This is not an original observation at all but I cannot stress enough how much the entire main cast of spongebob the musical just looks like your average group of queer people

Like, Patrick is actually just exactly what I (and at least like 40% of all trans men) look like in the summer, I have basically that exact shirt.

Then you've got: musical protagonist twink, voice of reason lesbian, colourful lesbians, squidward, dramatic gay supervillain
