Special Bank Account: Upon approval, the benefits your Sims receive are automatically deposited into a special bank account every week. Manage these funds wisely, ensuring your Sims have the financial stability they need to thrive.

Utility Credit: Eligible Sims will receive utility credits directly applied to their utility bills. Watch your household expenses decrease as you enjoy the benefits of reduced electricity and water. It's not just a game-changer for your Sims; it's an energy-saving triumph too!

Realistic Simulation: Experience the challenges and triumphs of managing a household budget under different circumstances. CHURCH MOD - CAS>CHURCH LEADER; base game All In One Power Pc you can operate your church; Start church service, end church service, and take up the collection; You can use the podium from City Living or a microphone to "Give A Speech", or "Practice Acting". Once service is over you can talk to them, pray for them, ask for more collection. How To Setup A Church - Search the gallery for FlorwalSims for a pre-built church. The church name is Trinity Church.

Set the church to generic or make it your residential. You have church from your home.

STAND-UP COMEDIAN - CAS>STAND-UP COMEDIAN TRAIT; How This Works Setup the comedy club as a bar, nightclub, residential lot, or lounge. Add the comedy club lot trait. The lot trait will give you a playful buff. From your phone plan a social event. Goal the event to earn money. There are also several social interactions that are all funny from the "Stand-Up Comedian" social menu. Two computer interactions found on basegame computers behind the "Funny Business" menu. 4 new microphone interactions -Roast Someone -Tell Killer Jokes -Tell Stolen Jokes -Do Impersonations These interactions will not have the microphone in your Sim's hand while they're performing or any Sim that performs them autonomously.

FUNCTIONAL LAW FIRM -CAS give your Sim the Attorney trait Setup A Law Firm- Give the lot the generic venue type. Add all in one power pc. You can open, close, and collect payment for the law firm. Includes two social interactions and menu.

HOOKAH LOUNGE -Hookah Lounge trait from the lifestyle; generic venue type; Include bar, dance floor (get together), and bubble blowers (city living). can also set the venue type to bar or nightclub and setup an office somewhere on the lot to run it. From the (All In One Power Pc) open, close, and collect money every 24 hours. Opening the lounge will spawn 8 hookah users.

HOTEL HOSPITALITY MOD -CAS> HOTEL HOPSTITALITY TRAIT, LIFESTYLE CATEGORY Setup your hotel with plenty of activities for guests, kitchen, rooms, and a front desk area. Set the venue type to Generic. Operate as a hotel or resort. all in one pc select Hotel Management menu. Select Hotel Front Desk to manage the entire hotel or resort. The Hotel Front Desk Menu allows you to Process Reservations which will spawn hotel guest. Start Work Shift will spawn all employees Process Payments will loot a random amount up to $8000 every 24 hours. Hotel/Resort Employees -The Cook will autonomously start preparing meals. -Security will roam around and use friendly socials with other sims. -Housekeeping can keep things clean. -Receptionist manages the front desk for you. Use the computer. Manage employees and ask them to do something if they're just standing around. -Ask to clean rooms -Ask to cook for guests -Ask to perform secuirty duty -Ask to tend front desk Note: these interactions will appear on non-employees too. Hotel Problems Lot Trait -Add to your hotel or resort to spawn a criminal npc or troublemaker. -Use security questions to handle them. Hotel Hospitality Menu (Social) -Send guests on a day trip for 2 hours (rabbithole) -Guest Social Interactions Hotel Security Menu (Social) -Confront Criminal Visitor -Threaten To Call The Police -Confront Unwanted Visitor Hotel Security System menu (Computer) -Check Alarm System -Monitor Security Cameras -Create Incident Report *use send to bed to manage guests

LASH BAR - CAS>LASH STYLIST; LASH BAR VENUE: All In One Styling Station (all in one power pc). You can Open the lash bar, close it, and collect payments from the computer. When you open it'll spawn several customers. Closing will force them off the lot. Use the social interactions to help customers with aftercare.

MUSIC INDUSTRY - CAS>Record Label CEO trait You'll also need to select a music attorney at this step. Give that Sim the Music Lawyer CAS trait located in the Emotions category. Required Items (In your recording studio area) -Microphone -Guitar -Piano How To Setup A Record Label And Recording Studio Create a record label or recording studio. Give the lot either venue type. Record Label, Recording Studio. Find Music Talent In this version of the mod you'll need to actively search and find new talent for your record label. You can go to night clubs, bars, karaoke bars, or create sims with music and singing talent. You'll need 3 entertainers. Vocal Artist, Piano Player (keyboard player), and Guitar Player. Use the "Find Music Talent", social menu and interactions to offer them a deal.This is just an offer. They'll either accept the deal or refuse. If they accept the deal you'll get a notification. Once you have your talent, purchase the record label How To Purchase A Record Label From any basegame computer select the "Record Label" menu and Purchase Record Label interaction. If you set up a recording studio you can purchase that too. Make sure you've set this up ahead of time so the interaction will appear. Troubleshooting. If you don't see the interaction try a different computer, different desk, or set the computer on a kitchen table. Make sure you have the cas trait as well. *Note - once you purchase the venue it'll revert back to generic. Negotiate A Record Deal (While at the Record Label, any generic lot, or home) Use your phone to plan a social event, non goaled Negotiate Record Deal. You'll need to invite the music lawyer, your Sim, vocal artist, guitar player, and keyboard/piano player. If you notice that one of the options to invite a sim is empty, either offer a deal to someone else or make sure they're in the same world the negotiation is in. Negotiating with the lawyer involves using the negotiation interactions long enough to at least become an acquaintance or friends. Once you have then the Agree To A Deal interaction will appear in the same Negotiate Record Deal social menu. Lawyer fees will cost $10,000 *You can end the event but you'll first need to get the musicians to actually sign the deal. If they do not then they will not be able to create music tracks in the recording studio. Next Use your phone to start the recording session social event. This event will cost $25,000. The entertainers work through an autonomy buff. Make your recording studio area distraction free with everything in one room. You might need to lock everyone in one studio room, and make sure their needs are all high. Otherwise other autonomy interactions might have higher priority. *The studio room needs a microphone, guitar, and piano. * If your Sim does not play their instrument and record, that's okay, the mod will still work and you'll get the needed track when you ask to them to stop recording. It's possible that the event will ask you to stop recording before starting recording. Go through with the interaction in that case. Once you have the three needed tracks (vocal track, keyboard track (piano), and guitar track), you can create a full album from the computer. Use the console cc from aroundthesims4 that's also a pc. Interactions will show up on THE DJ 'CONSOLE' EQUIPMENT Once you have the album you can choose how to distribute. Upload the album to music streaming service, license, or sell direct to fans. Each method will return a random amount. You might make a profit or lose on the investment.

BIZOP MOD - CAS> CEO TRAIT; setup your corporate office and set the venue type to Generic. Your office will need a certain amount of equipment and raw materials. Find the Industrial Factory Machine in Build/Buy Misc Electronics Category. Price $2500 Search "Industrial Factory Machine". Optional Functional File Cabinet is available for $75 found in Build/Buy Misc Surfaces. Search "File Cabinet" Desks for employees and computers. How To Hire And Fire Employees From a basegame computer use the Business Management menu and Hire or Fire interactions. When hiring employees you can select up to 12. These are the employees that will spawn at the corporate office when you Open the office. The Fire employees interaction will be blank if you did not hire anyone. The employees you did hire will show up here. When you fire them they will no longer show up when you Open your office. When you're ready to do business use the Business Management Menu to Open for business. Purchase Raw Materials Raw materials will cost $400 for a qty of 4. These are used to create product shipments. These are electronic parts you can find in your inventory. How To Make Sales Use your phone to plan a social event, select Sales Meeting. You can find needed interaction from the Socail "Make Sales" menu. You'll need to goal the event to close the deal. Bronze reward is a small sales contract. Silver reward is a medium sales contract. Gold is a large sales contract. These contracts will arrive in your Sim's household inventory like other event rewards. You'll need to travel to your residential lot to get them and then place the contract in your Sim's inventory. They're required to complete the order. How To Create Product Shipments Once you have a sales contract from a business customer in your Sim's inventory and at least one raw material, you'll need to create their order and ship it to them. Use the Industrial Factory Machine to create the proper product shipment. The interactions on the Industrial Factory Machine are instant. Check your inventory for the shipment. How To Deliver Orders From the computer and "Business Management" menu, select "Delivery Service". A delivery service will arrive to pickup your shipment. Functional File Cabinet And Reports From the computer you can print needed documents and files. Then place those files in the file cabinet if wanted. The file cabinet has it's own inventory. The give name isn't working at the moment.

DANCE STUDIOS The purchase, open, and close interactions will appear on computers no matter the location, including residential lots. You sims might use interactions from this mod automously. When you purchase the lot it'll automatically turn into a generic lot type instead of displaying the "Dance Studio". You can sell the business using the retail UI but be aware the remaining function of the retail UI should not be used in any way. How To Setup A Dance Studio Your dance studio should have a few floor mirrors to allow the "practice dancing" interaction. Using the dance floors from get together are handy for adding multiple dance options. Don't forget to add a bathroom and an office with a basegame computer and stereo. Next give the lot the "Dance Studio" lot type. This will allow it to show up on computer for the purchase option. How To Purchase From your Sim's basegame computer on a residential lot, select the "Dance Studio" menu and "Purchase Dance Studio". This will take you to the world map. Select the lot you setup and be sure to have enough funds for the purchase. You'll then be greeted with the retail UI to transfer funds. Transfer a small amount or however much is needed. Open And Closing To open or close your dance studio just use the "Dance Studio" menu and select open dance studio or close dance studio. When you open the studio 8 sims will spawn and start dancing if you have music going. They'll stick around for a few hours and then leave. If you want them to leave before that just close the studio via the computer. Last Notes This is currently a very small mod with just the purchase, open, and close features. I will look into adding a functional dance instructor career that'll use all the in-game dance moves. Meanwhile using the recommened mods above will provide a lot additional gameplay options. I noticed a possible glitch with the dance floor. The dance floor would not allow any interactions. Not sure if it's because the lot type reverts to generic or not. ROAD TO FAME STREET DANCING/ BALLET BARRE MOD Barre Interactions Sims can: Practice Ballet (Solo) Train (Solo) Practice with… (Group) Train with… (Group) Practice allow dancers to be interrupted midway. They can be chatted with, clink glasses during new years, or take a teen selfie if autonomy is on. Train disallows secondary interactions. No waving, no chatting, minimal idling.Interactions towards Dancers Non-dancing sims can select dancers and: Heckle (Under Mean pie menu) Cheer (Under Friendly pie menu) Watch and Learn Mentor Heckle / Cheer will not interrupt sims whether they are practicing or training. Affects relationship. Sit and chat friendly. Mentor: Sims who have dance skill level 4 and above can mentor other dancers. Dancers receive a boost in skill increase by 50%, or 100% with the Mentor reward trait. Mentored sims may develop the impressed sentiment towards their mentor. Watch and Learn: Sims have the option to 'watch and learn' from dancers with skill level 4 and above. Increases dance or motor skill. Sit or chat friendly.

Psychiatrist - CAS give your Sim the Psychiatrist trait Running An Office - The first thing you'll need to do is Start A New Client Session from the All In One PC (base game). This interaction will spawn your first client. When the client arrives perform a mental health assessment. Click on the new client, Mental Health Services social menu, and select Mental Health Assessment.You'll need to ask the client a couple of questions to get an idea of what they have an issue with. When you ask the new client to describe what's happening to them, a new menu will appear behind the "Mental Health Assessment" menu. This will be the issue they're dealing with. There are several potential mental disorders -Anxiety -Bipolar -Depression -Borderline Personality Disorder -Eating Disorder -Psychosis When making a diagnosis, the new client will become your regular client. You can also prescribe medication and send them to appropriate group therapy at any time. Regular Clients will have a new social menu behind the Mental Health Services menu called, Mental Health Client Session. Mental Health Clients (regular clients) You can hold sessions with your regular clients to help them stay on track and manage their disorder. You can also continue to send them to groups and prescribe medication. Using your phone, start a social event. Goal the event to earn regular income from clients.

“What should we do?” I’m almost giddy with the prospect of a night out.

“Let’s start with a drink at that tavern in Senbamachi,” Noe suggests.

“How was your hike?” Noe asks as we walk from the tram to the bar.

“It was great! We found these ancient monkey statues. The kids loved them, big playful characters. And you could shout into this cave for a really resonant echo. You should have seen how sweet the twins were with Stevie!”

The bar must cater to tourists because they didn’t even have any local Komorebi beer but the bartender mixed a good drink.

“And how was your day?” I ask Noe. “What did you and Axl talk about?”

“Not much. We just climbed. We spotted each other on difficult parts. He’s so perceptive, gives great feedback. I’d like to bring him back again.”

I smile. “You two – you’re peas in a pod!”

“Oh, no! I’m happy to commune with nature – he wants to challenge it! I just want to be there to rein him in while I still can.” 

Maybe it’s thinking about life transitions, but that reminds me of something. “Oh, let’s not forget, when we get home, we need to take down Stevie’s bed. I might offer it to Sara or put it on the swap board at the Arms.”

“Or . . . .” He’s got that look again.

“Or not!” I cut him off. “No, Noah. No more use for the toddler bed.”

He’s quiet after that and soon suggests we move on. Outside, as we round the building, I pull him into a clumsy embrace.

“You know I love you and this family we’ve made, right?” 

He holds back a moment but then wraps his arm around me. “I know.”

We call a Simcar and head to the Hazakura Lounge. There’s live music so it’s a lot busier than the bar but we’re able to snag a couch near the piano. Noe talks about scheduling, when we might be able to come back for rock climbing and more outdoor activities. I think he’s forgiven me. 

And then we hear there’s karaoke in the next room! We’re really dancing people but we’re also hardcore shower singers so who can resist? Most everyone is in the main lounge, listening to the professional at the piano so I take the opportunity to let loose and BELT! I think I scare Noe. 

I really needed this, to be goofy and playful with my love. He’s so willing and generous. What would I do without him? Towards the end of a song, someone passing through on the way to the toilet stops to listen. I think she’s a fan. 

“You sing, too?!” She gushes.

I thank her but Noe pulls me along, “Let’s go for a walk.”

The red carpet has been rolled out at Bonn Studios for the highly anticipated installment of The Daveed Chronicles, the female led action packed blockbusting franchise that has had Pierrelanders gripped for decades. Yet this premire was set to be the most star studded with rumors that the Emperor, himself a fan of the series, would be attending.

This installment’s Isadora Daveed was portrayed by Isle born actress Kat Sepulveda, daughter of the Prime Minister. She has brought the film alot of press attention due to images of her and HIM surfacing throughout the internet. The actress arrived wearing a white and black Simera Sang dress with matching gloves and jewels curated by Simera Sang for the outfit.

Up next, is the actor whose portrayal of Dr Faustus is garnering Simcar talks, Isiah Gallagher. Isiah came wearing a white and gold suit with a black accented dress shirt.

An Imperial Presence has arrived, but not one everyone expected. With sincerest apologies from HIM the Emperor, he instead sent his second cousins, Lord Michael Valois (Left), and Lady Minerva Valois (center). Lady Minerva also came with her date for the evening, the Marquis of Neuchâtel (right). Lady Minerva graced the carpet in a colorful floral gown designed by the fashion house of S.

The two women graced the red carpet for some solo shots before the three members of the Nobility posing for a red carpet photo.

The stars also appeared with their Noble guests before the movie started to mark the occasion

You said that fainting in Test track is not important. That seems important though. What happened??

Let this be a cautionary tale.

The TL;DR of this is that it was a combination of factors including dehydration, over-heating, sensory overload and anxiety. For an elaboration, see below.

When the Disney buses, Monorail, ferry, and other transport say “stay hydrated and don’t overheat” THEY MEAN IT.

Epcot was the first of the four parks that my mother and I went to. That means that, for the day before, Mom and I spent 10-11 hours in the car driving to Disney World. I did not eat anything except maybe a cheese stick snack and a couple of peppermints during that time. I did not drink anything either. My stomach was unsettled from excitement, nerves, a little motion sickness, and an early start to the day (I managed to eat like half a PopTart before we departed at six AM for the drive.) While we had a sandwich packed for me to have for “dinner” around the evening time, by the time evening rolled around, Mom and I had entered some dense, tense Florida traffic, and I was even more unsettled and didn’t want to eat anything. When we arrived at the resort, I had a fruit cup (mostly grapes and pineapple) and an Uncrustables PB-J sandwich we had also packed. Still didn’t drink a lot though.

Fast forward to the next day. After a dense night’s sleep at the resort, I had a blueberry PopTart for breakfast. (Still didn’t drink anything though.) Mom and I took a stroll around the resort. Epcot opened at noon, and Mom and I headed for Test Track. After maneuvering the outside queue for a bit, we walked inside the building queue. The music was LOUD, in a way that I cannot describe. It got a little more tolerable once we were passed the main doors, but it was bad. (This was just the BEGINNING of my issues with the loud background music at Disney this trip.)

The Chevrolet Design Studio, where you design the SimCars, was now just used for queue space. The touchscreens on the stations were disabled and we just watched a few demos of SimCars in various languages as we strolled by. Right after the Design Studio was this switchback into an upward ramp in the queue. Mom and I previously liked to joke that this portion of the queue is just cursed for me, because at this point I’ve had to duck out at least twice before on different earlier trips, mostly for anxiety issues. There’s also always inexplicably a heat vent right above us here, for some reason. And waiting here was where things went south.

I started to feel just vaguely bad - tired and a little light-headed. I knelt down on the ground to ground myself. Didn’t work. Combined with the loud music, the heat right at that queue point area, and a very sudden sinking feeling, I was not doing really good. I managed to stumble a few more feet, leaning on the railing, but when we paused again in the queue, I really crashed.

Memory gets a little spotty at this point but here’s the things I definitely remember:

My head felt really hot

My vision went dark. Not quickly, but slowly, which was even scarier

All I could hear was the queue music, which was really cool music but WAY TOO LOUD. And I heard it like my ears were stuffed with cotton.

Mom held out her hand to help me, but I couldn’t even reach for it properly

You know that feeling when you’re waking up from a dream and you vaguely know what your outside environment is but it doesn’t seem real? That’s really how I felt in that moment. Dimly I was aware that I was still in the Test Track queue and this was the worst place for this to happen, but that felt totally unreal compared to everything else at the moment.

I was still on my feet through all of this, so Mom grabbed my hand and tried to lead me along to a spot outside the queue line. I stumbled. I hit a wall on my right, overcorrected, and walked right into a railing on my left - and I remember this for sure because it left a sore spot on my hipbone, which is still there today, like four days later.

For my next act, I walked right into a corner and hit my head in a corner of the wall. (An inside corner, luckily, not an outside corner). Luckily I felt no pain from this later.

And then I was on the ground. Mom took off my mask and made me drink some water.

When my vision cleared and my hearing went right again and I was fully aware of my surroundings, I was sitting on the ground in an unused portion of the queue. Mom made me drink some more water. I was covered in sweat and I felt really hot, but the water helped. The Cast Members were really good about helping out - they got us right out of line and a safe distance away to take off my mask, and offered to call medical services, but Mom said it was just dehydration, sugar rush wearing off, and not eating well the day before. Once I’d had a peppermint and a little more water and cooled down, I felt perfectly fine again, and we put my mask back on. The Cast Members let us right back into the line, and we got on and off of Test Track with no other problem.

Another note to this is that the mask I was wearing at the time was made of three layers of cotton, which trapped air and heat worse than we expected. The masks that Disney sold in their shops were made of a different, more breathable material (also smoother and lightweight) so I wore those masks for the rest of the trip. This didn’t happen again.

So. The brownout in Test Track was a combo of many factors and made possibly the scariest experience I’ve ever had in a Disney park (and I say this as a fan of Tower of Terror and the Haunted Mansion.) So as I noted before: when Disney transport tells Guests to “stay hydrated, don’t overheat” THEY MEAN IT.
