Ok, I know that Mike writes some pretty out there lyrics for Tomahawk dealing with abuse, trauma, violence, all that. But South Paw has always struck me as even more coming from a place of trauma...like from somewhere real real deep. For some reason I get like, murderous incest vibes?? Of course, I don't think that directly relates to Mike at all, but just, something at that level. It's so creepy and so compelling.

Am I the only one completely and utterly OBSESSED with O Sleeper?? Like… THAT OPENING??? TYLER’S VOCALS?? THE POETRY?? THE SCENE HE DESCRIBES AT THE BEGINNING AND THE CRESCENDO HE DOES WITH HIS VOICE UGH IT HAS ME IN A CHOKEHOLD. AND THEN MAGGIE AT THE END!! I JUST LOVE IT SO MUCH 😭
