I am having Feelings about Eowyn of Rohan and the "what do you fear" exchange and I have no place to put them to avoid becoming a puddle of overwhelm on the floor of a storage closet in Retail Hell.

Honestly, i LOVE this convo sm bc i relate to it. I know that feeling of desperation and of anger all too well. I’ve stood in her place & i’ve felt it in my bones. It has me in such a chokehold even now. Top three eowyn moments for sure. Perfectly encapsulates what i love abt her. Not to mention miranda otto’s excellent acting in this scene. Her eyes express her feelings sooo well. The resentment. The bitterness. The anger. The despair. You can feel everything she’s felt, she feels about her life and the ‘duty’ that has been imposed on her in your veins.

Here, look at a couple of lines of hers, what a badass:

Felt like going back to my roots and drew the Sanders Sides! I hope I finally did them justice.

I honestly have no idea what I’d be like today if I never watched this series. To me it acted as a guide on self reflection and gave me the vocabulary to talk about things like anxiety. And it did this in a fun, digestible, memorable way. I think the first video I watched upon release was “Fitting In,” and I remember the hype in the hours leading up to it. So that one will always have a special place in my heart. Also, Sanders Sides was my first fandom, and it made sure I was in a good online community. Even though I don’t think about the series as much now, it still means a lot to me.

I know Snazz was a one off but I keep picturing prowl like trying to do work and plot and be SeriousTM while having Snazz on him bc it’s taking a while for Wheeljack to make an Anti Snail Gun and he doesn’t trust Snazz to NOT get in trouble. And I just keep picturing prowl like threateningly calling someone to blackmail them or gently “convince” them to do his bidding and while he’s in the middle of it Snazz is just slowly creeping over his faceplate and he just has to act like that is Not happening (it’s 100% intentional. Jazz is intentionally going slower)

I’ve already done the continuation.
