Eiichi’s first response is laughter, leaning his head back to peer up at the redhead standing over him from behind, arms latched on without hesitance. “Hello to you too. Miss me?” He partly teases. He’s not wearing his glasses, so there’s a bit of squinting, but he can definitely recognize Otoya’s voice with ease so he doesn’t need to see.

Otoya leaned down and kissed the other gently before grinning. “Of course I did! How long has it been?” A few days, Otoya.

Otoya will find Eiichi lounging on the couch once he arrives, seems like he’s having an evening of quiet for once.

“Eiichiiii~!” Otoya wrapped his arms around the other’s shoulders, hugging him from behind.

“And no doubt your brother would be in on it…” Tokiya gives a laugh. Though he knows it to be true, he’s also sure that at least Eiichi knows better then to bother him and Eiji when they’re alone in their room together… He squeezes Eiji’s hand in return to lead him down the hall to where their shared room is.

“Oh he would be.” Eiji chuckled as he followed the other, moving to open the door. “After you.” He smiled up at Tokiya, his eyes showing how happy even just being together made him.

“Of course. Just as I said, anything you wish.” Tokiya assures, now taking Eiji’s hand in his free one. He brushed his thumb over the engagement ring there, before twining their fingers together properly. “We can go somewhere more private as well, so we won’t be bothered.” Although it’s a little greedy, he wants the other idol to himself for now.

Eiji nodded and squeezed the other’s hand tightly. “I like that idea. Van might try something.... eccentric like he did last year.” He wasn’t ready for another ‘Van Planned Event’ anytime soon.

Eiji looked up at the other, blinking a few times before smiling. “Well. We don’t need to do anything big, we can just... relax and enjoy each other’s company.” He didn’t really want to do anything big, he was still a bit tired from work himself.

“Eiji, love…” Tokiya’s reaching for him, fingers moving to brush gently against one of Eiji’s cheeks. “Happy birthday… I didn’t have time to plan something big, but if there’s anything you want to do… I’m free. Whatever you wish.”

“O-Otoya–?” He blinks, a little blearily, feeling his boyfriend curling up against, no, it was more like he was curling around him. Eiichi let out a shaky breath, then shifted into the protective hold, face hidden against Otoya’s shoulder. “…Sorry. I, It’s. One of those days.” He supposes the fact that he wasn’t even able to get out of bed makes it obvious though.

Otoya frowned a bit at the other, curling into him more so. “I know. I know...” He said, moving to pet his head gently. “........I’m here for you. Okay?”
