What’s lost will be found
So, I finally decided to actually post (and finish) one of my works for this fandom. It’s part of the Papadopoulos Fam AU (derived from http://flightfoot.tumblr.com/post/183365981727/so-is-lester-a-being-that-zeus-created-like-did ) and all OCS in this fic belong to @ArtJunkyard. It’ll make sense if you read their fic first ( https://www.fanfiction.net/s/13196036/4/Trials-Of-Apollo-Oneshot-Series ) because every single character here isn’t even cannon. Every. Single. One.
Much to her displeasure, she often misplaced things. A trait she'd shared with her grandmother apparently (her mother often told her stories of that woman always losing her glasses, which nine times out of ten were still on her head.) But she had always been told that no matter what she lost — how insignificant, how small — it would always find its way home.
She just hoped someone would tell her son that.
She'd lost it.
The memory dated way back to when she was merely a child. It was hazy and fractured, like all old memories were, but she could never forget the compassion that burned deep within her mother’s eyes. Or the way she smiled at her, gentle and understanding.
“What’s wrong sweetie?” Her mother had asked, kneeling down so as to look her in the eye. A gentle hand found its way to one of her unruly curls, tucking the loose strand behind her ear. It sent a pang of warmth through her heart, though it wasn’t enough to ease her troubles.
A single tear managed to trek down her cheekbone.
“Teddy,” She mumbled under her breath, almost incomprehensible. “Teddy’s gone.” She was so sure he’d been with her a few moments prior, clutched in her arms so tightly that, had he been a living breathing creature, he would have been sure to suffocate. Yet, all she grasped now was empty air.
Her mother nodded sagely, though the encouraging smile never slipped from her face.
“Not to worry! We’ll retrace our steps, okay?” She stood up, wincing slightly as her knee let out a worrying ‘pop’. Even so, her mother’s attention promptly turned back to her and she laced her calloused hand with her own, still oh so small from youth.
“Thanks Mama,” She said, her voice still small but filled with the faintest trace of hope as the pair of them began to make their way back to where they’d just come from. With her free hand, she began to fiddle with the hem of her skirt. It was a little too fancy for her taste — too many ribbons. But her mother seemed to think she looked adorable in the colour pink.
“Don’t look so worried Susan. Look,” Mother stopped in her tracks, almost sending her toppling on the floor. Her mother laughed, joyful like bells rather than bitter or mean as she reached into her coat pocket (also — if she remembered correctly — pink.) Out of it she retrieved a small, silver object attached to a length of chain. Encrusted in the centre a green jewel glinted, its colour coming close to mirroring her mother’s own eyes.
“It’s a necklace,” She gazed at the object fondly, no doubt recollecting a precious memory of the past. “My mother gave it to me many, many years ago,” She laughed, eyes crinkling at the edges. But, even in that moment, with a face riddled with wrinkles and laugh lines, Susan could have sworn she looked as young as ever.
Her mother hesitantly removed her entwined hand from her own before unclasping the chain. She took either end of it with both of her hands and draped it around her neck. Susan gasped as the metal brushed against the back of her exposed neck, maybe even shivered a little, but she remained speechless even as her mother backed a step away from her. In that moment she almost reminded her of an artist, stepping back to admire their work.
“You look just like her, you know? Ah, um. Nevermind sweetie. I just think she would appreciate you having this. My mother, uhm — your grandmother, she was quite the forgetful soul. Especially in old age. But she would always tell me that whatever she lost, no matter what she lost, it would always turn up one way or another. Often when you least expect it. Just like this necklace.” Her fingers traced over the silver plated necklace, now resting on Susan’s neckline. “I was always losing it… but it came back.”
“Just like your teddy will.”
She’d lost it.
It had to have been around here somewhere, Susan knew. It just had to be.
She knew she must have been a mess. A frantic girl on her hands and knees in a nearly deserted school digging through the contents of a rubbish bin. Must have stank, too, though she had long since grown used to the stench. Either that or the smell was so strong that her nose has given up its ability to smell.
Maybe it was a combination of both.
At long last, her fingers clasped around something smooth, cool, metal and decidedly not yet another mouldy banana peel that had been festering in there for months on end (she really wished people would come and clean their school bins more often.) She yanked it out and, despite it being filthy, she recognised the necklace her mother had given to her when she was just an infant. Susan let out a sigh of relief she hadn’t been aware she’d been holding.
The trinket, even in its battered and worn state, held a firm place in her heart. If those boys had actually managed to…
No.
She wouldn’t dwell on it. All that mattered now was the necklace was still in her hands and she would not by any means let it out of her sight ever again. Ever.
As Susan fastened it around her neck, being mindful to keep her hair out of the way, she heard an inhuman shriek that, had she had her hands free, would have caused her to have thrown her hands over her ears. As it was, she didn’t, and for many years after the incident feared that this very moment ruined her hearing.
She peered around the corner. Her angle was awkward and the way the building jutted out obscured her view. But what she could make out left her heart hammering in her chest. A blur of bronze. A pair of malicious, red eyes that flared with a hatred so intense that nothing human could ever bear it (she’d be having nightmares of those eyes a lot in her foreseeable future.) Though these eyes, the pure image of rage, were reduced to nothing but crumbling ashes by that blur of bronze, that was no doubt now a sword (a sword? In this day and age??), which sliced through the creature if it were nothing more than a slab of warm butter.
Susan never found out who the wielder of that weapon was. She’d already passed out.
She’d lost it.
Now, please remember that she was a level headed person. Was never one to lose her temper. No, she’d call herself a rather calm person.
But these- these girls… they just tipped her over the edge of that metaphorical cliff and straight to the burning pits of hell. Made her lose that temper of hers she, under any normal circumstance, would have had under control.
“Excuse me?” She did not shout. Didn’t even raise her own voice above speaking level. Yet the way she carried her voice through the air, venomous enough that even the room itself seemed to cower at her tone, worked better at carrying the message across than anything the loudest person in the room could have said (which would have been Jonathan. Man, that boy could shout.) “What do you think you're doing?”
Internally though, despite the raging white hot heat that burned from her very core, she couldn’t help but feel the slightest bit smug when she caught sight of how Angela flinched, even if she regained her composure straight afterward.
“What is it Susan?” The dark-haired girl sneered at her, through her eyes never left the sight of the boy before her. He was tall for his age, easily towered Susan, and she was short by no means. She recognised him now, she realised. They only shared one class together but it was hard not to forget that grinning boy that sat in front of her for chemistry.
Except now that smile was gone, wiped clean off his face and instead replaced by one that simply didn’t belong. Somehow, Susan’s blood managed to boil even more than it had been previously. Angela had no right —
“This doesn’t concern you.” For the first time, Angela twisted to look around at her, eyeing her distastefully as if she were a piece of rotting meat that she had allowed to fester. Or a mouldy banana.
Laughter bubbled in her chest, though it tasted bitter and acidic to the tongue. “Doesn’t concern me, huh? You’re one to talk, nosing around in this boy’s personal life, using his father’s uhm… record as material to torment him.” Her eyes flicked back up to the boy who was now staring at her with tears in his eyes. Damn, Angela had gone and made him cry. She opened her mouth yet again to continue admonishing the girl when Angela beat her to it, now glaring at her with complete and utter hatred.
Like the eyes.
She swallowed back a gulp as Angela spoke in that rather frustrating voice of hers, “You think you can lecture me on being nosy? Look at you! You were listening in on our conversation—”
“Sounded more like you were harassing him.”
Angela dutifully ignored her. “—just mind your own business, okay Susan? Not everything is all about you, you know?”
“I never said it was.” She folded her arms, pointed look never wavering from its place on her face. “I just asked you to leave him alone. I don’t appreciate people treating my friends like that.”
Was it her or was that boy tearing up even more than before?
“Sureee,” Angela drawled, “your friend.” She turned back to the boy who flinched under her narrowed gaze. “Remember to have it tomorrow, Thomas. I’d hate for rumours to spread around the school about what your dad does. Especially, if they are true.”
With that, Angela spun on her heel and walked away from the pair of them with her entourage (ugh, how cliché) who repetitively sent amused glances their way. As if this were all just some game, some form of entertainment to keep them preoccupied for the time being. The idea alone made her skin crawl.
“That was pretty cool of you,” Susan turned, a little stunned to hear the boy’s (Thomas’, his name was Thomas) voice for the first time that day. While not at full force, his easygoing smile was back and he was looking at her with — was that admiration? “I would never have been able to stand up to Angela like that! Thanks!”
Her cheeks may have flushed at the praise. “It was no problem — really.” She added the last part on hastily as he opened his mouth to protest. “I hate those girls. Always being so ugh!” She clenched her fists so tightly that her knuckles started transitioning to sheet-white. “And they’re still planning on spreading rumours about you.”
Thomas’ face crumpled, and as much as that made her heart pang, she couldn’t help but notice that like this he held an uncanny resemblance to that of a sad pug.
“Don’t worry, though. They won’t get away with it.”
Thomas blinked in a look of adorable confusion. “How do you know that?”
“Because.” She tried out that encouraging smile her mother always used to give her out for size. “I won’t let them.”
She’d lost it.
“You’ve lost what?” Thomas asked, tucking into a peanut butter, cheese, ham and Oreo sandwich he’d made for himself at the kitchen counter. Personally, she didn’t know how he stood the flavour of the thing. Susan had once taken a (reluctant) bite of it and promptly dashed straight for the bin. She could no longer see Oreos the same way again.
“My Mother’s recipes!” She threw her head into her hands, narrowly avoiding face planting in her very own (non-Oreo filled thankyouverymuch) sandwich. “I’ve looked everywhere at home and I—” She choked out a sob. “I can’t find them!”
“Oh,” Thomas deflated a little and put down his sandwich in favour of twiddling with his hands. “Umm… are you sure you’ve looked everywhere?”
Susan picked herself off of Thomas’ family kitchen table as she rubbed her eyes with the sleeve of her cardigan.
“Yes,” She sniffled. “I’m sure.”
“Urm… why don’t you just, you know, stop looking for it?”
Susan stared at him. Really stared. “Thomas,” She said slowly, a hysteric edge accompanying her tone. “This is my Mother’s cookbook we are talking about. I’m not going to just say ‘oh well, that’s that I guess’ and stop hunting for it.”
“No! No!” He bounced up from his seat, hand instinctively reaching out to her own. “That’s not what I meant at all, Suse. I was talking about what you told me she used to say to you when you were younger. About lost things.”
“That they’ll always turn up? Yes, well I—”
“The other thing. How stuff will come back to you when you least expect it. So just stop looking for it.” He returned back to his sandwich. “You’re bound to find it eventually.”
Susan took her hand from her necklace, only just realising that she had been stroking the jewel as she usually did when she was anxious.
“She did say that, didn’t she?” Her lip twitched upwards. “Thanks Thomas… but that still doesn’t solve the problem of what I’m going to give my uncle Lester for his birthday next week. I wanted to bake him something from the book, but…”
“Why don’t you write your own book, then?”
Susan found herself frowning at him, not for the first time that day. “My… own… book?”
“Yeah!” He grinned, showing off his pearly white teeth. “Your baking is the best. You’ve been doing it for so long… you’re a natural. Making your own recipe book will be a breeze.”
“No offence, but you would eat just about anything,” She retorted, eyeing his lunch. “And I don’t know so much about it being a ‘breeze’. Writing down the correct amounts and temperatures is quite challenging.”
“But if anyone can do it, it’s you Suse. Go for it.”
Her heart caught itself in her throat. What did she do to deserve a guy like this? “Thanks Thomas. I- It’ll try.”
She’d lost it.
Okay, admittedly, it wasn’t her this time doing the losing. And it wasn’t really lost per say. According to her daughter, she knew exactly where the book was. At school. In her drawer. And it was stuck there for the entire weekend, much to her displeasure.
“But I want you to read to me about princess Raven Way.” The six-year-old pouted, once again using her ‘puppy dog eyes’ technique. It was effective.
“Oh Katie,” She soothed, ruffling her fingers through Katie’s hair. “You know I love reading to you at night. But the book is at school. We can’t break in just to get it back.”
It amazed her to no end that her daughter managed to pout even more. “Mummyyy pleaseee. We read the others.”
“Haven’t we already read that book too, though?” She chuckled as Katie grumbled under her breath. “Don’t worry little princess. I’ll see what I can find, okay? Brush your teeth and settle into bed. I’ll be back up soon.”
She placed a sloppy kiss on Katie’s cheek, causing the little girl to dissolve into a fit of giggles and cry out ‘eww!’ as she prodded at the scene of the kiss. Susan only smiled at her second youngest before she headed downstairs to see if she could locate something of her daughter’s interest.
It proved… difficult.
She found crosswords, multiple ‘touch and feel’ books that had once belonged to her eldest son, Lester (named after her favourite uncle) and she’d kept for the multiple children she had had since (and in Cameron’s case, adopted. He wouldn’t let you forget that and always used it as an excuse to get out of his chores as if that even made sense.) She had even come across her Mother’s old cookbook in which she had lost a very long time ago. Fortunately, it had turned up a month after her uncle’s birthday. She had promptly stuck in her own additions to the book (including the chocolate brownies she had made for Lester — uncle Lester that was) and placed it by her bed where she promised never to lose it again. Of course, she lived in another house now. But it still remained at her bedside.
Eventually, after furiously routing around the household, she came across a book from Cameron’s collection (it was rather small. With his dyslexia, he tried to avoid reading on the most part.)
“Do you mind if I borrow this?” She held it up from his shelf.
Cameron furrowed his brow as he looked up from his homework. But the boy, bless his soul, didn’t even question it. “Uhh sure Mum? Go nuts.”
With that, she returned back to Katie who was, as promised, sitting in her bed. Well, if you could call it that. It was more like a mound of pink furry blankets, cushions and sparkly stuffed animals. And as if it wasn’t pink enough? She was surrounded on all sides by fairy lights that her dad, Thomas, had caved into buying for her. With this love of pink and frills, Susan couldn’t help but think that Katie reminded her of her own Mother. They’d have gotten on well.
“I’m back.” She smiled as she sat at the end of Katie’s bed. She fidgeted a little as she began to sink into the bed as if it was one of her own soufflets. At last, when she finally found herself in a position that didn’t have her in any danger of being swallowed whole by a bed, she turned back towards the six-year-old. As per usual, her girl was wearing a pair of glittery pyjamas. It was the rainbow pair and even had a print of wings emblazoned on the back (she was going through that fairy faze.) Katie’s favourite pair.
“Ooooh! What’s that, Mummy?” She pointed at the book clutched in her hands.
“This, little princess, is a book on Greek mythology.”
Katie wrinkled her nose. “Mithigy?”
Susan patted her on the head. “Mythology. It’s… educational.” The only thing she could find in the house. “And makes great bedtime stories!” She’d just have to cut out all of the gore.
Katie didn’t look all that convinced. Even so, she didn’t protest and listened as Susan spoke.
After an hour of telling myths, she glanced over to see that her daughter had fallen into the realms of sleep and was now snoring — a trait she’d attained from her father of course. Man, her husband could snore.
Susan leaned in to kiss the tip of Katie’s nose, though was careful not to waken the little girl. As she pulled away, she froze, the distant echoes of two very, very familiar laughs echoing throughout the landing. Susan had to hold back the urge to groan.
Tyler.
Tyrone.
The youngest members of the family. Twins and definitely their father’s children. Why she had thought it okay to leave the three of them in the same room again? That was just asking for trouble.
Susan clambered up from the bed and switched off the fairy lights. Guess she'd have to deal with the aftermath of whatever had just been unleashed.
Two weeks later after she found out the three t’s of the family (Thomas, Tyler and Tyrone) had taken all of the mugs from the kitchen and scattered them around the front of the house, Susan was approached by Katie.
“Mummy?” She asked, tugging on the hem of her skirt. “Can you make me a costume?”
Susan didn't know if she'd heard her daughter right. Did she just say she needed yet another costume?
“A costume? Sweetie, what for?”
“Just wanna.” She blinked slowly at her, making sure she fluttered her eyelashes. Oh, Susan could already see the anime glitter. “Pretty please!”
As always, Susan proved to be swayed by Katie’s eye fluttering. “Okay then. Another princess I'm guessing?”
“Nah,” She shook her head which made her pigtails jiggle up and down, further emphasising the cuteness that Katie loved to flaunt. “Artemis.”
“Artemis? But… why?”
“She's cool. So can I?”
Susan thought for a moment. “I suppose. I've never been one to sew, though, so I might need to get in touch with one of my friends… but why Artemis?”
“The mimtholigy story was good. And thanks Mummy!”
As she watched her daughter skip away, Susan felt her heart warm. Maybe losing that book (but not really. She got it back after that weekend) wasn't so bad after all. Maybe…
She glanced down at her necklace strung around her neck.
Maybe it was time it found a new owner.
She’d lost him.
Susan hugged her knees, still in her bedroom with the door locked as she had done as a young girl. She - she couldn’t face her family.
Not after this.
Not after she lost him.
Her poor, poor son.
So young. Too young.
“Mum?” The voice was small, fragile, shattered.
Broken.
She wanted to kick herself. Of course she wasn’t suffering with this problem on her own. They had just lost a member of the family, and here she was. Hauled up in her room doing absolutely nothing to help ease the pain everyone else felt. Help stitch up the holes in their hearts.
She had abandoned them when she was needed the most.
Susan leaned over to the door and unlatched the lock, allowing her second oldest son (but he was the oldest now, wasn't he?) to enter the room.
His eyes were rimmed red, no doubt from crying too. They'd been close, Cameron and Lester. Two peas in a pod. Very rarely would you see the duo apart.
“He’s coming back, right Mum? It’s like you always said. All lost things come back. Tell me it’s true — please.”
All lost things come back.
She wanted to laugh. Wanted to cry. Maybe do a bit of both. Because deep down that traitorous part of her knew, truly knew that her son was gone.
Her baby boy. The one always there to help the family and give comfort wherever he could. The first person who helped her realise that, no, she wasn’t crazy when she thought she saw monsters and strange, unexplainable things — because he saw them too.
But this time? What she lost would not be coming back.
Thanks for reading (seriously, thank you for spending time reading my stuff!) :))
^ Also, that’s Susan.

I’ve had a lot of fun recently coming with with female mercenary characters for TF2. I really liked where the concept art was going with making them all individual characters rather than simply “if the characters were women”
The design style is fantastic for distinct simplicity so I tried limiting myself to basic colours and shapes to make these
and I’m pretty confident they pass the silhouette test!
Character names/bios under the cut!
Heavy
Name: Marie Jarrett
Age: Mid 30s-40s
Height: 6’5
Nationality: American (Hawai’i)
Bio: Raised in Hawai’i, growing up she developed more and more drastic measures to fend off the tourists swarming her home. Land mines, electric gates, guard dogs, none could stop them for long until she picked up her trusty minigun to send her message. But even still, she hears the click of cameras in the night.
Eventually, she left her home to explore the world. Enthralled with the image of seeing different wonders across different countries, she’s always disappointed. She’s travelled every continent and still finds nothing that lives up to her expectations. No place, no person. She’s outgoing and open to new experiences, only she usually hates them.
Mercenary life is a great opportunity to earn money, see sights, meet new people and kill them after they don’t meet your expectations. She hates New Mexico and takes every opportunity to destroy the buildings and insult her employer’s tastes. She finds some people she tolerates within the mercenaries as she hasn’t yet visited where they live. However much she hides it, she has a deep, instinctual fear of the Engineer.
Soldier
Name: Linda Smith
Age: Early 40s
Height: 5’10
Nationality: Canadian
Bio: Canada’s perfect woman… or so she claims. The star of war propaganda posters and clearly decided for the role because of her great tactical assets. She’s there to motivate people into the fight. To spread the glory of Canada and inspire her allies. She believes she has higher orders than anyone else she’s working for (ignoring the fact she hasn’t heard from them for a good few years) and is determined to follow them to the letter. She may have lost the letter but she remembers it good enough.
She represents the ideals of Canada: polite, friendly, apologetic, and pacifistic. None of these are contradicted by how she throws around rockets. That’s not what Canada means. She’s superior to everyone around her and graciously educates them on how to improve through example. She loves her French and British allies and will kindly tell the Americans how to be better.
She’s motivating and actually fairly competent, it’s just that competency might be misdirected. She’s damn good at rocket jumping, shooting her shotgun, and supporting her team, it’s just that you really need to get it in her head when she’s meant to be doing it.
Scout
Name: Patricia “Pat” Herald
Age: 50s-60s
Height: 5’4
Nationality: English
Bio: In her years, Patricia has learnt fear… and she’s learnt to laugh in its face. She wakes up at the crack of dawn, ready to leave at the drop of a hat, boots polished and laced the night before. Her years have taught her that with a gun and Jeremy by her side, she can survive!
The postal route of Appleby-in-Westmorland.
She’s been chased by geese, dogs, cows, elderly ladies, and when her postal route had her delivering post during the war, she developed a taste for blood. Nothing will stop her from delivering her post on time. Every day before 6am, every postbox will have their letters and parcels. One chucked across barbed wire, another house jumped over a river, another house miles into the country with dogs on her heels, she WILL get there and she’ll get there FAST.
But after a couple of decades, she needs a change of scenery, and the Gravels wars are just the holiday she’s needed. With her trusty black and white cat by her side (ignoring the yowling and scratches) she reckons it’ll be great time to enjoy herself.
Quotes: “Oh, hello, Human Jeremy.”
“Bloody fucking Ethel! Building her house out in the country… surrounded by bloody hills and rivers!”
Pyro
Name: Nikephoros Papadopoulos
Age: Late 20s
Height: 5’11
Nationality: Greek
Bio: Survival of the fittest. Nature gives and nature taketh away. If you’re not prepared for that, well, Pyro is more than happy to teach you the lesson. They embody the old values of the Greek gods: f*ck or fire. She indulges her every whim and unfortunately for the people around her it often involves arson.
One year for the Olympic games, she was given the noble title of torchbearer. On complete coincidence, the Olympics shifted to primarily water sports. Underwater sprints became the hot new trend!
She’s merry and chatty, never missing the opportunity to talk to other people about herself and her world view. She can’t wait to spread her gospel to help other people improve themselves (though she always gets a laugh out of those who go out screaming in the flames). She can’t help it if she has a sadistic side.
Engineer
Name: Mikawo Kojima
Age: Early 20s
Height: 5’0
Nationality: Japanese
Bio: Japan’s early-rising industrial revolutions in technology are best exemplified in Mikawo, a young upstart determined to rise to the top, learning everything she can and building the best of the best. Unfortunately, she’s never been the most creative but when you happen upon other people’s blueprints and happen to construct them first, what does it matter who came up with the “concept”?
At first, she appears to be every bit the quiet and demure young woman people expect, only when silk hides steel, that steel is a massive automatic sentry gun. She’s motivated by a distinct contempt for the people who get in her way. Especially those who try to be better than her. She enjoys the flexibility of English, especially the cusses, and she has no reservations about swearing up a storm, even if she still refuses to give a straight rejection, preferring instead to give a small “I’ll think about it.”
Quotes: “This GUN is fair use on your head!”
Demo
Name: Qingzhao Zeng
Age: Late 40s
Height: 5’3
Nationality: Chinese
Bio: The Zeng family has a long-standing family trade in demolitions and explosives, traced down the line all the way to the Song dynasty. Luckily, Qingzhao has sisters so, you know, it’s not all that important. She doesn’t even have to stop smoking and drinking. She hasn’t blown herself up (that much) so clearly, it’s working. Precision is for other people to worry about. She’s apathetic to a T, having seen everything. Measurements come from the heart. A pinch of gunpowder there, a splash of paint there.
Her family has a deep-seated rivalry with the DeGroots. Long ago in ancient China, a Zeng matriarch woke up in a cold sweat, a message from the stars to let them know of their Scottish rivals. Due to being a continent away from each other, the families have actually met each other only a handful of times, but the hatred needs to be kept up because, what if?
Turns out, Qingzhao has met Tavish even before finding employment under the Mann brothers. One drunken night, the two of them had a short, whirlwind friendship, sharing secrets and declaring each other to be their best friends. Luckily for them, they both forgot the night, merrily hating each other as tradition dictates. However, headaches and flashes of this terrible night haunt them both. Could they really get over centuries of hate and become friends?
Absolutely not.
Sniper
Name: Ansa Aaltonen
Age: 27
Height: 6’2
Nationality: Finnish
Bio: Snow. Sugar. Cocaine. Her life is run by many white powders. Ansa is a professional sniper, with a sharp eye and a steady hand… when she isn’t also high as a kite, lost in the snowy wilderness of Finland and screeching to the sky. When you’re up in the dark and cold, you need something to give you a little pep in your step. It just so happens Ansa liked having a bit more pep than most.
She’s there for a THRILL. There’s nothing better to get your heart pumping at 200 beats per second than a good headshot, embracing the chill, and a hit of sugar. She no longer feels the cold or heat or even pain, shrugging it off until she collapses. It just makes her feel alive. She’s efficient, fast, and determined to get her kicks.
She has an unusual taste, living off fermented fish and tree bark. To most people around the Finnish wilderness, she’s nothing more than an urban legend, but she’s very real and she’s looking for some excitement, happily found in employment in the Gravel wars.
Spy
Name: Yvonne Pleshette [Real name N/A]
Age: 30s
Height: 5’8
Nationality: American (California)
Bio: The silver screen calls to his woman and she’s happy to answer. She trains herself to act in every possible role she can, having a wide range of accents, body languages, and backstories. To truly test herself, she gave up her identity long ago. Lately she’s been going by the name “Yvonne.”
The world of Hollywood is cutthroat and full of backstabbers so she learnt to cut throats and stab backs. While some people tell her the terms are metaphorical, nothing else has given her more roles. Living the mercenary life is simply gathering research for her roles (and earning some much-needed money in the process).
She presents herself as a classic film star, despite being a minor name at best, mostly because she’s always changing it. She has high standards but a cheapskate personality. She’s a bit of a bitch, happily criticising others, especially if they’re working with her. What can she say? She’s a diva.
[Slutshames other spy]
Quotes: “Ugh, actors these days, they know nothing about getting into character. They still have names.”
“’AHHHHH—’ Wait, no. Once more from the top. Scream in agony.”
Medic
Name: Susan Monks
Age: 30-40s
Height: 5’7
Nationality: American (New Jersey)
Bio: The American Healthcare system. Is there a more glorious sight? The exploitation of pain. The money. The debt. The fear it strikes into the entire population it’s designed to help. To Susan, there’s nothing better. She squeezes every last drop from the people she helps, working on a purely transactional lifestyle. She’ll never help someone unless she has all of their insurance information and the payment secure in her bank, and god forbid she ever accept help. It’s not like she can afford her own prices.
She’s very self-aware of her own corruption and proud of it, though she refuses to be exploited in the same way, suspicious of anything “free” but also doing her best not to pay for anything.
That said, she doesn’t much care for how good a job she does. In her eyes, asking for surgery is one thing. Asking for successful surgery is another. 2 Years Ago from the RollerCoaster...Follow the Facts... Read Between The Intentional MSM Distortion Tactics... They Don’t Want You to Understand. Comprehension once absorbed leads to an Awakening and Informed Resistance and if We Did Not Have Trump, The Patriots Behind Him and a very sophisticated well planned tactical dissemination ... We would be in Full Revolt...🏴☠️
We know German bank records prove the fake Russian dossier was paid for by funding from the DNC and Hillary campaign. The funding went through the law firm of Perkins-Coie and managing partner Marc Elias to Fusion GPS and on to Christopher Steele. Russian and British Intelligence were feeding Steele disinformation. There were reporters on the DNC and Hillary campaign payroll who was revealed in the recent FISA application.
We know that the Senate Intelligence Committee (filled with corruption) leaked classified information to the media. We know the top security person on the Committee was having an affair with a New York Times reporter.
We know John McCain was a bag man for distributing the phony dossier.
We know that the dossier and Yahoo News story plus a letter from Harry Reid that originated from the dossier were the basis of all the FISA warrant applications.
We know the FBI paid Steele directly also, in addition to what he got from Fusion.
We know FBI guy Strzok told his girlfriend he would stop Trump. We know that Strzok's father was an Iranian sympathizer and Strzok was raised in Iran and trained by the CIA.
We know the dossier was unverified, not obtained through U.S. intelligence activities, and paid for by the DNC and Hillary campaign. We know neither fact was disclosed to the Court or to Trump as a candidate, as President-elect, or as President. The release of the FISA application proves the FISA Judge was not told this before he approved the warrant to spy on Trump and his associates based on the phony dossier.
We know that the Michael Isikoff story on Yahoo News which was used as partial justification for the warrants was leaked to Isikoff by Chris Steele directly.
We know that Strzok and Page spoke of an insurance policy in case Trump was elected, and they spoke of it in Andrew McCabe's office. Many believe the insurance policy was the Mueller investigation.
We know that James Clapper testified that Obama personally called for a counter-intelligence investigation into Trump.
We know the warrants also named George Papadopoulos and the Trump Campaign in addition to Carter Page. We know that when Trump said that Obama was surveilling him at Trump Tower and the media laughed, that he was being surveilled.
We know that Susan Rice and Samantha Power unmasked over a hundred people recorded in the surveillance.
We know that Lisa Page texted to Peter Strzok that "POTUS wants to know everything we're doing."
We know Obama knew all about Russian meddling, Trump had no idea, and Team Obama did nothing to stop it or tell anyone.
We know Comey pre-exonerated Hillary and granted immunity to five senior advisers and two IT staff who wiped her server.
We know Obama wrote to Hillary on her private server using an alias even though he claimed not to know about it.
We know the DNC via Bob Creamer staged every act of violence at Trump rallies.
We know the DNC rigged and stole the primary from Bernie for Hillary.
We know there was a shredding party at Obama's State Department one weekend.
We know Comey leaked his classified notes to the New York Times.
We know that Comey did not tell Trump the truth about the dossier.
We know that the warrants were renewed multiple times without any updated information (i.e. surveillance yielded nothing).
We know McCabe leaked and lied about it and that he was compromised by the large donation from Hillary bagman Terry McAuliffe to his wife's Democratic Virginia Senate campaign.
We know that Carter Page is not a spy as he was never charged and the surveillance ended.
We know Lynch and Bill Clinton met inappropriately in Phoenix two days before Comey exonerated Hillary. We know Lynch was lying when she said she did not know what Comey was going to say before he said it.
We know Lynch personally issued an extraordinary visa waiver to Putin Stoogette Natalia Veselnitskaya after she was denied a visa in Moscow so she could get in to attend the staged meeting at Trump Tower with the President's son and son-in-law. And that shortly thereafter she was a front-row guest at a Congressional hearing, sitting next to Obama's Ambassador to Russia.
We know piles of cash flowed to the Clintons after the sale of Uranium One. We know Bob Mueller had uncovered massive Russian corruption with regard to U. S. uranium BEFORE the sale, that Eric Holder knew about it and signed off anyway, and that the Maryland prosecutor who sat on the charges until the sale was complete was Rod Rosenstein.
We know that President Trump asked Rod Rosenstein to be Deputy AG. We know Robert Mueller met with President Trump after he fired Comey. After Sessions recused himself, Rosenstein was in charge of the Mueller investigation.
We know that George Papadopoulos was baited and hooked by Alexander Downer, and invited to London to allow Downer to get him drunk and report it to the FBI, which is why Papadopoulos was named in the warrants, and that Downer had just overseen the Australian $11M donation to the Clinton Foundation.
We know Peter Strzok was personal friends with Judge Rudy Contreras, a FISA judge and the one who accepted the Flynn plea before he was recused without explanation. We know Lisa Page planned a fake dinner party so Peter and Rudy could talk without arousing suspicion.
We know Brennan and Clapper were part and parcel of the whole thing. Clapper's starting to blame Obama now and calls him the kingpin behind the investigation.
We know that a former CIA pit bull who worked for HW Bush and went to school with Bill Clinton was an FBI informant, hired by Obama, to spy on the Trump campaign.
We know that Stzok's wife got a promotion at the SEC.
We know Rod Rosenstein's wife is a Clinton attorney.
We know dozens of wealthy Silicon Valley and Never Trumpers like Ryan, McConnell, and Graham met at Sea Island in March 2016 to stop Trump. They failed.

DOJ Looks to Discredit Durham Report
LOS ANGELES (OnlineColumnist.com), July 24, 2021.--President Joe Biden’s Justice Department under Atty. Gen. Merrick Garland braces for a controversial report by former U.S. Atty., currently Special Counsel John Durham (R-Conn.), tasked by former Atty. Gen. Bill Barr of looking into former FBI Director James Comey’s counterintelligence investigation into former President Donald Trump. Not one Democrat and no one in the press complained about Comey’s illegal coutnerintelligence investigation into Trump and his 2016 campaign, hoping to prevent him from becoming president, but, once president, to remove him from office. Comey thought nothing of going to the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act [FISA] Court to obtain warrants to wiretap Trump campaign officials George Papadopoulos and Carter Page, both of whom have been completely cleared of any wrongdoing, despite intrusive and criminal government spying.
Former National Security Agency Atty. Susan Hennessey has been promoted in Biden’s Justice Department expressed openly extreme prejudice against Barr and Durham’s investigation. Hennessey had no problem at all with Comey’s counterintelligence investigation into Trump and the 2016 presidential campaign, believing Trump’s ties to the Russia warranted the counterintelligence investigation. Sen. Chuck Grassley (R-Iowa) and Sen. Ron Johnson (R-Wis.) both demanded an answer from Garland that Durham’s report, once it surfaced, will be given all the benefit of the doubt without Hennessey discrediting the report. Durham already indicted former Justice Department Atty. Kevin Clinesmith for altering a document Comey used for the FISA Court. Clinesmith pled guilty to one count of document tampering, resulting in the FISA court getting duped.
Democrats and the press are dreading Durham’s report because it could shed light on egregious abuses inside the Obama Justice Department. Obama was present at Jan. 5, 2017 Oval Office meeting with all the president’s men looking to investigate Trump and his campaign staff. Durham’s report could indict Comey for lying to the FISA Court to get warrants to wiretap Trump campaign officials. No one knows how far up the chain-of-command Durham’s report can go, including implicating former President Barack Obama and former Vice President now President Joe Biden. Both actively participated in a Jan. 5, 2017 meeting with former CIA Director John Brennan, Comey, former National Security Adviser Susan Rice, Deputy Atty. Gen. Sally Yates, former FBI Agent Peter Strzok, etc., all to set up former National Security Adviser Lt. Gen. Michael Flynn in a perjury trap.
Durham was tasked by Barr as Special Counsel to turn the tables on the now defunct Mueller investigation that spent $40 million and 22-months investigating Trump’s alleged ties to the Kremlin. Mueller knew, like all others alleging Trump’s Russian collusion, that the allegations made in former Secretary of State Hilary Rodham’s Clinton’s “Steele dossier” were completely bogus, yet Comey used the fake data to dupe the FISA Court to get warrants to wiretap Trump campaign officials. Not one Democrat or their friends in the press questioned the dossier, knowing full-well that the allegations made by Steele were completely fake. When push-came-to-shove, and Steele was asked under oath in Court to produce his underlying sources to the allegations, he told the court April 24, 2020, that he destroyed all the sources and sub-sources, meaning nothing verified the wild allegations against Trump.
Grassley and Johnson want a reassurance from Garland that Hennessey will not attempt to discredit the Durham Report consistent with her stated bias. Durham’s report could include indictments of Comey and Brennan for their involvement in exploiting the FISA Court to secure warrants under false premises to wiretap Trump campaign officials. When Clinesmith deleted Carter Page’s work for the CIA, it fooled the FISA Court into granting Comey’s request as FBI Director for permission to wiretap. “Durham has made abundantly clear that in a year and a half, he hasn’t come up with anything. I guess this kind of partisan silliness become characteristic of Barr’s legacy. But unclear to me why Durham would want to go along with it,” Hennessey tweeted in Dec. 2020. Garland should remove Hennessey from any involvement in the Durham probe and eventual report.
Hennessey should question why the CIA and FBI were so committed to investigating Trump when they knew Hillary’s Steele dossier was completely fabricated. Sen. John McCain (R-Az.), a bitter enemy of Trump’s, hand delivered the Steele dossier to Comey, hoping to give him probable cause to launch a counterintelligence investigation. What’s most ironic is that after Trump fired Comey May 9, 2017 for rampant leaking fake stories to the press, the press went wild charging Trump with “obstruction of justice.” How ironic that the press hounded the DOJ to appoint a Special Counsel, pressuring former Deputy Atty. Gen. Rod Rosenstein to appoint Mueller May 17, 2017 Special Counsel when Rosenstein knew that Hillary’s Steele dossier was totally fake. Hennessey’s cynical manipulation of the facts does everything to protect corrupt Democrats and their surrogates in the press

The information that came to light on Monday — the indictment of President Trump’s former campaign manager Paul Manafort and campaign official Rick Gates, and the guilty plea entered by former Trump foreign policy adviser George Papadopoulos — was a significant step in the ongoing investigation into Russian interference in the 2016 election and the possibility that Russia colluded with President Trump’s campaign. But you wouldn’t know it from the reactions of Republican senators. We looked at senators’ official statements, interviews and social media posts, and we were able to find comments from just 15 of the 52 GOP senators.1
When Republican senators did weigh in, it was to assert that special counsel Robert Mueller’s investigation must be allowed to be completed. For example, in an interview with Fox News, South Carolina Sen. Lindsey Graham — who has co-authored legislation aimed at making it harder for Trump to fire Mueller — said there would be “holy hell to pay” if Trump tried to fire Mueller without cause, but “no politician should be afraid of the American legal system working its will.”
Every comment we found save one — from Sen. Marco Rubio — amounted to “let the investigation finish.” Rubio emphasized to TMZ that charges against Manafort involved conduct that took place before the campaign. That response was the most Trump-friendly we could find.
Republican senators who reacted to the charges against Manafort, Gates and Papadopoulos

Including statements issued by senators’ spokespeople or offices
None of the senators echoed the Trump administration’s argument that Papadopoulos was a low-level campaign staffer or that the investigation should focus on Hillary Clinton.
A number of Democratic senators voiced support for Mueller’s continued investigation and mentioned how serious the allegations were. But the GOP response is the important one here — the extent to which Republicans in Congress, particularly the Senate, stand with Trump could have a big effect on the policy agenda and the president’s political future. You could read their muted response to Monday’s news as good for Trump; Republicans weren’t attacking the president, after all. But they weren’t exactly supporting him either. No Republican senators disparaged Mueller’s investigation, for example, even though administration allies have been pushing that line of attack.
In other words, these are Republican elected officials and a Republican president — anything short of clear support is likely a problem for the White House.

Where these 4 top VCs are investing in manufacturing
Even though it’s a vast sector in the midst of transformation, manufacturing is often overlooked by early-stage investors. We surveyed top VCs in the industry to gather their perspectives on the challenges and opportunities facing manufacturing.
Traditionally, manufacturing companies are capital-intensive and can be slow to implement new technology and processes. The investors in the survey below acknowledge the long-standing barriers facing founders in this space, yet they see large opportunities where startups can challenge incumbents.
These investors noted that the pandemic is bringing overnight change in the manufacturing world; old rules are being rewritten in the face of worker safety, remote work and the need for increased automation. According to Eclipse Ventures founder Lior Susan, “COVID-19 has exposed the systemic vulnerabilities inherent to manufacturing and supply chain and, as such, significant opportunities for innovation. The market was lukewarm for a long time — it’s time to turn up the heat.”
Lior Susan, founder and managing partner, Eclipse Ventures.
Ajay Agarwal, Bain Capital.
Greg Papadopoulos, venture partner, NEA.
Dayna Grayson, co-founder and general partner, Construct Capital.
Lior Susan, Eclipse Ventures
What trends are you most excited about in manufacturing from an investing perspective?
Digital solutions that offer manufacturers greater agility and resilience will become major areas of focus for investors. For example, manufacturers still reliant on manual assembly were unable to build products when factories closed due to the coronavirus lockdown. While nothing would have kept production at 100%, the ability to quickly pivot and engage software-defined processes would have allowed manufacturing lines to continue building with a skeleton crew (especially important for any facility required to implement social distancing). Such systems have remote monitoring capabilities and computer vision systems to flag defeats in real-time and halt production if necessary.

https://www.thegatewaypundit.com/2020/05/electronic-communication-used-launch-fbis-crossfire-hurricane-spy-operation-trumps-2016-campaign-finally-declassified-released/
Conservative watchdog group Judicial Watch announced Wednesday it obtained the infamous “electronic communication” used to launch the scam counter-intel spy op on President Trump’s 2016 campaign.
In July of 2016, Peter Strzok opened a counterintel investigation into Trump’s camp dubbed “Crossfire Hurricane” on suspicions (based on no evidence) that the Russians had infiltrated Trump’s circle.
For years the DOJ and FBI have resisted the release of this EC, and now we know why! It revealed the entire spying operation was a scam!
The “electronic communication” that launched Crossfire Hurricane was written by Peter Strzok and obtained by Judicial Watch as the result of a FOIA lawsuit.
TRENDING: BREAKING: Susan Rice's Team Confirms She Was Directed By White House Counsel to Write January 20, 2017 Email About Secret Oval Office Meeting
The document was declassified and released with redactions.
The EC reveals Peter Strzok opened Crossfire Hurricane based on third-hand information that the Russian government “had been seeking prominent members of the Donald Trump campaign in which to engage to prepare for potential post-election relations should Trump be elected U.S. President.”
Peter Strzok also alleged Trump campaign foreign policy advisor George Papadopoulos claimed to an unnamed individual that “they (the Russians) could assist the Trump campaign with the anonymous release of information during the campaign that would be damaging to Hillary Clinton.”
“It was unclear whether he [Papadopoulos] or the Russians were referring to material acquired publicly of [sic] through other means. It was unclear how Mr. Trump’s team reacted to the offer. We note the Trump team’s reaction could, in the end, have little bearing of what Russia decides to do, with or without Mr. Trump’s cooperation.”

WE THE PEOPLE MAKE OFFICIAL CHARGES OF 28 COUNTS OF TREASON
The Anonymous Patriots have written extensively about Comey and Mueller’s crimes, but this is the first time we are listing crimes they have committed under the protection of “National Security” which were, in fact, crimes against America. With this internet posting, We the People are officially charging them with these crimes and we demand that military tribunals be set up to prosecute these traitors.
After you read this, please make your own official charge to the appropriate authorities for those listed in this citizen intelligence report. Make sure to send a copy to the Department of Justice and the White House. Please forward this link through your social media networks to wake up other patriots.
Many of these crimes have been reported on extensively by the American Intelligence Media. A suggested reading list is attached at the bottom of the report.
COMEY’S SPIES – MUELLER’S LIES
When you say the Mueller Investigation, please remember it is actually the Comey Investigation to Impeach as it was called by Peter Strzok and Lisa Page, two of the key FBI members of a team that Comey led through Bill Priestap’s counterintelligence department which is protected by a “National Security” blanket that allows them to conduct top secret “operations.”
From July, 2016, on to this day, Trump has been under attack from the small group, the Trump operation, the secret society, the investigation to impeach, the Carter Page Dossier group, the George Papadopoulos FBI Counterintelligence operation, as it was called by Peter and Lisa in the 372 of the 50,000 text messages released so far.
Peter and Lisa went on to lead the Mueller Investigation which was also aided and supported by other members of the Investigation to Impeach, which essentially became a group we call The Leaders of the Coup d’etat, or the Treasonous Traitors. Any name you give this group, it is still a Witchhunt that has turned into a George Soros style Regime Change.
Most people don’t understand that the Mueller Investigation to Overthrow a Sitting President, is slowing down because Mueller and Comey have been so desperate to cover their criminal trails that they have made horribly stupid mistakes all along the path to STOP TRUMP at any cost. Now, their continuing efforts have become TREASON against the United States of America.
This is a very large conspiracy, the like of which America has never seen before. When we simply list the criminals that have already been fingered, the seeming just outcome would place two past-presidents in jail. This is clearly evident in Susan Rice’s text message discovered and released by the Senator Grassley that shows Susan writing an alibi for herself that also clearly shows that Obama, Biden, Sally Yates, and Susan herself were all fully aware that Comey was conducting a coordinated attack against Trump with the fake Christopher Steele Dossier.
They all knew that the Dossier was paid for by John Podesta and the Democratic National Committee (DNC) and Hillary Clinton’s Victory campaign through Marc Elias to Fusion GPS.
In December of 2015, when the Democratic National Committee’s server and emails were “breached” not “hacked”, John Podesta realized what was inside of those messages and he knew he needed an alibi. Wikileaks shows the Hillary campaign had done an assessment of her weak points and the one that would “take her down” was her connection to the Russians, especially her criminal participation in Uranium One.
Thus, the DNC made a plan that involved James Comey running a multi-prong attack against Trump accusing Trump of being in collusion with Putin personally and demonstrating that Putin is interfering in the presidential election to help Trump win.
THE BIGGER THE LIE – THE EASIER IT IS TO BELIEVE IT.
We have seen this happen with the FBI undercover agent who busted the Uranium One criminal take-over of American uranium and the subsequent pay-offs to Hillary & Bill. The scheme the DNC concocted was amazingly bold and filled with disinformation and spin. James Comey threw every resource he had available to him at the FBI at the smear campaign against Trump.
Here is a list of crimes Comey committed in his attempt to help Hillary and Podesta win the White House and continue the Obama dismantling and fleecing of America.
Around December 15, 2016 – Comey responses to Podesta and Hillary and joins the DNC efforts to create a “cover story” for both the recent DNC server and email breaches and the need to create a narrative that covers Hillary’s Russian associations and the Uranium One pay-offs. Remember that Comey and Mueller are part of the Uranium One criminal assault on American uranium resources. Mueller carried yellow cake uranium to Putin for Hillary before Putin would agree to buy Uranium One through Rosatom.
The DNC, with the help of Alexandra Chalupa, decides to have her friend from the Atlantic Council, Dimitri Alperovitch come and “place” Russian hacking footprints in the DNC server to blame the “hacking” on Russians who are trying to support Trump.
Alexandra Chalupa offers to return to Ukraine and create a “ledger” that proves that Paul Manafort took $27 million in illegal payments for the work he did in Ukraine for Viktor Yanukovych when Manafort worked for him as a lobbyist. Podesta & Hillary knew that Roger Stone, Paul Manafort’s partner in the most powerful lobbyist group in Washington D. C., had already groomed Trump to become president and they had to take out both Stone and Manafort – and eventually did just that.
Comey creates the Russian Dossier Plan (Page Dossier) which would utilize his long-time FBI undercover employee, Carter Page as the fall-guy who supposedly was indicated as the go-between for Trump and Putin. According to the Page Dossier, Page will get paid money from a Russian oil company and Trump will be paid through Alpha Bank in Russian by Putin-friendly oligarchs who will also be implicated in election “meddling” that supports Trump and harms Hillary.
Comey targets Manafort in the Page Dossier because Comey knows that Manafort has been under investigation by the FBI, CIA, ODNI and US Treasury OIA since 2005, and it will be easy to use FBI resources to “surveil” Trump through the already existing warrants being used to monitor Paul Manafort 24/7.
Comey gets a FISA warrant on Carter Page by using a FISA Title-I warrant claiming that Carter Page is a known Russian spy. This gives Comey complete surveillance of the Trump team once Page joins the Trump team in January of 2016. Roger Stone and Manafort were on board with making Trump president from the beginning. Manafort is the “President Maker” who ran the campaign financing for Ford, Reagan, and Bush Sr. and then successfully got Trump through the Electoral College vote when many thought Trump would not make it. Hillary used Podesta, the other “President Maker” who runs the second most powerful lobbyist group in D. C., the Podesta Group, which collapsed under Mueller’s investigation because Tony Podesta was found to be as guilty as Manafort and Gates.
Comey opens an extensive FBI investigation into Donald Trump and his father’s backgrounds. This report was posted on the FBI site for a short time and it stated there was no dirt found on the Trump family. Comey struck out on this one and knew he had to take his game up a notch.
Comey calls in his rear-guard, good ole Felix Sater, a criminal Russian Comey has made an undercover agent long ago after Felix almost killed a person in a NYC bar-room fight. Sater has been convicted multiple times since becoming an FBI stooge. Felix penetrated the Trump camp when Mueller first heard Trump might run in 2000 when Roger Stone and others encouraged him to do so. Felix brought Trump Russian investors for the Trump Soho Towers and Felix has been foisting himself upon Trump ever since. Felix has been used repeatedly by Comey/Mueller over the years though it doesn’t seem to reach the news nor has Felix been questioned by the Mueller Investigation to Impeach Team. Felix Sater is the definition of Russian Meddling in the Election.
Comey had Felix Sater on June 9, 2016, set up the “fake opposition research” meeting with Natalia Veselnitskaya, Rinat Akhmetshin, Rob Goldstone, Ike Kaveladze, and the Trump Team including Manafort through whose phone they surveilled the meeting. Comey worked with the State Department to let the Russian’s have a special visa – because Natalia, Rob, and Rinat were well-known Russian spies who were allowed into the country under false pretenses. This attempted entrapment of the Trump Team by Comey was obvious because the text messages and content of the meeting was “leaked” to the press shortly after. Trump Jr. quickly sent out all of the texts and was transparent about the silly meeting thus defusing yet another Comey attack.
Comey had Felix Sater continue to involve the Trump team with anything Russian, including a trip to Moscow with two members of the Trump team to consider building a Trump Towers in Moscow, Georgia, and the Crimea. Nothing came of it.
Comey approached and paid Franklin Foer, from Slate news agency, to supposedly “discover by accident” a direct line of communication between the “Trump Towers and Alpha Bank in Russia” that was supposedly sending money to Trump from three friends of Putin. Foer ran two articles as “October Surprises” to take down Trump at the last minute of the election with “proof” Trump was in bed with Putin. This “Trump Tower Server” was supposed to be the icing on the cake of the Page Dossier showing the big pay-off mechanism.
On October 21, 2016 Comey gets the Page Dossier under false pretenses, lies, and a complex set of conspiracies. The Page Dossier is the “insurance policy” Strzok and Page text about that was the last resort to take Trump down and get Hillary elected. Comey came out immediately and debunked the Trump Tower server saying it was probably an advertisement campaign ran by a company for Trump that works in Florida and has nothing to do with Trump. Comey had to do this because Foer released too much information and used too many IT experts who eventually said it was fake. Comey had to distance himself from the Trump Towers server because that part of his Page Dossier got proven to be a fraud.
The Page Dossier was never supposed to be published and that is why Comey worked through the number one propaganda group, Fusion GPS, a criminal cabal of x-journalists used by the most corrupt people in the world. Comey had Glen Simpson, one of the owners of Fusion, to work with Christopher Steele, the “Foreign Agent” x-British spy who compiled the Page Dossier from numerous sources and came to America to “brief” CNN, Washington Post, New York Times, Mother Jones, and Yahoo News (all complicit in the conspiracy) on the fake contents of the Dossier so they could run fake news stories. Steele testified in one on his four law suites concerning the Dossier that it was only meant for the eyes of his clients. His client was John Podesta’s DNC and Hillary’s Victory Campaign through Perkins Coie and Marc Elias (all complicit in the conspiracy). The “clients” of Steele’s Page Dossier at first claimed they knew nothing of the $12 million Page Dossier (which should be called the DNC Dossier) or who paid for it – they perjured themselves in their testimony. When Buzzfeed, who was probably given a copy by John McCain, printed the Page Dossier, all hell broke loose and Comey lost control of all of his many fronts that were attacking Trump. Thus, Comey’s conspiracy turned into a mess. All of the plans were poorly thought out and pathetically executed and were considered just a “back up plan” because they were all quite certain that Hillary would win.
Comey made sure the Sidney Blumenthal inspired and Cody Shearer created dossier(“Shearer Dossier”) got included into the Christopher Steele Page Dossier. This Shearer Dossier, combined what Burce Ohr (DoJ direct contact with Steele) got from his wife Nellie Ohr’s Fusion GPS “opposition research” into a “Fusion GPS Dossier” of its own. Comey made sure Bruce Ohr gave Steele a copy of the Fusion GPS Dossier as well as the previous DNC opposition research they had done on Trump before December 2015 – called the “DNC Server’s Trump Oppositional Research Folder”, which was released by Wikileaks. There was also the FBI research done on Trump in January, 2016, which we have mentioned above. That FBI file and another file from John Brennen, the person who admits to first receiving “intel” about Trump and Putin. Some claim Brennen spent $100,000.00 as an initial payment of $1 million for Trump opposition research which included an alleged video of Trump in a hotel room with prostitutes. No such tape ever surfaced.
Comey helped the DNC, Hillary, and Christopher Steele to create the Page Dossierand set the wheels in motion to create a number of situations to “frame” the Trump Team with Russian connections, including: the Trump Towers server, getting the Russian spy Veselnitskaya (and company) into the country for the Trump Team entrapment and “framing”, Carter Page infiltrating the Trump Team, Alexandra Chalupa creating the Manafort fake ledger, Alperovitch planting the Russian footprints in the DNC server, Andrew McCabe’s release of M-13 gang members and the death of Seth Rich, arresting Yevgeniy Nikulin in Prague to set up Michael Cohen as bag-man for Putin pay-offs, FBI investigation of Trump and his father, Felix Sater’s many attempts to frame the Trump Team as Russian friendly, among other
Comey had Felix Sater (his Russian spy and undercover employ) accuse Michael D. Cohen, Trump’s lawyer, of brokering a plan to lift sanctions from Russian in an attempt to make Cohen appear Putin-friendly so that Comey’s Page Dossier could include references to Cohen. This letter about sanctions never existed but Sater spoke to the press about it numerous times trying to show that Cohen and he were ready to “lift sanctions”, the very phrase used to go after Michael Flynn who also was under a Comey surveillance warrant covering his communications because of his association with Turkey’s president and his frequent interviews on Russia Today (RT), an American-based Russian news agency where Flynn was a guest. Flynn went to Russia for a dinner honoring RT and he never filed as an agent working for a foreign country. Flynn’s consulting firm made the same mistake as Manafort and Gates and Tony Podesta by not filing.
When the leaks came out – leaks created by Comey – the Trump Team made a copy of Michael Cohen’s passport available to the news to demonstrate tht he had never been in Prague. Yevginy Nikulin was conveniently arrested in Prague after being hunted for a long time because he had hacked Drop Box and Linked-In. Comey’s FBI team went to Prague twice to the prison to visit this hacker and offer him immunity and the witness protection program if he would “admit” to being the DNC hacker who was hacking to help Trump and harm Hillary directly for Vladimir Putin himself. Twice, Yevginy turned the offer down and then reported the scam to the news and had the proof to show the FBI was in the prison twice. Eventually, Steele’s Page Dossier names Aleksej Gubarev as the DNC hacker and now Gubarev is suing Steele in London and America. The Alpha Bank Russian oligarchs, Mikhail Fridman, Petr Aven, German Khan are also suing Steele.
Comey engineered the entrapment and framing of George Papadopolous, the most junior member of the Trump Team who never even spoke with Trump, by enlisting a Russian agent named Joseph Mifsud in London and again in Italy in March of 2016. This agent, who meets directly with Putin each year as part of the club he promised to get George into, the Valdai Discussion Group, also introduced George to the “niece of Putin” who drew George into an entrapment of Russian espionage. George reported these meetings to his contact with the Trump Team and that was the end of his association with the Team. The Russian spies dangled the “missing Clinton emails” as bait for poor George. Of course, George got nothing but fired. Comey got a FISA Section 702 warrant on George in July of 2016. This was an FBI Counterintelligence Operation. George was not picked up and questioned until July 2017 – one full year after the warrant allowed Comey to spy on the Trump Team based upon the entrapment of George the Naïve. This warrant started as an illegal spying on the Trump Team and then was used to create the “Mueller Investigation to Impeach” and the continuing harassment of a sitting president. The FBI Counterintelligence Operation (Comey, McCabe, Priestab, Strzok, Page, Ohr, Baker, Carlan, Rosenstein, Lynch, Yates, Rice, Obama, Biden, etc.) was the same group that exonerated Hillary’s email crimes, the Clinton Foundation crimes, the Hillary’s Uranium One Emolument Clause crimes, the Hillary’s pay-to-play State Department crimes, the Huma’s email espionage, and much more that hasn’t come to light.
Comey claims that the DNC is hacked in July, 2016, and Dmitri Alperovitch (a convicted Russian hacker turned FBI asset) discovers the supposed “Russian hacker footprints”, which in fact, he placed there when called by Alexandra Chalupa and Comey to analyze the breach in December, 2015.
Comey creates another cover story for the DNC hacking by inventing Guccifer 2.0 who claimed to have hacked the DNC before the “Russians” got there. Dmitri and Guccifer 2.0 go through a public debate online and Guccifer 2.0 releases hacked information to prove his point. These hacks were nothing more than a cheap trick of rewriting what Wikileaks had already released. Guccifer then “hacks” the Democrats in Congress (DCCC) and George Soros’s Open Society Meetings (D. C. Leaks). None of the material released by Guccifer 2.0 is new or demonstrates Guccifer 2.0 was the hacker of the DNC. Comey claims that Guccifer 2.0 is a Russian hacker. Comey goes after Roger Stone and Trump in a ridiculous case involving Stone texting Guccifer 2.0. This, and other things, causes Stone to drop off the Trump Team making it necessary to now use Manafort more than ever.
Comey has Hillary text eight messages from July until the time of the debates accusing Trump of having Russian ties. During the debate, Hillary can’t stop saying that 17 US Intelligence Agencies all agree that Putin has meddled in the election for Trump. Actually, Eric Schmidt gave $1.5 billion dollars to the US Digital Service to create a digital war-room that coordinated the meddling directly from the White House in favor of Hillary.
Comey uses the “small group” to rewrite his exoneration speech which subsumes the Department of Justice’s duty to proceed with the investigation of the crimes committed (with intent) by Hillary’s security violations and the espionage that accompany them. Comey’s entire team got to edit out the words that made it seem that Hillary had committed crimes.
Comey covered for the Bill Clinton’s meeting with Loretta Lynch and even took it upon his self to pronounce Hillary clear of any criminal actions with emails, servers, foreign gifts, etc.
Comey lied before congress continually throughout all of this conspiracy and then leaked false material to the press to harm Trump’s reputation and imply that Trump was guilty of some type of crime. Comey lied in three congressional hearings in a row and wrote letters to correct his testimony twice.
Comey lied to the president three times telling him that he was not under investigation. Trump was the target of a “counter-intelligence operation”, not a criminal investigation just as Hillary was not under a criminal investigation, she was involved in “a matter” according to Loretta Lynch.
Comey continued his counter-intelligence operation against a president-elect and then against a duly elected president. These are crimes that range up to the capital crimes of treason and sedition being carried out by the Director of the FBI and other agents. This is more than a conspiracy to “resist”, it is a complex attempted coup d’etat. Comey, Mueller, and their gangs are “enemy combatants” and should be arrested first and then questioned. They have no rights after the conspiracy turned into a treasonous attack upon a sitting president. Mueller and his entire team know exactly what is going on and our complicit in these crimes. Their job was simply to defend themselves and hide the evidence that will put them in jail for life. And yes, there have been numerous attempted assassinations on Trump’s life that were foiled and no one was prosecuted. These attempts to assassinate a sitting president is all that is needed to demonstrate the seriousness of the coup de tat and the extent to which these criminals will go to overthrow the United States government from the inside.
Comey perjured himself, exonerated Hillary, continued to attack Trump, continued to leak, continued to lie, and publicly was at “war” with Trump so that Trump would have to fire him simply because Comey was out of control. Once fired, as planned, Comey became the martyr of the Trump Resistance Movement. Comey then leaked his notes to the New York Times (as usual) and this leak got his best friend Mueller appointed by his second best friend Rosenstein to come and save Comey, start a special investigation, hide the evidence, and cover all the tracks. Comey essentially handed the Investigation to Impeach over to Mueller and it continues to this day with nothing but embarrassing actions by Mueller that exonerate Trump and waste America money.
Comey was given immunity by Mueller, which makes Mueller complicit with the coup d’etat. Mueller is not questioning any of the true criminals who did meddle in the presidential election and were connected to Russians. Comey and Mueller are united again as Best Friends Forever. Mueller hops on a white horse and rides into D. C. to bust Comey out of jail and have a showdown with Trump at the OK Corral. Sad news for Mueller and Comey is, Trump is the fastest gunslinger in the West.

In an effort to make sure that the other criminal conspirators don’t feel that Comey and Mueller got all the credit for this attempted coup d’etat, we would like to list some of the people already fingered in the conspiracy/coup d’etat and who, in many cases, have already come out with their public alibis in books, public statements, videos, and other denials.

We can’t predict what the Mueller Investigation to Impeach (coup d’etat) will actually lead to in the end. The plea deals of Flynn and Papadopoulos may fall to the way-side due to Peter Strzok being compromised. Manafort and Gates will probably get out of any charges and the 13 Russian spies who supposedly “meddled in the election” are a big joke.
Unindictable Russians and low-hanging fruit is all we get for the tens of millions Mueller is spending on the THIRD INVESTIGATION INTO RUSSIAN/TRUMP/ELECTION COLLUSION.
Mueller is the same person who investigated 911 and found nothing, prosecuted no one, didn’t notice Tower Seven was in free-fall after they called for it to be “pulled.” Mueller is one of the most corrupt D. C. Fixers who is called in when the top-dogs are compromised. This time, we aren’t sure that Mueller or Comey can FIX Hillary’s crimes.
The list of Comey crimes is not exhaustive and certainly does not go back into the past where Comey and Mueller have left a trail of crimes that would shock the world to hear. We have exposed their crimes in numerous articles and videos and now the world is noticing that James Comey and Robert Mueller are anything but the ethical and unpartisan boy scouts they are always described as.
Once Comey and Mueller fall, so will Hillary and the gang. Trump is letting Mueller play out his hand because Trump already knows that at any time he could trump the Investigation to Impeach.

Conclusion : A quoi donc aujourd’hui reconnait -on un journaliste de gauche (pléonasme) ?

Christopher Steele Worked for FBI
LOS ANGELES (OnlineColumnist.com), May 3, 2021.--In a new revelation about the Steele Dossier, former British MI6 agent Christopher Steele admitted to a second dossier produced exclusively for 60-year-old former FBI Director James Comey. Fearing that using former Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton’s paid opposition research AKA the “Steele Dossier,” Comey apparently ordered his own 35-page dossier getting unverified dirt on 74-year-old former President Donald Trump. For years, no one mentioned anything about a second dossier sued to get warrants to wiretap former Trump campaign officials from the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act [FISA] Court. Whether the first or second dossier, it’s pure rubbish in both versions, all fabricated for a price by Steele to help Hillary get elected in 2016. Finding a second dossier shows the extent of Comey’s criminal activity, trying to cover his tracks investigating Trump.
Launching a counterintelligence investigation into Trump’s 2016 campaign, Comey tried to show he had real probable cause when he went to the FISA court for warrants to wiretap Trump campaign officials. Whether the first or the second dossier, the same wild allegations were made about Trump’s sexual exploits with a prostitute in Moscow while hosting the Miss. Universe Beauty Pageant. Steele’s company, Orbis Business Intelligence, provided Comey with the goods early on in the investigation. Comey didn’t really care whether the dossier was fabricated, he only cared about digging up dirt on Trump to help Hillary get elected. When Steele testified April 24, 2020 he admitted he has nothing to back up any of the claims made in the dossier, namely, that they don’t exist because he fabricated the contents. That didn’t stop Comey from using it to get wiretaps from the FISA court.
When Special Counsel Robert Mueller started his investigation May 17, 2017, he knew Steele’s dossier, whether Hillary or Comey’s, was utter rubbish but proceeded anyway to investigate Trump for 22-months, spending $40 million, all to conclude March 23, 2919 that there were no ties between Trump or his campaign to Russia. Now that it’s been discovered that two Steele dossiers exist, it’s even more damning to Comey and the FBI because he actually paid Steele to develop a second dossier. Whatever “raw intelligence” Steele used in his first dossier, it was all lost according to Steele under oath Apri.l 24, 2020. Reporting on the second dossier, news sources suggest it legitimizes Comey’s counterintelligence investigation. What it shows is that Comey was in on the scandal, paying Steele for more rubbish to justify the probe to seek warrants to wiretap from the FISA Court.
Comey was fired by Trump May 8, 2017 for leaking continuously to the New York Times and Washington Post salacious details about Steele’s rubbish. Former Deputy Atty. Gen, Rod Rosenstein appointed Mueller Special Counsel May 17, 2017, despite knowing that the probable cause in either Steele dossier was unverified nonsense. U.S. Atty. John Durham (R-Conn.), now Special Counsel, was supposed to report on the origins of Comey’s counterintelligence investigation Trump’s detractors in the press like to talk about Mueller’s convictions with former Trump campaign chairman Paul Manafort, George Papadopoulos and Roger Stone, all of whom got presidential pardons. What the press refuses to talk about is the firing of FBI Director James Comey, former Deputy Director Andrew McCabe, Agents Peter Strzok and Joe Joe Pientko and FBI Atty. Lisa Page.
What the media refuses to print or discuss is that the orders to launch a counterintelligence investigation into Trump’s campaign came from former President Barack Obama and former Vice President Joe Biden. Both quietly, off the record, invited former CIA Director John Brennan and Comey to conduct the investigation, using Steele’s bogus dossiers. Comey never admitted that he contracted with Steele to dredge up all the dirt on Trump and his 2016 campaign, knowing the there was no verification of underlying intel sources to Steele’s allegations. Former National Security Director Susan Rice, former Atty. Gen. Loretta Lynch, and Deputy Atty. Gen. Sally Yates were all involved in sabotaging Trump’s 2016 campaign. When he beat Hillary Nov. 8, 2018, they continued the phony investigations to discredit his presidency, accusing him of colluding with the Kremlin.
Comey’s hiring of Steele in 2016 to continue investigating Trump was his way of justifying the probable cause to his investigation. Steele fed Comey more garbage through the 2016 campaign, knowing that no underlying intel was valid. All of the co-conspirators met in the Oval Office Jan. 5, 2017, only two weeks before Trump’s inauguration where they all committed themselves to entrapping Trump’s 62-year-old former National Security Adviser Lt. Gen. Michael Flynn. Flynn did nothing wrong other that talk to former U.S. Russian Amb. Sergey Kislyak about nothing special during the transition period. Yet the government witch-hunt against Trump and his campaign was well underway and not about to stop. No one in the mainstream press every corrected the record or admitted that Comey’s investigation against Trump highly illegal and based on utter rubbish.

Blood test detects 26 undiagnosed cancers
A liquid biopsy test can safely detect as many as 26 undiagnosed cancers, according to a study of 9,900 women with no evidence or history of cancer.
The findings show the test could be incorporated into routine clinical care in combination with conventional screening.
Overall, the blood test detected 26 cancers while standard screening such as mammography or colonoscopy detected an additional 24 cancers. Together, screen-detected cancers (those detected through either blood testing or standard screening), accounted for more than half of the 96 cancers detected during the study period.
Diagnostic PET-CT most often localized cancers the new test detected. Surgeons could remove 12 of the cancers the blood test detected.
Early cancer detection
Researchers at the Ludwig Center at the Johns Hopkins Kimmel Cancer Center, who developed the blood test, say the study, called DETECT-A (Detecting cancers Earlier Through Elective mutation-based blood Collection and Testing) represents the first time researchers used any liquid biopsy blood test clinically to screen for cancer in a population without previously detected cancer for the purpose of diagnosis and intervention—specifically treatment with the intent to cure cancer.
“This study suggests that a multicancer blood test can be complementary and additive to standard of care screening and may be a good strategy for increasing early detection of cancer,” says Anne Marie Lennon, professor of medicine at Johns Hopkins University, interim director of the division of gastroenterology and hepatology, and lead author of the paper in Science.
The multicancer blood test detects the presence of cancer gene mutations in circulating DNA and blood levels of specific cancer proteins. The team originally designed the test, called the DETECT-A blood test, in 2016. They reported a more advanced version of the test, called CancerSEEK, in Science in January 2018.
They continued to make improvements to the test, such as those reported in the Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences earlier this year. They initiated the DETECT-A study making the advances, Lennon says.
“The DETECT-A study incorporated PET-CT imaging to provide independent confirmation of the existence of a cancer and to precisely localize its site,” says senior author Nickolas Papadopoulos, professor of oncology and pathology.
“For example, we could detect a lung cancer, tell in which lobe of which lung the cancer was located, the size of the cancer, and if there were metastatic lesions present. Blood tests alone are not able to provide this type of precise information.”
In the DETECT-A study, the blood test and a following PET-CT imaging proved 99.6% specific for cancer. The researchers also confirmed that the genetic mutations picked up by the blood test that led to a positive test were present in the cancer 100% of the time.
“Our primary goal was to demonstrate reliability and safety—to show the blood test could lead to the diagnosis of cancers and get patients to treatment aimed at curing them,” says Kenneth Kinzler, professor of oncology and co-director of the Ludwig Center at Johns Hopkins.
Benefits of cancer blood tests
Researchers also wanted to show that blood testing can be integrated with conventional screening methods for detecting breast, colon, and lung tumors.
Papadopoulos says it was encouraging that the DETECT study found combining standard of care screening with the blood test augmented the benefit of standard of care screening for these three cancer types, improving sensitivity from 47% to 71%.
Blood testing also allowed the detection of seven other cancer types (lymphoma, appendix, uterine, thyroid, kidney, ovary, and cancers arising from an unknown primary site) that cannot be screened now, with a sensitivity of 31%.
“This underscores the value of blood-based multicancer screening as both complementary and additive to standard of care screening,” Papadopoulos says.
‘Substantially reduce suffering and death’
Researchers only chose women for the DETECT study because ovarian cancer—one of the cancers the test detects—occurs only in women, and the investigators wanted to have consistent comparisons.
Of the 10,006 female patients initially enrolled between September 2017 and May 2019, 9,911 completed the study. Of the 95 people excluded from the study, 73 voluntarily withdrew, 12 had a history of cancer, and 10 did not complete the necessary clinical workup.
Because study participants were all members of a managed health care system, all had access to standard of care cancer screening guidance, including recommendations for mammography to detect breast cancer and colonoscopy to detect colon cancer.
The blood test initially detected cancers in 10 different organs: lymphomas (2), colorectal (2), appendix (1), uterine (2), thyroid (1), kidney (1), lung (9), breast (1), ovary (6), and unknown primary (1).
Importantly, 17 cancers (65%) the blood test first detected were diagnosed at an early stage, when the cancer was still localized or regional to the area it originated. Surgeons performed 12 surgeries with intent to cure. Of the 26 patients first detected by blood testing, 12 remain in remission and eight remain in treatment or have stable disease approximately nine months past diagnosis.
The investigators plan to continue to follow all 9,911 participants, including those with positive and negative test results, for five years. It is likely that other cancers too small for imaging detection or the blood test will arise in these individuals.
Surveys researchers conducted after the study showed that blood testing did not discourage participants from engaging in standard screening. Moreover, these surveys showed high satisfaction with the study. Specifically, among 6,874 participants who completed a survey 12 months post-enrollment, only 0.3% reported feeling they made the wrong decision by participating in the study.
Participants who received true positive and true negative test results and those who received false positive or false negative results gave similar responses. Only 1% of respondents said they would not want to join a similar subsequent study.
The investigators say they plan additional studies reflecting an optimized version of the blood test.
“We believe that more than two-thirds of cancers that occur in the US can eventually be screen-detected, either by blood testing or standard screening, before they cause symptoms of disease,” says Bert Vogelstein, professor of oncology. “Such earlier detection has the capacity to substantially reduce suffering and death from many cancer types.”
The Marcus Foundation, the Lustgarten Foundation for Pancreatic Cancer Research, the Virginia and DK Ludwig Fund for Cancer Research, the Sol Goldman Pancreatic Cancer Research Center, Susan Wojcicki and Dennis Troper, the Rolfe Pancreatic Cancer Foundation, the Conrad R. Hilton Foundation, the John Templeton Foundation, Burroughs Wellcome Career Award for Medical Scientists, and National Institutes of Health funded the work.

Marc Mukasey Wants Out of the Pierce Bainbridge Mess – Littler Mendelson and Putney Twombly Remain Willing to “Swallow Some Risk”
In the Summer of 2018, Pierce Bainbridge Beck Hecht & Price LLP approached a prominent NYC lawyer to join the self-proclaimed “Fastest Growing Law Firm in the History of the World.”
The attorney rejected the advances and opined in an email to managing partner John Mark Pierce:
“[John] you have an unsustainable business model. . . Trying to do what you are doing – build a major NYC firm overnight is hugely risky because you need to attract real talent. The last person who tried it in NY was Mark Dreier. He ended up in jail.”
When It Rains It Pours
The bad news has been like a tsunami for the embattled Pierce Bainbridge law firm. Notwithstanding a client roster that includes Rudy Giuliani, Michael Avenatti, Tulsi Gabbard, Don Lemon, George Papadopoulos, Lenny Dykstra and Joan Dangerfield (Rodney Dangerfield’s wife):
Over 25 attorneys have recently quit the firm.
A Philadelphia lawyer, who previously accused the firm of paying off clients, has sued Pierce Bainbridge, its name partners and the firm’s original litigation financier Pravati Capital LLC on the theory, according to Law360.com, that Pierce Bainbridge “‘grossly exaggerated’ the value of a rights of publicity case to drum up litigation funding and recruit attorneys.”
According to the American Lawyer, Pierce is on leave as a result of shady “personal use” financial dealings. A Lawfuel.com article provides additional detail on the depths of Pierce’s recent financial foul play – it is an incredible read. This self-dealing now being reported aligns squarely with the whistleblowing of former partner Don Lewis who alleged financial malfeasance by John Pierce in a complaint filed nine months ago, on May 16, 2019:
The Downfall Continues – Mukasey Files to Withdraw Citing Ethical Issues
As if the 25 or so departing attorneys were not enough, Pierce Bainbridge is now dealing with even more rejection. The firm’s counsel for the Lewis lawsuits, Mukasey Frenchman & Sklaroff LLP (the “Mukasey Firm”), has filed a withdrawal as counsel. Mukasey’s Affidavit hits two themes that Lewis has been clamoring since he first blew the whistle on Pierce Bainbridge: (i) ethics are an issue at the Pierce Bainbridge firm and (ii) Pierce Bainbridge has a habit of failing to pay creditors when debts become due.
The lack of ethics at Pierce Bainbridge is also supported by two judicial opinions (within the last year) finding the firm to have violated the ethical Rules of Professional Conduct.
In one instance, a federal judge referenced “deceit” and “trickery” in admonishing New York Office Managing Partner David Hecht. Hecht foolishly proceeded to boast about the holding on LinkedIn, apparently proud that the firm was not disqualified. Indicative of the Pierce Banbridge culture, Managing Partner Pierce, and Los Angeles Office Managing Partner Amman Khan “liked” the New York Office Managing Partner’s post. (Interestingly, in 2013, Khan, while at Glaser Weil, was named as a defendant in a $27.5 million malpractice claim for allegedly “form[ing] a ‘plan, scheme and conspiracy’ to foul up [a] litigation;” the matter appears to have resolved after almost three years.)
Joining Mukasey in rejecting the firm is Michael Pomerantz, formerly of Grais & Ellsworth. Pomerantz is the most recent partner to join the Great Pierce Bainbridge Escape, his LinkedIn profile has scrubbed any reference to the firm Pomerantz served as “Co-Founder of the NY Office” and “Equity Partner” for almost two years. Pomerantz is the fourth partner defendant in the Lewis lawsuits to quit Team Pierce(joining Eric Creizman, Caroline Polisi and Melissa Madrigal). According to Lewis: “Michael Pomerantz fits the Pierce Bainbridge profile of disregard for the truth. He ‘liked’ an untrue and massively defamatory post Pierce made about me on LinkedIn in an attempt to destroy my reputation and silence me.”
The Right Thing (Mukasey Firm) or The Wrong Thing (Littler and Putney)
Mukasey seems to have heeded Spike Lee’s advice to “Do the Right Thing.” Law firms Littler Mendelson P.C. and Putney Twombly Hall & Hirson LLP may be next to recognize they were duped. Lewis claims partners for both firms, S. Jeanine Conley (Littler) and Michael D. Yim (Putney), conspired with John Pierce, Carolynn Beck, Denver Edwards and Christopher N. LaVigne to railroad him out of the firm as part of a cover-up.
Lewis also claims: “LaVigne and Edwards 100% lied under oath to cover-up for Pierce. Edwards lied dozens of times. LaVigne lied to protect a guy – Pierce – who LaVigne had accused of stealing money, said needed to be reported, and who LaVigne opined was ‘showing signs of severe alcoholism and drug use.’”
“Honor” Turns to “Dishonor”
The Mukasey withdrawal is a remarkable turn of events. Upon being retained, Marc Mukasey – dubbed by Yahoo as “The Lawyer at the Center of Trump’s Universe” – spoke glowingly of Pierce Bainbridge. A June 6, 2019, New York Law Journal article reported:
Mukasey called it “an honor to represent” [Pierce Bainbridge] and its partners in their litigation against Lewis. “It’s a first-class law firm made up of terrific lawyers and great people. . .” – Marc Mukasey
Mukasey was not done. Months later, in the ABA Law Journal, Mukasey stated:
“Pierce Bainbridge is laser-focused on providing the highest quality service to its clients. It continues to build a diverse team of skilled practitioners who are dedicated to delivering for clients nationwide.” – Marc Mukasey
Since Mukasey’s public votes of confidence, over 25 “laser focused,” “terrific lawyers,” and “great people” have quit the so-called “first-class” Pierce Bainbridge firm; and now Mukasey himself wants to quit.
Abandonment by Mukasey must cut deep for Pierce. The disgraced former Cohen & Grigsby, Quinn Emanuel, Latham & Watkins and K&L Gates partner has seen every single lawyer leave him from the prior two iterations of the three-year-old Pierce Bainbridge firm, with the lone exception of Carolynn K. Beck. Beck previously practiced at Murchison & Cumming LLP (associate) and Margolis Tinsman (associate); she has remained by Pierce’s side, notwithstanding the severe turbulence; a former partner referred to Beck as “like a cult member.”
Michael D. Yim and Putney Twombly are in Bed with Pierce Bainbridge
Putney Twombly’s Michael Yim is personal friends with Beck and is accused of engaging in foul play to help his friend in attempts to discredit and defame Lewis. Yim previously practiced at Kelley Drye Warren LLP (special counsel), Sedgwick LLP (partner) and FordHarrison LLP (partner). A letter from Lewis’s counsel to Putney’s outside counsel (Rivkin Radler) details the “sham” nature of Yim’s investigation into Lewis; it is must read material. Furthermore, Rivkin Radler has reportedly hinted Pierce Bainbridge has not been truthful regarding its allegations against Lewis, yet Yim and Putney Twombly remain blindly committed to John Pierce and his firm.
Sylvia Jeanine Conley and Littler Mendelson are All-In with Team Pierce
Littler Mendelson’s S. Jeanine Conley appears to be cut from a similar cloth as Yim. Conley previously practiced at Baker Hostetler (partner) and Arnold & Porter (associate). The Littler Mendelson partner has been under fire for documented deceitful conduct. During negotiations Lewis withdrew a just filed Complaint at Conley’s request and she thanked him. Hours later, Pierce Bainbridge claimed Lewis “deleted the filing as a tactic, furthering his scheme to extort.” This falsehood was then relied on to defame Lewis nationwide as a “terrorist” and an “extortionist;” Conley and Littler Mendelson refused to renounce the same. Exacerbating matters, Conley subsequently filed a motion in the Lewis matter, which motion included “juvenile and baseless personal attacks” against Lewis while, “intentionally misrepresenting, or failing to grasp, elementary legal concepts,” according to Lewis. Littler Mendelson and Conley eventually withdrew as counsel for Pierce Bainbridge, but only after (and as a result of) being sued by Lewis.
A willingness to “swallow some risk,” is a Pierce prerequisite for Pierce Bainbridge attorneys according to John Pierce. The risk of riding with an unethical firm on the precipice is no longer acceptable for Marc Mukasey and his partners. Putney Twombly and Littler Mendelson, however, appear to be Team Pierce Bainbridge 4 Life.
Convicted Felons
Notably, the self-proclaimed “Next Generation of Litigation Excellence,” has more convicted felons for clients, three (Lenny Dykstra, Michael Avenatti and George Papadopoulos), than reported trial victories, one (a case involving “mom & pop” ice cream sandwiches and a net recovery of around $500,000). With respect to criminality, Pierce Bainbridge has conceded that the Lewis allegations “if true, constitute criminal activity.” It remains to be seen whether John Mark Pierce and any of his partners end up behind bars, but one thing is clear: Marc Mukasey, like a slew of Pierce Bainbridge attorneys before him, has had enough of the John Pierce and the Pierce Bainbridge shambles.

Hillary Clinton: Architect of the Coup Rush Limbaugh.com ^ | June 4, 2019 | Rush Limbaugh.com
RUSH: Speaking of Hillary Clinton, folks, we had this piece yesterday from the Federalist by Mr. H. A. Goodman, and it was one of those pieces that you read it, and you say, “Yeah, yeah.”
You know it all, but you get kind of frustrated that you didn’t think of it all yourself. His point basically was (without rehashing the whole thing) that every bit of everything we know or think we know — every news item, every little bit of information that fed this narrative the past two years or three now, that Trump colluded with Russia — came not from American intelligence, not from British intelligence. It didn’t come from FBI intelligence.
It came from the Hillary Clinton campaign.
Every bit of it, because 95% of it was the Steele dossier, which she commissioned and paid for. She arranged it. She and her campaign paid a bunch of people who then arranged for the Papadopoulos story to happen. But it was all Hillary Clinton’s stuff. We sit here and we focus on Comey, properly. We focus on McCabe and Clapper and Brennan and maybe even Obama/Susan Rice. But because of that piece by Mr. Goodman yesterday, it refocused me on this. I actually believe — and I’m kind of slapping myself upside the head for not putting this together sooner, and maybe some of you out there did.
I actually think that the architect of all of this is Hillary Clinton, that Hillary Clinton is responsible for this coup — and then people like Comey and others in the Obama administration… It’s hard to separate Obama and Hillary. But this was a Hillary bought-and-paid-for, led-by operation. And it incorporated the Obama DOJ. But they were all doing what they were doing for her! The first thing they had to do was exonerate her from doing something illegal with her email server and trafficking in classified data and then the Uranium One thing.
That’s the first thing they had to do, and it’s exactly what Comey did on July 5th, 2016. He exonerated Hillary Clinton. That’s the first thing they had to do. After that, the project became, “Make sure Trump doesn’t win, make sure Hillary does. And when that didn’t happen, it was focus efforts on somehow getting rid of Trump. But the point is that all of this… Some of you might say, “No, Rush! It’s Obama.” Yeah, I think Obama’s… You can’t take him out of this because all of this happened while he was president.
And all these institutions — FBI, CIA, and all that — were run by people he’d appointed. I understand that, but this was a Hillary Clinton inspired, motivated, bought-and-paid for operation, everywhere you look in this thing. McCabe’s wife got money from the Clintons and her campaign in Virginia. Steele paid for by the Clintons. Weissmann (Mueller’s guy) was on stage with Hillary during her concession speech and was a big donor. Alexander Downer, the Australian ambassador that supposedly nails Papadopoulos? These people are all part of the Clinton Foundation or the Clinton campaign.
I think the focus really needs to be on her.
