Another fun scene I've pictured with Silver and Honey is the idea of Honey making Silver a superhero costume. A while back I got to thinking about how a traditional Superhero that's a Mobian would work within the Sonic cast which then lead my brain into thinking which Sonic characters would be into superhroes (plus I was also thinking about Gohan time as Great Sayianman from DBZ). Apart from Tangle who'd do it just for fun (and be terrible at hiding her identity) I could Silver finding superhereos to be cool and wanting to have a Superhero name and costume. Cue Honey desigining one for him (though everyone still knows its Silver sans Knuckles).

I've also thought about masked superheroes in the world of Sonic! I went a more Batman route though. '66 Batman and TAS are two of my other hyperfixations lmao.

I made an OC that dons a superpowered mech suit because they were inspired by Sonic and Co. They're... Not the best at saving the day, but they try their best!

Enough about my OCs (that's another slippery slope, there's SO MANY), back to Honey and Silver!

I feel like Honey would LEAP at the opportunity to design a superhero suit! She'd be so excited and probably go full Edna Mode on everyone lmao.

2: I now need an episode or two-parter where the good parents fight the bag parents, with the monster of the week being background noise.

I think what terrifies me the most about yesterday's ep is that it confirms that at least 1 of the negligent parents in Paris are aware that Gabriel is Hawkmoth, or at the very least has ties to the terrorist.

And when you put that into perspective and think about all the awful shit that they've done as akumas...and all the motives they've followed, it's always been about control or greed.

It's not a leap to think Audrey and Bob are involved but even for just a second let's focus on Tomoe. The original reason she was akumatized was for her daughter's rebellion.

And it wasn't something ridiculous, it was cause her daughter wanted friends.

The moment Kagami showed any amount of free will and resistance, Tomoe became akumatized. When the control was threatened, she fought it in the worst way.

The theory that all the rich kids in parents are senti's is becoming very popular and very plausible, but even if they aren't what's definitely clear is that these parents are malicious and acting with their own interests at heart.

And it makes me wonder if it will be the kids who have to fight their oppressors, or if there's a reason we have shots of supportive parents like Mari's and Alix's, if they will be the one to help save those kids and get those awful parents locked up. Either way the implications of this episode are vile and traumatic

Can you introduce us to Defending Jacob? The story is of a family that seems good in all respects, but which will have to face the worst when the 14-year-old son is suspected of murder. I embody the father of the family who is the assistant to the prosecutor and whose world finds himself upset when his young teenager is accused of stabbing a school friend.

The series is the adaptation of a bestseller by William Landay. Did you meet the author before filming or during production? I met him only once because our series is based on his book, but Mark Bomback who wrote many cinema scripts (Wolverine, Total Recall) is the one who was in permanent contact with William Landay . It is essential to have an excellent screenwriter to adapt a bestseller because the main thing is to keep the essence of the novel.

We are far from the Avengers and Marvel movies with this series … Forget Captain America, I just wanted to get out of the superhros universe by accepting this series. I am proud of all my years in the Avengers team, but I refuse to be the actor of only one role.

Going through the notes on this is a JOURNEY but also the DC Superhro Girls already doing it and having the reality show- that’s fucking gold. I’ve never watched it, but knowing my niece is obsessed with it and that Kardassian!Brucie is her first introduction to him? Absolutely amazing.

We don’t appreciate the fact that Bruce Wayne is a Kardasian level celebrity enough. Everyone knows him. I want more one shots and crack fic moments where the League (Pre identity reveals) just openly talk about Bruce Wayne in front of Batman.

Ok, but consider; the Incredibles set in a universe where Syndrome never went all Supervillain. Or the Superhero Ban was never repealed after the Bot Incident. The government writes the Incredibles 'vigilante Superheroing' off as a one time occurence (because Syndrome turned out to be a Serial Killer and they stopped his murder spree). Also the FBI reeealy dropped the ball on the 'Missing Former Superhero's Case'.

Whatever the scenario, they cant be superheros- and they can't stay where they are after Bob gets fired, so they relocate. Again. Under a new name. Again- to Amity Park as the Baxters.

Bob and Helen's marriage continues to fall apart, Dash and Violet are forced to continue hiding their powers and after actually getting a taste of what it's like to actually use them? It's even harder. Violet leaves the second she legally can. She calls occasionally, but she and Dash were never really close and Jack Jack is too young to understand. So Dash is basically alone.

He joins the football team. He works out, he practices. Sure he's fast, but he's also good. And that's all him. Something he can be proud of, that people can see. He's popular and maybe even his closest friends don't know who he really is..but being popular has never been about being who you 'really are'. And yeah, Dash takes out all the things that suck about his life on the Fenton kid.

Then ghosts turn out to be a real thing. ( Dash thinks briefly his dad might come out of 'retirement' again, but his dream has been crushed one too many times. Besides... what good is super strength against a ghost?) And then Danny Phantom comes out of nowhere. Of course Dash is a fan. Because Phantom is a real Superhero. Phamtom has awesome powers and he doesn't have to hide them. He's a ghost so the rules dont apply. He gets to be a superhro full time and nobody can stop him. How cool is that?
