(We ask because we aren’t managing to stay hydrated and are back to pouring salt into our water- and that still isn’t making it much better. So we think we will finally have to invest in electrolyte sachets 🥹. The only ones we’ve really seen are “liquid iv” and they seem so expensive, but we will have to suck it up if there’s nothing better. I experienced something like that after a Big (tm) stressful situation and burnout (including physical issues), maybe it's the stress around the employment or life change for you. Basically hormonal imbalances (estrogen/thyroid issues). It should regulate with your next period (or so). Try eating orange and red foods, like pumpkin, for easing it a little, B12-rich things etc.
