Four things you need to do right now to repair bleached hair
Against the advice of my mother, I bleached my hair a few years ago. Over an 8-month time span, I watched all of the bleached hair break off until my shoulder-length hair was chin length. I started looking for remedies to repair my hair until I found some things that worked. Today I have long, healthy strong hair and couldn’t be happier to share my tips with the world.
Peppermint oil: There are many different oils with many different benefits and most moisturize the hair well. What I like about peppermint oil is that it opens the pores and stimulates circulation and it works well as a pre-wash treatment. I apply mint oil all over my hair at night or during the day if I’m going to wash my hair at night and once I cleanse and condition my hair is extremely soft and shiny hair!
Ginger and Quinoa water: Rice water is full of minerals and vitamins and makes the hair look amazing, but quinoa has all of that and more! The End Fixer Elixer has quinoa and ginger infused water and superpower oils that I spray on to my ends to get them open and ready to absorb moisturizers.
Stop heat: The most common hair damaging habits is flat irons and curling irons. Doing this daily will break your hair faster than it’s growing. Air drying is the first step to breaking your habit and to embrace your natural hair texture and be proud of it and make it work for you. If your hair tangles when it air dries, like mine, you may want to section it off in braids or twists and/or dry your hair at night.
Tea: A few years ago I was given a bag of echinacea powder and instructed to try a teaspoon a day. After a week I realized that my hair looked thicker, shinier and more voluminous and my nails were longer. I did some research and found out that this and many Ayurvedic remedies boost the immune system and encourages cell growth and is great for beauty. After more research and personal tea consumption, I created a powdered tea drink called Magic Mask Tea with echinacea, amla fruit, and ginger that has made my hair and skin glow. And it can be used as a hair mask when mixed with mint oil!

Get to Know About Botanical Powders and Herbal Extract
Most of us repetitively hear the buzz around these words and especially when the word is welcoming Ayurveda and yoga. Let us go beyond our common understanding and get to know how they differ.
The botanical powder is the powdered form of plants while herbal extraction is a process by which we can get the component of interest from plants.
Both have their incredible properties which are being used in different sectors like pharma, cosmetic, Ayurveda.
Key Differentiators:
To know more about Botanical Powders and Herbal Extracts, we have to see the basic aspects such as their processing, properties, and appearance of the powdered form and extraction of botanical plants.
1. Processing - The basic element of botanical powders and herbal extracts are the same as plants (leaves, stems, seeds, etc.). The parts of plants that are going to be the raw material are first cleaned thoroughly and then cut down into small pieces to remove all the unwanted foreign matter. The overall process is done by machine. Then the material is oven-dried to remove all the moisture and then is granulated/grounded for making powder form. While for extraction the Raw Material is dissolved to the solvent according to their solubility & Bio-active principles needed. For example, the solvent can be used water or ethanol, or other, as per raw material’s physical and chemical properties. The unwanted material/chemical/component is separated then to get the exact component. Botanical Extraction is quite a lengthy and complicated process as it is involved in all laboratory practices.
2. Appearance - We can see the difference visually between botanical powders and extracted material as powders are minute granulated form and extraction can be seen as in solution phase having isolated components in it Or spray-dried hygroscopic fine powder.
3. Properties – In herbal extracts, the component of interest can be used after extracting it from the solution, on the other hand, the power of plants has all components in it.
Difference between botanical powder and Herbal Extracts-
As the difference can be seen on the basis of physical properties, other than this the powder of the botanical plants contains all the active components in it and preserves their integrity while the extraction is all about isolating the specific Bio-active component.
Herbal Extracts Manufacturer and Herbal Extracts Supplier-
At present, 80 percent of the populations in developing countries depend upon the plant-based drug that is powder form and in the form of extract of plants for their overall health care needs. And the value chain of products is categorized as producers, gatherers, and collectors. The supply chain is generally very long, containing 6-7 stages involving the primary the specific botanical plant or herb collector and producers, local contractors, specific wholesale markets on a smaller stage than large wholesale markets, and after that consumer value chain starts. Everything starts with production in which there are numbers of entrepreneurs who are involved in manufacturing and supplying botanical powders and herbal extract. The Government also supports these companies and some of which are well known as following-
Jairamdass Khushiram is the leading botanical powder manufacturers and herbal extract manufacturers who supply botanical powders, herbal extracts, herbs and spices wholesale. They are well known in the market as bulk exporters and suppliers, not only in India but in the international market as well.
Applications –
There are various categories of botanical powders and botanical extracts which are being used in various products such as –
1. Spices (the most basic botanical powders which are used in every household for daily consumption)
2. Herbal teas (in the present scenario everyone wants to be fit and healthy for which herbal teas are very much popular these days.
3. Herbal extract – these are the most constant ingredients of herbal products manufacturing companies.
4. Essential Oils and Organic ingredients used to be very rich in minerals, vitamins, and other micronutrients.
It is known that medicinal plants can contain vast varieties of potentially active components. The extract of natural herbs has been used in formulations such as natural flavoring botanical ingredients, cosmetic botanical ingredients, ayurvedic medicines also as natural botanical ingredients in Nutraceuticals and allopathic medicines. On another hand, in dietary supplements both have a major role but if one wants to consume all the spectrum of active components or uses as mentioned in Ayurvedic Traditional Texts, of herbs then the powders can be rated higher than the extract which contains the isolated component.
Some of the Botanical ingredients which are very common in use nowadays is as following-
Aloe Vera Extract, Shilajit Extract, Ashwagandha Extract, Amla Extract, Etc. All of these are well-known and famous botanical ingredients that can be used in medicinal form or as cosmetics as they are very rich in components such as vitamins, enzymes, lipids, amino acids.

వరలక్ష్మీ వ్రతం రోజు అమ్మవారిని వీటితో పూజించినా అలంకరించిన కటిక దరిద్రాన్ని పొందుతారు https://youtu.be/OQgUT3mUFjk
In the beginning, the houses are cleaned and a rangoli is drawn at the doorstep to welcome Goddess Lakshmi. Before beginning the puja, Hindus consider it important to cleanse and purify the space where the Puja is being carried out. For this, “Guggal” or Loban (Benzoin) is lighted using either coal or dried pan cakes made of cowdung. Its incense armotic fumes are considered to purify the atmosphere. However instead, Readmade Dhoop Cones brought from market are also used. Once the place is smoked and cleansed, the puja begins by laying down a piece of new cloth on a raised platform. Handfuls of grains are sprayed in the center of the cloth and a kalasha made of gold, silver, or copper is placed on top. Three-quarters of the kalasha is filled with water and betel nut, a flower, a coin, and a few rice grains are added to it. Five kinds of leaves are arranged (if a specified species is not available, leaves from a mango tree are used) and a small dish filled with rice grains is placed on the kalasha. A lotus is drawn over the rice grains with turmeric powder and the idol of Goddess Lakshmi is placed over the top of the kalasha, and coins are placed around it.The idol of Lord Ganesha is placed in front of the kalasha, on the right hand side pointing towards the south-west. Ink and business account books of the worshippers are kept on the platform. Specially blended oils made for puja are used with its ingredients varying, depending on the deity it's being offered to. A “Panchmukhi Diya” (Five faced lamp) accommodating 5 wicks are lit for this purpose. A special lamp is then lit in front of Lord Ganesha. The puja begins by offering turmeric, kumkuma and flowers to the Goddess Lakshmi. Then haldi, kumkum, and flowers are offered to the water, later used for the puja. The river goddess Saraswati is invoked to become part of that water. Goddess Lakshmi is worshiped and invoked by reciting Vedic mantras, hymns and prayers addressed to her. Her idol is placed in a plate and is bathed with panchamrita (a mixture of milk, curd, ghee or clarified butter, honey, and sugar) and then with water containing a gold ornament or a pearl. Her idol is cleaned and placed back on the kalasha. A special lamp is then lit in front of Goddess Lakshmi.Offerings of sandal paste, saffron paste, garland of cotton beads or flowers, ittar (perfume), turmeric, kumkum, abir, and gulal are then made to the Goddess Lakshmi. Flowers and garlands, such as Lotus, Marigold, Rose, Chrysanthemum and leaves of Bael (wood apple tree) are also offered. An incense stick is lit and dhoop is given to her. An offering of sweets, coconut, fruits, and tambul is made later. Puffed rice and batasha (varieties of Indian sweets) are placed near the idol. Puffed rice, batasha, coriander seeds, and cumin seeds are poured or offered to her idol. In villages, a pot made of bamboo-canes measuring the paddy known as Nana' is filled up to the brink with freshly harvest paddy. Rice and lentils are also kept with the paddy. The `Mana' is the symbol of Mahalakshmi. Adoration of the Goddess is done by offering fruits, coconut, banana, doob-grass, amla, curd, turmeric, flowers, incense etc. It is customary to read out the holy book, the Eulogy, “Lakshmi Puran” while performing the pooja.[13] A Swastika symbol is also then drawn on the safe or vault in which the devotee keeps their valuables and it is worshiped as a symbol of Lord Kubera.Towards the end of the ritual, Aarti is performed which is dedicated to Goddess Lakshmi. The Aarti is accompanied by a small bell and is performed in a silent and sublime atmosphere. #ఇల్లాలు ఈ రంగు చీర కట్టుకుంటే లక్ష్మిదేవి ఇంట్లోనే ఉంటుంది https://youtu.be/0V6P8c5iBGo Follow us on You tube :  https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCGW1Coc_pWdRDtzEFgYlYPQ/ FACEBOOK: https://www.facebook.com/best.guru.7731?ref=bookmarks TWITTER: https://twitter.com/PHANIKR94440243 INSTAGRAM: https://www.instagram.com/bestgurutv BLOGGER: https://www.blogger.com/profile/12948348718423412871 #జులై 31 వరలక్ష్మి వ్రతం ఈ సమయంలో చేస్తేనే ఇంట్లో డబ్బే డబ్బు  #శుక్రవారం వరలక్ష్మి అమ్మవారి అలంకరణ#Varalakshmi #pooja #decoration #VaralakshmiVratam #వరలక్ష్మీదేవికి ఇష్టమైన నైవేద్యాలు, పూలు ఏమిటి..?

Just saw a gray hair on your head? Do you think you are not old enough to get them? Calm down. Gray hair can be covered and arrested with a combination of commercial products and home remedies.
What Causes Gray Hair?
Gray hair occurs as a result of a reduction of pigment, and white hair has no pigment. The reason behind this remains a mystery.  In a lifetime, everyone’s hair turn gray. The chances of going gray increases 10-20% every ten years after 30 years. In the beginning, hair is white. It gets its natural color from a pigment called melanin. The formation of melanin begins before you are born. The natural color of your hair depends on the type, distribution and the amount of melanin in the middle layer of the hair shaft/cortex. Hair has two types of pigments: dark and light. They blend together to make the broad range of hair colors. Melanin consists of specialized pigment cells known as melanocytes. They are positioned at the openings on the skin’s surface through which hair grows, called follicles. Every hair grows from a single follicle. Hair growth has three phases:
Anagen: it is the active growth stage of the hair fiber. It can last from 2 to u years. At any point in time, 80-85% of your hair is in the anagen phase.
Catagen: this is the transitional phase. It is when hair growth begins to slow down to begin the shutdown process. It lasts for 10- 20 days.
Telogen: This happens when hair growth is completely at rest and hair fiber falls out. At any moment, 10 to 15 % of our hair is in this phase. It usually lasts for 100 days for scalp hair. After this phase, the hair growth process starts again to the anagen phase.
As the hair is being made, melanocytes inject pigment called melanin into cells which contain keratin. Keratin is the protein our hair, skin, and nails are made of. Throughout the time, melanocyctes injects pigment into the hair’s keratin, giving it a color. Melanin reduces with age. The hair becomes gray and eventually turns white. The hair follicle has a melanogentic clock which slows down or stops the melanocyte activity, which decreases the pigment your hair receives. This happens just before the hair is getting ready to fall out, so the roots look pale. Hair also turns gray because of age and genetics. Your genes regulate the exhaustion of the pigmentation potential of each hair follicle. This happens at varying rates in different hair follicles. A failure of melanocyte stem cells to sustain the production of melanocytes can make hair gray. This failure can result in the degradation of signals that produce hair color. There are also other factors that can change the pigmentation of hair. They can be intrinsic and extrinsic. Genes, hormones, body distribution, stress, and age are intrinsic factors. Climate, pollution, chemicals, and toxins are extrinsic factors. In 2009, scientists in Europe explained how hair follicles produce minute amounts of hydrogen peroxide. It builds on the hair shafts, which leads to a gradual loss of hair color. White people begin going gray in their mid-30s, Asians in their late 30s, and African Americans in their mid-40s. Half of all people have many gray hair by the time they turn 50. A white person is said to be prematurely gray their hair turns gray by age 20, and an African American is called the same if he goes gray before 30.

#వరలక్ష్మీ వ్రతం రోజు అమ్మవారిని వీటితో పూజించినా అలంకరించిన కటిక దరిద్ర...
