Last post of 2022, going onto 2023. It's more headcanons. A small compile of them!

-Macbeth doesn't 100% enjoy the older style of clothing that is prime and proper, but he does enjoy the older, southern farmer look, especially when he's out getting dirty.

-Sven can create any tool needed that isn't electronic. He doesn't know how, or why, but he often does. He can also repaire tools broken.

-Henry loves fruit snack gushers to much

-Hanz has a horrible sense of time

-Sledge can't stand being late to things

-Charlie has a certain despise for pancakes and waffles.

-Grigori is actually a diabetic and can't have too much sugar. His body has gone into shock around three times due to improper communication.

^ -It's one of the main reasons he doesn't eat at new restaurants.

Writing WIP Sketches #2

Snowcap & Icepick, concept sketch for waaaay down the road. An escape attempt? Or the dumbest only idea they could think of?

2. Alfonsho Cruz, Sledge MacRush & Hanz Spearman (looking just a little less sane than I intended.). Just character sketches to help me get their general look and feel on paper. Done in relation to new Ch.5 in the works.

3. Carol & Macbeth lost together in the woods after the rocket crash. Another one from Ch.5, tho it has come up plenty already, but asides from those really old concept sketches from a year ago, this is my first proper drawing, giving it some actual thought.

The idea I was playing with was them sending out a communication to the other members who escaped, hense Carols attempt at a smile. Otherwise, she'd be mirroring Macbeth expression. He's not putting on an act form the camera; They're er... they're not doing too hot.

Y’all ain’t ready…for a new Toppat OC from me!

Introducing, Aidan Brannon!

I won’t go into too much detail of him right now, I’ll do that when I give him a color reference.

But for now, Aidan Brannon is the eldest son of recently deceased Michael and Alice Brannon, both dying when their house and farm caught on fire. Aidan managed to escape with his little sisters, staying under the care of Treasa Brannon, their aunt. However, he and his sisters left one night to try and find some information about family members that they saw on their family tree, but was censored and erased from the tree.

It ends up with Aidan somehow joining the Toppats because of his huge skill set and powers. He’s been nicknamed “Jackie Boy” because he’s a jack of all trades, which makes him adaptable to any situation he’s put in. He also has magical powers, as the Brannon lineage is rich with magic. Each Brannon gets different powers, and Aidan’s happen to be the ability to speak to spirits, ghosts, ghouls, the dead, etc. (Kind of like Paranorman)

Despite his powers, he’s cheerful and has a positive attitude, hardworking and a good teammate, and always trying to be an asset to the clan. However, he pushes himself too hard and sometimes ties his self-worth to his work, which tired him out very easily. He doesn’t know when to give up either.

I will also show the kinds of relationships he has with other Toppats!

Top half

- Aidan is very appreciative of Chief Reginald and the RHM for letting him join the clan, despite the first messy meeting they had. Reginald isn’t sure about him joining, but he’s reassured by RHM that he will do good in the clan.

- Aidan avoids the Elites as much as possible, only because he doesn’t know how to approach them. Unfortunately, he crossed Carol Cross once and whenever she sees him, he’s out of the area before she starts shouting at him.

- Hanz Spearman and Sledge MacRush are happy to tell Aidan the many tales they have about the clan. Aidan is amazed by their stories and enamored by Sledge’s storytelling skills, and Hanz’s wild energy and attitude.

Bottom half

- Aidan looks up to Accordion and Violin as his mentors, and is always excited to see them, it puts a skip into his steps! He’s a bit clingy to them both, but it’s because he was one of the rookies that joined right after them, and in danger of being let go by the clan. The couple stood up for him and some of the other rookies, and he feels like he owes a lot to them.

- Because Aidan can talk to anything that is like a spirit, a ghost, or anything out of the ordinary, he has been wary of being around Danny Felizima ( @capturecharlesau ) for a long time. He does like Danny’s cooking and feels bad for him sometimes, but the way Danny’s curse always stares at him or threatens him, he doesn’t stick around for long.

- Aidan enjoys being around Keegan Moore ( @dark-twist-fairytales ) not just because of being able to learn more sewing skills from him, but because of his calm presence. It reminds Aidan to stop and enjoy the slow moments in life. Even if Keegan does not talk as much, Aidan is learning to appreciate his company a lot more.

- Aidan absolutely annoyed Scottie Anderson ( @jaytoons7 ) at first because of his cheery and positive attitude. But for some reason, Scottie can’t bring themselves to yell at Aidan or tell him to stop trying to talk to him. Something about Aidan makes them…wonder about something. The same could be said for Aidan, but he really does try to be Scottie’s friend as much as possible.

And there you go, some info about my new boy. Usually, if you need to find him, he will be hanging around Accordion and Violin or Hanz and Sledge, but he could be anywhere on the Airship–From filing stuff in the Library, polishing weapons, cleaning the locker rooms, or babysitting the Toppat kids. Just shout for him and he’ll come a running.

How about Right Hand Man for the ask game?

How I feel about this character: He's a fun character with some fun points to dissect about him, though I enjoy him more as part of a dynamic.

All the people I ship romantically with this character: Reginald is the only one I really have for him.

My non-romantic OTP for this character: Reginald, in equal amount to the romantic ship, but not counting him my main BroTP for him is with Hanz Spearman and Sledge MacRush, one that you may find sprinkled throughout many a fic of mine. I also enjoy his dynamic with leader!Henry.

My unpopular opinion about this character: He's the shorter one between him and Reg I'm sorry but it has to be said,

One thing I wish would happen / had happened with this character in canon.: More of a chance to interact with Ellie would've been fun. The only scene in which he interacts with her separate from Henry is when Ellie is telling Reginald that Henry isn't on the rocket and he opts to leave him behind. Ellie starts to walk toward him as he leaves, and that's the last we see of them in the entire route, save for the flash-forward sequence. Even a glimpse of what they were doing while Reginald stayed behind to actually help would've added so much.

Ya know what? Since I can't sleep, for the third night in a row, headcanon time:

Sledge MacRush and Mr. Macbeth? Brothers. Twins to be exact. They don't flaunt it around like 'look at us', they'd rather NOT be associated with each other.

No, its not due to bad blood between them, but their parents tried to force them to be the exact same. Moreso, they tried to force Macbeth to become more like Sledge.

They still view each other as brothers, but they call each other brothers, with Macbeth being the proclaimed 'older sibling', even though he is the second born. Sledge runs along with it, since it doesn't actually bother him. In private, however, Macbeth will always be his little bro.

The only person that knows is Reginald, which is one of the main reasons why they get set apart with missions. He sees how each of them shine.
