I don't understand how people hate Ezra. How can you hate a sweet, innocent, awkwardly adorable boy who grew up into a mature but still awkwardly adorable man who sacrificed himself to save his homeworld? People say he's annoying or cringy I just don't see it.

I've had literally the worst day today and thought I'd be miserable all day, but I almost instantly started to feel better when I started writing. This is why you should write for yourself and no one else. Yes, it's nice when people recognise your writing and the effort you put into it, but at the end of the day, you're doing this for free. You might as well do it because you enjoy it, or because it makes you feel better after a bad day or for literally any other reason than the likes/comments. It doesn't even matter if your writing is 'bad' (which is very subjective btw), or if you're an artist, or whatever. As long as you enjoyed creating it, that's what counts

Heya guys, just a quick reminder.

I don't delete art requests or asks, in general. I have quite a collection of them as of now, and I do want to work through them eventually, but I also have alot of projects and ideas of my own that I want to do.

So, I'm sorry if I take some time to get back at some of your request. But keep in mind that I'm doing this for free, and that I put time and love into everything I work on (despite the varying quality at times >.<)

I am aware that, as a creator who draws and uploads almost daily, that special spark is kind of lost at some point. Because hey, Kit throws out art all the time, nothing new.

Doesn't mean I don't invest alot into it. I want to keep loving what I do, and hopefully bring a smile to someone's face when they see my silly doodles.

having blackout curtains comes with its pros and cons. the pros are I can sleep in for hours without the worry of being woken up by the sunlight (unless my cat is in the room with me), and I can chill in my dark room during the day with my led lights on and candles lit with music, just enjoying my space. the cons, however, are that I have become a vampire and will be blinded the moment I open my bedroom door, and if I don't set my alarm, I will literally sleep all day long... the pros outweigh the cons so it a win in my books hahaha

Absolutely dreading tomorrow, went to my closest aquarium store a few days ago to buy everything I need for my axolotl tank and had the misfortune of being stuck with the owner of the store being so incredibly rude to me and had me considering quitting my life long dream to have an axolotl so I never had to go back in there again but as I've already purchased one I'm trying to persevere and will be going there again tomorrow to hopefully be able to take mine home if the water tests all come back good, it's just such a shame a place I've enjoyed visiting often is now causing me this severe anxiety 😔

But if anyone who reads this knows anything about axolotls or has some I would love to hear about them and any tips you have for me

Two cunts at the pub triggered a massive ptsd episode for me last night by being crazy sexist to me and trying to intimidate me out of "their" place. I spent 2 hours manic sobbing in Bs lap when we got home and then cried basically all night too, he had to do my shopping for me because I was too scared to leave the house today and since he's had to leave I've just spent all day dissociative in my bed. I fucking hate men and I hate that they can do whatever they like and we're all just expected to get on with it and let them!! They got really nasty with me and it was literally just because I dared stand up for myself.

"I have --- if you'd like" and then the next day she is like no stop asking him what he wants he has enough. The nerve of this woman is unreal . As if she's not the incredibly insecure one here. At least I dont put other people down, it's not my fault shes unhappy with her life and its definitely not fair to project onto me . I want to spit in her face .

Agree with above but also how can I mediate their usage when they are on it constantly at school and at their dads?

My kids school, sends out a text saying the kids shouldn't be spending so much time on technology. Proceeds to use tablets in class, interactive monitors and goes into full melt down when the internet doesn't work.

Did you know that my kids teachers played games with the kids instead of teaching. They have a library. Surely they have books on the bloody subjects. Make up math questions on the spot and work through them. Etc. You can't complain about my kid going on tech for an hour only in the morning at 6am cause they are wierdos who rise with the birds, and proceed to have a fit when you have to teach them instead of YouTube and BBC bitesize.

im so done with seeing articles about kids and screen time that doesnt mention parent behaviors even once. “kids are always on their phones” so are the parents! which the kids look to for how they should behave! ipad babies didn’t chose to only play on their ipads, thats what their parents gave them!

an anecdotal example: when i was a kid, all my parents would do in their minimal free time was watch tv and then they would be surprised when in my sister and i’s minimal free time we would also only watch tv/play video games. they scolded us for not reading books, but they never read books. they scolded us for not going outside but they never went outside.
