Oh Steam reviewers reminded that FromSoft DLC tends to up the difficulty ANOTHER FUCKING TIER! The jump between the vanilla Dark Souls fights and the Artorias and Manus fights were massive at the time. As were each of the Crown DLCs for II. Did the world forget how ball breaking the Old Hunters were after Bloodborne? Okay, maybe Painting was only somewhat difficult for III but Ringed City had a couple of difficult bumps. But Elden Ring it sounds like they're back in the saddle.

Oh yo, that's a cool idea. I never played Dead Space but I definitely feel ya. She'd be at home in Sci-fi horror. Maybe not as a protagonist but as that cool NPC that's everyone's favourite and dies unless you do a bunch of hard af sidequests.

I forgot how cute my guy looked with the afro and starting as a vagabond knight instead of a confessor

The main reason I switched hair styles was that he was giving me vibes of another oc, and also I felt like he needed something that gave him a bit more edge as a confessor. Great stars just never quite looked right on him. Neither did the blasphemous blade, and I really like the vibe of that weapon in the hands of a former confessor for some reason.
