxs (who is the adopted ward of the royal family) become fast best friends and all three of them are joined at the hip when Lg visits, and often arrange more visits outside of summer as well when they can. 

-QL's parents give up trying to get LG and Ql together but still welcome LG whenever he comes to visit 

-LG, Ql and CXS start making plans about the best way to unify their kingdoms (without marriage) when they reach their 20s, even though in general their kingdoms are really friendly already. 

-Not everyone is a fan of this idea, especially a faction of nobles in LG’s kingdom 

-One of the times that LG is leaving to travel back to his kingdom, his convoy gets ambushed by a party wanting to overthrow the throne, and only a wounded messenger escapes back to QL and CXS’s kingdom to tell them that there was this great beast that had attacked their convoy and he doesn't know if anyone survived, but that the beast isn't what it seems to be (like in the movie) but the messenger does not recover from his injuries and passes away shortly

-Cxs and Ql go out immediately when they hear the news to search for the remains for Lg's convoy (and possibly his body, because the messenger was adamant no one had survived.) but all they find is a bloody massacre (and no lg except maybe a personal item) leading them to believe he didn't survive

-They are both devastated, but Cxs is beyond devastated 

-Cxs and QL start researching into the great beast and about the messengers last words about how it was a deceiving beast because they want to figure out what the hell happened (And Cxs wants REVENGE)

-Cxs starts hunting in the forest over the span of a month or two because they can’t figure out what the beast could be disguising itself as and also to unleash some of his pent up anger and grief over LG’s ‘death’  when he comes across a Swan, (and like in the movie he assumes that's the great beast) so he chases it to the lake 

-But just as he was about to take the shot with revenge on his mind the swan turned into Lg in the moonlight hehe 

-both of them overjoyed to see one another

Random Notes:

-Lg can't talk as a swan, and can only honk 

-Ltx is part of the faction trying to overthrow the kingdom, but helps lg out when she can, she doesn't really have a choice of being in the faction or not cause her brothers in it also she doesn’t fully understand what is going on with the politics in their kingdom

-at some point cxs is brash and ends up getting turned into a swan too, Lg is less than thrilled with this development because how are two swans supposed to save an entire kingdom. 

-They figure out how to go honk to QL for help

-Lg didn't find cxs quickly originally cause he had to learn to be a swan and couldn't get to far from the lake, when cxs becomes a swan he has to teach cxs how to be a swan (fly, swim, honk, poop, eat etc)

-It goes as well as one would expect.

hear me out.. Lucifer x Reader

who has swan like appearances they're beautiful, one of the most beautiful creations out of heaven.

they like to sit by the lake and play with the ducks in the garden, they can even transform into a swan by choice. Lucifer develops a little crush on them while in heaven they do as well. When Lucifer seems them dance they're graceful like a swan

they somehow end up falling into hell, and their soul ends up in the hands of a demon [maybe alastor or an oc demon] they've tried to escape multpie times leading to whenever their owner doesn't need them they'll stay in the form of swan

whenever they the rare small moments to themselves in their normal form, they dance sadly tears in their eyes to then later to only be ruined by the chain appearing around their neck

honestly if it was alaztor he would keep them captive in his room, in their swan form. Using his gators to scare and taunt them.

threatening to feed them to his gators /broadcast their screams as well.

Should I write this

I can imagine their reunion with Lucifer being bittersweet Alastor appearing behind them.

[this is somewhat inspired by this story by sea-bunii where Lucifer saved the reader by breaking their contract with alastor]

Prompt 64

Jaskier has been cursed to turn into a Lark during the day for years now. It makes following his dreams very difficult, what with a lark not being able to carry a lute nor his money pouch, but he just waits to move at night, when the magic turns him back into his human form. Which means he technically has a very awful sleep schedule, but that's not what we're focusing on. Jaskier is sat in a tree one afternoon, trying to sleep, when a horse neighs below him. He peeks down and to his surprise sees a witcher. A witcher! What stories he must have! Jaskier must follow him so that he can ask him questions once he becomes human again! So a very sleepy bird follows after Geralt, twittering and singing all the while. Geralt evidently notices, but ignores the bird for the most part. That is, until the bird lands on Roach's back. Geralt sighs. These birds will stop at nothing... He reaches into his pack, and plucks off a few pieces of bread, and scatters them along the road behind them. He watches as the bird eagerly hops down and pecks at them. Jaskier isn't usually one for eating off the ground, but he's technically a bird right now, and he really mustn't let free food go to waste! It's only after he's finished his banquet that he notices the witcher has ridden off. Oh drat. He'll try and find him that night. When he's not so tired. The next day, Geralt is sat at his camp with Roach, and is surprised to see the same hungry lark as yesterday flying over to sit beside him. Geralt once again shares a bit of his food, and even gets to pet the bird's head. He admits he's grown a fondness for the little lark. That afternoon, just before the sun has set, Geralt is armored up and ready for a fight. Roach is tacked up, he has his potions, his swords, his lark, his oils, hi- Wait, his lark? The lark keeps insisting on following him, until he finally shoos it away with a firm "Don't come. It's dangerous." and the bird seems to understand. Geralt is unnerved at the implications, but he has a contract to attend to first.

Geralt wakes up the next morning, bloody and beaten, no longer high on potions. It was very nearly a pyrrhic victory, it seems. Geralt brushes himself off and looks at his surroundings and sees that the monster and him tore the forest up a bit during their tussle in the night. He's walking back to his camp when he spots it, a fallen tree, and next to it, his lark. Geralt races over, and sees that the tree is pinning the lark to the ground by one of it's wings. The lark opens it's eyes and chirps frantically at him, kicking it's little legs and batting it's free wing erratically. Geralt manages to get the lark unstuck and mends it at camp. He plans to see to the lark's healing, and then release it back into the wild. This is complicated by the lark turning into a man in the middle of his camp later that night.

More notes on this AU!

-In this AU, this is their first kiss, hehe, a very emotional reunion!!

-Cxs caught up in the moment, asks if he can marry lg instead of ql to which lg whole-heartedly agrees since they've been harboring feelings for each other for a while, but they need to first save Lu Guang's kingdom

-This will be difficult, though, because the actual state of Lu Guang's kingdom is unknown since he was the acting ruler (he took over when his grandfather passed in this AU but he was still rather young) but the kingdom shut its borders to outsiders with his 'death' so Ql and Cxs kingdom don't know what's going on and can't enter.

-This is all part of the plan of the faction of nobles (probably Liu Xiao, Li Tianchen, Vein (Haven't decided on Xia Fei yet) who didn't like Lu Guang in charge or the idea of merging the kingdoms under him, they each have their own motives however but came together to overthrow the throne. (Still thinking through this)

-Lu Guang kind of has a vague idea of what's going on because he can use magic to scry, (however while he can use magic, he's not as powerful of a sorcerer and only really knows basic spells but excels at scrying in general).

-He can not break his own spell however, and the spell messes with his own abilities making it harder to maintain a scrying session.

-Cheng Xiaoshi, of course, promises to help Lu Guang save his kingdom and take back the throne however because his kingdom is closed off and he can't enter due to his status as a royal ward, they need to come up with a plan

-At some point, later in the timeline, Cheng Xiaoshi's involvement is found out and he is also cursed as a swan kind of bringing them back to square one
