hahaha i'm so sorry this is a very niche reference, and now that i am explaining it i feel very cringe. the epic of gilgamesh is one of the books featured in the cancer music video. when i wrote my fic wild geese forever ago, i had tyler reading a bunch of books, and all of them were books from that video. someone on twitter recently made some really cute art based on the boys from that fic, and it had tyler with a copy of the epic of gilgamesh, so it was fresh in my mind.

i like the idea that tyler was reading it for the homoerotic subtext... it would definitely fit with his character in the fic hehe

So, I use my tumblr drafts as a note app pretty much (because I dont like my notes app on my phone) but sometimes I will get distracted by something and will jot something down and then never come back to it, and I was cleaning our my drafts and I wanted to share some of this bullshit because it is ridiculous.

I have zero idea what this is about. None. Clearly, I wasn't that obsessed. Also, why the hell have I started a word and not finished it?? I can assure you, nothing in my life is that urgent that I need to leave a word unfinished.

Again, I have no clue. At least I finished this one (maybe??) I haven't ever read Romeo and Juliet, so I'm not sure why I would ever have such strong opinions about it. Who knows.

a few years ago I had some severe mental health shit going on and one of the things I noticed was I’d stopped dreaming. cut to now where I’m feeling good most days thanks to meds but having lots of weird-ass, vivid dreams.
