Crockpot Chicken Parmesan Soup Ingredients: 3 boneless chicken breasts 1 tablespoon minced garlic 1 (28 oz) can crushed tomatoes 1 (15 oz) can tomato sauce 1 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon ground black pepper 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning 4 cups chicken broth 1 cup freshly shaved Parmesan cheese 1 cup heavy whipping cream 8 oz rotini pasta (uncooked) For the Topping: 1/2 cup bread crumbs 1 tablespoon butter 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese Directions: Add the chicken breasts, minced garlic, crushed tomatoes, tomato sauce, salt, pepper, Italian seasoning, and chicken broth to the crockpot. Stir to combine. Cover the crockpot and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours until the chicken is fully cooked and tender. Once the chicken is cooked, shred the chicken directly in the crockpot using two forks. Stir in the freshly shaved Parmesan cheese, heavy whipping cream, and uncooked rotini pasta. Cover and cook on low for an additional 30 minutes or high for 15 minutes, until the pasta is cooked through. Ingredients: 3 lbs beef chuck roast. 1 onion, thinly sliced. 1 cup beef broth. 1/4 cup soy sauce. 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 1 teaspoon dried thyme. 1 teaspoon dried rosemary. 1/2 teaspoon black pepper. 8 hoagie rolls. 8 slices provolone cheese.
Instructions: Place beef roast and sliced onions into the slow cooker. In a mixing bowl, combine beef broth, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, minced garlic, dried thyme, dried rosemary, and black pepper. Pour over the roast. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or until beef is tender. Remove beef from slow cooker and shred using two forks. Return shredded beef to the slow cooker to soak up the juices. Preheat oven broiler. Slice hoagie rolls and place them on a baking sheet. Toast under the broiler until lightly browned. Using a slotted spoon, pile shredded beef and onions onto each toasted roll. Ingredients: 2 lbs beef chuck roast. 1 onion, chopped. 3 cloves garlic, minced. 1 jalapeno, seeded and chopped. 1 can 14.5 oz diced tomatoes. 1/2 cup beef broth. 1 tbsp chili powder. 1 tsp ground cumin. 1 tsp paprika. 1/2 tsp dried oregano. Salt and pepper to taste. Corn tortillas, for serving. Taco toppings of choice e.g., shredded cheese, salsa, avocado, cilantro.
Instructions: Put the beef chuck roast in the crock pot. Cut up the jalapeno, onion, and tomatoes. Then add the beef broth, chili powder, cumin, paprika, oregano, salt, and pepper. Turn the heat down to low and cover. Cook for 8 hours, or until the beef is soft and can be shred with a fork. Use two forks to shred the beef after it's done cooking. Put the beef shreds inside corn tortillas and top them with your favorite taco ingredients.
