When are you going to release the next update to ADLH and your Infection AU story?

Not trying to rush but just being curious.

The Crystal Chaos Infection AU will be updated around early January and ADLH AU's main fic will be updated around January or February after I fix some things with some of the later chapters.

Knowing what Dobson was like back in his heyday I wouldn't have been surprised if he didn't bother looking up a reference at all, most likely out of laziness. It's not the first time he did that.

"Yup, that's me. You're probably wondering how I ended up surrounded by a bunch of criminals."

It all started when I first went after the Toppat Clan. We heard that their former leader still lived and we learned his location. It took too many attempts but I finally captured the infamous Terrence Suave. Only to realize that any information he had was long outdated. Now any criminal of sound mind would escape as soon as possible and never come back. Apparently Suave only got half of that memo. It's either him getting "captured" again by ignorant soldiers that want to help me, or him sneaking back on base to be a nuisance. Since Terrence burned his relationship with the clan we weren't too worried about him sending them information on us. At least he makes good conversation.

And then there's Henry Stickmin. Now in his defense I did essentially blackmail him to steal evidence from the Toppat Clan, but it was for the greater good I swear. As luck would have it Henry appeared to have no problem lending a hand in future missions despite his criminal status. Yes, he never quit stealing. I've needed to have stacks of pardons on standby. At least Charles has been able to somewhat keep him in line on base. Though I really want to know where Henry gets all his tools; they just pop into existence.

When Charles brought back Henry for stopping the launch of the Toppat's space station I hadn't expected him to bring along a woman named Ellie Rose. I choked on my drink when he explained that Ellie and him escaped that damned Wall Complex. I didn't even know Henry was in there. Where was I? Right, Ellie does steal like Henry and Terrence but seems more interested in mercenary, or criminal-for-hire work. I can actually hire her to do missions and not worry about her stealing everything not nailed down, it's great! Compared to the last two she's not so bad. At least she keeps everyone else in line. I think she has decked over half of the base at this point.

I thought it would have ended there. Three criminals hanging around. But no, life is never that easy. Some of the Toppats escaped custody and regrouped. With their space launch failed, their finances almost dry, and many of them still locked up I suppose they needed someone to blame. And blame they did. They exiled their own leader and second in command, Reginald Copperbottom and Right Hand Man. I don't know what black magic they used to escape justice, but it has a sense of humor. I was visiting Terrence at his home and found a sobbing Reginald with Right trying to console him. To be honest I'm shocked that Terrence even let them in considering their history.

Now here I am with three former Toppats, a merc-for-hire, and a kleptomaniac with strange powers. I'm going to need to print out so many more pardons.

So my boss bought an old 3d printer off his friend for the office, for shits and giggles. We've printed out free downloadable models during the past week while working and it is awesome.

Got me thinking "should I try and model my own thing to print"?

I don't do much in 3d so I started with something simple: a cactus in a pot.

I was worried about the sharpness of the cactus needles so I rounded them instead.

The result?

Morale of the story is 3d printers are awesome and I'm going to try and get one over the holidays.

His prisoners are his treasure hoard.

His favorite prisoners he likes to have frozen to be a part of his treasure forever.

Around the outskirts of the wall you can find large claw marks in the rocks.

Can hold a grudge for a very long time. Especially if his hoard is threatened by, say, the first breakout in fifty years.

Fellow dragons aren't exempt from his prisoner treasure hoard.

What started as misreading something about Dmitri in a discord server has turned into Dragonmitri.

Tech genius? Nope. Now, emotional genius? Hell yes. At least that's my headcanon.

He gained the rank of head of communications because he is not only good at stating what needs to be said in a way that is easy for everyone to understand, he's also great at reading other people and their emotions. Without him: what would take days to get the divisions to sync up on would take a month.

I'd also imagine he's good at keeping his own emotions in check since he has to deal with so many other people.

GENUINE QUESTION for the Henry Stickmin fandom-… I just NEED to know-…. I am NOT the only one who saw Burt and said to myself….. “yup this man is TOTALLY and Einstein! A genius! He seems like he’d be GREAT at mechanics as well :D “

Ehhhhhhhhh he's gone overboard before. Hell in a way he actually belongs inside a cell too.

Just off the top of my head:

Incarcerated several people that actually haven't broken the law (Mark Emu for example)

Went out of his jurisdiction to chase after Henry and Ellie.

Threw his subordinates into Toppat/Government crossfire to get Henry and Ellie.

Freaking freezing inmates in ice and putting them on display (that one fail in PP/TR). Pretty damn sure that's cruel and unusual punishment.

Incarcerated at least one person without informing the government. At the end of Master Bounty Hunter there's a wanted sign for the toilet wizard Gastro, implying that he's still on the loose. However in Convict Allies you can see he's actually locked up in the Wall.

Instead of capturing an escaping Henry, Dmitri decides to push the truck Henry was in off the cliff when Henry denied surrender.
