Plan F: Fabulous or Failure? (Damon X Reader)
This is a one shot-fic between Damon and Y/N Gilbert, who is the twin of Jeremy Gilbert. They are always upto no good and going around doing pranks. One day they decided to steal the moonstone from Klaus as a bargaining chip to make him leave the town.
I got this idea while going through story prompts. The link to the original post is here.
I hope you guys enjoy the story. <3
_____________________________________________________
"Let's just move on to plan F. F stands for fabulous."
"The way all your other plans have worked out so far, I would assume F also stands for failure."
Y/N rolled her eyes, her lips curling into a smirk, "You know, Damon, your lack of faith in me is both endearing and annoying."
Damon leaned against the wall, arms crossed, his trademark smirk firmly in place, "I'm just being realistic, Y/N. After Plan A was 'Avoiding Klaus,' Plan B was 'Befriending Klaus,' and Plan C was 'Running Away from Klaus,' I've noticed a pattern."
"Well, if you have any better ideas, Mr. I-Know-Everything, I'm all ears," Y/N shot back, placing her hands on her hips.
He chuckled, stepping closer, "You know I live for this kind of chaos. But let's hear about your 'fabulous' plan F. Maybe I'll be pleasantly surprised."
Y/N took a deep breath, dramatically flipping her hair, "Plan F involves us sneaking into Klaus's mansion, stealing the moonstone, and using it to leverage him into leaving town."
Damon raised an eyebrow, "Bold. Reckless. Probably doomed to fail. I like it."
"That makes one of us," Y/N muttered under her breath, then louder, "So, are you in or are you going to stand there and critique my plans all night?"
"What's life without a little danger?" Damon said, his blue eyes twinkling with mischief, "I'm in. But if we get caught, I’m blaming you."
"Deal," Y/N said with a grin, "And when it works, you owe me dinner."
Damon smirked, a playful glint in his eyes, "Fine. But when it fails, you're buying the drinks."
"You're on, Salvatore," Y/N said, turning towards the door, "Let's go be fabulous."
As they walked out, Damon couldn't help but feel a thrill of excitement. Y/N's plans might be a mess, but they were never boring. And deep down, he knew he wouldn’t want it any other way.
Their bond had grown over the years, ever since the Salvatore brothers moved to Mystic Falls. Damon had taken an immediate liking to Y/N’s fearless attitude and quick wit. She was the only one who could match his sarcasm and keep up with his schemes.
As they approached Klaus's mansion, Y/N whispered, "Remember the time we tricked Stefan into thinking the house was haunted?"
Damon chuckled, "How could I forget? He almost staked me."
Y/N grinned, "Good times. Let's make another memory tonight."
Damon nodded, his smirk fading into a serious expression, "Stay close, Y/N. I can't afford to lose my favorite Gilbert twin."
Y/N rolled her eyes but smiled, "I’ll be right behind you, Damon. Let’s show Klaus what fabulous really looks like."
___________________________________________________
Damon and Y/N crouched behind a row of bushes just outside Klaus’s mansion. The moon cast a pale light over the sprawling estate, adding an eerie glow to the surroundings.
Damon: "Alright, we need to be quiet and stealthy. Got it?"
Y/N: "Of course. Quiet and stealthy. My middle names."
Damon raised an eyebrow, "Your middle names are Marie Elizabeth."
Y/N huffed, "Details. Let’s focus."
They sneaked around to the side of the mansion, where Damon had spotted an open window earlier.
Y/N: "Boost me up.
Damon interlaced his fingers to give her a lift. As she climbed up, her foot slipped, and she ended up kicking Damon in the face.
"Ow! Watch where you’re aiming those!"
"Sorry! It’s dark!"
She managed to get through the window and reached down to help pull Damon up. As she helped him climb, Y/N knocked over a vase, which shattered loudly on the floor.
Damon: "Quiet and stealthy, huh?"
Y/N: "I’m doing my best!"
They tiptoed through the dimly lit hallway, trying to avoid any more mishaps. Suddenly, they heard footsteps approaching.
Y/N: "Hide!"
They dove into a closet, cramming themselves into the small space. Y/N tried to hold back a giggle as Damon’s elbow poked her in the ribs.
Damon: "What’s so funny?"
Y/N: "Nothing. Just thinking about how cozy this is."
Damon rolled his eyes, "Focus, Y/N."
The footsteps passed, and they slipped out of the closet, continuing their mission. They reached Klaus’s study, where the moonstone was supposedly kept.
Y/N: "Alright, how do we get in?"
Damon: "I’ve got this."
He pulled out a set of lock-picking tools and started working on the lock. Just as he was about to succeed, the door swung open, revealing Rebekah.
Rebekah: "What are you two doing here?"
Y/N: "Uh... surprise inspection?"
Rebekah’s eyes narrowed, "Really? At this hour?"
Damon: "It’s a 24-hour service. Very thorough."
Rebekah crossed her arms, "You two are unbelievable."
Just then, a loud crash echoed from downstairs, followed by a chorus of chickens clucking.
Y/N: "Chickens? In Klaus’s mansion?"
Damon: "Weird. Let’s roll with it."
Y/N: "Quick, we need a distraction."
Damon: "On it."
He grabbed a nearby bust and tossed it out the window, triggering an alarm. Rebekah turned to look, giving Y/N just enough time to slip into the study and grab the moonstone.
Y/N: "Got it!"
Damon: "Time to go!"
They bolted for the exit, but not before Rebekah caught on and started chasing them, "You’re not getting away that easily!"
They sprinted through the hallways, dodging more clucking chickens and slipping on feathers. As they reached the front door, Klaus himself appeared, blocking their path.
Klaus: "Leaving so soon?"
Y/N: "Uh, Damon? Plan G?"
Damon: "Plan G. Got it."
Klaus: "What’s Plan G?"
Damon smirked, "It’s for Getaway."
With that, he grabbed a fire extinguisher from the wall and sprayed it in Klaus’s face, creating a cloud of foam. They dashed past him and out the door, laughing as they went.
Damon: "I can’t believe that worked!"
Y/N: "Told you it was fabulous."
As they ran down the driveway, Damon held up the moonstone triumphantly, "We did it!"
Y/N grinned, "And you owe me dinner."
"Fine..." Damon gruffs.
Their escapade might have been chaotic, but it was also one they’d never forget.

The Unbelievable Girlfriend
Five Hargreeves x Fem!reader
Warnings: none
Five Hargreeves was known for many things: his intellect, his sarcasm, and his ability to time travel. But a steady girlfriend? That seemed as likely as a peaceful family dinner at the Hargreeves mansion. His siblings had dismissed his claims about having a girlfriend named Y/n, writing them off as one of his sarcastic jokes or, at best, a figment of his busy imagination.
"A girlfriend? You? Right," Klaus had laughed, lounging on the couch with a cocktail. "That’s rich. What’s next, Five? You’re taking up knitting?"
"I’m serious," Five had replied, not bothering to hide his irritation. "Y/n is real."
"Sure she is," Viktor had chimed in, eyes twinkling with mischief. "Next you’ll tell us you’ve joined a book club."
Even Diego, typically more reserved, had smirked and given Five a skeptical once-over. "You? A girlfriend? I’ll believe it when I see it."
Five had merely sighed and muttered under his breath about his annoying, disbelieving siblings.
It was a lazy Sunday morning, the mansion wrapped in a rare hush, save for the occasional creak of the old building settling. The Hargreeves were scattered in various states of sleep and wakefulness.
Klaus, ever the early riser despite his nocturnal habits, shuffled down the stairs towards the kitchen, craving coffee. He was still half-asleep, rubbing his eyes and yawning as he pushed the kitchen door open. What he saw made him stop dead in his tracks, his drowsiness vanishing in an instant.
There, standing by the fridge and seemingly unaware of his presence, was a woman. She had tousled hair, and was wearing nothing but an oversized shirt that Klaus immediately recognized as Five’s. She was rummaging through the fridge, one hand on her hip, the other pushing aside leftovers as she muttered to herself about breakfast options.
Klaus blinked several times, then broke into a wide, mischievous grin. "Well, well, well," he said, his voice loud and teasing. "What do we have here? A mysterious lady in Five’s shirt? Did I miss the memo?"
The woman, startled, turned around and nearly dropped a carton of juice. "Oh! Hi! You must be Klaus," she said with a sheepish smile. "I’m Y/n. Five’s girlfriend."
"Y/n? Five’s girlfriend?!" Klaus's grin widened to Cheshire Cat proportions. "I thought you were a myth! This is better than Christmas morning!"
"Nice to meet you too," Y/n said, her cheeks flushing slightly. "And, uh, sorry for raiding your fridge."
"Raid away, my dear," Klaus replied, grabbing his phone and snapping a quick picture. "No one’s gonna believe this without evidence. This is gold!"
Klaus, unable to contain his excitement, darted out of the kitchen, shouting through the mansion. "Guys! Guys! Get down here! You have to see this!"
The clamor woke the rest of the siblings, who groggily made their way to the kitchen, curiosity piqued by Klaus’s enthusiasm. As they filed in, they found Y/n standing awkwardly in the middle of the room, one hand clutching the juice carton, the other tugging at the hem of Five’s shirt.
"What the hell is going on?" Diego demanded, still rubbing sleep from his eyes.
"Meet Y/n," Klaus announced with a flourish, gesturing to the blushing woman. "Five’s very real, very present girlfriend."
"No way," Allison said, her eyes widening as she looked Y/n up and down. "You’re... real?"
"Very real," Y/n confirmed with a nervous laugh. "And, uh, sorry for the intrusion."
"Holy crap," Viktor murmured, blinking in astonishment. "Five actually has a girlfriend."
"Well, this explains why he’s been sneaking around lately," Diego muttered, crossing his arms. "Thought he was up to something."
The commotion finally reached Five’s ears as he groggily sat up in bed, confused by the distant shouting. He grabbed his phone and saw the incriminating photo Klaus had sent, complete with the caption: "Caught your girlfriend red-handed! Or should I say shirt-handed?"
"Oh, for the love of—" Five grumbled, throwing on a pair of jeans and a t-shirt before storming downstairs.
As he burst into the kitchen, he found his siblings gathered around Y/n, who was looking more amused than embarrassed by the attention.
"What the hell is going on here?" Five demanded, his voice cutting through the chatter.
"Your girlfriend happened," Klaus replied, draping an arm around Y/n’s shoulders. "And she’s delightful."
"Let her go, Klaus," Five growled, pulling Y/n away from his brother. "She’s not a sideshow attraction."
"Oh, lighten up, Five," Viktor said, laughing. "We’re just surprised, that’s all."
"Surprised? They didn’t believe you existed," Five told Y/n, who chuckled.
"Yeah, I kind of gathered that," she said, giving him a quick kiss on the cheek. "But it’s fine. They’re pretty entertaining."
Despite the early hour, the kitchen quickly turned into a bustling hub as the siblings, now fully awake and buzzing with curiosity, sat down for an impromptu breakfast. Y/n, still clad in Five’s shirt, fit right in, handling their barrage of questions with ease and humor.
"So, Y/n," Allison began, passing her a cup of coffee. "How did you meet Five?"
"We met during a rather... unconventional mission," Y/n explained, shooting a teasing glance at Five. "He was all business and no fun, but somehow he won me over."
"Typical," Diego muttered, munching on a piece of toast. "Sounds just like him."
"And what do you see in our dear brother?" Klaus asked, winking. "He’s not exactly Mr. Sunshine."
Y/n laughed, leaning into Five’s side. "He’s not, but he’s got a good heart. And he makes life interesting."
Five, though trying to maintain his usual stoic demeanor, couldn’t hide the small, proud smile tugging at his lips.
"Well, welcome to the family," Viktor said, raising his coffee mug. "Glad to finally meet you."
As the morning progressed, the initial surprise gave way to camaraderie, and the siblings’ teasing turned into genuine interest and acceptance. Y/n proved to be more than capable of handling their quirks and chaos, and by the end of breakfast, it felt as if she had always been a part of their unconventional family.
Five, though slightly annoyed by the morning’s events, was relieved to see how well Y/n fit in. He pulled her aside as the others began to disperse, giving her a soft kiss.
"Sorry about all this," he said, gesturing to the now-empty kitchen. "They can be a bit... overwhelming."
"Are you kidding? I love it," Y/n replied, smiling up at him. "It’s nice to finally meet the people you’ve been telling me about. And they’re not as scary as you made them sound."
Five laughed, shaking his head. "Just wait until they really start trying to scare you off."
"Let them try," Y/n said confidently. "I’m not going anywhere."
Later that day, as the Hargreeves siblings went about their usual routines, Klaus couldn’t resist one last jab at Five. "So, how was your stormy night, Five? Must’ve been quite the adventure."
Five just rolled his eyes, but there was a faint blush creeping up his neck. "Mind your own business, Klaus."
But as Klaus sauntered off, humming to himself, Five couldn’t help but feel a surge of satisfaction. For once, things had turned out better than he’d expected. Y/n was accepted, and his siblings finally believed he had a girlfriend.
As he watched Y/n chatting animatedly with Allison and Viktor in the living room, he knew that despite the morning’s chaos, everything was exactly as it should be.

𝐈 𝐔𝐬𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐲 𝐇𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐊𝐢𝐝𝐬.. 𝐁𝐮𝐭 𝐒𝐡𝐞'𝐬 𝐅𝐢𝐧𝐞
Part 1: Pretty Please With A Dog On Top! | Request
Five Hargreeves x Niece!Reader
WC: 975
The day after the funeral, you has to return to the mansion again. You scooped up your dog again, getting into the car. Your father drove to the house again, preparing for the worst based on the encounter yesterday. You arrived and walked into the house. Walking in, you saw the familiar faces of your uncles and aunt. But there was one unfamiliar face, it was a boy who seemed to be a few years older than you. He was dressed in an academy uniform and your father seemed shocked to see him. You were confused, who was he? He looked at you, then up at Diego.
"Huh, would you look at that, Batman's got a kid."
All your uncles and your aunt seemed in shock to see the boy, not like they didn't know him, but as if he wasn't supposed to be here.
"Five?! How are you here?!"
What was going on? You looked up to your father in concern. He instantly caught onto your nervousness and sent you into the living room to go play with your dog. Playing with the dog always calmed you down so you sat down on a comfy chair and began to play.
~*~*~*~*~
A few minutes later, the boy walked in. He was slightly intimidating, but as he walked over to you his features softened. Maybe you were crazy but you could swear there was the slightest hint of a smile on his face.
"Hey kid, what's your name?"
You felt slightly afraid of the boy but murmured a meek '(Y/N)'. He smiled at you, complimenting your name, trying to comfort you and help with your shyness. He introduced himself as Five, your other uncle, you furrowed your brows. How could he be your uncle? The dog began pawing at Fives wrist, he usually hated animals, especially dogs, but yours was different. He also usually hated kids, but you were also an exception. He was very fond of you, finding your shyness adorable. He also loved the dog, though he'd never admit any of it.
In front of his siblings, he'd pretend he didn't care for you or the dog. He'd rarely take notice of either you in front of the family, but when you were alone with him he would go soft. Sometimes, your dad or uncles or aunt would catch a sneak peek of Five's bond with you and found it adorable.
~*~*~*~*~
"Hey Fivey, what's your deal with Diego's kid anyway, got a soft spot for her?" Klaus snorted. He had noticed how caring Five was towards you, opposing his usual cold behaviour. Five scoffed, of course he doesn't. How could they possibly think that?!
"You certain you don't at least have a tiny soft spot for the girl?" Five shook his head. "So you're telling me you don't care an ounce about her?"
"Well... I usually hate kids but she's fine I guess."
~*~*~*~*~
You began spending a lot of time at the Hargreeves' mansion. By spending more time at the mansion, you spend more time with your favourite uncle Five - joint first favourite with Klaus or course. Sometimes everyone would get too caught up in their own business and you'd be left at home alone. Well, not entirely alone, Five would always try be there as often as possible to ensure you'd not be alone. But, he also liked when you were alone because he got to be his true self with you. One day, everyone had been too wrapped up in their own stuff and they'd forgotten about you. As usual, you sat in your spot in the living area. Five peeked his head through the doorway, smiling as his eyes landed on his favourite niece. He walked over to your spot, your eyes lighting up when you saw him coming over.
"Hey kid, you all alone again?"
You nodded somberly, sad that you'd been forgotten again. Five scoffed in disbelief. He couldn't believe everyone could just forget about you. He made a mental note to berate your father for doing so and not finding someone to care for you. Heck, you could've been hurt, and there wouldn't have been anyone there to care for you! Five said a quick 'C'mon' as he scooped you into his arms, taking you to the kitchen.
He sat you on the counter and began to make what he always made during his Uncle and Niece bonding sessions. A pot of coffee for him, a mug of hot chocolate for you and two fluffer-nutter sandwiches for the two of you. He set down all the ingredients, inviting you to come help him make them. You giggled as you got up onto the stepstool, feeling your puppy prodding your ankles with his cold nose.
Five guided you on how to make the hot chocolate, letting you put the marshmallows and whipped cream onto it. Not that the event went down without getting whipped cream everywhere, usually Five would be annoyed at this behaviour, but it was you so of course he didn't mind. He laughed slightly as your puppy licked all the whipped cream off the floor and smeared it all over itself. He always made the best hot chocolate, just for you. Most people had never tried Five's hot chocolate, he liked to say it was reserved for him. However, after meeting you, he expanded the circle to the two of you.
He made the sandwiches and set everything on the table. Placing a bowl on the floor for the dog, both of you began to talk. Well, you began to talk really. Five liked listening. Unbeknownst to the two of you, the rest of your family had now returned home and was now watching your interaction from the doorway. They knew Five had to have a soft spot somewhere in his closed-off heart. Who knew that soft spot was reserved for a small girl and a puppy?
(A/N) Sorry this is short but I had lots of fun writing it <3

Heyy so I read your one shot called together and it made me think of a similar request what if the reader is also elena's younger sister but she never wanted to be a vampire and she used to date stefan in highschool instead of elena like in the imagine but what if she doesn't completely break up with stefan so she and klaus have a secret affair and then one day elena catches them and she ends up kicking her out and it also happens to be the same night stefan learns the truth so he kidnaps her and drives her to wickery bridge like he did with elena in season 3 and ends up turning her in front of klaus when he arrives and then klaus takes her to his mansion and convinces her to feed when she doesn't want to and promises to protect her It would be great if you could write about this<3
Cheater on the bridge
Pairing: Klaus Mikaelson x Elena's sister! reader, Stefan Salvatore x Elena's sister! reader Summary: You've been sneaking around with Klaus for several months now, cheating on your boyfriend, Stefan. You feel terrible about it, but you're afraid to break up with Stefan because you don't know how he'll react to it. However, Elena finds out about your little affair. And everything goes to hell. Warning(s): the reader betrays Stefan, death, blood, turning into a vampire, curses, Klaus Mikaelson, etc. Word count: 5,2k
You knew you were doing very wrong and awful thing. You had a sweet, loving boyfriend, Stefan Salvatore, who would do anything to see you happy. You had great friends and family, good grades in school—you were living your teenage dream.
But then you met Klaus Mikaelson.
And you wanted more.
As soon as your eyes met, you felt that shiver of excitement run down your entire body. He too, without knowing why, became interested in you. Y/N Gilbert. The doppelgänger's sister, the girlfriend of Stefan Salvatore, whom the Mystic Gang wanted to protect at all costs from all this supernatural shit.
But then, when Stefan walked over to you and, placing his hand on your waist, led you out of the Mystic Grill under Klaus' watchful eye, you knew your life would never again be the peaceful routine you were used to.
And you were excited about it.
When Elena would have given anything for a normal, peaceful life like yours, you had an overwhelming urge to go on a dangerous adventure. Create amazing, exciting memories. And Klaus noticed it. He noticed how you were suffocating in this structured relationship and in the perfect life of an ordinary man. And he was going to take advantage of it.
In your defense, you resisted him. Really.
You sent back all the ridiculously expensive gifts like dresses, jewelry, a car, and your own horse when he found out you were taking extra riding lessons after school.
So Klaus changed tactics. He started sending you pencil portraits he'd drawn, leaving little notes with compliments and poems he'd written (the guy was amazing at praising your beauty). And you, being forever that girl locked up in the fantasy world of books and appreciating a good old Jane Austen or Brontë sisters book romance, fell into his trap.
So after he courted you, saying so many beautiful words and leaving thousands of small gifts, you gave in to him.
The tension between you must have snapped one day. And it was exactly on your 18th birthday that both your boyfriend and friends forgot about this important day for you. But Klaus remembered. And he took you to fucking Norway so you could see the Northern Lights for yourself. Let's just say the day ended so well for both of you that you made use of Klaus' long-lost villa and stayed there all weekend.
Klaus turned out to be more than willing to keep you in his arms for longer.
It was supposed to be just a one-night stand. One thing he would point out to a vamp getting on his nerves the next time he got a chance. But one night turned into two, three, four, and honestly? Klaus has already lost count of the number of times one of you ended up in the other's bed.
There was something about you that delighted Klaus and drew him to you whenever you were in each other's presence. The worst part was that neither of you could resist this strange force that drew you to each other. Of course, only for you. You didn't want to break your cute boyfriend's heart, but you couldn't resist those gorgeous blue eyes, alluring lips, and talented hands of a powerful, terrifying hybrid that somehow wanted only you in his bed and by his side. Klaus, on the other hand, didn't care about anything other than making sure you were somehow in his presence every day. Whether it was just a few minutes of conversation, lunch, dinner and breakfast, or quick, hot, stolen moments in your bedroom.
The guilt grew inside you every time you were close to Stefan. You swore to yourself that you would sever whatever ties tie you to the hybrid, but every time you saw Klaus, whatever rational decision you made just got lost in your mind.
You were too busy with Klaus' overwhelming feeling on your body to care about anything else in the world.
Over time, your trysts turned into something more. You talked to each other and enjoyed the mere presence of the other without having to do any "adult stuff".
You were starting to feel more than lust for him. And it terrified you. But you were too deeply into Klaus Mikaelson to just walk away from him. To let go forever that feeling of excitement every time you sneaked up on each other and the overwhelming feeling that only a hybrid could make you feel. Klaus has destroyed you for any other man. And you both knew it. Just like the fact that you had control over him too.
And now, lying with him in his bed, snuggling after very long hours of activities, you realized one thing: You fell for the devil, who was sleeping peacefully while holding you close to him.
You shifted slightly in his arms so that you could cup his cheek with your hand. That damn handsome face was the cause of all your moral battles going on within you. Because how could you fall in love with a man who sacrificed your sister in a ritual and nearly killed your aunt Jenna? How could you love someone who threatened to kill your loved ones? And most of all... how, despite his many sins, were you able to still see in him the shadow of humanity that he carefully hid from the world?
"I can almost feel your cerebral convolutions burn out." he muttered, snapping you out of his thoughts. He opened one eye, staring at you searchingly. "What are you thinking about?"
"About you. I feel like I've only been thinking about you lately."
"Is that wrong?" he asked, propping his head up with one hand and playing with your hair with the other.
"I don't know yet." you whispered, staring at him. You could spend the rest of your life like this. Lying next to this captivating 1,000-year-old vampire. The question is, did he share your feelings?
"So let me reassure you and say that you, too, appear in my head more often than I could possibly allow, love. Thinking about those beautiful lips or enchanting eyes has nearly ruined my plans more than once."
"Always so good with words."
"And in many other things, my little human." he murmured, leaning in to cup your lips in a tender, slow kiss.
That's how things were with Klaus: slow, tempting, irritating, until the flame between you, fueled by those little banters, started to grow to the point where you both burned each other. And it was a feeling you never wanted to deprive yourself of. It doesn't matter how unethical and unfair it was to the people close to you.
The ringing of your phone snapped you out of this haze of pleasure. You somehow pushed Klaus away from you and reached for your phone on the nightstand. Elena. You groaned. The last thing you wanted was to talk to your sister.
"Be quiet for a minute, please." you asked the hybrid before you answered the phone. "Elena? What's going on?"
"Where are you?"
"House."
"I'm home and you're nowhere to be found. Where are you?!"
"God, take it easy! You didn't let me finish. I'm at a friend's house." Klaus raised an inquiring eyebrow, smiling and barely holding back a laugh. You punched him lightly in the chest, making him chuckle louder.
"Is it a male laugh? Who are you with? What friend is this?"
"This is Bob! You know Bob from my English class. We were writing an essay together. I told you about him, didn't I?"
"Just go back home. We need to talk." you hung up, staring furiously at the man below you.
"I asked you!" you screamed, hitting the hybrid with your pillow as he burst out laughing at you.
"I'm sorry, love. But you're a terrible liar."
"Well, I'm good enough for Elena to believe me. You should be glad. You won't have a group of angry vampires storming your house." you said, throwing the pillow back into place and laying down next to Klaus again. You could have stolen a few more moments with him before returning to that circus known as your home.
"Love, you know very well that they wouldn't have the slightest chance against me." he bragged, giving you a flick on your nose which made you giggle.
"Yes, yes. You are a stunningly handsome, powerful hybrid that everyone trembles before in fear."
"I know it perfectly well, but you don't know how wonderful it is to hear it from your lips." he murmured, pulling you to him by your chin for another kiss.
"Nik. I have to go home, you've heard by yourself."
"Stay a little longer." he murmured as he kissed the way along your neck and shoulder. "I'll find you an excuse."
"You kidnapped me last week. They won't fall for it for the 5th time."
"That's what you said the last time. And guess what..." he murmured, biting into the sensitive spot under your ear.
Before you got lost in each other again, you pushed him away, straddling him. He didn't care at all, continuing to kiss every inch of your exposed skin.
"I'll come to you in the morning before you're even up. Maybe I'll even skip my class."
"I hold you to your word." he murmured, sucking on a hickey just below your collarbone. You groaned, grabbing his blonde curls. "Now run away. If you're late tomorrow, I'll come get you myself, love."
"I hold you to your word, the mighty hybrid."
~•♤♤♤•~
"Elena, I'm home!" you shouted as you stepped over the threshold. You set your bag down by the entrance, looking around the house for any sign of your sister. "It would be nice if you would answer since you've already brought me here."
You went to the kitchen and poured yourself a glass of juice. Out of the corner of your eye, you saw a note stuck to the fridge.
I went away with Damon for the weekend, Jeremy is staying with a friend tonight. Don't do any parties. Elena.
A whole house to yourself for the night? That could only mean one thing. You took your phone out of your pocket, smiling to yourself.
"Klaus? What are you doing tonight?"
~•♤♤♤•~
"No! Don't even tell me that you did it!" you laughed with the hybrid as he told you about one of his feuds with famous people.
You really wanted to see him throw an apple at Einstein.
"You know me, love. I'm not famous for my angelic patience."
"You are not famous for anything angelic at all."
"We're very brave today, aren't we? You know that teasing the original hybrid is not a good idea." he murmured, cupping my cheek with his hand and caressing my lips with his thumb. "First, you ran away from me sooner than I wanted, and then you told me to come here as fast as I could."
'Aren't you happy to be here?" you asked, putting your hands on his shoulders and playing with his hair.
"I am…" he pulled you to his chest, wrapping his arms around your waist. "But I'm not yet your boyfriend, who you could boss around."
"Yet?" you asked teasingly, raising an eyebrow.
"Yhm... yet." he murmured, catching your lips in a greedy kiss.
You moaned at the familiar, wonderful feeling of his soft lips on yours. You grabbed his necklace and dragged him into the living room with you.
With your wonderful grace, instead of sitting with him on the couch, you tripped over the coffee table. You groaned in pain, breaking the kiss and grabbing your sore leg. You would have fallen if not for your lover's strong arms.
"Fuck." you groaned, knowing full well that soon you'd have a new bruise to add to your collection.
"My clumsy little human. Come here, let me look at your terrible wound." he knelt down in front of you with a smirk, rolling up your trouser leg with unusual delicacy for him.
"Hey! This little human is capable of bringing the most powerful vampire on earth to his knees before her. Don't you dare underestimate me."
"Never, love." he murmured, before putting his lips to the spot you hit, making you shiver as soon as his plump lips made contact with your skin.
"I can kiss it better, but we both know that my blood is more effective."
"No! Only humans ways." you screamed in a panic. Klaus' wounded face quickly made you feel remorse for your sudden outburst. It wasn't his fault that you didn't want anything to do with the supernatural, and you certainly didn't want to take the risk of having vampire blood in your system. Typically, such a person ended up dead, waiting for his transformation. Even though your lover and boyfriend were vampires, eternity wasn't for you. "But it would be great if you took me to my bedroom."
"I don't think you're so hurt that you can't move on your own, love." he said with an amused smirk.
"That's because you've been invulnerable for a thousand years. You don't even know what a life-threatening condition I'm in right now. The only cure is my comfortable bed and your warm arms around me."
"Well, then I have to make sure my favorite human survives." he took you in his arms, laughing at how quickly you wrapped your hands around him.
With the skill of stealth practiced over months, he went straight to your room. Even knowing that no one but you is at home. It's just that both of you are used to hiding from the eyes of your friends and his family by now.
From the scowl on Klaus' face as soon as you entered the room, you could tell he looked again at the photo (of you and Stefan kissing) on your nightstand that he hated.
"You should burn it." he grunted, setting you down on the bed and standing tense in front of you, obviously not going to join you.
"It's a picture of me and my boyfriend. If he suddenly disappears, Elena and gang might get suspicious."
"Next time Kol and I fight them in here, I'll make sure it lands in the fireplace."
"Mr. Mikaelson... are you jealous?" you asked with a mischievous smirk, pulling him to you so that he was straddling you.
"No." he murmured as he kissed you and knocked the photo frame onto the carpet with one hand. "We both know who you really belong to. And one day, when you pluck up the courage to drop our ripper... I'd be happy to tell him what I've been doing with his sweet, tempting, resourceful girlfriend." he bit your neck, making you moan as he grabbed his shoulders. "And believe me, love, I'll tell him about all the beautiful sounds you made for me."
"Nik..." you moaned, grabbed his hair, and pulled him into another desperate kiss.
Too lost in each other's touch, lips, and scent, you didn't notice that someone had entered the house until your room door opened.
"Y/N you can't even imagine what Damon did. Y/N?!" your sister screamed as soon as she saw you making out with her worst enemy. "What are you doing?! And with him?! You're dating Stefan!"
"You want me to leave you two alone?" he asked, not bothering with the angry brunette. He watched you with obvious concern in his blue eyes as you tried to control your horror at the romance being wasted.
And by whom! Months of careful hiding, only to be discovered by Elena.
"Yes! Get out of here, Klaus!" your sister screamed, trying to push him out of the room, to which the hybrid didn't react at all. He just stared at you, waiting patiently for your response.
"It's okay. You can go. I'll call you later." you assured him with a gentle smile. Klaus stared at you unconvinced for a moment, but finally nodded and left, not forgetting to kiss you on the forehead and shoot Elena a murderous glare.
You sighed as the hybrid left the room. You knew you could feel completely safe with him when you were alone. But with the equally furious (and impetuous) Elena in the same room? Hell would break loose. And you doubted your sister would be lucky enough to survive this time.
"What the hell was that?! Do you have any idea what you're even doing?! YOU'RE CHEATING ON STEFAN! And with who?! The original who nearly killed me and Jenna!"
"Are you finished? Close the door behind you, you're making a draft."
"Is that what you meant? Were you trying to make me mad by making out with him in our house? You could at least spare Stefan the embarrassment and break up with him before you fucked Klaus like a whore."
"Really? Are you trying to make this about yourself? God, you're more fucked up than me, Elena. At least I don't put myself at the center of the damn universe."
"You're cheating on Stefan, you really don't see that as a problem Y/N?!"
"Well, you and Caroline have been drooling over him ever since he got here. He'll probably find comfort in either of you pretty quickly. I doubt he's particularly grieving for me." you tried your best to lie to Elena, but the truth was, you were afraid of Stefan's reaction.
Lately, Salvatore has been flooding you with various date propositions, texts, and phone calls. At one point, Klaus threw your phone out the window because you couldn't focus on him. He got a huge, angry lecture from you, and from then on, he allowed you a short text to dismiss your boyfriend while you were with a hybrid. But you knew you couldn't hide the truth any longer. It hadn't been fair to him from the very beginning of this secret, forbidden affair with Klaus.
"You know what. I'm sick of you, Y/N. Get out of here."
"What?"
"Get out of here. Maybe Klaus will take you in. Honestly? I don't care. You don't deserve an ounce of attention. Not after what you've done."
You gave her an incredulous look. You shook your head in amusement, laughing as you passed a very serious and pissed off brunette.
You didn't want to make your sister (and yourself) any more angry. So without saying a word, you just took your car keys, wallet, and phone and left the house.
You dialed Klaus' number in the car. You patiently waited for him to pick up as you drove out of downtown Mystic Falls and headed towards his mansion. You were hoping he'd put you up for the night until you found a way out of this sick situation.
You knew that your cheating on Stefan with Klaus was a huge blow to the younger Salvatore, something he didn't deserve at all, but Elena overreacted by kicking you out of the house. It was just between you and Stefan (and maybe also Nik). Your sister had no right to make such a drama linking your falling in love with Klaus to wanting to throw her off balance. It wasn't your fault that most of the hot guys wanted to kill her.
"Hello, love. Is everything okay? You looked quite terrified when I left. Are you sure that you don't want me to come to you? I can always get in by a window..."
"No. Actually, I'm on my way to your house. Will you have any free beds for me?"
"We both know that my bed is the most comfortable and sufficient for the two of us, love."
You were about to say something funny to his taunt, but suddenly something jumped out in front of your car. You screamed, trying to swerve and avoid the thing, but you ran straight into a tree. After that, there was only darkness.
~•♤♤♤•~
The first thing you felt when he regained consciousness was blood slowly trickling down the side of your head. You groaned, pressing your hand to the bleeding wound.
Surprisingly, the first thing that popped into your mind after the accident was not to check your health. You were worried that Klaus panicked upon hearing you hit a tree over the phone, probably smashing your car. You could only think about Klaus... at least before you noticed you were still in the car.
"Finally you woke up. I was afraid you crashed into that tree so hard that you died before I planned it." your head shot towards the driver's seat, where your boyfriend's voice was coming from. You groaned as you made a sudden move.
"Stefan?" you asked in surprise as your eyes widened. Wait... dead? He wants my death? You looked around in panic, realizing that the vampire had tied you to the chair.
"Did you forget about me? I heard from Elena that you found yourself a new boyfriend. Klaus, really? I didn't expect you to stoop so low."
"Well, I couldn't go any lower after dating you anyway." you said, coughing up blood.
"I gave you some of my blood so our fun wouldn't end too soon. I also invited Klaus. He'll be sitting in the front row, watching you slowly die, suffocating underwater." the speedometer showed 180 km/h. And Stefan was just accelerating. Your heart beat faster in panic as you tried to find a way out of this situation. Preferable one that doesn't include your drowning.
He must have switched off his humanity the moment Elena gave him the fucking good news. That's why you were afraid to tell Stefan about it. You didn't want his "dark side" to go outside to play. And now you were paying a fair price for your many lies. You were just fucking hoping that Elena would feel a hell of a lot of guilt when you died.
"Stefan. Listen. I know I cheated on you and did the worst possible thing to you by hiding in corners with Klaus and still giving you hope. I should have broken up with you the moment things started happening between me and Klaus, but I didn't. And no apologies from me can make up for that, and you have every right to be mad at me, angry, crazy. But if you kill me now, you'll never forgive yourself. You know I'm not going to become a vampire; I'm going to die the moment this car goes down in the water. Are you ready to have one more innocent soul on your conscience, ripper?" you asked in a broken voice, fearing for your life. It wasn't supposed to end like this.
"That's the thing, Y/N. I don't care anymore."
Out of the corner of your eye, you saw us drive onto that famous bridge, where he saved your and your sister's lives. How ironic that your life was to end in exactly the same place and by the same man who had saved it there earlier.
You closed your eyes, preparing yourself to fall, when suddenly Stefan stopped the car. You opened your eyes, sighing in relief.
Nik.
Klaus came to save you.
"This is probably the moment you should run away while you still have your head on your shoulders!"
Stefan pulled you out of the car by your hair, his hand on your back dangerously close to your heart. He stopped a few steps in front of Klaus, who looked surprisingly calm for him. At least for someone who doesn't know him. You could see fear and anxiety in his eyes, the way he gently clenched his jaw, and the stance he assumed.
"I think this time I'm the one with the advantage." you groaned in pain as he dug his hand into your side. You felt blood start to trickle from your new wound, staining your already bloody and torn shirt. The hybrid wanted to move, but suddenly ran into some invisible barrier. Bonnie must have cast a spell on him. Klaus growled a warning as Stefan's fangs were dangerously close to your neck. "One wrong move, and I'll do my ripper trick on your new toy, Klaus."
"Let her go. It's me you hate. You want revenge on me, not on her."
"You both deserve to be punished. Whatever I do with her, I'll get revenge on you in the process. You care so much about her, Klaus? A weak man who wants to live a gray, boring life? You'd get bored with her eventually. Actually, I'm giving you a beautiful gift. With her death, she will become a vampire. All you'll have to do to transform her is to pour blood down her throat. And believe me, Y/N, your lovely Klaus will rather make you end the transition than let you die."
You couldn't cry. You promised yourself that your fast heartbeat and trembling would be the only signs of fear that Stefan would notice.
"If you don't let her go now, I'll kill everyone and everything…" you didn't hear the rest as your neck was broken like a twig under Stefan's hands. And your body fell to the ground with Klaus' loud scream.
~•♤♤♤•~
Coming back to life after death should be a dramatic, suspenseful, and overall poignant moment. In your case, it was like waking up after a very long nap (probably after some big party, judging from your headache).
"Y/N!" Klaus' worried gasp reached your ears the moment you moved slightly.
You groaned as the light from the bedside lamp in his room illuminated you. Klaus' bedroom. He had to move you here after Stefan broke your neck. Salavtore broke your neck. You must be in a transition process.
"Nik?"
"I'm here, love. I'm not going anywhere. You're safe. My siblings are chasing the Salvatores and their gang all over town. I'll make sure none of them ever hurt you again." he murmured, kissing your forehead and pulling you closer to him. "I swear to you, you'll never have to be afraid of anyone again."
"Niklaus." somehow you managed to break free from the clingy hybrid's arms and sit on his bed. You clutched your head as the world around you began to spin. Klaus' warm hand cupped yours, anchoring you. After a while, everything stopped. It was just you, breathing heavily with a very worried 1000-year-old vampire by your side. "I can't stay with you. I... I can't be a vampire." you whispered as tears began to fill your eyes and all the stress from tonight began to turn into a terrifying panic.
"Love..." his pained look only intensified your despair and tears.
"No. Nik I-I can't live forever. I can't feed on the blood of innocent people... I... I don't want to die." you clung to him, crying into his chest like a little child.
You felt one of his hands wrap around your waist, placing you on his lap, and the other soothingly combing your hair.
"Shhh.. you don't have to be afraid, love. I'll be there for you, whatever you decide—even if these are your last hours. I'm not going to leave you alone. I don't want to convince you of anything, but if you decide that forever doesn't seem like such a bad idea, just know that I'll make sure you're not going through this on your own. I will help you control hunger, deal with overwhelming emotions. I can even steal blood from hospitals, hunt squirrels, or give you my own." you burst out laughing, imagining him running around the woods looking for squirrels. Klaus smiled at your laugh. He wiped the tears from your cheek with his thumb, looking at your tear-stained, snotty, and reddened face with great tenderness. "Being a vampire doesn't have to be so terrible. You have the whole world in front of you. And with me by your side? I'll make sure that you enjoy every second of your eternity. Only if you want it."
"What if I turn out to be a ripper like Stefan? Or my character will change completely, and you won't want me anymore? What if my darkness dominates and destroys my humanity?"
"I'll always love you, Y/N. Nothing can change that. If you end transition, I'll keep an eye on you. I won't let any of the things you're worried about happen. You have my word. You're everything that matters to me." you decided not to bring up the fact that he had just confessed his true feelings to you for now and instead buried your head between his neck and shoulder.
"Don't say that line. I only associate it with Elijah." you whispered with a smile, inhaling his scent, which brought you calm and safety.
"I could have predicted you'd focus solely on that sentence." he snorted indignantly, placing a kiss on your temple.
You sat there in silence for a while, hugging each other and soaking up each other's warmth. Klaus was drawing patterns on the exposed skin of your arm. Only now did you notice that he had changed you into his clothes. A strange feeling flooded your chest, warming your already flushed cheeks.
A persistent thought in the back of your mind snapped you out of this sweet moment between you two. You could have it forever. His arms around you. His lips on yours. His whispers in your ear. It could all be yours for eternity.
And maybe you didn't want to be a vampire. Maybe you wanted to live a normal life before, with your family, children, husband, boring job, and terrible boss. But now that Klaus has offered his eternal protection and affection?
You were too covetous to let him go. Too greedy for his affection and devotion to follow your beliefs. And so you have (willingly) gone against yourself since the beginning of this relationship. So what bad could happen this time? At least you'd be still alive.
"Okay." his intent gaze moved from your skin to your eyes, raising an eyebrow questioningly. "You've stuck with me. I'm gonna feed."
"Are you sure, Y/N?" he turned you around in his arms so that he could look at your face, searching for even an ounce of hesitation and uncertainty.
"Yes. After all, someone has to make sure you don't kill them all before they get what they're due. You are not famous for your patience."
"We will punish them. Together." he said, handing you the already prepared bag of blood from his nightstand. 0 Rh-. His favourite. You felt the hunger overwhelm you.
"Together." you agreed, taking the sack and groaning while sucking on all its contents. Klaus interrupted you from time to time, wanting you to slow down.
As you pulled away, Klaus took the empty bag from your hands, throwing it behind him. He gently stroked your cheek with his thumb, watching with fascination the changes slowly taking place in you. He couldn't wait to introduce you to his world.
"For always and forever." he murmured as he slid the daylight ring on your finger. You smiled as you saw the initials of your name and his surname carved into the lapis lazuli stone.
The son of a bitch must have been prepared for this a long time ago.
"For awlays and forever." you promised, sealing your fate by placing a fervent kiss on his lips.
From then on, you were a proud member of the Mikaelson family. And honestly? You haven't regretted your decision for even one second.
Certainly not when you both took your revenge. Or when Klaus proposed to you the right way. Or when you got married. Not for a brief moment of your eternity together.

Paring: Past!Five Hargreeves x Gn!Reader.
A/n: erm please ignore the spelling mistakes I made this at 12:57 am. I’m tried and just wanted to make this. And if this makes no sense oh well.
Warning: mentions of drugs.
Past Five is stubborn.
Like you can’t get this boy to get out of the house due to his Fathers rules
Even if Reginald is out doing meetings he wouldn’t sneak out, so you have pull him out.
Forbidden love. Romeo And Juliet trope, your normal and he’s “a teleportation monster.” His words
You definitely forced him to listen to a ‘Hey Lover’ by The Daughters Of Eve on Vinyl (he had to borrow Allison’s Vinyl player, which she wasn’t really happy about.)
Once he learned how to ball dance due to the lessons his father put in the kids. He immediately showed you how to do it with him, and he basically “swooned” you.
Once he time traveled nobody told you until a week later, you do what you usually do throw small rocks at his window. But he didn’t respond so you kept doing it until your arm was sore.
And once his cranky brother Luther opened his window and told you the bad news.
That day you cried on the way home knowing he may not come back.
So once everyone in the house was gone and moved out, you officially became a un-employed employee.
You trimmed the grass outside of the dusty home, planted flowers came to water them on a daily. Pogo noticed you and let you inside for tea, offered you to do it for money which you declined.
So once Reginald died you soon started to interact with Five’s siblings. You first met Allison, she asked what relation you had with him. Because she has never seen you before in her life.
Once she realized you were the reason why Five smirked to himself every day she was happy.
Which brings you to sitting in THE UMBRELLA ACADEMY, Again after 4 years, after being hired by Pogo.
You meet Viktor, a kind soul but miss understood. Then Diego which wasn’t happy with you being there.
Then Klaus which thought you were a long lost sibling, and was definitely higher than a kite.
Luther was okay with seeing you, knowing that you were Fives love. And recognizing you from years ago.
You were exploring the large mansion more, it smelt like leather mixed with dust, And rich people. Soon a large blue light caught your attention.
You ran to were it was, and shoved behind Diego. A small person came out of it. It was your Five.

Something Ominous
pairing: klaus mikaelson x reader
warnings: accidental murder (by tyler), violence
words: 2.2k
a/n: this was more of an experiment since it’s my first time writing for tvd! if you’d like more or something else, lmk!!
you have been a resident of mystic falls since birth, inseparable from your best friend tyler. his uncle was in town, which took away from your usual time together. it wasn’t something to let yourself get bothered over, knowing it was his family. well, there was a party at the lockwood mansion and little did you know, tyler was aware of a small werewolf curse.
you saw him go into another room with matt and two girls, figuring you’d rather not be in there. you saw stefan, approaching him with a friendly smile. “hey, stefan. how’s mystic falls been for you?”
he smiled back, looking around at the party. “it’s great. you know, it’s just an easy going small town.” this made you give a small nod, glad he was enjoying his time. you were oblivious to the fact he was quite familiar with this town.
someone you haven’t seen before approached, hair black and a bit messy but also styled. “who’s this?” the man asked stefan, smiling at you charmingly.
“damon, this is *your name.* and this is my brother, damon.” he introduced you two, hand gesturing to the respective person.
you held out your hand with a warm smile, giving his large hand a firm shake. “how do you like town?” you asked him the same question, always curious of what people thought of such a boring place.
“oh, it’s just great.” he gave you a small wink, making your heart flutter for a moment before you push it down, eyes remaining friendly.
“i’m glad.” you clear your throat, eyes landing on caroline running to the room tyler was in. you felt a bit worried, your gut telling you something was wrong. you looked back to the brothers, motioning behind you. “it was great seeing you, i’m gonna go find tyler.”
you turned before getting a response, pushing your way through the dense crowd for the door. you pushed it open, nothing able to prepare you for what you were about to see. caroline was on the floor with a passed out matt. tyler looked scared, a girl sneaking behind him with a syringe held high. “tyler!” you yelled, flinching as he turned and the girl shoved the needle into his chest.
you could see the anger take over him, hand shoving the girls head. it hit the table harshly, a cracking sound making all of you dead silent. your legs felt weak, hands trembling as tyler panicked. you watched him kneel by the girl, repeating words of fear of what he’d done. you carefully approached, breaths shaky and stomach churning at the sight of the girl.
“tyler..?” you whisper, crouching and putting a hand on his back.
“no…this can’t happen. this can’t be happening.” he breathes out, looking over the girl with his hands hovering over her still body. you bite on your trembling lip, not knowing what to do.
he stands up, hands grasping at his head in fear. he paces a bit, breathing rapidly. caroline comes and crouches next to you, her two fingers placing on the girls neck. she looks remorseful, not able to find the pulse. you look up to tyler nervously, completely unaware of what to do in this situation.
he starts to let out groans of frustration, almost seeming like something was crawling out of his chest. he let out a louder groan and crouched, making caroline stand up and you follow. “tyler? what’s happening?” she asks, voice full of fear.
“get away!” he yells, falling to his knees with more groans. you don’t listen, caroline frozen as well. he looks up, his eyes turning orange.
—
you were on his couch, leg bouncing with nerves. you had no idea what to make of what you saw, brain racking through possibilities. caroline and tyler were with you, both aware of the supernatural world. they seemed scared to tell you, having left the room to figure out how to.
they walked back in, taking seats on either side of you. you looked between them, waiting for an explanation. caroline took a deep breath, knowing this wouldn’t be easy.
“you’ve seen werewolves in movies, right?” she decided to ask, looking at you for an answer. you give a nod, not knowing how this related to what the hell just happened. “well…they’re real. and tyler’s one of them.”
this makes you furrow your brows, looking at her expectantly. this confuses her, asking what else you wanna know. “i wanna know the truth.” you state, not believing whatever lie she was making up.
she let out a frustrated groan, changing her position to fully face you. “i’m not lying! i..i can prove something to you. that the supernatural is real.” she huffs, needing you to believe her. you look at her quizzically, gesturing for her to show her proof.
she lets out a sigh, looking at you carefully. her eyes start to turn red, veins pulsing black underneath. her mouth opens with a hiss, pointy teeth making themselves known. she closes her mouth as they retract, eyes going back to normal.
you stare at her in shock, hands trembling in your lap. “umm..” you’re unsure of how to answer, backing up a bit from her. this makes her frown, reaching for your hand.
“i’m a vampire. but i wont hurt you. i know how to control it.” she gives you a reassuring smile, and you turn to tyler.
“can you do that?” you ask quietly, a little upset you didn’t know about this. he shakes his head, throat bobbing before he speaks.
“no. i’ll only turn on the full moon.” he admits, looking at you carefully. you give a small nod, figuring that made sense.
“so you’re gonna turn into a wolf?” you can’t help but find it a little humorous, the idea of your best friend being a wolf making you laugh internally. he has a small smile at your brightened mood, giving a nod.
—
it had been some time since you found out, also being told about the salvatore brothers. you were getting used to it, and were honestly becoming fascinated by the supernatural. things had slowly gotten hectic, what they called the “originals” coming to mystic falls.
you were totally sure what it meant, and how dangerous they truly were. but tonight was senior prank night and caroline was determined to make life feel normal again. you were walking in the halls with bonnie, unaware of the situation in the gym. she had tried to convince you to stay behind, but you refused.
you followed her, entering the gym with wide eyes. elena was in the middle with matt, a man in front of them. there were also two students, balancing on one leg. you looked confused, wondering who the man was. it was hard to focus on what bonnie was saying to him, that elena was alive because of her.
suddenly the door opened, a woman dragging in tyler. you gasped quietly, going to run toward him but being grabbed by the man. “ah, ah.” he kept you back, gesturing to the woman. “this is my sister, rebekah. fair warning — she can be quite mean.” he had a small smirk, looking at elena.
you looked at tyler with fear, then back at the man. rebekah shoved tyler to the man, who grabbed his shoulder tightly. tyler looked at you, not wanting you to see any of this. “someone get her out.” he looked to the people behind you, which made you look at him with a bit of anger.
“no, tyler. what the hell is happening?” you look at the man, who let out a small laugh.
“it’s very simple.” he dragged tyler towards the center of the gym. “every time i try to turn a werewolf to a hybrid, they die during the transition.” he had a hint of a smile, your eyes wide at his words. “it’s quite horrible actually.” he shrugged, biting into his wrist and shoving it to tyler’s mouth.
you watched with horror, hating the sight but unable to look away. he held tyler against his chest, forcing him to drink his blood. “i need you to find a way to save my hybrids, bonnie. and for tyler’s sake, you better hurry.” everything seemed slowed, his other hand holding onto his mouth. in one quick movement he snapped tyler’s neck, his body falling with a thud.
you let out a scream, hands covering your mouth in absolute fear. he looked up with a grin, your stomach churning with disgust. you felt elena grab your arm, pulling you away. you couldn’t fight, nearly frozen out of shock. she sat you in a classroom, matt soon entering and setting tyler’s body onto a table. you just stared, not even knowing what to think.
caroline entered and the others left, rebekah following behind. you just stayed glued to your seat, hands sweaty and shaky. he eventually woke up with a gasp, caroline immediately soothing him. you could half hear her explaining how he was in transition, rebekah cutting in to relay the fact bonnie needs to find a way to save him.
everything was a blur, words and sights going in out of your brain. soon, the man entered, who caroline said the name of. “klaus..” she whispered, staying next to tyler carefully.
he crouched by tyler, holding a vial of blood. “i’ve got a hunch.” he held out the vial, looking at tyler closely. “elena’s blood. drink it.” tyler’s face was sheen with sweat, his hunger obvious as he looked at the blood with strain. caroline was trying to stop him, but klaus wouldn’t let that happen.
tyler couldn’t stop himself, body shaking with discomfort as he drank the blood. he spit it out, falling to floor. you jumped with a gasp, standing up with surprise. you turned away, unable to watch him writhe and groan on the floor with great pain. you heard a loud growl, turning to see his eyes glow orange. you saw klaus’s satisfaction, caroline being released from rebekah’s grip.
klaus walked over to you, hand tipping up your chin. “hello, love. do you take vervain?” he asks, your mind taking a minute to process his words. you shake your head, knowing you were supposed to but kept forgetting. he looked at you closely, his eyes seeming to bore through your soul.
“forget any of this happened, go home and have a good rest.” your mind felt like a strong wind went through it, memories being taken away in a gush of a power. you nodded, not knowing what you were doing as you walked out of the school. you walked home, not living far from the school.
your family was asleep so you went straight to your room, body seeming to know what to do as you brushed your teeth and changed. something felt weird, like a chunk of your brain had been taking. but you laid down nonetheless, sleeping like a baby.
—
your life went on as always, an odd gap left in your memory. you never mentioned it, and caroline never did either. you were at the mystic grill with damon and stefan, elena inviting you to go along with them. you had been pretty quiet the whole time, sitting back in the booth while they played pool. someone sat next to you, and you looked up to see a man. it felt like you knew him, but you had no clue who he was.
“hello, love.” he gave you a charming grin, eyes scanning your face. you looked at him with a bit of surprise, as well as confusion on who he was.
“hello…do i know you?” you questioned, eyes squinted at him.
he laughs softly, shaking his head. “i’ve seen you from afar, that’s all.” he explained, making you give a small nod.
“is there something you need..?” you were confused, on who he was and why he was sitting next to you.
“i thought it was a shame to see a beautiful woman all on her own.” he gave a small shrug with a smile, effectively wooing you easily. but you knew better than to let such a small interaction make you feel attraction.
“thanks?” you look at him, unsure on how to answer. his grin only grows. “are you new to town?” you ask, knowing everyone in this small community.
he gives a small shrug, seeming ominous. “yes, but no.” he says lowly, watching your eyes. you’re confused, but before you can think too much there’s a hand on your shoulder.
it was stefan, pulling you out of the booth. elena took your hand, walking you to the door while stefan and damon sat across from the man. you just followed, swallowing with confusion. one outside you stopped, making elena look at you.
“what’s this about?” you look at her with furrowed brow.
“umm..” she seems to struggle finding words. “stay away from that guy. he has bad history.” this makes you frown, and she immediately tries to distract you. “i’ll take you home.“
so you do that, getting ready but not without plagued thoughts. you went through your routine self consciously, only in your own thoughts. you laid in bed, falling asleep with deep wonders about that mysterious man.

transcription
straud mansion [klaus]: whispers shit… vlad: did you really think you could sneak in and i wouldn't notice? vlad: i hear everything [klaus]: smiles sarcastically of course, vlad. [klaus]: so… you wanna talk to me? vlad: you see… you know how i feel when someone turns into vampire, don’t you? and lately i have this feeling all the time. have you found out who is doing this? vlad: because i’m not having my peace, klaus. i don’t wanna have to deal with this by myself. but i guess i don’t have a choice. [klaus]: it's that vampire that runs the red room. it seems she’s having an aspiration to have a big vampire family. she entitles herself the queen. vlad: amused queen? who does she think she is? i’ll have to meet her soon. and shut down this. even if i have to fight her. [klaus]: i think she’s gonna give a party soon. for her newborns. and maybe turn more people into vampires. vlad: find out when and where and we’re going. i have to stop this woman or she’s gonna ruin everything.

wip wednesday! still diligently chugging away at finishing some things.
this is less of a sneak peak and more of a probably going to get drastically edited down and become an outtake once i figure out how much backstory is too much backstory. i've been trying to improve my habits and hork up words without overthinking everything too much just to finish complete working drafts. anyway, that's why it's so long.
if you want to read other bits of what was meant to be pwp and has turned into a nothing hurts, post-s4 epic with a rebekah-centric prequel, the order it occurs is:
this week's
then this
this
this one
then this
and finally this
probably. it's probably that order. idk. insomnia is a thing that is happening again.
The mansion was dark when she pulled up. Even the exterior lights were out. Not that she was surprised. Klaus rarely turned them on unless he was expecting human company.
Say you're a creature of the night without saying you're a creature of the night, she told him once. Why don't you go ahead and shout it?
Klaus, she'd learned, went a little bit feral when he was at loose ends. He wasn't great at pretending to be human to begin with. Too many years of being too powerful, too wealthy, too Klaus to bother. It's not that he was rude to waitstaff or anything like that. He just didn't care about the little, everyday interactions that went along with being a person in a functioning society. He'd told her story after story about interesting things that had happened around him in the years he'd been alive, but they rarely involved his own participation. The ones that did were usually about some sort of caper. Art he'd compelled into museums and collections under bland assumed names. The milder sorts of mischief he'd got up to with Kol or occasionally Elijah, to Caroline's surprise. He didn't tell many stories about Rebekah, and Caroline wasn't sure if that was a subtle, ingrained sexism, or because he was leaving Rebekah's stories to Rebekah. She wasn't quite the orator her brother was. Caroline learned that quickly. She'd been surprised by how quiet the other woman could be. Rebekah often needed prompting to share anything, but it was almost better that way. At least it was with her. Caroline was hesitant to admit how much she liked Klaus' tendency to be a little bit of a showoff. She wouldn't want to inflate his ego, of course, but it had been a little bit scary how much he entertained her, too.
She let herself into the house the way she had dozens of times previously, even before she'd liked him, or could admit she did. It was inky dark inside, the light of the waning moon barely making a difference. She listened for him, trying to catch the sound of a paintbrush or the turning of pages, but the house was silent.
"Up here, sweetheart," he murmured after giving her a moment to try to puzzle it out herself.
"Did you already go to bed?" Caroline triangulated his location and trotted upstairs, her heels clicking against the ostentatious staircase. Rebekah's heels, technically, but she had a habit of buying things, deciding she didn't like them after all, and passing them off to Caroline without worrying about having spent $1200 on a pair of strappy stilettos that didn't suit her. "I know you're old, but that's pretty boring."
"Says the young woman who abandoned her evening plans to drive an hour in order to find this old man."
She wandered the dim hallways upstairs, letting herself get a little bit distracted by the artwork lining the walls. There was too much to ever really take in at once, and Klaus often manifested new pieces, seemingly out of nowhere. Some were from online auctions, he'd explained warily, once, waiting for her to snap at him, and then, when he realized she was genuinely curious, went into more detail as time went on. He had climate controlled storage facilities nearly everywhere in the world, some for his whole family, but many secret ones only he knew about. With Mikael dead and Klaus more or less on tolerable terms with the residents of Mystic Falls, he'd started sending for more of his favorites. Rebekah's, too, though he'd need a personality transplant to get him to admit to doing something nice specifically for her.
And there were some he'd either bought or brought in, because he'd thought Caroline would like them and was trying to get a more precise sense of her taste. He never pointed them out, but always seemed to know which ones she lingered over the most. While her taste in paintings was, in Rebekah's assessment, pretty, but obvious, they'd both been surprised by how often Caroline found herself in the solarium, staring at a sculpture by Tony Cragg. Klaus had smiled knowingly, though, and explained that Cragg used mathematical formulas as the basis of his art. No matter how haphazard they might seem, there was precision in his work some people responded to without knowing why.
Caroline was pretty sure Klaus had switched out a few paintings near the top of the stairs. She'd have to ask later. He always seemed so pleased when she noticed, and she was planning on taking Art History next semester, anyway. The acting class she'd thought would be fun was a mix of uninspiring and irritating, and she'd shuffled a theater major into the probably not column.
The room with northern exposure Klaus used as his atelier was dark, so she turned the corner and found light diffusing into the darkness from his bedroom. He was stretched out on the settee shoved in one corner, directly across from the open balcony doors. The late summer heat had eased enough that the breeze coming in was a pleasant contrast to the warmth of the room. She could feel the humidity in the air from the shower he'd just taken in the en suite. He'd only bothered putting on a pair of dark pajama pants, and his hair, which had been well into unkempt territory the last time she saw him and was now on the verge of shaggy, was still damp enough to curl into incredibly unfair, glossy ringlets. When left to its own devices, her own formed into an ill-behaved mass of cowlicks and loose waves, with the occasional sproingy curl poking out at random.
Caroline had worn a dress she'd bought at a boutique near Whitmore that afternoon with Rebekah. They'd arranged their schedules to always have Fridays off and had used the past few weeks to explore the surrounding area. The boutique and nearby coffee shop and bakery had become a favorite of theirs. The clothes were cute, college age appropriate, and weren't so expensive that they made Caroline uncomfortably reconsider the application of compulsion in retail settings. The café made a mean raspberry mocha and had tiramisu brownies that never failed to improve her mood.
It was a great dress. She'd decided the night called for breaking the golden rule of fashion and bought something sassy that showcased both leg and cleavage. It had worked at the bar. She hadn't paid for a single drink all night, but Klaus barely allowed a flicker downward before he returned his eyes to hers, lifting his glass of probably bourbon--it was never not bourbon, unless it was wine or champagne--to his mouth.
"Do you still want to fuck me or what?" she said too loudly, even with the ambient racket of crickets outside trying to pick up someone, too.
Klaus shot into a more upright position, making a choked, heaving sound, and coughed like he was playing Beth in a community theater production of Little Women.
#klaroline wip wed#fic#smutty literature#i love this au so much#it's my current comfort write#just letting my faves have a (mostly) nice time in my head#i have edited this literally not at all#anyway this is how klaus ended up with bourbon in his nose

could you give us a hint about what the one shot is about
Hii and of course! I'm so glad you asked!!
Okay so, the one shot is for this request I got. I would give you a sneak peek but (unfortunately) I want it to be a complete surprise. BUT simply because you all have been so so nice and patient, I'll give you the themes that I've put in there!
If you like these things:
Victorian era
Vampire history
English countryside (but make it misty and dark)
Gothic media
SPOOKY THINGSSS
Klaus in suits (especially the 1850s type!!!)
Slight edge where you feel like something's gonna go wrong, until it does.
Traps, people being deceived, a raging war that has everyone end up dead BUT Klaus and our reader.
Lanterns, candles in the dark.
Books upon books upon BOOKS.
CARRIAGES.
Lover boy tying your corset's laces for you.
Piano
The moon.
Eerie, weird stuff happening without any explanation.
Open fields covered in flowers.
Mansions that stand alone in acres and acres of land, isolated, nurturing two vampires who ran off as the history of their kind filled the pages of history.
AUTUMN
Then you'll LOVE the one shot!!! Eeeeekkkk I'm SO EXCITED!!
Maybe I'll post a fic or two in the mean time I'm writing this one!

Marshall's lil sister
Warning
Im not good at writing spice or smut...so...yea, it's going to be very bad. Im sorry
!¡Spoilers for The Lost Boys¡! (Kinda...)
Information: You are Haley's little sister. You two got Separated in your early teens. She was 2 years older than you. Now your 23, looking beautiful as ever and also looking for your sister. You heard that haley was somewhere in New Orleans. You packed your things and drove to New Orleans. It was beautiful.
You were able to find someone that knew were she was. The Mikaelons. You heard a lot about them. Especially the hybrid, named Klaus Mikaelon. Anyone was scary of him, but he didn't scare me.
I drove up to the beautiful Mansion that the Mikaelons lived in. I took a Very deep breath and opened my door. "Lets go see if my sister is here" I walked up to the door. I knocked on the door three times.
A beautiful blonde girl answered the door. "Hi, is Haley Marshall here?" I asked. "Why are you asking?" Oh... She's British. Nice. "She's my sister and I haven't seen her in over a decade" I looked down, feeling a little emotional. "Haley love, your sister is here" the beautiful blonde called I to the big house. "Please come inside, love" she smiled, moving out the way. "Thank you" I smiled, walking in. "Wow, this is beautiful" I looked around me as I walked in. "I know, its amazing" she hummed. "Come sit down" she led me to the living room.
"Hello there" A brown haired man said. He was sitting on a white couch with a book in his right hand. "Hello, you must be.... Elijah?" I asked sitting down on a white couch, A cross from him. "Yes, im Elijah Mikaelon. Who are you?" "Im Yn Marshall, younger and the only sister of Haley Marshall" I smiled. "Im Rebekah Mikaelon" Rebekah sat next to me. "I love your hair" I said to her, "thanks"
"Yn!?" I turned my head to see who I've been looking for. "Haley!" I stood up and ran to her. "I can't believe I found you" I hugged her tightly, "I can't believe it's you" she hugged back.
"Who is this?" A tall dirty blonde man walked in the room. "Klaus, this is my sister, Yn. Yn this is-" "the big bad hybrid" I smirked. His face turned very serious, in less than a second. I was being pushed up against by Klaus. His hands on my throat, I could still breathe, but it was a little hard to do so. "Put her down!" Rebekah stood up from her seat quickly. "Dont you never call me that again." He said with his thick british accent. "Cute" I laughed. What that, his hands got tighter. "Niklaus! Get your hands off the poor women" Elijah stood up and vamp ran next to him. He pulled him off of me and looked my neck. "Are you ok? Do you need anything?" He asked glancing at Klaus. "Im fine" I smiled at Elijah, who smiled back.
"Lets go to my room" Haley grabbed me and I followed her to her room.
We walked up the long, dark brown stairs into A short hallway. The hallway was a light tan color, with dark brown on the side.
"Here it is" Haley smiled as opened the door. The room was beautiful, and a bit messy, but beautiful. "Wow" I smiled as I sat on her bed. "It looks really cute" I smiled again, "but not really your aesthetic" I looked at her. "I know, I've been here for a two months. I'll be getting some things for my room" she sat next to me. "How have you been?" "Looking for you and our pack. And luckily, I found both" I looked at her. "Really?" "Yea, but let's not get sad here. How about we watch a movie?" "Sure" "The Lost Boys?" "Hell yeah!" She yelled grabbed a DVD of The Lost boys. "I haven't watched it in forever" I smiled as I put it in the tv. "Me nether" Haley smiled. "We should got some sneaks" "yeah" we got up.
Me and her both ran down stairs like when we were little pups. Me and her raced to the kitchen. I beat her, just like when we were pups. "What do you want?" Haley asked, "m&Ms, peanut m&Ms, nerds, gummies or cotton candy?" She finished her question. "How about like?" I smirked, "just like when we were pups" she smiled. She put all the things in a bag, so it would be easier to carry upstairs. I made two bags of popcorn, me and her both love popcorn. A lot...
After we made our popcorn, Rebekah wanted to join. I said yes, cause she seemed cool. I grabbed another bag of popcorn and made it for her.
"So, how does.... This work?" "Well, we just watch movies, do each other hair, talk about boys and other stuff" I smiled. Rebekah smiled as we walked up the stairs. "This is going to be fun!" I yelled as i walked in.
I jumped on the bed and placed the popcorn down. I jumped off the bed and sat in a chair, that I moved in front of the bed. Rebekah and Haley sat on the bed behind me. "Yn, could you press play?" Haley asked, "sure!" I jumped up and pressed play before sitting back down. "What are we watching?" Rebekah asked, "The Lost Boys" I turned to her with a smile. "What's that?" "Its a vampire movie" I said. "oh, so this is a vampire movie?" "Yep! Me and Haley watched it when we weren't suppose to" I laughed. "Well that, let's get started" Haley started to do my hair. "Rebekah, do you want me to do your hair?" I asked, "sure" she moved down and sat in front of me. As Haley did my hair, I did Rebekah's.
We were now at the part where Michael, Star, Laddie and the Lost Boys are at their cave.
"So Rebekah, do you have a crush on anyone?" I said finishing up her hair, "In the movie" Haley added. " "I think, Dwayne, he's cute" she said looking at the scene. How about you Haley? Still like Paul?" I wiggled my eyebrows, even though she couldn't see them. "I bet you still like Marko and Sam" she fired back at me. "What!? Their cute" I told her. We laughed at the stupid little argument we had.
Skip Time~~~
Third person
Half way through the movie, the girls fell asleep. Haley was laying on her stomach on her bed, facing the tv. Yn on the chair with her feet on another. Rebekah was next to Haley, laying on her stomach too. The girls were fast a fall, until Yn woke up.
Yn's POV
I woke up to the ending of the movie. With the frog brothers, Sam and Michael setting up the house for the attack.
I stood after a minute of adjusting to my eyes. I turned to see Rebekah and Haley sleeping on her bed. I quietly walked and opened the door. I turned and closed the door quickly and quietly. After closing the door, I turned back to see Klaus. "Hello luv" "hello Mr. Mikaelon" I started to walk to the stairs. "Mr. Mikaelon?" Klaus followed me to the kitchen. "What do you want Klaus?" I turned to look at him. He got inches away from me and leaned down "You..." He said in a low voice, my Spine Shivered.
"What?" I looked up at him, he smirked and kissed me. I surprisingly kissed back, I kinda liked it. He was a great kisser. He hands grabbed my waist, pulling me closer to him. Then I felt cold air. I opened my eyes to see, we were in a different room.
Klaus placed me on the bed and started to move to my neck. Bitting and sucking on in. "Klaus..." I moaned, I felt he lips smirk in to my neck. "Yes luv?" "You're... You're an... Vamp-" "it's fine. I wouldn't bit to hard" he said, moving to my collar bone. "Klaus. What... What about your siblings?" I couldn't help but moan. "It'll be fine" he said as I ripped my shirt in two. "Hey! That was one of my favorite tops" I yelled at him. "I'll get you another" he said making his way to my breasts. "Klaus-" "shut. Up." He said, and so I did. He then ripped off my dark purple laced bra. "Cute" he Whispered in my ear as he took off my Jean shorts. "On your knees" he said. I quickly got on my knees and looked up at him.
I have had sex, but never with a vampire. I've only had have sex with other wolves and humans. Never a vampire. Oh boy, was this going to be fun.
Klaus smirked again as he unbuttoned and unzipped his jeans. I could see the bugle in his dark blue boxers. I swallowed, scared of how big it would be. "Go on luv..." He said. I pulled down his boxers to his feet, following where the boxers when. "Look at me Luv" he said, I looked up slowly.
God! It was big. I got wet, as soon as I saw it. I grabbed it with both of my hands, licking the tip. I gulped before bringing it to my mouth. I slowly put his dick into my mouth. I started to bob my head, taking his giant dick into my little mouth. I went slow, getting used to his size. It hitting the back of my throat as I did. He goans filled the air as I continued to bob my head. He grabbed a fist full of my hair, pulling on it lightly, as I bobbed my head. "Yn.... You...you're do...doing great" he moaned. I got wet hearing him said my name. I moan as it hit the back of my throat, again and again.
All of a sudden, I was on the bed. "Be a good girl and dont make a sound" he whispered in my ear. I got EVEN wetter feeling his hot breath in my ear. "I love your panties, but just like your bra, I'll going to get rid of them" he winked. In one moment, cold air replaced where your panties were. "Wet already? And you dont even know me" he smirked. He lowered himself in between my thighs. "So wet" he said before kissing my inner right thigh. "So. Wet." He said as he got closer to my core. He placed his warm tongue in my wet pussy. I bit my bottom lip, holding back moans. I slammed my eyes shut, as he pushed his tongue in and out my body. I bit my lip so hard, I think it started to bleed.
Then, again, in a second, I was on top of Klaus. "Ride me, Luv. Ride me now!" I moves to his dick and slowly shoved it into me. "Ahhhh" I moaned at how big it was. "Ahh" I moaned again, forgetting what Klaus told me. When I was all inside me, I started to bounce. "Ahh, Klaus..." I moaned again, "yes Luv?" Klaus moaned back. "God..." I moaned, not sure what to say. "Why... Why are you... So... So big?" Was the only thing I could think of. "Because I am" he smirked, grabbing my hips. "AhHhHhHhHh" I bit my lip down after that one. It was loud, I think I wake up someone. I didn't know if I really did tho. He moved my hips, helping me bounce on him faster then before.
"Klaus, im gonn....gonna... Cum" I moaned VERY loudly. "Go on luv, Cum on me" he smiled. I moaned VERY VERY VERY LOUDLY that I think Japan heard me. I released on his dick, as he released inside me me. I fall behind him, breathing heavy. "That... Was.... Amazing" I looked at him, "I bet it was" he winked. He pulled me closer to him and grabbed the covers. Placing them on top of both of us.
I hope you enjoyed??? IDK what to put

WIP WEDNESDAY #5
Back with a sneak peak today for the next chapter of TBBW.... so without further ado, here he is, the Tired DadTM you've all been waiting for:
Splintered wood and shattered glass cracked under Lycaon’s weathered boots as he stepped into the mansion, eyeing the broken-down double doors as he passed them. Bullet holes lined the walls, leaving spider-web cracks in the remains of the windows and completely shattering the rest, the fractured pieces scattered all over the polished wooden floors. The building itself was dark, the lights off, abandoned except for the gentle breeze passing through the halls from the open doors.
Dusk had fallen. He hadn’t been able to contact Sam for hours.
Lycaon pulled his gaze away from the shattered glass and discarded bullets, looking up at the grand staircase that loomed ominously in front of him instead, dread twisting inside his gut at what he would find.
A village, nothing left but ash and bone; a son, nowhere to be found; the panic that he was already too late-
He was always too late, it seemed.
With no other choice, he took a deep breath, braving the grand staircase alone. Each step echoed in the silence of the deserted home, only intensifying the fear spiralling at the bottom of Lycaon’s gut, making his hand shake as he reached for the bannister, holding onto it as he made his way up the stairs. Then he began to explore.
The upstairs of the huge house was in a much less dire state than the foyer. It was clear they’d been planning to leave - most rooms had been packed away, including the bedrooms of his sons, the furniture covered in huge white sheets to protect from dust. Their personal belongings - or at least some of them - seemed to be gone, taken with whatever else that had been moved out of the house. Lycaon found himself entering another one of the bedrooms anyway, not even knowing what he was looking for but desperate to find something. Any kind of clue that could help narrow down the possibilities Lycaon feared to be true.
He bloody hoped Esther wasn’t back from the dead, again, or he might just declare war on witchkind out of spite. He and Mikael had already started a blood feud between the vampires and werewolves - what was one more?
Lycaon ran a hand over the light scruff covering his chin, rolling his jaw as he looked around the room he’d slipped into. Like the other bedrooms, it was decorated ornately with expensive taste, though this one was slightly larger, the walls lined with purple, floral paper and cream paint. The personal belongings had either been packed away or moved out, sheets covering the furniture, the bed and tabletops stripped bare. A huge vanity sat in the corner, not far away from the walk-in-closet, most of the make-up packed away in a hurry, a few pieces left behind. A hairbrush was also there - Lycaon walked over to pick it up, pulling carefully on the golden strands caught in the bristles, leaning down to sniff them. Rebekah, definitely. He recognised her perfume.
He put the brush down, scanning the room again, but finding nothing more of consequence. The room hadn’t been touched by whatever happened downstairs, and there weren't any notes left behind either. He’d check Kol’s room, and then Klaus’ study, just to be sure Sam hadn’t left anything for him to find, but so far, nothing. Not that he truly expected to find something like that, not when there were wooden bullets strewn all over the floor downstairs.
Growling in frustration, he moved to leave the room because he didn’t have time for this. He didn’t have time for guessing games. He could be too late. He already was too late. He skirted around the Queen-sized bed when he felt something under his foot, stepping on it with his next stride. Lycaon stopped, rolling back onto his heels and looking down, moving his foot out of the way. It was a small, wooden thing, something that he’d missed, partially rolled under the bed as it was. It had probably been dropped in the rush to pack everything up.
Eyes narrowing, Lycaon crouched down, picking up the familiar wooden figurine; a warrior on horseback, hefting a mighty shield. The legs of the horse were not quite finished, carved with care, the left leg slightly slimmer where he’d accidentally chiselled off a too large piece.
He remembered the way Elijah had laughed when he’d given it to him. The child’s bright smile was ingrained in his memory.
Where were they? What had happened?
Were they…were they hurt?
Lycaon clenched his hand around it, a dangerous rage beginning to simmer under the surface, shaking with the effort to keep it contained. He snarled, standing back up and striding out the room with purpose, skipping the search of the other rooms and heading straight back downstairs instead, shoving the wooden toy inside his pocket. He’d caught the scent of humans down there and since he couldn’t smell them as strongly up here…
He found the kitchen easily; the carnage. There was blood smeared on the floor and marble counters, stark against the pristine white. Sam’s scent was in here, fresh unlike upstairs, maybe several hours old, mixing with the humans and the scent of another hybrid. There had been a struggle of some sorts, one that Lycaon wasn’t certain Sam had won. His scent was faint on the way out of the room, overwhelmed by the odours of the humans…
Lycaon threw a chair, the object smashing into the wall across the room. Then, panic and rage and fear making his heart beat loudly in his ears, he weaved through the halls and found the door to the lower levels, knowing that if he didn’t find any evidence down there that Sam or any of the others had escaped, at least he’d be able to steal something from his son’s armoury. He liked the sound of an axe. He’d really like to swing an axe right now, preferably at someone’s neck.
Eyes faintly glowing in the dark, Lycaon descended the stone steps into the basement levels. They were as large as the house itself, with a wine cellar and cold pantry accessible from the kitchen, even fridges full of blood bags and normal human food. The deeper down you went though, the darker the purpose. There was an old, stone-walled room where Klaus used to keep his siblings' coffins and, of course, the armoury. There was a walk-in freezer, as big as an entire room upstairs. At the lowest level, there were the stone tunnels, leading out of the estate, escape routes in every direction in the event of an emergency. But most importantly, there was a corridor of locked rooms, some bare-fitted cells, others furnished rooms, cages with pretty facades.
He caught wind of Kol’s scent in that corridor, barely an hour or two old. The Original had been down here recently. Lycaon followed its trail without hesitation.
It led to a heavy fitted cell door, all iron and hardwood, strong enough to keep a vampire of considerable age imprisoned. Gaze narrowed, Lycaon tried to open the door. The iron handle rattled, but the door didn’t shift. Not even an inch. Locked.
Well, that just wouldn’t do.
Lycaon eyed the door, noticing that Klaus, for once, hadn’t invested in a new state-of-the-art design. It was an old door, at least a century old, perhaps reused from elsewhere in the original building, and therefore was built practically, but simply. The hinges especially.
Lycaon turned around and went to get that axe.
He came back with it in hand, not sparing a moment before he swung it, the large, sharp bladed weapon easily lifted in his grip, hacking at the wood around the iron hinges of the door. When they were weak enough, the wood of the frame splintering apart, he lowered the axe to his side and kicked the door in with all the strength he had.
It burst from its broken hinges, swinging inwards and slamming back around, clattering to a standstill, half-detached and revealing Elijah slumped at the back of the cell, leaning heavily against the wall.
“Well, this is certainly a surprise.” Lycaon blurted out before he could stop himself. He eyed the Original’s poor state, face sickly white and sweat beading down his brow. He took a step forward, gently setting the axe down against the right wall. “Elijah.”
It seemed to be quite the effort for Elijah to raise his head, but he managed it, staring back at Lycaon with a wary heavy-lidded gaze. “Lycaon.” He croaked.
Lycaon hummed, crouching down to Elijah’s level. “Nasty bite you’ve got there.” He pointed out, tilting his head at the sight of the bite mark, black and yellow, infected with hybrid venom.
Elijah winced, but didn’t say anything in his defence. There were only so many people it could come from, after all.
Lycaon fought the urge to comment on it, to demand what Elijah had done now. It wasn’t helpful to the situation at hand and the children’s ceaseless squabbling had been irritating Lycaon for centuries - it was a problem for another time. Right now, other things were important, like Sam’s whereabouts and the whereabouts of the others, or the fact Elijah was weak in this state, vulnerable even. He’d need his son’s blood to cure the venom’s effects if their family was currently threatened.
Lycaon remembered that wooden toy, remembered that young child’s laughter, the spark of protectiveness that had flooded his heart then, even before Niklaus, before his blood-son’s birth. It sparked again now upon seeing the severity of that bite, despite the anger and frustration swirling around in his chest, directed at the man in front of him.
“Tell me, Elijah, and think carefully about your choice of words, now-” Lycaon warned, voice dropping dangerously, a ring of yellow in his eyes, “Where are my sons?”

Hickey Havoc
Five Hargreeves x Fem!reader
Warnings: none
The Hargreeves mansion was unusually quiet on this crisp morning. The siblings, each engrossed in their own activities, had gathered for breakfast in the large, sunlit kitchen. Luther was eating, Allison was flipping through her phone, Klaus was applying nail polish, Viktor was reading a newspaper, Ben was sipping coffee, and Diego was sharpening his knives.
Five strode into the kitchen, his usually impeccable suit slightly askew, and his collar turned up. He looked around suspiciously, as if expecting an ambush.
"Morning," he muttered, heading straight for the coffee pot.
Klaus, paused mid-brush stroke. "Morning, Five," he said, his tone overly innocent. "Have a good night?"
Five gave him a sidelong glance. "What’s it to you?"
"Oh, nothing," Klaus replied, a mischievous glint in his eye. "Just curious if you’ve… been anywhere interesting."
Diego, sensing something, glanced up. "Yeah, Five. You seem… different today."
"Different?" Five asked, trying to keep his tone nonchalant as he poured his coffee.
"Yeah," Diego said, his eyes narrowing. "Like maybe you’ve been… marked."
Five stiffened, almost spilling his coffee. "What are you talking about?"
Klaus leaned in closer, pointing at Five’s neck. "I think what Diego means is… did you get attacked by a vampire last night?"
Five’s hand shot up to his collar, trying to cover the hickey he’d been desperately trying to hide. "It’s nothing. Just… a bruise."
Luther raised an eyebrow, finally catching on. "A bruise? Looks more like someone’s been… having fun."
"Very funny," Five grumbled, but his cheeks tinged pink.
Allison, now fully interested, leaned over to get a better look. "Oh my God, is that really a hickey?"
Viktor, setting the newspaper down, tried to hide his grin. "Never thought I’d see the day."
Ben chuckled into his coffee. "Looks like Five’s been busy."
Before Five could come up with a retort, Y/n, Klaus's best friend, and now Five's girlfriend, walked into the kitchen, still half-asleep and wearing one of Five’s shirts. She yawned, stretching, and then froze as she realized the entire family was staring at her.
"What’s going on?" Y/n asked, looking around at the faces of Five’s siblings.
"Oh, nothing," Klaus said, with exaggerated casualness. "Just admiring Five’s new… accessory."
Y/n’s eyes widened as she realized they were talking about the hickey. "Oh no," she muttered, touching her neck where a similar mark was visible.
"Matching hickeys!" Diego exclaimed, laughing. "This is too good."
"And you," Allison said, pointing to Y/n. "You’re the culprit!"
Y/n turned a bright shade of red, tugging at the collar of Five’s shirt. "It’s… not what it looks like."
"Right," Luther said, smirking. "Because it doesn’t look like you and Five had a wild night or anything."
"Honestly," Ben said, laughing. "That's hilarious."
"There are no details," Five snapped, though he couldn’t hide his smile. "It’s none of your business."
"Oh, but it is," Klaus said, leaning back with a triumphant grin. "When you sneak around like that, it becomes very much our business."
"Sneak around?" Five asked, raising an eyebrow. "We weren’t sneaking around. We were—"
"Having a stormy night?" Viktor suggested, his eyes twinkling.
Y/n groaned, burying her face in her hands. "You guys are impossible."
After the morning’s teasing, Five and Y/n retreated to the living room to escape the relentless jokes from Five's siblings. They sat on the couch, trying to find some peace.
"I can’t believe they noticed," Y/n said, shaking her head. "How do they even notice stuff like that?"
"They’re nosy," Five replied, rubbing his temples. "And they love having something to tease me about."
"Well, it’s not like we were hiding anything," Y/n said, though she was blushing.
"I didn’t think they’d be this relentless," Five admitted. "But then again, they’re the Hargreeves."
Y/n laughed, leaning against him. "At least we gave them something to talk about."
"Yeah," Five said, wrapping an arm around her. "But maybe next time we should be a bit more careful."
"Or not," Y/n said, grinning up at him. "Let them have their fun."
Five sighed, but he couldn’t help but smile. "You’re right. It’s just a hickey. Not the end of the world."
Y/n kissed his cheek. "Exactly. And hey, at least now they know we’re together."
"True," Five said, chuckling. "Though I’m not sure if that’s a good thing or a bad thing."
"Definitely a good thing," Y/n said, snuggling closer. "Let them tease. We know what we have."
That evening, the siblings gathered for dinner, still buzzing about the morning’s discovery. Five and Y/n walked in together, holding hands, and the teasing began anew.
"Look who decided to join us," Diego said, smirking. "The lovebirds."
"Did you have a nice nap?" Klaus asked, winking. "Or were you… otherwise occupied?"
"Guys," Five said, rolling his eyes. "Can we just eat dinner without any comments about our… activities?"
"No promises," Allison said, smiling. "But we’ll try."
"That’s all we ask," Y/n said, squeezing Five’s hand under the table.
As dinner progressed, the teasing subsided, but not without a few more jabs about their "secret" relationship. In the end, Five and Y/n laughed along with them, realizing that no matter how much they were teased, they wouldn’t trade this family—or each other—for anything.

Did you really see Grace as your mom?
"I tried, but...."
Oh, the memories. Being patiently caught in the act of vandalism--nonsensical doodles on mansion walls, items lit on fire in his dresser drawers, sneaking out in head to toe glam to another rave, ass literally out the widow, head and lanky legs ready to join when caught red-handed; Grace was always there. But the perfect coiffe, the red lips and the one lofted eyebrow always felt....cold. Obligatory. And one disciplinary session in a crypt too many, reported by "mom" to dad, rendered Klaus pretty much just as wary of Grace as she was of him.
It wasn't his worst relationship, but it also wasn't his perhaps romanticized concept of what entails a good mom.
Not like Rachel Hershberger.
I have her eyes. She sold me for a few thousand dollars, but I have her eyes...right?
"Nah. She did what she could. She wasn't a bad person...not, y'know. Given her limitations or...who made her. But I think I was just kinda her nuisance."
My real mom would feel differently.
I hope.

i got bored so i wrote a little dunklaus ficlet about this on the spot (platonic or romantic up to whoever’s reading its just dunklaus sillies ft their sisters) very much set in the prufrock prep specifically its library with the little sucky computers also i think klaus is 13 during austere academy
2023 edit: Hello. sharing with the class for @eli-being-silly . i'll probs rewrite + continue this during the weekend :'-)
klaus baudelaire, at the age of 12 sat in front of the family computer. it was settled in the ginormous mansion of the baudelaire family.
a kid with unsupervised access to the internet was, obviously, not ideal. having access to a website where klaus could freely express his thoughts on the many books he’s read, he let his parents knew immediately.
“tumb... why, the word’s spelled wrong. it’s t-u-m-b-l-e-r, not t-u-m-b-l-r.”
klaus sighs, his parents were intelligent people. surely, they’d know that it’s styled to be like that. “it is like that, mother.” maybe his parents didn’t get it because they’re old.
his father takes a deep breath. “klaus, i know your mother and i can’t stop you, only doing so would make you want to keep secrets from us-- even with trivial things such as social media accounts-- so, i’m telling you to be careful on the internet, okay? let us know if you make new friends, alright?” klaus’s mother nods in agreement. “your father’s right. we want you and your sisters to be open with us. does violet know of this tumblr?” klaus shakes his head and answers, “i’m not sure. i don’t think she does, mother.”
klaus had dedicated his account to all sorts of literature (which was composed of, well, mostly everything that he’s read in the baudelaire library) and made friends with, only a few people.
“mother, can you tell me about dorothy parker?” klaus’s mother closes a big book she was reading and smiles at her son. “well, she’s a pleasant woman. i’ve read Big Blonde. she also had her hand in co-writing a few films, why do you ask?” klaus answers, “i have this friend online that likes her. he says he’s a journalist.” his mother hums in amusement. “is that all, sweetheart?” klaus nods. “thanks, mother.”
klaus quietly (and frantically) looks for the small pouch of bobby pins his sister kept. violet had taught him a thing or two on lock-picking, and klaus would use it to sneak into prufrock prep’s library on nights where he couldn’t sleep. he took two pins and stuff it into his coat’s pocket. he then grabs a flashlight near him.
with two bobby pins, a flashlight, and a dream, klaus baudelaire makes his the library as quickly as he could. usually he’d only hear one set of footsteps, his, but tonight was different.
the other person could hear it too, so it seems.
really love the fact the asoue netflix series (and the books themselves) arent set in a speciific time period so i can just up and say: “Netflix Klaus and Duncan have tumblr and are mutuals there but they don’t know that” and no one can say its not accurate because Count Olaf literally says he got his hourglass online (S1E2)
