#Storytelling poses

Hi everyone! Today I bring you two small sets of couple poses inspired by Arcane on Netflix! There are two scenes where Jayce gets comforted by Mel while he lies in her lap, which I both loved so I decided to create this posepack based on them! The bed version was actually made for my own story and then I added the desk version as a fun little extra. (I say fun as if it didn't give me a major headache. 🤣)

This posepack comes with two sets; one uses a bed and features 5 poses and one uses a desk which features 4 poses. They're made specifically for a masc Sim lying down on a fem Sim so if you try it the other way around they might clip!

In order to make the desk poses work I had to alter the chair's placement, which I know sucks, but it just wouldn't have been possible otherwise. The teleporter goes into the middle of the desk BUT the chair must not slot on it but be placed one half-tile further away:

Holiday Pining Posepack

A collection of emotionally poignant poses for your lovesick sims getting through the holiday season. These were gathered from some recent story posts of mine and I thought I'd like to share ♥

A Very Gay Wedding pose set

Gay couple, one half of which has two moms and they're also non-cis. Aka how gay can a wedding be? Very gay.

Some clipping depending on clothes & bodytype is unavoidable, though I make my blender rigs mid-weight and max-fitness, so should work for relatively buff sims.

Use of Alt & omsp might be needed but they're made in such a way it technically shouldn't be, though not all poses are in the same spot relative to the centre (i.e. you might have to replace your sims between 4 & 5 and 4b & 5b)

Group Apology

Back again already with another niche pack that I made for myself lmao, but I thought someone out there might find use for it. It contains 3 couple poses for a smaller Sim feeling pain, before sharing a joke/flirtation with their worried partner; then 4 group poses for 4 Sims having a sad/uncomfortable discussion and then a slightly less uncomfortable hug lmao.

Poses made with masc and femme rigs and as always there may be clipping or floating depending on Sim body type or clothing. Height differences are included.

the life path legacy challenge by @gruesimss

currently sitting at five generations, but plan to add more in the future

the point of this legacy is to not have such a cut & dry legacy. i wanted to like be able to roll a number and like have to go down a certain life path that is given. this was mainly created bc when i watch lets plays i never want to play the actual legacy bc i have already seen it done so i wanted to do something where like there’s a possibility that everyone plays it differently. the endings/pathways are endless.

SOME RULES & INFO:

use a number generator for every given path.

you can use cheats but nothing going overboard, it is preferred to cheat as little (we know how glitchy the sims are sometimes) as possible especially for the first generation.

some generations require/recommend cc traits & mods, i will have them all linked for each generation.

there is a chance where you’ll come across a repeat aspiration or career, if you want you can just roll again if there is more than two life paths or just play the opposing path

Of course, they haven’t lost all hope. I may be doomed to crusty old widowers, but they’re still trotting out pretty girls for you. You might just marry yet.

Caleb: [mumbles] Isn’t that a loathsome thought?

Lilith: At least they’d leave you be. There are only so many reasons a young man willingly resigns himself to perennial bachelorhood, and they’re beginning to grow suspicious.

Caleb: We both have our proclivities.

Lilith: Yes. But people talk, and their talk is far less likely to wound you if you’re the one directing its aim.

Caleb: Oh, is that what’s happening when they call you the femme fatale of the ball in the society pages?

Lilith: There are far worse things to be called. Count yourself lucky they’ve only latched onto your social ineptitude thus far, wilted wallflower.

NOTE: Dax’s (my Sim) mouth looks weird in the angry pose because Dax has a WEIRD MOUTH. Another reason I started making poses for myself. My Sims have wonky mouths. This pose will look fine on 95% of other Sims. — BTW!! There is a reason for Dax and Giovanni’s unique jawlines and mouths that has to do with a secret regarding their true Sims 4 parentage. 🫖☕️!! I may share this at some point soon !! 😉 It’s a good one, real life, and a bit embarrassing for me. 😂

One thing I'll always find funny is Tobirama trying to make this random plea for the democratic process to keep Madara (and the Uchiha) out of power due to his own prejudiced fears.

And then doing an absolute 180 on all that when he's in power so he can self-select and field promote his own student (but of course not Kagami 'one of the good ones' Uchiha lol).

Where did all that talk about public discourse and democracy go, king? Think of the social contract, Tobirama! The separation of powers!
