#IF YOURE WONDERING WHERE IVE BEEN BTW THIS HAS TAKEN UP SOOO MUCH OF MY TIME IM SORRY I BECAME A HERMIT #i spent two weeks learning cpm and blockbench to make this! every animation is made from scratch #there's still a lot more to do too! but im very happy with how it's turned out #I also whipped up an origins datapack that allows people to ride on my back and to scale the eye height and stuff properly #like uhh. i still wanna make a blink anim. and a low health state that makes an engine catch fire. and clean up some anims im unhappy with #if anyone knows how the animated textures function works on cpm btw... pls let me know ;_;#big shoutout to hazel for helping me with a lot of the technical issues btw! <3 #minecraft #modded minecraft #mineblr #aberrations #oc:strata #airplane dragon

He needs to be from Hell!#But then there aren't really any demonic creatures in the Nether - Nether Skeletons maybe? Haha ♪#Besides Endermen are cool! They teleport and get mad when you look them in the eyes it's very fitting lol #I wasn't sure if I wanted to give him a purple colour palette somewhere - switch out his blue glasses for purple? :0 #But I opted to just stick with the classic for greyscale :) You can imagine him as a purpley-grey haha #Man it feels like forever since I've drawn them in Minecraft haha - I have played with my Edgar skin since!#It turned into a performative art piece of throwing Edgar off every high cliff I came across - don't ask I was in a weird mood lol #Man it'd be so fun for them to do one of those modded Minecraft playthroughs where Edgar has to try to beat the game #While Scriabin has the morph mod for example and can just turn into random stuff to get in his way (or maybe help? Nah lol)#Only turns into the ''cool' mobs and then the ones that are the most effective at killing Edgar hahah ♪#''Here I know a way you can win right away >:)'' ''Wait-'' *turns into the Ender Dragon as soon as Edgar gets stone tools* lol #It's fitting for Edgar to stay a human but it'd be fun for him to be able to morph too!#Maybe only into ''normal'' mobs lol - he turns into a sheep and Scriabin immediately dyes him red #Oh no that's a cute imagine of Enderman!Scriabin picking a red flower and then putting it on sheep!Edgar stop me now lol

hey! i'm still thinking a lot about the minecraft movie and how much potential there is to take the plot in just about any direction - i understand why it would be impractical at best to try and make a film adaptation of the fallen kingdom saga, but that would probably be my favorite...

all this to say: i would love to see other people's takes on potential plots! i think it's actually kind of a lovely way to capture different people's relationships to the game - so reblog this and add (on the post or in the tags) any ideas you feel strongly about? :0

#me personally if i came up with an original plot rather than Music Video Adaptation #i think it could be about some kids with a minecraft server together (maybe only some of them are already familiar with the game) with #several realworld scenes in live action and !!!ANIMATED!!! scenes taking place on the server (maybe several different styles! to represent #mods or their different playstyles or just a gag about resource packs or whatever! but that's very self indulgent) and the live action #real world scenes would have them Uncovering Mysteries of some sort that tie into Strange Mishaps taking place on their server #magic stuff like the villager npcs coming to life! that sort of thing! :)#something something they have to Save The World by saving their minecraft server from a threat (ender dragon army? herobrine? Corruption™?)#and the epilogue is like... they've defeated the threats and keep playing happily in their server with the npcs (villagers + a pet mob) and #figure out how to transfer them to new worlds so they get to keep doing something new but never have to give up eachother or what they shar #several cameo roles by people like joehills if possible #minecraft #mineblr #minecraft movie #the minecraft movie #...also i think them playing on hypixel or something for a training montage would be really cute #fool.txt #ALSO. ive seen some people suggest stop motion (banger) or MCSM style (banger) or straight up old minecraft music video animations (banger)#but my favorite by far to picture is something that takes more inspiration from the spiderverse movies / the new tmnt movie / mitchells vs #the machines But Squares And With Pixel Textures #i think it would be pretty...#also i want the end poem's themes as a plot point honest to god #maybe it plays over the epilogue?#or during the climax as they Save The Game™#...anyways

My PC did *not* handle the 13 hour uhaul trip well and she's been plugging along but I have no idea what's wrong with it (narrowed down to either motherboard or graphics card) and can't afford to get it looked at for probably another month at minimum (if not like . . . January 😭). Got all of my research stuff onto my external hard drive, now my nerdy ass is trying to copy over all of my screenshots and my mods folders so I don't have to start from scratch

#fingers crossed for me #it hangs on okay ish when im not gaming but absolutely cannot handle games at the moment #tried to just have it up for writing/warching and it still freaked out after a few hours #thought it could be a port issue so switched to the backup port and that helped for a few days but we're back to square one #i am having A Time i just kind of want to cry #i want to play Baldur's Gate or my crazy modded minecraft and mass effect so bad but its looking like it'll be *months*#finally have time to play stuff and now i cant play stuff #ugh just needed to whine about it I'll survive
