I don’t know it this has been mentioned, but…

Some of the LCD billbords in splatsville are deteriorating.

This screen shot is from the most recent big run so far (umami ruins)

You can see dead pixels in bottom left corner.(also the BigRun Alert is taking up less space than before, to the point it even gets cut off for the sake of the advertisement)

This next screen shot is from the current splatfest who would make best Deepcut leader)

Same dead pixels plus new ones in the top right corner.(please note that some of the dark looking bars in the bottom right are from the palanquin Shiver is riding on.

Maybe whoever wins this splatfest will have to decide where Splatsvilles priorities and resources will head towards going forward.

Has anyone else noticed any other deterioration around Splatsville?

Edit: for clarification, this is the screen above the Shoal (local multiplayer lobby). That place seems run down. Maybe it’s meant to represent that?

So, Splatoon 3's almost over, picked the game up again for the Grand Run (top tier stage) and might try to log on for the festival itself (Y'know, after we've probably made the Salmonids an endangered species to "save" it.).

Yeah. That went fast. I might not have been a super dedicated player or anything, but I think I've had a pretty good time with Splatoon 3. Gonna be on Team Future.

I missed the opportunity to make art for FNAF's 10 year anniversary, so thought I'd make up for it with something Splatoon. Might be the last time I end up drawing these Goofy Aah Kaiju Fish, at least for a while. I do wanna make more Splatoon stuff every now and then, (still got plans for Operation: Rock Out! as a one-shot story.) , but with less of a focus on Salmon Run and on other characters/parts of the world.

I’ve loved the Splatoon series for years and since the demo launched, Splatoon 3 has become one of my favourite games ever! The art style, the characters, story mode, the details and easter eggs, and most of all the gameplay and community. Splatoon has one of the most creative, funny and wholesome playerbases out there and I’m so happy to be part of it 🥰
